This is the first chapter of the second volume of my story, Cosmic Convergence. Read and see for yourself, thanks! P.S. Sorry if some of these chapters are too long. I'm trying not to make them that way, honest. But this is called light novel.  --KatDon

Chapter 1: Broken Angel Plummeting Down

Out of the 12 to 15 people; there were just five children dead. The other survivors were recovering, especially with Kamoku & Onorato! Several people locked themselves in the choir room in order to escape from the shooters. Kamoku & Onorato was there, and thus survived unharmed. Even though horrible events occurred at the school many of the students were overwhelmed with joy to return back to the school, to continue with the education. They students felt that this was the point where they were able to get on with their lives and put the past behind them. Even though the school is now fit for teaching in again and the students are ready to go back, Kamoku & Onorato suspects that they’ll still be able to smell the events of that day. 15 people died and 21 were injured – that’s a lot of shooting. People are asking how a human could have the desire to kill people. Unknown to any of the two, Kamoku thought Onorato was dead while Onorato thought Kamoku was dead as they never saw each other again…Until now! In the present, Kamoku was looking over a school yearbook in elementary. He knew that it was ancient history but sometimes the past was never forgotten. Kamoku someone peeking over his shoulder though he wasn’t startled. “Wow that must’ve been one heck of a yearbook.” Minako remarked. Jade, Peyton and Evan entered as well to speak to him but they were fairly interrupted by a familiar person. “Hello?” asked Emily peeking in, where she startles Jade. Emily playfully exclaimed, “SOMEBODY’S GOING TO BE LATE FOR THE WELCOMING PARTY!!!!” Kamoku smiled, “Hold on.” He said. “There’s something I need to get.” Emily nodded, “All right, all right. I’ll wait out here.” She said but sensed that something was wrong with Kamoku because she asked, “You all right?” Kamoku nodded, “Yeah just looking at fifth grade, geez.” He said. Emily looked at him, “Miss the good old days? Saying goodbye to old ghosts?” She said. “You could say that. But hey, aren’t you supposed to read our thoughts on that?” Kamoku asked. “Just wanna respect your privacy; you don’t have to if you don’t want me to.” Emily said. “Thanks.” Kamoku said with gratitude. Emily nodded and left the room for a moment. Later at the welcoming party; Emily was talking with Bonnie. “So that’s what happened?” Emily asked. “Yup, met Michael Tanaka and his gang. Damn, he is one tough and yet scary bastard.” Bonnie replied. “Geez! I’m glad you Onorato got out of there.” Emily remarked, laughing. Bonnie laughed with her, but she stops and asked: “So what’s up with those guys you got yourself into?” Emily shrugged, “Just some hooligans, one sweetie. But they are good to be true, not bad but it’s two way. One side, they can’t stand each other and the other? They can’t live without each other. Sweet isn’t it?” She answered. “Looks like some two troublemakers, you know who I mean. You really can’t stand them.” Bonnie said. “Win win, reminds me of two other people.” Said Emily. “Really? That’s something.” Bonnie replied. “Now if I can get Makun and Graham off my back, I can get to the real story.” Retorted Emily. “Of what?” Bonnie asked. There was a crash, Kamoku was on the ground drenched. Emily cringed, “Of this whole mystery with him.” She managed to say. Kamoku looked around for his precious item when he saw someone handed to him and look up to see a young man standing over him. “Is this yours?” The young man asked. Kamoku looked embarrassed as he managed to say: “Oh, um thanks.” The young man smiled kindly and handed it back to him while helping Kamoku up, “No problem, my good man. You look frazzled.” He commented. Kamoku was puzzled, “You talk funny.” He remarked. The young man said, “Sorry, pardon my accent.” Kamoku was surprised, “Oh, is that it?” He asked. Evan’s voice spoke up, “You really are an idiot aren’t you?” He was there beside him as well as Peyton laughing nervously, Minako smiled and Jade was annoyed. Peyton assured the young man, “Forgive him, he was just confused. Nice to meet you, Mr.….” The young man introduced himself, “Jerome Sinclair.” He said. Kamoku also familiarize himself, “I’m Kamoku and these are my friends—Minako, Jade, Peyton and Evan.” He said. Minako smiled, “How do you do? You look pretty fine-looking.” She said while shaking Jerome’s hand. Jerome’s face was red by that compliment, he was touched to hear this. “Thank you.” He managed to say. Just then, there’s a ruckus from downstairs; Jerome looks and sees that Artem accidentally knocked some plates on the floor whilst animatedly gesturing. “Friend of yours?” asked Peyton. The young gentleman was Artem inebriated and talking some sort of nonsense. “…This lady believes that the human brain is pink. If truth be told, it is grey.” Artem ranted while he seems to be intoxicated. “My good chap, I’ve seen a rat’s nest before…in a brain! Have you ever seen a human brain? It’s...GRAY!” Jerome smiled nervously, “That's Artem Payne.” He said. Artem continues to ramble, “Grey like this shell here, I'm done!!!” He knocks glass over, startling others. Jerome continues, looking embarrassed despite looking very proud a little as his face was shamefully red. “Smartest person I’ve ever met. He’s the one who helped me save a friend name Cherie, as well. He got me out of the circus...I owe him everything.” He claimed. Jade looked at him with a suspicious look on her face, “Is he always like that?” She asked. Jerome shook his head.  “No. He’s quite brilliant, really, just not so much of a person for talking to.....” He was about to say but Artem appeared beside him finishing his sentence, “....Other people.” Jerome was surprised to see his friend there, “Artem, how did you...” He started to say however Artem took notice of Kamoku and his friends, “Who are you?” But he seemed to know: “You're the knights and the freaks. Hanging with the circus lately?” He joked and laughed in a drunken manner while Kamoku and his friends stare at him with skeptical looks on their faces.

Then, Artem managed to speak again after guffawing like a maniac: “Maybe you should try this one.” He said, “The strange is always the peculiar, if you understand my expression.” Minako smiled, “I'm afraid the only thing strange here is our impression of you, Mr. Artie Painkiller.” She joked. Artem looked annoyed as he corrected Minako with annoyance in his voice: “Artem Payne.” Jerome soothed Artem, “All right Artem, calm down.” Minako smiled while saying, “Your friend here talked very highly of you. And we are intrigued.” This caught both of their attention, Artem and Jerome exchanged glances with grins on their faces before turned back to them. “Would you like to join us?” He asked. Moments later; Artem was talking about scientific events with Kamoku and the others, “Now, of course children, I can't inform you all the complete work but suffice it to say...Jerome and I stand upon the peak of generating life out of death.” He said. Jade begin to speak up, “Um, Mr. Payne...” But Artem intervened while he states, “Please, call me Artem.” Jade nodded, “All right, Artem. I--Well, we find your insinuate more than a little disquieting.” She remarks. Artem raised an eyebrow and a smirk on his face, “Ooh. Gullible, are we little lassie?” He said. “No. Are you not afraid to challenge the ordinary succession?” Minako asked. Artem turned to his friend and partner, “Jerome, you have your say in this matter. What do you think?” Jerome voicing his concerns: “Yes it seemed impossible but it's rather improbably. You see, Artem dreams of a world filled  with hope, instead of fear. A  world where a mother who dies during childbirth can live to see her son when she is brought back to life, where an assassinated man can personally identify his killer. Where a paralyzed soldier with a napalm implanted in his spine can be murdered, renovated, and then revive to walk again. The possibilities are endless...Life is beautiful.” The conversation continued until Jerome turned away for a moment to look at the piece of paper as Minako peeked over his shoulder, “What is that?” she asked. Jerome hid it, “N—nothing!” He try to tuck it away but he wasn’t quick enough. “Let me see!” Minako said, seizing it with ease. Artem was shocked and angry as he called out, “Hand that back, right now!” Minako hopped and looped in circles while she said in an overly cheerful voice, “Oh wow! Would you look at this piece of artwork! How astounding!” She said. She was running from Artem, whom the latter was shouting: “Return it at once! Immediately!” He almost hit a pillar but caught himself and continued to chase her. Minako giggled while she stated, “You really are a man of science but designing something like this takes a steady hand to do it.” She was still running away but Artem did not lose sight as he yelled: “I said, return it now, you ingrate!” He pounced her to the wall, “Gotcha.” He said. Minako looked back and held her hands out, the paper with the anatomy was gone. Artem was shocked, “Where did you—What have you done to it?” He demanded. Just then, there was a voice. More than one, and that came from Kamoku and the other four. “Whoa-ho-ho! Would you look at this! It’s an anatomy, is it really supposed to be like this?” Kamoku asked. “Of course, that’s how the human body is supposed to be. But the way it’s drawn looks so precise. No smudge, it doesn’t look like an amateur art work or anything.” Jade said. “Yeah, it’s almost like a watercolor, like you could touch it if it was real.” Peyton agreed. “Very detailed. I couldn’t draw that.” Evan said. “Oh come on, you could draw this good!” Kamoku claimed. “Shut up!” snapped Evan. “No, he’s right. You could, if you wanted to.” Peyton said. Evan looked embarrassed by this comment. However, the anatomy sheet was lifted as the four saw Artem folding it and tucking it in his breast pocket of his jacket. He glared at the four: Kamoku and Peyton smiled nervously. Evan seemed surprised while Jade was awkward. “Um, that was…Nice.” Kamoku managed to say. Artem just faked a smile before he walked away looking angry as he didn’t seem too thrilled by this humiliation! Artem stormed over to Minako, who looked innocently smug and confronted her: “What do you think you’re doing?” He demanded. Minako glance at him, pretending to be clueless. “Now, now, is that anyway to talk to a girl like me?” Minako asked. “You really know how to provoke somebody do you think you’re better than everyone else? Do you?” snarled Artem. “Yes, I’m better than you and I have a right to provoke.” Minako teased. “Quit mocking me, I know you are no ordinary young lady. You are an incompetent, smart aleck.” Artem insulted. Minako looked away while she said, “Yeah, yeah. Whatever you say.” She was still smiling and glancing from him. “You must be a fallen angel that plummeted 30 feet of heights.” Artem taunted while laughing. Minako laughed with him as she said, “Oh, a fallen angel? I believe you should call me a clipped wings angel.” She skipped as she did a twirl with a mid-hop as she said, “See? I can’t fly too high!” She continued with her dramatic attitude, “Come my darling, heal my wings so I can soar just as an eagle can and free me from being caged in.” Jerome choked a laugh while Artem sighed and rolled his eyes in exasperation. Minako dropped the attitude and got serious, “But all joking aside, you have an amazing talent beyond any other reach. Nobody could surpass even if they want to. It’s almost like you are one man who is a silent fury which no torment could be tame. Maybe you could turn the tide of human existence if you are willing. However, be aware of the enemies that plan to use you because they are not full of good intentions.” She sounded intense after saying that.

Emily was watching this, “Damn, Minako is really sounding tough.” She remarked softly. She was impressed by how she’s not letting Artem get to her so easily! “So, who should I speak to that’s in charge around here?” asked Artem in an irritated, casual tone. Minako glance around and pointed, “See this lonely, but dashing man? That is Tate Kyan. He is deputy commander of the 21 Guns Army.” She said. Artem and Jerome saw Tate was just sitting at the far side of the bar, resting his eyes. “So, that’s him.” Said Artem. “Talk to him if you wish but I must warn you two…” Minako said, she whirl around and she pointed at them, “…You will regret it.” She giggled as she trotted away. And so; Artem and Jerome approached the guy, Tate Kyan who was aware of this. Artem was the first spoke up: “Pardon me, I’m Artem Payne and this is my assistant…” Jerome finished, “….Jerome Sinclair.” However Tate speaks out harshly, “Go screw yourselves; it’s been a long day.” Artem smiled sardonically. “Hmm, sounds familiar to me.” He stated. “What do you want?” Tate snapped. “I can see you were resting your eyes. But I hope I wish to speak to you about one of the young ones of yours. Miss Minako.” Artem said in a biting tone. Tate noticed Minako just waving innocently, pretending to play it cool. “Don’t mind Minako. She doesn’t mean any harm.” Tate assured Artem. But Artem could only scoff at that statement. “Please! She’s an absurd young lady. She has no remorse and thinks she’s so high and mighty. But she isn’t. She’s a spoiled brat, cosseted by her own family.” Artem snapped. “Her family never gave her love, they only gave her was mistreatment and suffering.” Tate replied. Artem burst out laughing, not believing Tate. “Her? Sure, sure. I’m having a hard time believing that.” He managed to say. “I’m not joking, you think she’s a pampered princess but she’s really an overlooked, oppressed and lonely girl.” Tate said. “Come now, I’m not afraid of that. I’m not afraid of you or your pesky words or that girl. I’m not afraid of anything!” claimed Artem. Tate was surprised before a smirk appeared on his face and he stood up. “All right, maybe it’s time you know fear than your arrogance!!!!” exclaimed Tate. He then unleashed his form where he becomes a creature with a blue skull, a top hat and suit with a grin to the skull. The eyes glowed and everything went black for Artem and Jerome. They wake up in some sort of blur but managed to see they were in a chamber. There was a silhouette of a girl who stands in front of the boys while surrounded in a black and red colored glow. Artem's consciousness resides with Jerome's where the both saw this girl. “Who are you?” Artem asked. The girl turns around and smiles. “You're… you're the fallen angels." The girl said while she grinned, "Plummeted from any great heights lately?” She laughed. Inching closer to them, the girl said: “You look good enough to eat. May I?” She leaned over and tries to incline her head towards Artem. Her lips parted as she look like she was going to reap Artem, however the girl heard Tate call out: “That’s enough, Masara. Come back.” The vision faded as Artem and Jerome gasped while awake in reality. Tate turned back to normal, “Now do you see?” He asked. Artem was impressed, he couldn’t help but laugh. He managed to say while Tate and Jerome stared at him, “Very good. I enjoyed that. That was electrifying!” Tate smiled, “Why thank you. I’m glad you’d like it.” He then sat back down and said, “Now gentleman, excuse me.” And he closed his eyes to rest. Artem and Jerome walked off as Minako watched them go. “What I tell ya.” She said. Emily nodded, “Man, I don’t want to intervene and find out but damn, he’s good.” She remarked. “You can say that again.” Minako answered. And the two girls laughed. In the meantime as the gathering still proceeded; Lily was looking over the balcony outside and saw how beautiful the moon was. Just then, she felt an arm around her waist. Lily could hear a whisper in her ear, “I couldn’t help to notice you look rather ravishing. So pretty.” Lily realized that superior British accent was the constable’s tone. “You—you—you are the Constable!” Lily whispered. The constable shushed her, “Shh, don’t talk. Don’t speak, you’re too pretty so stay quiet or I’ll gut you and I don’t want to do it to such an innocent girl.” The constable said in a tender quiet voice.  His mouth collarbone, resting his lips on the curved groove before moving up to her neck and soft smacking against the jugular area. Lily felt so uncomfortable when she and Constable Lazarro jumped at the sound of a familiar voice in a low but demanding tone, “What the hell are you doing to her?!” The constable was so startled that he accidentally grazed his teeth and gave Lily a love bite on her neck. Lily gasped; she clutched her hand there where she could see in the window’s reflection that there was a black and blue bruise on her neck. She yelped and rushed away from the balcony. The constable looked away, pretending he didn’t know what happened but saw Emily glared at him which frightened him, “I don’t know what you were doing her but if I see you do that to another girl like her, I’m going to kick your ass you shithead!” She warned. Lily was walking away a little too quickly where she kept her neck covered but she bumped into Tsubaki, who was surprised by her frantic behavior. “Hey are you OK?” He asked. “I’m fine, just pulled a muscle that’s all.” Lied Lily brightly. However Tsubaki saw the bruise on her and his eyes widened. “Who did this to you?” He asked. Lily look embarrassed, “Please…We’ll talk about this later; I just want to get away now.” She said in a whisper. Tsubaki knew how scared she was so he stayed calm and quietly leads Lily away however the constable was following them. Lily was panicking on the inside when Tsubaki demanded: “Who are you? What do you want?” The constable said, “Release the girl, you will be charge with harassment.” Tsubaki was surprised by this, “What are you talking about?” He demanded. Lily spoke out, blocking the constable, “Stay away from him! He didn’t do anything—You did! You sick perv!” She said that, loud enough for everyone to hear. “Stop speaking falsely, move out of the way or I’ll arrest you both!!!” The constable exclaimed. Then, there was a sing song voice that made everyone shook with fear. “Ja-cin-do!” A voice called out, using syllables. “You shouldn’t bare false witness.” The constable was paralyzed with fears. High above the ground level, on a catwalk running along the top of the proscenium arch, there was the shadowy figure of Andrea. Everyone stops and reacts in fear, they all share general reaction of bewilderment. Lily looks fearfully. “You again, it’s just like these times you come to interfere.” Jacindo cried out, “It’s like how you’re so overprotective of that wretched man who calls his work life out of death!!!” Andrea called out, “One man who was a silent fury which no torment could be tame. He will turn the tide of human existence.” Then she shouted, “ARTEM WILL CHANGE THE WORLD!!! YOU WILL NEVER STOP HIM!!! HE WILL HAVE HIS REVENGE!!!!” There was a lot of chaos and debris falling, and then Kamoku and Evan each were knocked out. They saw a vision in their minds where there was mist for a moment until they saw clearly of what it was: There was a silhouette of a girl who stands in front of the boys while surrounded in a black and red colored glow. Kamoku's consciousness resides with Evan's where the both saw this girl. “Who are you?” Kamoku asked. The girl turns around and smiles. “You're… you're the fallen angels." The girl said while she grinned and giggled. Just then, the girl begin to sing in a pretty soprano voice: “Pray to the heavens, passing time for the one you love. Spending time with others, filling the voice. Awaits for a friend to help him out.” Then she croons out, “When he falls….He falls….” As she was singing; there was a soft, glowing aura to her where all of the light sources around her as she has a starry-glare and soft focus. Kamoku and Evan strained their eyes against the bright shimmer and everything was blinding until they both woke up. Everyone was relieved to see the boys were OK. Though Kamoku and Evan wondered who that girl was. Emily was confused but she didn’t want to intervene. Around the witching hour; Emily was at a bar alone when she saw a girl in a leather jacket and jeans with boots coming in as she has many rounds of booze. It wasn’t until some thuggish guys came in, Emily watched as she wondered what she might do but she didn’t have to because the girl was throwing punches and kicks. However she had the exact same powers as Emily! Emily was shocked that the girl uses her telekinetic abilities to throw them backwards; she could heal fast from any punches or anybody else’s weapons. The girl was done, she left money on the table and turned to the bartender, “Have a good night.” She said. Emily turned away but she was shocked that this girl has the same powers as her. The girl left the bar and went down the street. Emily watched her go, “Who the hell is this girl?” She thought. Emily smiled; she knew someone was out there doing well!

In the office, there was feet leaning against the desk and a memory comes back: Previously; Emily, Pua, Zizi, Sylvia, Kamoku, Minako, Peyton, Evan, Jade, Tsuabaki, Charao, Notaku, Kyara, and Neeta were in the bus when a voice squawked on: “Hello? Is this the 21 Guns Navy by any chance?” Everyone was surprised, “Yeah? Who is this?” Tsubaki asked. “That doesn’t matter, put your trust in me and I’ll get you out of this alive.” The voice said from the radio. “Ohhhh—kaaaaayyy, where are you?” asked Minako. “I’m…Hang on a second.” The voice said. Just then; everyone freak out to feel that the bus was levitating from the ground. “Driver, keep both hands on the wheel. Everyone hang on!” The voice commanded. “Wendigos are on your tail.” Tsubaki started to say, “How do you--?” But he was cut off mid-sentence and saw out the window that monsters were going crazy while pursuing the bus. “Holy cow!” Emily exclaimed. They all saw the Wendigos were taken out one by one of supernatural forces. After a swarm of Wendigos taken out in such a brutal manner; the bus landed safely and nobody got hurt. Though relieved, some were overcome with shock over being alive while also fainted of feeling at ease. They all found it hard to believe they were all alive! The voice from the radio quipped, “See? I’d never go back on a promise.” Minako smiled, “You saved us! Th—th—thank you. Can you tell us your name? Please?” She stammered. “Can’t. Edom Hiroki will suspect of an enemy spy, I am no foe but I don’t want any of you to get hurt.” The voice replied. Minako was surprised that this person knew Edom Hiroki! “Who are you? What are you?” Kamoku asked. “Just want to see how impressive the 21 Guns Navy can do.” Said the voice, the voice paused and then reply: “And I want to know Emily Grynte.” Emily was shocked by this. “How did you know my name?” She demanded. The communication cut off. In the present; Carla could feel her heart beating in her chest as she couldn’t believe she heard Emily’s voice: “So that was her…I couldn’t believe it!” thought Carla. She closed her eyes until she heard the knock at the door. Moments later…CRASH went the window of the office door, that office door belonged to the private investigator name Carla Dangeri; the dark haired young woman with the black attire of a jacket, jeans, scarf, and combat boots. No smile on her face. At all. “Talk to me that way again and I’ll make you regret. Didn’t anyone ever tell you it’s impolite to talk to a young lady like me like that and gets away with it!” She said. The thug who was thrown out was scared out of his wits as he ran off. This was a day in a life for Carla; she works as a private investigator. She always got jackasses yelling at her and treats her like dirt. Bar fights from guys who want to take a swing at her. Drinking shots of whiskey and booze like any other underage teen does. However, Carla wasn’t an ordinary young teenager around 17! Carla is a victim to life. People gossip about her personal and professional life, which simply comes out as noise to her due to its non-constructive nature. Meanwhile, she’s tired of everyone that requires her to be poise, something Carla dislikes out of her desire to be normal self at times, rather than appearing as a perfect being. Carla knows very well that complaining about her problems is futile – it won’t change anything, and it won’t make things much better. She thinks highly of her dignity and holds a sense of propriety, but when it comes to her problems, she recognizes that this very same pride holds her back. Carla sees herself as some sort of sacrifice, which others are marching forward. Those who are trying to make her into an idol of some sort but she knows she’s just a sheep that they’ve simply decorated with their hopes and expectations. The patriarchal society places restrictions on the mentality of women and the way they’re allowed to view themselves! They warn Carla that her attempts to change the established system will be in vain and will cause her great harm. She is a powerful, independent woman. She’s created success for herself, and proved many people wrong. Carla heard once that the strong survive and the weak die. But the life she knows as strength is now represented by money. The richer you are, the easier life is. Carla is grown up in a generation where there’s open-format as she was exposed to different cultures, different walks of life, and different ideas so the older she got, the less scared she was. And the less shocked and more open to diversity she was.  She knew a young, attractive football star as he was not interested in straight relationships. This guy wasn’t only in love with the game of football, but rather he also discovered the attraction between him and another team member.

Evidently, he wasn’t the only player on the team with an interest in the same gender. He wishes to fulfill his desires with to finally becoming engaged suggests that this person has manifested his happiness in discovering and expressing his orientation, promising to marry the man he loves. Carla knew that the youth of today’s world as they proclaim that they recognize their power and position in society. Whether anyone have money or not, there’s always some way to have fun and enjoy life. Further pressing on the realization that the rising generation has recreated and reshaped the culture by the rising youth as a statement of their freedom and power. But in her loneliness, Carla wonders to herself about the things in her life: she couldn’t completely control, she splurges on expensive alcohol. Not only does her impulse succumb to the luxury, she falls into champagne for the pain. Can people be willing to put up with her insanity as well as personal demons, as her life spirals down the drain, leaving marks on those who become close to her. Are people feel this same sort of high that she does without the influence of maltreatment remedies. She thirsts for attention, for fame and glamour, even when it hurts her and the people around her. When she’s manic, she puts her all into entertaining her fans, to the point of self-harm. Carla stands out amidst a crowd, leading to judgment of her by many people and is reprimanded for trying to express herself and staying true to who she really is. She doesn’t censor herself, even if the public may perceive her raw, expressive truth as vulgar. Carla dreams that she may be accepted by the general public for who she is. However, she implies that this dream may never come true, because she’s placed under the restrictions of society and its cultural boundaries of what is acceptable and what is not. In her mind, the world is filled with people who fail to show their true colors and choose to be different from the rest of the world. These folks attempt to force Carla to conform to the standards of society, whether it is changing her appearance or even her profession. Those who conform to what society defines as good are those who have little confidence in themselves like forcing themselves to follow popular trends in order to fit in. Self-esteem is replaced by the sense that self esteem is what helps people get through the day, as gasoline helps maintain the power of a clone. As an individual living in a perfectionist society, Carla’s belief that there is a mistake in her genes and DNA. Carla carries out deranged acts every day. Sometimes the public witnesses these moments, she wants people’s attention and to feel pain, for the sensation. In all this, she’s losing herself. She compares herself to an untamed natural disaster, steering clear of becoming tied down to any place or relationship. Although her attitude is proud and fervent towards avoiding attachment, she appears bitter in feeling stuck with the blame for her behavior on this track. Her pride stops her from giving into taking responsibility. She’s unstable and unpredictable, and would rather place the fault onto others. Carla wants to know, were there people that went through struggles like she did? She thought there wasn’t and believes she’s going crazy. In her life as an abused victim; Carla Dangeri was first to witness her mother Lelica was drugged and drained as her abusive father appeared before his wife and forced himself upon her. He ripped her clothes and was inside her....The others didn't help; they thought she was crazy so they all laughed at her. Carla was forced to watch. Things got worse when that awful hurricane and Carla was looking for her sister however she was shocked to find the remains of her best friend, Monica Flambeau, was her feet which had her favorite shoes on. Carla was in anguish however she decided to get her favorite teacher, Mr. Matthew Russell, for help. When Carla got to the university, she saw the lights in Mr. Russell's office was off so she went in and turned them on. What she saw was a horrifying scene of Mr. Russell's corpse, his own nape was red and there was a puddle of that awful color on the floor! Carla flee the scene, crying and struggling for breath! However, she bumped into Carla which she wish she didn't because she must look like a crying mess.

But she managed to tell Jeb Gershom what had happened and they talked for awhile in a garden where they confess their love for one another. But then, they were discovered by the guards as Carla escaped while Jeb was being lead away to be beaten to death. Carla was in a panic as she tries to use a spell to save him however she heard a crunch sound of bones as well as a sickening sound of flesh ripped apart. Carla screamed, "JEB!!!!!" Everything from her is not fine, she hallucinates as she could hear those hurtful words: "Carla Dangeri is a selfish bitch who is going to get what she deserves, she is a pathetic little good girl who should die friendless and alone!" She looked around her apartment where she can see there is nothing but saw herself as somebody different, someone more beautiful and perfect but it was nothing like her. More like a different girl, who was laughing and talking with Carla’s mother. Carla shouted: "What the hell are you doing with him?!" But she turned to her and said, "What does it look like you pathetic, good girl? I'm here with your boyfriend. You think anybody's gonna love you, you're disgusting. Nobody wants to be around a selfish, friendless bitch." She laughed at her, and then Carla could hear more laughter as she couldn't see where it was coming from. "What's going on?" She thought with a panic. The laughter died down where her mother is hugging her as she whispers to her daughter, "I won't let them hurt you sweetheart. You are my good girl. You don't need friends, you don't have to put on an act to please others." Carla tried to pull away however her mother won't let go and Carla pushed her away as she shouted, "I AM NOT YOUR SWEETHEART!!!!!" Just then, she is arrested and is brought before her personal demons, who are judge and jury, as she condemns Carla for selfishness and hurting people who loved her, and then sentences her to be exposed by stripping her clothes off. Carla covered herself but gasped at how her body is branded with words on her skin: "LIAR", "TRAITOR", "THIEF", "SELFLESS BITCH", "PATHETIC", "FRIENDLESS", and "ALONE". People chanting: "CARLA DANGERI IS A LIAR!!!! CARLA IS A TRAITOR!!! CARLA IS A THIEF!!!! CARLA IS A SELFLESS BITCH!!!!!" CARLA IS PATHETIC!!!!! CARLA IS A FRIENDLESS LONER!!!!" She saw her father and everyone else also chanting as she covered her ears. And she screamed, "LEAVE ME BE---I DON'T DESERVE THIS!!!" And she runs out screaming. She runs while she tries to escape her delusions which were she saw that wasn’t real: Being replaced, being dumped, being smothered too much, and being betrayed. Nobody else could see the branded words on her skin. She felt paranoid, delusional and then she was later discovered by authorities where she slept near an alley way as she being guided away. She lied there motionless in that room of the facility. And she died on the inside. After being released; Carla repairs her relationship with her mother, Lelica. While trying to get her life back in order; Carla was labeled as a freak and out-casted from others. She was harassed by a jerk until she discovered her powers after the jerk went into a wall hard, as Carla never touched him but this still was shocking to everyone. “SCREW YOU ALL!!!! GO JACK OFF IN A BOTTLE OF FORMALHYDE AND DIE, DIE AND BURN IN HELL FOR ALL I CARE!!!” Carla shouted at them. She picked herself up and ran off. She’d get angry at anyone who tries to pity; she didn’t need anyone’s sympathy because of her loss. However she wanted to make good with her powers. One night, Carla was taking a walk out into a town and seemed lost. “You OK miss?” A voice asked. Carla gasped and whirled around as she turned to see a hooded figure: “Fine. Just looking for a friend.” lied Carla. She turned around and left as she looked for her until something covered her mouth as she passed out. When she woke up, Carla saw herself naked but covered in a towel. Her hair was wet as she was cold! “Hello?” asked Carla. No one answers, so she screamed out: “HELLO!!!” Still no answer as Salome yelled again, “HEY, CAN I HAVE MY CLOTHES BACK?!” Just then, she heard a voice that purred: “You’re awake….Finally….!” Carla turned around and saw a figure standing in there. “Who are you?” She gasped. The young man smiled kindly at her, “I’m Gideon Sullivan.” He said. Carla blushed at this pretty boy, “Can…Can…Can I have my clothes back?” She asked weakly. “Of course you may, I’m sorry what happened. I saved your life.” Explained Gideon. It was then things got even more fervent; Gideon used Carla as a tool for pleasure for his own desire to venerate her without violating her as he used his passion to ardent kisses against the lips of her crushes. And Carla was the grave-robber, she dig up graves while retrieving bodies for Gideon and to revive back to life. Carla places Gideon on a pedestal, using terms with strong religious connotations as her admiration is so strong that it’s as if she is worshiping her lover. Once she gets starts getting emotionally close, Gideon seems tender and benevolent. Warmth and affection only radiate from people who share their emotions and experiences. The consideration attitude of Gideon is just as bad of the abuse! Gideon is emotionally cold and aloof, sharing nothing of his true self. Carla wonders if her lover can truly feel any emotions at all. Gideon has enticing lips with blood flowing through them and is the life of this relationship. It wasn’t until she discovered that Gideon had a talent to bring those who died back to life with great technology however making them undead as a result. Carla was shocked but she was forced to work for Sullivan unless he blackmails her of her powers. Carla agreed but she also was forced to be a lust object for Gideon where she felt so violated. Then the final straw came when Carla was forced to kill children, women, and those with illnesses as they were forced to come back to life as zombies. Gideon was obsessed with living forever as he had a fear of dying.

After uncovering corpses and forcing to kill for awhile; the traumatized Carla managed to escape from Sullivan and she became a private investigator of a small assimilation. Today, Carla is having coffee with her good friend name Kira Morgan and was in the middle of a colorful story. “…And so I said to him, ‘Are you serious? That is so friggin’ scandalous! I love you man!’” said Carla. She and Kira burst out laughing. “Did you really say that?” asked Kira. “I sure as hell did, he laughed until he was in coughing fits. He said I was a comedian.” Carla said. Kira shakes her head, still chuckling slightly. “Man, I wish I had been there to see that.” She said. They toasted each other before drinking their cappuccinos. It was quiet for a moment before Kira spoke up, “How are you holding up?” Carla placed her cup down and sighed, “Kira…” She groaned. “Come on, you got better since….’He’ is no longer going to hurt you.” Kira reminded. “I know that.” Carla said. Kira looked at her friend with concern, “Aren’t you afraid of him?” She inquired. Carla shook her head, “No, I’m not but I really want to kick his ass when I do see him again.” She remarked. “Well, get it on video and sent it to me. I like to watch it over and over for a second time.” Kira joked. Carla looked at her, “This isn’t an anime or a TV show you know that right?” She said. Kira shrugged, “It’s also not a light novel or a radio talk show but hey, who am I to judge?” She retorted. Carla lean back in her chair, Kira then said: “Oh, did you hear the lastest news? Dream State Agency has a lot of ‘good freaks’, maybe I’ll be lucky enough to interview one. I haven’t said it on my radio show.” Carla looked at her, “Don’t call people ‘freaks’, people are just people.” She said. “OK, OK, fine. That’s insulting. But what else can you call them? Mutants? Weirdos? Outcasts?” Kira suggested. “Does that make me one?” Carla remarked coldly. Kira realized her mistake, she looked at her friend. “Carly, I’m sorry. I wasn’t trying to…” She was trying to explain. Carla shook her head, “No, it’s fine. Don’t feel bad.” She assured her friend. Afterwards, her two friends departed ways as Carla was walking down the sidewalk of a busy street when she saw moving figures hiding which caused her to be suspicious. Carla walked over and followed the unknown figures to a great big open space of an indoor arena as it gives an impression of! As Carla step forward, she felt something move and saw a Wendigo. It noticed her when all of a sudden it tries to attack but was struck in the heart. Carla could see Michael Tanaka luring over at her with a smile on his face. He and the others in the shadows were about to advance on Carla. Carla took a step backward quickly, she had to get away and fast. But her heart was beating as her fears were brought to life.

Just then, there was a wail and a shriek that made Michael froze in terror. “Not her.” He growled. He turned and saw Nightmarchers were on his heels as well as the others. Carla ran for her life but luckily, she wasn’t being chased after by Michael and the others. However, she could feel the Nightmarchers following her and Carla ran faster than her legs could carry. “Please God, Please let me live!” She prayed. Just then, she tripped and fell where she could see the Nightmarchers were closing in. She closed her eyes as she thought of her friends, the people that cared about her: “Mom…Monica…Mr. Russell…Jeb…I love you all….” She thought. The next minute that happened Carla wakes up in a warehouse and gets startled after strange people surround her. A young man name Kison Oscar, He is skinny with wiry muscles and wearing a dark cinnamon tank top to show off his lean muscles, a leather jacket and leather pants! Kison tells his allies to stop it because he notices that Carla looked jumpy. She offers her medicine and water. Carla assures the injured girl that he's not trying to drug her or hurt her but Carla questions him about what is this place. Kison says it's his hideout, he says: "I guess I'm impressed. Guess my magic work after all." Carla becomes confuse until she realizes that Kison is the one that saved her. Kison asked if she's satisfied, Carla says excitedly that these new powers gave her a chance to avenge the tortured weaklings that are scarred physically, mentally or emotionally. During her stay; Carla meets Kison's friend & assistant Sachiko Shadmon. The strange girl bonds well with Carla! Carla is interested, Sachiko begins to laugh and turns to Echo: "O My God, You were right! She's good with weird." Kison enters the room, "See? What did I tell ya?" Kison smiled, and all three of them laugh together. Besides the girl; there are other freaks out there of the weird warehouse: Lana Wagner the Pale Woman. Hassan and Ucello ‘Ukko’ Miruka the Alligator Twin Boys. Noriya Suga the Snake Boy. Berthold Chamomile the Man-Eating Aqua Dragon. Chyntak Hoshi the Bloody-Eyed Creature Boy & Lizzy Byrd the Wolf Girl. Carla learns more about their past lives: Hassan and Ukko have a crazy mom, Noriya has a rose garden and doesn't let anyone touch it--except Carla, who is gentle and kind about flowers. She seems startled by the Miruka Brothers when they shape shift into alligators! This gang was called ‘Bad Seeds’ because people think they have evil intentions but really, they are misunderstood. During her time; Carla learns about the past lives of others within Bad Seeds: Sachiko was raised by her single, neglecting mother when she was a child. Her dad left the two women when she was so young. Sachiko hated her mother for all these years because she would ignore her through childhood. She grew up into a young lady and her mother refuse to acknowledge her which made Sachiko even madder. One night while she was asleep; a spider crawled up on Sachiko's face, sat there and crawled away. Sachiko woke up with a red spot on her cheek and tells her mother about it! Her mother said it was just a spider bite; she assures her that it will go away but tells her not to scratch it. Day after day; the bite got bigger and much worse and got uglier! One day while taking a bath; a swarm of spiders burst open from her cheek! She was bleeding and called 9-1-1 when her mother wasn't home. At the hospital; a doctor turned her into a girl with hairy, spider legs and she was like that for the rest of her life! In the end; she was found by Kison, who accepted her into his group. Noriya was once human as he lived in a beautiful land called Leeds. Noriya had a rose garden, an eagle and a broken door. He was cruel to others because of his tragic past. One day, a robber broke in and tries to take all of Noriya's money but the robber stabbed the man in the back and leave him for dead! Then, five dark faeries appeared and cursed him as a snake man. He was to remain like that for life! In his grief; Noriya murdered a lot of people and grow his own rose garden so he can find serenity in his life. A rose beautifully for the snake man and he fell in love with it! Noriya spends time caring for her the most. The robber returned and wanted to destroy him but the snake man protected his garden from his enemy. Eventually; the garden was destroyed and Afton was left heartbroken once more but in the end; He was found by Kison & Sachiko that convinced him to join the group so he can find serenity in there. Lizzy’s parents were killed by different reasons as a wolf found her and raised her among the pact.

So many people have seen this wolf girl, who would ran away with the wolves until one day, a band of men found Lizzy, who tried to fight back but was useless! She was a feral child that would scream, howl and bite, The men were scared of her that they leave her alone until one night; The wolves came to the girl's rescue as the men found their horses killed by the pact. The pact was killed as the wolf girl escaped while she let out a howl of her grief. Years later; the wolf girl grew up to be a young woman in her teen years & was discovered by Kison & Sachiko, who found her and raised her as their own into their group--They named her Lizzy. Lizzy came across a handsome young man whom she became smitten with and followed him. His name was Komitsu Satsuki, who was part of Kison and Sachiko’s gang. Chyntak was a strange dimension titled: Batteo Town. He was a faithful man to his king and never showed rebellion to his master. Chyntak was a loyal man of his hometown! A group of rebels thinks that he was so good that they decide to frame him for a crime that he'd never committed. When the framing crime turn to Chyntak; He was punished by letting his eyes get zapped by lasers and was left to bleed for life & banished to his new place in New Americana. He met a man who became frightened when they first met but they became good friends and the man had three strange, black cats. One was bigger than the medium size cat and small size cat. The man was dying of a disease and he wants Chyntak to care for his cats for him while he was gone. After the man died; Chyntak cared for the cats as promised but his bloody eyes were never to be cured since they kept on bleeding and bleeding! Three of the cats were killed eventually by a car and Chyntak buried them but he was a monster that was never loved. Finally after in his time of grief as his eyes were bleeding less; Chyntak meets Kison & Sachiko and Chyntak became part of the so-called family! Lana Wagner was searching her way out from her abusive mother, who seemed a nice woman to others but she was very mean towards her! That's when Lana has a special friendship connection with a young woman name Clara Solar. They became good friends but Lana warns her about her abusive mother might be troubled. Clara thinks she's playing with her mind but eventually; she found out and was tormented through her mind which caused her to take her own life after she was told by her mother about the truth of her father. Witnessing this and feeling helpless; Lana grieved over this as she ran away from home and meets Kison and Sachiko, who encourages her to join them and her, too, became part of ‘the family’. In the sixth and final story; Hassan and Ukko were taught how to swim by their dad and their paranoid, abusive mother became worked up about it! When the twin boys grew up; they swam fine and well. That's when on that day came; the twins' father was the large one and was playing with his wife but he became grief stricken when he realized that he killed her! Then, the father was killed and the twin boys became enraged as they turned into alligators and murdered all those people! They were upset over their parents until they meet Kison and Sachiko. At the hours of darkness; Carla was just in town today while getting some errands while also deciding to get some dinner, considering it was around nighttime and was using a random name, Ligeia. Just then, she had a vision of someone in black with face marking makeup on his face. There was a crow on the figure's shoulder. Carla gasped in horror, "Who is that?" She thought. Carla jumped when she heard the call of the crow going: "Caw, caw!" Carla forced herself to relax, "It's just a crow, nothing to it." She told herself. "Caw, caw. The crow cries." A voice said, "It howls of a victim's demise when I take out and torture those that escaped the judicial branch. Tell me, are you a crow? A raven? Or a black swan?" Carla turned around and saw a man in black attire with white face makeup and black markings that resembled scars. "Who are you?" Carla asked in a trembling voice. "I am Vigilo, the Raven to avenge the victims and take down the ones who are responsible." said the man in black. "Justice? Raven? I didn't know that!" Carla thought to herself. "And pray tell who you are?" asked Vigilo. "I'm Ligeia. I am on a quest to find someone here." Carla claimed. Vigilo circled around her as he observes her, "How come I never heard of you?" He asked. Carla swallowed her panic, "I'm a rookie. Please, have mercy--I am no threat here." She said. Vigilo nodded, "Good to her, which is why I like to test you." He said. Carla looked at him curiously, "Test me? On what?" She asked. "How many times can you the crow's cry? If you count how many times, perhaps I can let you see what my identity." Vigilo explained. Carla was surprised at this, why would he say that? Who was he anyway? But she nodded, "OK, it's a deal." said Carla. While standing and playing along with the game, Carla could hear the crow cawing and she counted how any times she could hear it. But as she was counting; Carla was stepping backwards until a fragile glass made her lose her footing. She fell into the pool as Vigilo came to her rescue! However while diving into rescuing the drowning girl; Vigilo is shocked to see who it was: "So, this is Ligeia's secret identity." He said.

A sinister smile appeared on his face, his makeup was washed off to reveal scars upon his pale face. "Well, what do you know." He said softly. Not knowing for she was unconscious; Carla 's life was about to change....forever! Later; Carla woke up in a sleeveless white night gown and sleeping in a canopy bed. She looked around to the sun was shining out--A new day, "What the--How did I get back here?" She wondered. Just then, the door burst open and Carla jumped but heard a hushed, husky-seemingly warm voice. " Carla Dangeri, I presumed?" The voice asked. Carla turns to see some peculiar man. He was young but his eyes look like they were sleep depraved, his hair was long and seemingly unwashed dark to it. His skin was ivory-olive, but he looks very authoritative in the tone he was speaking to. Carla gave her attention to him, "Yes sir." She replied. The man pulled out his police badge, "Allow me to introduce myself, Detective Shibaki Markham." He said. Carla smiled at him however she looked around the room, "Um...Where is m--I mean, Ligeia?" She asked. "Oh, she's in recovery. Her clothes are drying from the wash." explained Shibaki. "Ah, that's very kind of you." said Carla, "May I have them please...So I can give them to her?" "Of course, you must be a friend of hers. They are in the dryer so feel free to retrieve them. I'll be in the basement working. If you need anything, just holler." explained Shibaki. The detective left the room and Carla was left alone, she becomes suspicious about this man; so Carla decides to snoop around. She had to get her cloths from the driver, she expect them not be there but weird enough they were there! Carla was getting a funny feeling, "What's going on?" She wondered. While retrieving her clothes; Carla decides to find out more of who Detective Shibaki Markham really is, he seemed unfamiliar to her. With much exploring, Carla found Shibaki's office and snooped around. Not that it didn't seem right but she had to find some answers. However she came across a picture frame of a waxen pale skin, dark hair, and timid looking boy with an auburn haired beautiful girl. There was cursive writing that reads, "To my darling who's heart and mind is big enough to love by a girl like me. Thank you, Shibaki! Love forever, Pyera." This perplexed Carla, "Who on earth is Pyera?" She thought. Furthermore; Carla found another picture frame of a young boy with his parents but there was only two problems--The father's head was ripped out and the mother's face was scribbled upon so much that you couldn't see her face. The only thing that remains is the young boy. "Now who would do this? Must be a troubling childhood." noted Carla. She spaced out as she thought of how her wrists are bound together, she cried out and begged for mercy but her father yelled at her while beating her to a pulp. Carla snapped out of it when she heard an alarm and a blinding light distract her so she couldn't see. Then, she felt some cloth wrapped around her mouth and gagged her, knocking her out. Everything was spinning before turning black. Afterwards; Carla woke up with her wrists all shackled of chains, "Where am I now?" She wondered. "Well, well. This is where the sneaky raven has been, hasn't she?" A voice said. There was blinding lights and Carla could make out a silhouette of a familiar figure. She gasped, "So it's you!" called Carla. "I knew you were Ligeia, Miss Dangeri. The makeup washed off when you were in the water and I found out in your file." said Detective Shibaki Markham. "Where is my stuff? What do you want?" Carla demanded. "Let's get two things straight...One, it's safe. And two, what I want is your help and maybe to help you." Shibaki explained. Carla was glaring at his silhouette, "How can I trust you?" She asked. "Because we met before, but I was different. I think you know me as this man." Shibaki replied. He appeared with scar-like markings, white face paint, black lipstick painted on, on eye was different from the violet one--that's something that Carla didn't noticed it! But there's a crow on his shoulder. "Now I know who you are, you're Vigilo!" Carla claimed. Shibaki smiled at her, "Yes I am." He said. It looked at the file Carla had: "So, you're name's 'Carla Dangeri', is it? But you have a different mother but have the same father as 'her'." He asked. "Yes, you must've known from the file and evidence I had." replied Carla. "No doubt about it. That's why I came to offer you a deal." Vigilo said. "A deal? What do you have in mind?" Carla inquired. "I'll help you find your sister, or should I say your half sister, if you work for me as a secretary." Vigilo explained. Carla thought about it, she nodded and replied: "Sure, I'll do it!" Vigilo smiled darkly, "Excellent." He said.

Then, he freed her from the shackles and Carla is given back her costume as well as her file. With Vigilo as her ally; it was going to be easy for her as well as Shibaki Markahm for his detective skills. A crime investigator that cracks cases better than anybody else of the judicial system. Carla believes what she was getting herself into was a big mistake of her life though Shibaki is just like her and the rest of the ‘freaks’ in the land of New Americana. Meanwhile; Carla is on an assignment as she is to spy on someone by the name of Artem Payne and his assistant, Jerome Sinclair. Carla watches them through microscopes while Kison speaks to Carla through an ear piece communicator. “Why is this guy so special?” She asked. “You really want to know? He’s a medical student who is a mad scientist in unorthodox experiments.” Kison explained. “Oh really? He seems to have a boyish exquisiteness.” Carla said. But she gasped when she saw Artem’s head turned and hides. “Carla, what’s wrong?” She could hear Kison asked. Panicking; Carla heaved breathing as she whispers, “The two guys, they spotted me!” She managed to say. “What?” gasped Kison. “I gotta get out of here!” Carla rasped. She got her bag and ran off. “Miss, wait!” The guy said. During the chase; Carla hid behind a pillar where she peeks out as she could see those two young men were looking around. “We know you’re around here, don’t be afraid.” One of them called out, one by the name of Artem. However; Artem looked up and smiled, “There you are, miss! Come down here.” He called. Carla gasped, she rushed away. She pulled a knife out and saw Wendigos attacking her but she took them down with her powers. In the meantime; Carla took the knife and begins slicing the skin where she could see herself bleeding a lot. She heard a voice shouting, “What are you doing?” But Carla never got the chance because she passed out. When she woke up; Carla found her arm had healed. She saw the guy, Artem, and asked: “Why did you save me?” Artem smiled at her, “Because you look so tortured and sad.” He said. Carla begins to cry, “Whatever you want with me, please. I can’t! Not again.”  She sobbed. Artem was surprised, “I don’t want to hurt you, I simply just want to talk. You look so sad.” He explained. Carla looked at him, “Why do you care?” She inquired darkly. Artem put a hand on her shoulder, “Someone has to.” He said. His strong but tortured sounding patter of an accent made Carla’s body tingle. She didn’t look at him as she composed herself though she mutters, “I’m so stupid.”

However, there was more Wendigos were coming at them from locating them while Carla helps Artem and Jerome escape as she used her powers. They got to the clock tower while they got to safety. Just then, Kison Oscar and the gang arrived as they managed to help Jerome while Artem and Carla were still on the tower while trying to escape. In that moment; Carla learns she can fly while she was trying to escape but Artem gripped onto the almost falling debris as Carla stops to help him. Artem held onto the railing but Carla outstretch her hand out, she smiles. Artem is nervous; he glanced over and reflects her smile. He takes it however he finds himself levitating. He panics but Carla carries him, “I got you. It’s OK, come. Let me teach you how to walk across the sky.” Carla said in a soothing tone. Jerome and the others watch as Carla took Artem’s hand and then she guide him by casual walking on the air. Artem was gasping softly, amazed however Carla smiles as she says, “See? Not so bad isn’t it?” She winks. Artem was breathless, he couldn’t believe this. He didn’t know who this girl is but this was unrealistic! Artem and Carla got back to the others but before they did, Artem said: “Don’t tell anyone but can we do that again sometime?” Carla grinned, “Sure. I’ll fly you to the moon and show you a whole new world, higher than higher before.” She said. That night while lying in her own bed; Carla could see the memories played out from Artem and Jerome’s thoughts into her head: The time in a land called Velvet Ditch, an interesting state of land. Most people lived and worked farming the land—but, particularly towns grew larger and more important. They were places where markets were regularly held and where craftsmen lived and worked. Some of the finer buildings in the town, such as a rich merchant’s house, were built of expensive stone. The poorer houses were made from cheaper timber with walls of sticks and plaster, called wattle and daub. The grandest building in the town was the stone-built church at its center. This was built to show the world how prosperous the town and its lord were. The town’s buildings contained shops and workshops on the ground floor with living areas above. Inns were not only places where people gathered to drink. They also provided food and lodging, as well as stabling and fodder for the travelers’ horses. Most townsfolk struggled to make a living, but some merchants became very wealthy. They lived in grand houses in the center of the town and employed servants and entertainers. The merchant owned the whole house, but might rent a small room at the top of the house for a poor family to live in. Many different craftsmen lived and worked in medieval towns. They included bakers, butchers, blacksmiths, carpenters, arrow makers, bow makers, dyers, potters and many others. A craftsman’s workshop, shop, storeroom and home were all found in the same building. Craftsmen took on apprentices to help them. They lodged with the craftsman and his family. If, after several years’ training, the apprentices proved themselves, they, too, could become master craftsmen and set up their own shops. Market day was the busiest day of the week in a medieval town. Local farmers came to town to sell their meat and vegetables using horse-drawn, two-wheeled carts, while merchants came from farther afield to sell their fine cloth and other wares. Peddlers sold all kinds of goods. Tinkers would repair pots and pans. The marketplace was alive with noises and smells on the morning of market day. Pigs were a nuisance, however. Most townspeople kept them as they were cheap and a good source of food. But they were often let out into the streets to forage. The streets of a medieval town were dirty and smelly. Open drain channels ran along the sides or down the middle of the streets. People often threw dirty water out of their windows. The streets were also lively places—particularly on market days. Jugglers, jesters and even dancing bears entertained the crowds. In this time; they say that kids are cruel but sometimes bullying can be taken too far. But it's not the kids, some parents can be so abusive it is revolting how much pain that they can make a child suffer and don't give a damn about how they feel! But there is a curse amongst the people in New Americana however it all begins in Pleasuredome. Pleasuredome is a warm place because of the unbeatable heat! But it's also full of the most superficial bastards who pretend to be your friend and stab you in the back. There was one girl who suffered so much and nobody helped her so now there is a curse place upon the people in Pleasuredome!

The curse is a violent matter: There once was a boy who was out hunting with his father, they had their dogs with them as the father wanted to take his son out, to learn how to hunt. Just then; the dogs were going crazy as both father and son saw a figure in the distance. It was hard to see so the boy used the rifle at the figure and pulled the trigger. The bullet missed however the figure groaned in pain and scampered away! But something was on the ground; the boy picked it up and saw it was a toe. He showed it to his father, “Why son, it looks nice and plump. Let’s go home, your mother will put it in the soup and we’ll have it for dinner.” His father said. So, they did. That night; the mother carved the toe into three pieces and they each had a piece. The parents did the dishes while the boy was getting ready for bed! As everyone slept; the boy woke up to hear something out in the distance, it was a voice calling to him: “Wh—ere—is—my—to—ee?” It groaned. The boy got scared but he immediately reassured himself, “It doesn’t know where I am. It will never find me.” Just then; he heard his backdoor opened and shut. The boy hid under the covers as he tried to get back to sleep when his bedroom door opened and someone crept in. The boy was shaken with fear, someone stopped at his bed and pulled the covers off the boy! The boy looked up to see a girl in a purple dress with a white collar, white socks, and brown shoes. There was buttons in front of the dress. She looked beautiful but her eyes were full of hate. “What pretty eyes you have.” The boy spoke nervously. “Thank you, they are meant to stare.” The girl said. “What beautiful hands you have.” The boy stammered. “They are meant to touch and put my hands around you.” The girl replied. “And what are your teeth for?” The boy asked. The girl’s calm demeanor became vicious as she exclaimed, “TO GRIND YOUR BONES, YOU FOOL!!!” The boy’s scream is heard from the house! That old mansion is said to be haunted as a rich man offered a hundred dollars to whoever would do it. The boy suggested to try but only if he can have his dog with him, so it was all settled. That night, the boy and the dog were at the mansion. To make the room more cheerful, the boy made a fire in a fireplace and they both waited. Just then, a female’s voice was singing: “Mi—ti—dough—ty—wal—ker.” The boy was uneasy until he was shocked to hear his dog spoke out in response, “Lin—chee—chin—chee—col—ly—mol—ly—din—go—din—go!” The boy was surprised, dogs were not supposed to talk. Just then, the female’s voice was singing was coming closer and it was the same words, “Mi—ti—dough—ty—wal—ker.” And the dog responds back in croons: “Lin—chee—chin—chee—col—ly—mol—ly—din—go—din—go!” It went on like this for quite a while, then a figure fell down the chimney and missed the fire. The dog took one look and fell over, dead from fright. The figure turned to the boy, the figure was a woman who looked down the boy and slowly smiled into a grin. The boy’s scream was heard from the mansion, the next day they found the boy was alive but catatonic as he lied next to his dog. There was a 16 year old boy working on his grandfather’s farm when all of a sudden, he saw a young woman in a sheer white, long dress and barefoot. She has untidy hair with a flowery crown adorned on her head. But her eyes looked wild with revenge. The woman beckoned to the boy; however the boy hurried back to his grandfather and told him everything! “Give me your truck; I’ll go to the city! She’ll ne’er find me there.” Said the boy. So the grandfather lets him and the boy sped away. The grandfather went into town, looking for the woman and found her. He then asked, “Why did you frighten my grandson? He’s only 16; he’s too young to die.” The woman replied, “I am sorry about that sir. I didn’t mean to beckon to him. But I was surprised to see him.” Just then, the woman smiled and claims: “You see, I have an appointment with him….This afternoon, in the city. He has an unfinished business to take care.” A college girl returned to her dorm from the library, but found the lights are out and her roommate was asleep. The girl quietly undressed and changed into comfy clothes, she got into bed. Then, the girl heard humming as she told her roommate: “Please, stop humming. I want to get some sleep.” The humming stopped and the girl went to sleep. It was early in the morning at around 4 or 5 in the morning to the humming sound, the girl politely asked her roommate to stop. “Go back to sleep, it’s too early to get up.” The girl said. The humming didn’t ceased and the girl was angry, “Cut it out! That’s not funny!” She said heatedly. The humming didn’t stop as it was low and quiet so the girl jumped up and pull the covers off. Her frustration turned to pure horror when her roommate was found decapitated. The girl believes she is having a nightmare and decides to go back to sleep! When she wakes up, she thinks everything will be fine.

A grave robber dug up a grave of a woman that had died and found two valuable rings, a wedding ring and a glowing red ruby. The robber tries to get the rings off but they were stuck on the unveiled body’s fingers. The thief tried to cut them off, the finger was now oozing with blood and the figure begin to stir before it sat up. The thief was startled that he scrambled out of the grave, he accidentally knocked over the lantern and the light went out! He heard the corpse climb out as the corpse walks past him, the figure then turned to the robber and asked: “Whooooooooo are yoooooouuuuuu?” The robber was so scared that he started to run until he tripped and fell into the grave but he realized that he still had the knife in his hand as he stabbed himself! He then started to bleed to death. Two sisters were misbehaving by breaking the rules and made their mother very upset. She punished them as the girls promised to be good! This was three times they did this on each day, but previously the sisters were told to do these things only because a girl told them to do it for the price of a drum. The drum played as the figurines come out and dance. That’s why the girls are doing this. Until the mysterious girl told them no, claiming they were just playing a game and she wasn’t going to give it to them. The two sisters fled in tears but they got home to see someone there and their screams echoed throughout the land. There once was a man who loved to eat and his wife would cook for him. One day, the man left a pound of liver meat that he bought from the butcher shop. So his wife cooked it for him. She cooked it for him, however she decides to taste it and found it to be just delicious. The wife indulged it so much that she found it all gone, she panicked as she knew her husband would return home and be angry with her. That’s when she remembered that there was a rich old lady that had died: Her body was lying in the coffin of the church…Later on, the man was eternally grateful for the meal his wife cooked and told her to try some, since he was in a better mood than he usually was. But his wife refuses, allowing her husband to finish it all. That night, the wife was trying to read however she felt guilty for what she had done. Just then, she heard a voice that said: “Who has my liver?” The wife was horrified to hear this; she wanted to believe that this was all a dream or if this was her imagination. But she heard that voice again but it was closer, “Who has my liver?” The wife squeezed her eyes tight, she wanted to run. “No, no, no! I don’t have it! I don’t have your liver.” She whispered. She felt the voice next to her as it asked, “Who has my liver?” The wife did not open her eyes but pointed to her husband, “He does! He has your liver!” She claimed. The lights went out as the man begins to scream and scream in utter terror. On an isolated, seemingly haunted townhouse was on the seaside. Inside of the place, there was an operating table of brain transplants. A big rabbit-ear antenna with an electrical arc between the posts.

A magnetic coil. A roof that opens to the sky, to let the lightning in out.  A mainframe computer with big dials and switches on the front with spinning tape reels. Bits of animals and people preserved in formaldehyde. A whole bunch of glassware, especially test tubes, beakers, flasks of colored liquid, distilling columns, condensers, burners, and an object given when a subject hooks a bunch of them together. There are chains and manacles as well as a big worn chalkboard filled with equations. Dusty piles of incomprehensible failed experiments, which may or may not suddenly, become a danger to anyone wandering around unsupervised. Big levers and control panels. And lastly, an enormous knife switches for completing dangerous electric circuits. Someone push the plunger of the syringe down and inject the air from the syringe into the vial. He kept the needle in the vial; he turns the vial upside down and made sure that the medication liquid is covering the tip of the needle. He made a deep incision through the skin to facilitate the procedure. Often, multiple incisions are possible for this operation. He injects into the corpse from the back, he then tell his assistant: “Now…Pull.” And his assistant did the deed. Then, after the electricity currents revived the cloth covered being. The figure came alive, its eyes was close. This person has a boyish beauty which includes his bright, baby blue irises. His physical beauty, innocent-looking and all-too-young appearance. The guy’s youthful facial features tend to be highlighted, having eyes of optimism and stunning shade of vibrant blue. He looked to have a mental anguish and vulnerability while intense physical and emotional pain. Though he covers his anguish and pain with his vanity and strange demeanor. This man was none other than Artem, Artem Payne. Artem watched the figure under the sheets as Jerome surveyed at it too. The figure came to life; it was a tall woman with long, thick and shiny dark hair. She has naturally light, golden skin tone with thin lips, eyes with long eyelashes, and a strong look. She has a vestige of great beauty. Slowly rose up; the woman’s eyes opened as her eyes like the high-noon sky where they are dark, clear green that is luminous. As well as a muted, soft medium green that may contain a few flecks of icy blue in the iris and are closer to the color spectrum and will tend to absorb light rather than reflect it and appear luminous. Her name is Evita Hemmings, and she never felt more alive. Artem smiled, “It’s…alive!” He said softly. Jerome grinned excitedly, “Do you realize how significant this is?” He asked. “Very much.” Artem agreed. He turned to Evita, “Miss Evita? Can you hear me?” inquired Artem. The woman looked around, she saw Artem and said: “Yes…Master.” Later on; Artem was writing down something that said, “Since the commencement of current remedy, there has been a supposition concerning the class of transience. That being that death is an inescapable experience, the predictability of which we should take for established. I have demonstrated today that life is not some refinement conferred upon us by some outdated notion of an omnipotent life form.” The opening of the doors of perception is nothing without ignorant darkness & enlightens light. Day destroys night, night divides day. Without light there cannot be dark! Many people seek to escape from their suffering. Although distraction may offer a temporary reprieve, the roots of the problem will never simply go away.

Most people are afraid to go to the other side, and instead, they try to run and hide from that which they do not understand. Artem is fascinated with the doors of perception to the other side, to reach alternate states of consciousness. Everybody loves his mother because she gets excited. She’s a lot of fun to be around when she’s high in spirits. Her arms and eyes having a sense of warmth and comfort, followed by those same arms and eyes trapping him. Taken at face value, when feelings of romance one has for another are often quickly switched for feelings of being stuck, particularly when the person isn’t exactly who you originally thought they were. However, the temporary comfort those drugs provide him with as well as the trap of addiction that comes with them. Artem is bored with the monotony of dealing with it daily. He is ready to break through to another scene, and to push through that gate. Artem was yearning to go to the other side as well, after the miracle. Artem is magically blessed with dark brown hair like sunshine, possesses captivating blue eyes, a tall and slender figure that is sculpted and full lips that shaped like a red rose. He beauty so flawless and enchanting he is the fairest boy. He has rosy red lips and rosy cheeks, and both her hair and skin color. Artem was also has a rather slender. His complexion is fair and flawless, and his face is less rounded and more refined heart-shaped face, giving him an appearance of maturity and youthful despite being older. The thing was that Artem isn't vain or concerned about his looks. He is greatly aware that the fellow citizens think of him as "odd" and "peculiar". Artem pays very little attention to his appearance and his intelligence were one thing that stands out. That night, Artem was working when he heard some sort of noise break in and he cautiously went to see as it was coming from the kitchen. He took a weapon and crept into the room but Artem saw it was Evita rummaging through his refrigerator as he said, “What are you... I thought you were a burglar.” Evita felt bad and she answered timidly, “I didn't mean to scare you, darling. I was just getting a snack. Go back to bed.” However, Artem came across her and Evita was shocked while he came close to her. Evita was confused, “You're not... scared of me?” She asked. Artem just smiled and replied, “I always knew I couldn't be the only one in the world. The only one who was distinct. And here you are.” He takes her hand, “You're hungry and alone. Take whatever you want. We've got lots of food. You don't have to steal. In fact, you never have to steal again.” Evita begin to have a panic attack and Artem puts his arms around a panting Evita as he was calmed, “I'm like you, now calm yourself.” He tells her. Evita managed to catch her breath, “I thought I was alone.” She said. Artem caressed his hand to the girl’s forehead and replied, “You're not alone. Evita, you're not alone.” Moments later; Evita had taken a shower and was wrapped in a towel. “You know, sometimes I wonder what my life would've been like if you haven't found me here that night.” Evita said. Artem looked up, “Sorry what, you... Yaah! God's sake, Evita, where are your clothes?” Evita was wrapped in a towel but still she managed to go away to get dressed. Evita was too shy to talk to him. Artem looked at her in disbelief, “I don't know what's gotten into you newly. I swear, you've been in a good mood. You gotta tell me what's the matter, or I can't help you.” He answered. “You promised me you would.” Evita said, pointed out.  Later; the two of them are very comfortable lying in a bed together. They spend half of the time looking into each other's eyes. “You've never looked more beautiful, darling.” Artem remarked as Evita was in a ginger wig, dressed in a sparkly blue miniskirt, fishnet stockings and go-go boots. Evita smirked, “I am. Aren’t ya?” She said. Artem confirmed, “Yes.” He said. He managed to get up and Evita followed him while she watched him work. She broke the silence with a question that’s been bothering her. “Would you date me?” Evita asked. Artem didn’t look up as he was concentrating on writing but he said, “Of course I would. Any young man would be lucky to have you. You are stunning.” Evita asked, “Looking like this?” Artem looked up, “Like... What?” He said. He then replied, “You are my friend.” Evita grinned in content, “I am your only friend.” She said. Artem laughs, “Thank you for that.” He said. Artem was still concentrating. “Well?” Evita said. “I am incompetent of thinking of you that way. I feel accountable for you. Anything else would just feel wrong.” Artem said. “But what if you didn't know me?” Evita asked. Artem just declared, “Unfortunately, I do know you. God, I don't know what's gotten into you recently. You're awfully fretful with your looks.” Evita look away, blushing. “I want to be the fairest of them all.” She said softly. Artem looked at her funny, “Did you say something?” He asked. Evita shook her head, “No, just talking to myself. Sorry, Master.” She answered. Artem patted Evita’s frail hands. “You need not worry everything’s fine….Just fine….” He said in a distracted tone.

That night at a soiree where a young lady name Silence Duguid was in a long blond wig and a bright pink sundress with heart shaped shades. She has a vision of Andrea who looked excited: “He’s going to be there sister. Ah, my insides are fluttering! Forgive me, sister but my skin is pushing from within and I’m starting to sound like a frisky, smutty woman!” She lets out a maniacal laugh! For the time being; a young lady rosy cheeks, full voluptuous lips and porcelain skin. She wore a black dress with crochet lace trim, pull up lace-up corset detail; tulle underlay and back zip-up closure. Around the skirt was faux leather garter skirt with lace panels by the name of Lily. She looked stunning! Lily was on the interior balcony railing from above, down below her was a fancy social club—Girls in pretty dresses, guys in suits, alcohol was served around. “Look at all these wealthy people. I hardly doubt that this Artem Payne guy is going to be here.” Thought Lily. Just then she heard a voice bellowing from the corner booth: “LIFE IS SACRED TO MANKIND!!!” Lily turned her head and saw a guy. He was wasted from drinking a lot of whiskey, next to him was his friend who was smiling nervously and they were surrounded by gorgeous, voluptuous women surrounding them. The girls were taking a notice of them as Lily was curious but her heart dropped when she remembered the description of Artem as well as Jerome. Artem was 24 years old, clean cut and tidy while his voice came out in a staccato flow as well as dry in that British accent. And Jerome has hair that reached his neck a little, a white pale complexion, and is one year younger. He was timid yet docile. Sally felt a swell tingle inside of her as she begins to feel lubricious yet prurient. Ruttish, fulsome and her heart were into overdrive of intense desirable feelings coursing through her body. She had a smile on her face however she shook her head rapidly and told herself to focus to shake it off the feelings she had. Watching intoxicated Artem; Silence felt uneasy by how much he has drinking a lot and also she felt jealous of Artem getting all the women’s attention. In Silence’s mind, Andrea was upset: “Look at those hussies, throwing themselves at HIM with their big breasts and acting like they’re so damn SEXY!!!” A sneer appeared on her face as her eyes turned a purplish red. “It’s time they’d learn a lesson. We can’t let them touch our precious, damaged soul can we?” Silence looked horrified but her eyes were closed from the sunglasses. Darko chuckled slightly, he lean over and whisper, “My, he’s making a scene under the influence.” Silence nodded, Darko seemed concern as he said: “Don’t be scared. This is Artem, it’s not like he’s like you-know-who.” Silence sighed as she walked with Darko alongside her. Artem was still rating as it went something like this: "Oh come now, Artem...why does this idea fascinate you?" Jerome was saying as he laughed a bit. "I’m just saying the act--of propagation--can take place outside of the woman’s body. The milt--the prostatic fluid, the prostatic fluid can move--The prostatic fluid can move into the embryo, in a pan, some sort of heated bowl." ranted Artem in his intoxicated state.  One of the girls had to ask, "And where does the mother figure into this, then?" Artem continues while downing another liquor, "Well, you’d--after you fertilize the embryo, you get a filter--and then you...you know- into the woman..." He was saying crazy stuff. Even though this wasn't how Silence remembered him like this but they haven't seen each other in a long time, but Silence believes Artem must be drowning his pain from the past he suffered from. Another girl let out a spasm-like gasp: "Oh, that’s just woeful." She said in a singsong tone. "IT’S THE SCIENTIFIC PROSPECT! Jerome--tell them, benefit me in this, this worthwhile undertaking." Jerome doesn’t respond; he’s staring across the room to see a young woman with blond hair and a pad of paper with a pen in her hands. Darko greeted Artem politely, introducing himself and Silence--adding that she was a mute. Artem laughed and assured him it was fine and let Silence 'speak' with her notepad. "Sorry, I didn't mean to bother you." The words were written in paper. Artem stopped her, "Oh now, now, don't be frightened." He said while inebriated. The girls were glaring at the shy blond. Silence written down her answer, "I just noticed you look different somehow. Ever since there was those times apart from...." Artem thought it was weird as he laughs at this, but was utterly confused. However, Silence's cheeks turned red and then she smirked slyly as she wrote down something that made the women gasps: "You like pussies?" Artem nearly spat out his drink, "What?" He said while chuckling. Silence stifled a laugh and wrote down next on the page and displayed it, "You know, pussies. Pussy cats." She put a hand to her mouth as Artem leered at her while still drunk: "My, you're a nasty little thing aren't you." He said. Silence was blushing like crazy, she wrote down her next response: "Do I freak you out?"Artem stumbled forward, he embraced Silence awkwardly as he tells her, "Nothing freaks me out." He lean over and smells something.

"I know that scent, is that spearmint?" He asked. Silence gently push him away, she look at him and Artem felt his mind was swimming as he muttered to himself: “Could’ve sworn I smelled of that bloody scent somewhere….” Then, things got worst: there’s a ruckus going on as two girls have gone missing! Panic was arising but not too chaotic was going to happen. “Excuse me, is there a girl by the name of Sara?” A girl asked. One of the men looked at the girl with relief, “Yes, are they all right?” He asked. The girl responded back innocently but it looked like she was trying to keep a straight face. “Oh, I don’t know sir. It seems this one…”  She held a form of a figure without a head to it as she smiled wickedly, “…Lost her head!” Everyone screamed as the girl laughed in hysterics. “Ring around the hussy, a pocket full of boobies. Oh no, oh no, her head came down!” She stomps on the corpse viciously, she shouts down at the corpse: “YOU KNOW WHAT I THINK ABOUT YOU?! YOU DON’T GO AND TRY TO ACT LIKE YOU’RE TRYING TO BE HOT, YOU GIRLS MAKE ME SICK!!! IF YOU EVER GO NEAR HIM AGAIN, I’LL KILL YOU BITCHES WITH MY OWN TWO HANDS!!!!” She brought out another woman, it was one of the girls but she was tied up and crying, she begged towards the girl to spare her but the girl screams, “NOW EVERYONE WILL HAVE A CHOICE!!! WILL SHE LIVE AS A LABELED FLIRT OR DIE AS A SHAM?!” Everyone was getting scared; men were helpless as the women were crying while the girl exclaims maniacally, “TICK TOCK! TICK TOCK!” However she then said: “Your time is up, sweetheart.” Just then, in a flash Silence removed her wig, took down Andrea and rescued the girl from danger. Silence saw Andrea had a small capsule in her hand as she threw it down. Puffs of smoke appeared as Andrea escaped. Silence tries to enter it but saw she was gone! She gritted her teeth however she turned around and saw Artem staring at her. Silence remembered she took off her wig and stood up to face him. “Cindy, is that you?” Artem gasped. Silence ran as Artem cried out, “WAIT!!!” Artem felt sick, he rushed outside and puked his guts in an alley as he was shaken for what he saw. Jerome came beside him and patted his back, “You OK?” He asked with concern. Artem caught his breath while wiping his mouth, “What does it look like? No, I’m not…Sorry but the whole thing is enough to make a man go mad after seeing that gruesome sight.” He replied. Jerome helped him up, “Come. I’ll help you get back.” He said. And the two of them head back. The next day; Artem woke up on the sofa as he looked hung over from last night until all the memories started flooding back to him of what exactly happened and realized what happened and let out a harsh cry that startled Jerome, who came rushing in to see Artem was scrubbing the sink from his vomit he threw up in the sink. “Are you all right?” He asked. Artem seemed mortified as he looked away. “Ah, yes. I’m just cleaning the sink. Seems I mistaken the sink for the loo, didn’t I?” Artem said, smiling half heartedly. But he was deep in thought as said, “People are such swine, I don’t understand them, I admit this, to some degree. I don’t know the things to say to make them like me, or not like me, I don’t care if they like me.” Jerome spoke up, “It’s all right.” Artem glanced at him: “What?” He asked. Jerome smiled, “It’s all right to be concerned if people like you. I like you.” He said. Artem felt content: “I...like you, as well.” He replied as he smiled back. Jerome grinned as Artem flushed at what he said and continued to clean the sink from the chunks. “Yes, must clean up my spews.” He mumbled. Jerome watched him with a concern expression on his face. Artem begin to have nightmares that involved his fears of death: He would wake up in a coffin as he heard a preacher reciting a prayer while mourners weeping over his casket. Artem begin to bang on the lid of the coffin as he called, "Hey! Can anybody hear me?" Nobody could, the funeral continued from outside. "Somebody, help me! I'm alive, help!" He cried out louder. He banged it as loud as he could and screamed until his lungs were about to burst: "PLEASE! I'M NOT DEAD!!!" Another nightmare was of his sister that looked zombified as she was crying, "Goodbye dear brother, rest well." She whispered, tossing a red rose down. The rose feel down into the crypt pit as Artem calls out, "Sister! Please, I'm not dead!"

But heard his name being called. It was his mother, who had her hand out as she said: "Come to me, my son. Come over to your mother." Artem felt tears in his eyes as he walked over but stopped and gasped when he saw his mother's face was decaying, his lips were gone and there was gunk around her teeth. A few parts of her skin was decomposed and only some bones were exposed. Artem ran for his life but he tripped as he found himself in a pile of dismembered body parts. Artem looks up as he cried out, "What's going on? Let me out!" Just then, the body parts come to life and seized Artem, pulling him under. Artem struggled, he tried to break free but those arms pulled harder. He glanced up as the silhouettes of his mother, brothers and sisters. "Bye Artem." They hollered. "Nooo, don't! Don't leave me here! Brothers! Sisters! MOTHER!!!!" The pit hole closed up and Artem woke up screaming however he decided to study about resurrection the dead. He writes notes on what his taught and found serums. He needed someone he could trust, someone who knows what to do in the works of science! Someone to be a friend and partner. It was then there was a traveling circus in town and a man calling out, "See the wonder! Come, come, come inside and see the one and only Freak Boy!" The crowd could see a young man all chained up in a caged arena while his master beats him! The crowd laughs except for a girl and Artem, who glared at the cruel master. The master collects money from the laughing crowd that left, however the boy was shocked to see the girl was injured as he treats her but the master hurts the boy. However, Artem chokes the master to death and frees the boy but the girl didn't see this as she was unconscious of her injury. "You look quite different from early, my good man." remarked Artem. The young man glared at him, "Spare me the platitude, what do you want?" snapped the young man. "Is this how you than me? Well I'm insulted!" said Artem who pretended to be insulted however he grew serious. "Show some respect, I saved your life, the least you could is to be grateful, what is your name?" He demanded. The young man sighed, "My name is Jerome Sinclair." He said. "Filthy sot made a lot of hell for you and he collects money as a result in the process.” “You wouldn't understand how much pain I was in." Jerome replied. Artem nodded, thinking about his father. He kind of does understand! "Jerome...do you know about raising the dead?" Artem asked. "Yes, a lot in fact I know a lot more." Jerome said. A smile crept upon Artem's face, "Excellent." He answered softly. All of his life, Poor Jerome never had friends in his life but once he's bathed and dressed much better in clothes, Jerome becomes Artem's assistant. Artem is a man of unbridled passion while Jerome is a man of moderation and reason, but there are differences--Jerome is bare-boned when Artem attempts to straighten the abnormal curvature in his back. Most of why Jerome is so willing to follow Artem around and do as he's told even when he's unhappy about it stems from the fact that Artem essentially gave Jerome an entirely new and non-miserable existence by hauling him out of the circus. Jerome & Artem are close, but their friendship is an unhealthy one, and it's especially harmful for Jerome. These two guys have such a good time together, and as an audience, it could be that some would think that they want them to be together. It's exciting; they have all these adventures that are half the time. The other half the time, Jerome utterly abused, and beaten up, and hurt, and embarrassed, and just manipulated by him, so half the time is where these guys are great together and the other half the time is begging Jerome to run away now! Jerome becomes this to Artem, whose erratic demeanor and contentious opinions irritates and offends everyone else. Artem and Jerome were escaping from the terrors they saw; Gideon is confronting them both! Jerome asked nervously what he is going to do. But Gideon held the weapon in hand as he smiled darkly at him. “I pull the bayonet here. The magnum goes off. The part of your medulla oblongata spray all over the ground. Everything gets grisly and raw...Then, you die.” Sullivan said, leering over a horrified Jerome. However, Artem hit Gideon from behind and then he and Jerome ran away in fear.

Nevertheless, Constable Lazarro confronted them at gunpoint! “Gentlemen, sorry about this but I believe I have heard of an assault.” He said. Artem and Jerome looked at each other in confusion. “Not sure what you mean.” Jerome said with confusion. Constable Lazarro holds up a picture of a young girl, “I believe you know who I mean.” Artem looked at the picture in shock, “That’s…” He rasped. Sullivan snickered in delight, “You know her; she had been kidnap by you. She told me everything.” He said arrogantly, “As soon as I kill your arse, she’ll be so thrilled of all my hard work.” Artem used a crowbar nearby and hit Sullivan. Constable tries to fire his gun but he is knocked to the wall by the lurching Sullivan! “Come on, no time to lose.” Artem told Jerome, Jerome was about to follow but stopped and called out, “Wait!” Artem was annoyed for he asked, “What is it now?” Jerome looked over as he said, “What is that sound?” Artem wondered what he was talking about but he saw so many men burnt alive and flailing their arms like crazy. Constable realized this was his squad because he could hear them crying out his name. Artem couldn’t believe it, “My god…!” He gasped. Then he heard a voice pretending to let out pleasuring griping as if carnal over the violence: “Look at me, I'm burning.” Moaned Andrea. Sullivan, Constable, Artem, and Jerome were horrified to see Constable’s squad member being burned alive. Andrea emerged from the shadows as she said the constable and Sullivan, “Hello Lazarro….Sullivan, I want to play a game.” She then smiled and giggled maniacally. Artem looked in horror while Jerome was confused by this sight. “What kind of game?” asked Constable Lazarro. “Simple, I set out havoc towards you and you two run like hell.” She presses a button on a pen-like object and there was monsters coming in different directions. “It's time to start our game.” Andrea said. “What game are you speaking about, you wench?” demanded Sullivan. “Death, my darling fiend.” Mora said with a matter of fact tone, “Death is a surprise party. Time is an illusion that cannot be given. You think it's the living who have ultimate judgment over you, because the dead will have no claim over your soul. But you may be mistaken.” She giggled. “What the hell do we do now?” asked Constable Lazarro. Andrea glared at him as she said in an inhuman voice: “The games have just begun. Live or die, make your choice.” The constable and Gideon turned as they saw homunculi coming at them as they begin to chase them. Jerome was shocked by this sight and looked at Artem. She was singing as she whirled around, “Here we go, the world is spinning. When it stops, it's just beginning. Sun comes up, we all laugh. Sun goes down, we all die...” She laughed at Constable Lazarro and Sullivan’s suffering. “’The hell are you?” Sullivan screamed. “Keep yourself down, Gideon.” Lazarro instructed. The hid behind something as they panted out of breath. Artem chuckled, “Cowards. They are so scared.” He remarked. Jerome looked at Artem with confusion. “Do you know these girls?” He asked. Artem glanced at him and said, “In a way.” While they were hiding, the monsters were looking for the constable and Sullivan. “The bitch, how dare she try to kill us with these monsters!” muttered Sullivan in a raspy tone. Constable snickered to himself a little, “Hmm, this is getting interesting…” He rejoined softly. “What are you muttering about Constable?” demanded Gideon, he was about to peek over but Constable put an arm on his shoulder, “Wait, they must be approaching, this is our chance.” He instructed. “What?” Gideon asked. There was a pause before there was a step, then another and then another until they were close where the constable and Gideon were hiding. The constable leaped out from his hiding spot with a weapon. “FOUND YOU, WITCH!!!” Constable shouted but his heart dropped and Sullivan was horrified. Jerome trembled while Artem held his breath while staying calm. They saw that Andrea had a gun levitating beside her as she smirked while saying, “Game over.” Gideon let out a nervous laugh, “You have to be kidding me.” He said weakly. The gun went off and hit Gideon, causing him to fall. Constable Lazarro hid but peeked out a little to watch this. Andrea smiled down at Sullivan glared at her. Andrea had her hands into a shape of a V as she exclaimed, “Now is the End of Days, and I am the Reaper!” Gideon smirked darkly, “When you’re frustrated you burn people, but you really are a bit of a bastard, aren’t you?” He remarked. “Excuse me?” Andrea asked glaring at him. It was then Gideon laughs a little, “Ignorant selfish cruel bastard, yes, I rather think you don’t know what kind of lunatic you have on hand and though you’ve been content to abuse others freely for a good long time you’ll have to accept the fact that you are a monster!!!!” Gideon charges; Andrea stops him telekinetically just in time, and Gideon slips crashing into Kitty, who snarls and slashes him across the face, knocking him down. "AUGH! Bloody hell, stop--!!!!!" Kitty and Polly faintly laughs, Gideon cursed and screamed: "Wretched hussies, you dare attack me? Even this stupid....?!" He was about to say but Mora used her telekinetic abilities. Gideon screamed harder as he glared at the four girls, "I don't know how you know Artem but you are going to suffer.

However, Andrea pressed her foot against his arm and said, “The reason I did this today was to make clear these reasons. I will show no mercy to anyone who is in our way. My sisters and I annihilate them. So my good man....Pray. That's all you can do while you're still alive.” Gideon gasped, he whimpered so Andrea placed her feet off him. She smirked at Constable Lazarro, “I promise that my work will continue.” She said and laughed as well as her other three sisters. Jerome would have fainted but managed to composed himself! It wasn’t until Artem and Jerome managed to get away nevertheless Artem stopped and he gasps. "Cynthia?" He whispered. Artem saw a fragile but a girl from afar hidden in a corner but when she was spotted, she ran off! "WAIT!!!" Artem cried. Later on; Artem then told Jerome about what’s really going on: There is a curse amongst the people in New Americana. It started in a paradise called Pleasuredome, Pleasuredome is a hot, hot, hot place because of the unbeatable heat! But it's also full of the most superficial bastards who pretend to be anybody’ friend and stab them in the back. There was one girl who suffered so much and nobody helped her so now there is a curse place upon the people in Pleasuredome! How did all begin? Where it all did started? There once was a bullied girl by the name of Abigail Carroll. Abigail was bullied and abused from school and at home. It was then Abigail suffered so much that it haunted her as she was determined to have her revenge! It all started with her mother Francesca began taking her anger out on Abigail, beating them with paddles. Francesca soon focused her abuse exclusively on Abigail, accusing her of stealing candy that she had bought from a grocery store, and humiliating her when she admitted that she once had a boyfriend. Francesca encouraged a girl name Zara and other neighborhood children to torment Abigail, including, among other things, extinguishing cigarettes on her skin, beating her, tying her up, burning her with scalding water, rubbing salt in her wounds, and leave her.  She was locked in the cellar and forbidden leave the house. Abigail attempted to escape the night after overhearing Francesca's plan to blindfold and dump her in a wooded area nearby, but as she reached the front door, Francesca caught her and punished her by tying her up in the basement and giving her only crackers to eat. There were so many multiple beatings, burnings, and scalding baths. For years, Francesca abused and tortured Abigail in various ways including burning them with cigarettes, throwing knives at her, forced feedings and beatings. She made her daughter hold her down while she beat and tortured her. In one instance, she held a pistol to Abigail's head and threatened to kill her. Francesca primarily focused her anger and abuse on Abigail. Her mother resented Abigail, which she was maturing and blossoming into an attractive young woman while she faced the prospect of growing old and losing her looks. Francesca also believed that her husband--who had abandoned her--had turned Abigail into a witch. Because of this belief, Abigail received the worst of Francesca's abuse. Francesca became convinced that Abigail was casting spells on her and shot Abigail in the chest with a pistol. The bullet became lodged in her back, but Francesca refused to allow Abigail to seek medical attention and left her to die in the family bathtub. Abigail survived so Francesca began to nurse her back to health. Abigail eventually recovered without receiving professional medical treatment. Francesca beat her, tied her and locked her in a hot closet with no ventilation. Francesca forbade her to have food or water or to open the door to the closet. But in her teens, it gets even worse: One night as she was trying to get home; Abigail decided to take a 10 minute shortcut to her when they encountered gang members drinking beer after holding a gang initiation. The gang members captured and beat her repeatedly. Then, the members attempt to strangled her to death. The leader of that gang was Zara, and her friends were Samantha 'Sam' and Josie. Since the last night beating; Francesca blamed Abigail for everything and she sold her to an experimental lab who were cruel and merciless bastards. All of a sudden; Abigail was fertilized as she gave birth to five daughters. But her daughters were taken from her and she was devastated. But then, she was given terrifying powers that left her thin as she begins to feel much darker. After she got out; Abigail was a suicidal, depressed, misunderstood, tragic, abused and tortured girl who only wanted empathy and love. She use to feel lost, and does not know which path to go, there’s nothing that anyone could do for her. It seems that every day there’s a new reason to cry about, and eventually the problems stack so high that Abigail can’t take it anymore. Abigail had befriends Zara and her friends however they betray her. One day during a drill; her so-called friends moved over to where Abigail was standing, near a drain, and begin to crowd the poor girl, getting in her face and nudging her towards the open manhole. They pushed her and she tripped over and fell head-first down the manhole. When they saw her falling, the girls started giggling and when Abigail's name was called out, they shouted "She’s down in the sewer!" All of the other students began laughing. But when the teachers looked down the manhole and saw Abigail's body lying at the bottom in the muck, the laughter abruptly stopped. Her head was twisted around at an odd angle and her face was covered in blood. Worse still, she wasn’t moving. There was nothing any of the teachers could do for her. Abigail was dead. When the police arrived and went down into the sewer, they determined that she had broken her neck. Her face had been torn off when she hit the ladder on the way down and her neck snapped when she landed on her head on the concrete at the bottom. Then, a few minutes, her head turned back into place. As she lied in her own blood, she turned to the horrified crowd and smiled: "Don't cry, I'm okay." Abigail then got up and walked off, not bothered by her blood-stained clothes.

One day, she came across a party where her attackers were and then she shouted at them: "I WILL NOT REST UNTIL ALL OF YOU ARE DEAD!!! MY CHILDREN WILL MURDER YOU!!" Her powers scared everyone and she vanished but she was never seen again! And now these four sisters came along. When it was over; Carla was taken aback of the memories and was shocked by what she saw. In the meantime; Artem remembered that his father Neville became insane as he begins to kidnap victims and perform horrific experiments upon them: One victim was stung by a wasp and the skin on the arm puffed up while it went red. Neville cut them out of the victim's skin. Then, there were ticks for each rash wound and a leech for each finger. Another victim's skin was shedding while their bulbous eyes and scaly hips looked like a mess in all the blood. And other victims had gory anemone-like growths to form on their bodies. Artem witnessed his father’s horrific experiments among the victims he had kidnapped and tortured! Artem was terribly shocked by this sight that he begin to fear his father even more as time went by. He’s trying to avoid the abuse that his father is giving him. He doesn’t want to deal with their anger, and so, like most people in abusive relationships, wants to leave or have someone help him. Artem doesn’t want anything to do with his father. He makes Artem sick. He won’t go crawling back. Artem doesn’t understand how his own dad could hate him so much even though he admired him. Artem is being abused as he will do all he can to make everything good, showering his father with love and affection. However, his father will treat these gifts as if they’re entitled to them. So, nothing the abused person does is ever good enough in the eyes of the abuser. His father hates his son, causing Artem to hate himself. One day; Artem awakens to find Cynthia curl up in a ball beside him. In shock, he struggles to believe the reality of it and begins wondering if he is still dreaming. Artem looks at her lying on the bed and drinks in her beauty. He still feels a sort of perverse desire for her body. Artem leans over Cynthia and kisses her cheeks softly and comforted her; he grabs the shivering Cynthia and holds her tightly against him. He whispers to her in an attempt to reassure himself that everything will be okay and he will forget this entire nightmare. Artem wonders whether or not he will be able to sleep again despite his despair. Artem now knows that he is not dreaming, but he still hopes that he is. He wishes he was still in slumber and he could wake up to his beloved still alive and everything normal. He believes that Cynthia was the most amazing girl ever. He can hardly control his desire when he looks at her! Cynthia has died on the inside not long before, since blood is still dripping and her flesh is still fresh; so fresh she almost seems still alive.

Cynthia still looks beautiful despite being traumatized; Artem grabs Cynthia and holds her tightly against him. He whispers these lines to her in an attempt to reassure himself that everything will be okay and he will forget this entire nightmare. Artem wonders whether or not he will be able to sleep again despite his despair. Artem vows revenge on whoever hurt Cynthia, when Artem realizes that his father is the one that hurt Cynthia. He gets the terrible truth from two things: his reflection in his beloved one’s crying eyes, and his reflection in the mirror. He sees his father covered in blood as he has a crazy grin on his face. Enraged; Artem begins hating his own father and tells his father that he will pay for what he’s done.
