Uranometria: Crowning Glory--Chapter 4

THIS IS IT!!!!! The last chapter and this is the shortest out of four chapters. Only three like Deep Horror one. Man oh man, I don't think I have anymore inspirations for this yet but I will soon. Please enjoy reading this last volume and stay tuned for the sequel of Uranometria. --KatDon 

Chapter 4: Something to Look Back On 

While fighting against ghouls, Oscar got hurt and he thought he was going to die. Oscar could've sworn he was dreaming, he thought he would bleed to death until he woke up in a daze to see a dark haired girl dragging him. "Who are you?" He asked. The girl turned to him and said, "Just....Here to help...." Then, she reached over and picked him up. Jamie couldn't help noticing how pretty she was. Her hair was black and long, her eyes were vivid blue and her skin so pale. "Who are you?" inquired Oscar. The pretty girl glanced at him, "Corona Cleon." She said. Then, Oscar had a dream: He dreamt that he saw a girl half naked and wearing light puple underwear with lilac flowers printed on them and her hands on her head as her hair was piled on top. She turned her head sideways as she whispered, "Tell me I'm pretty." He woke up from the dream, blushing like crazy. Then, he was summoned into the study and waited for Corona to come. While reading, he heard the door opened and looked up from the book he was reading. "My dear boy...Oscar, was it?" A deep seductive voice left goosebumps down his arm. Oscar turned his head to the door, lifting his eyes from the book in his lap. He always tried to look calm, but it was far from what he felt inside. The cozy fire next to him burned with the same passion he saw in the girl's eyes. She was deliciously beautiful. An angel in disguise. Her deep black hair whipped up at the one end and his cat-like eyes searched his for something he hadn't felt in a long time. "Yes..." He said in a voice was soft. The strange girl smirked gently and let go of the doorknob. She stepped inside and closed the door. Her black attire blended well with the mahogany wood of the study and Oscar felt  blush creep onto his cheeks. He walked towards her, holding his gaze like a snake would it's prey. Lookig away; Oscar tensed up and mentally thought of all the weapons he had hidden in the room. Then, Corona walked around her. Suddenly her hands were on his shoulders. Oscar jumped slightly. "Be still, my Oscar...You are so very tense." She began to massage his shoulders, "Here, let me help...It is after all my duty to protect the boy I've been assigned to..." Suddenly her mouth was right next to his ear, and her voice was so full of unbridled passion that he found it hard to sit still, "In any way he desires..." Corona is very secretive and cold one minute, then the next she is sneaky and flirtatious towards Oscar, who is confused by her intentions and annoyed at her. Not knowing what she really is! One day, it all changed when Oscar had enough of this stupid girl's tricks! It ends here. "I want you to leave. NOW." He demanded. Corona picked up her towel and glared at him evily. Oscar picked up her things laying on the floor and threw it at her with disgust. "Did you really think I was going to let a girl get to me?" He scoffed and folded his arms, "You don't know me very well then, do you?" Corona was upset and answered in a nasty tone, "I knew you weren't a ray of sunshine, but damn... You really are a complete, heartless ingrante..." She opened the door and Oscar waited for her to leave. He gave her one last glare. "You don't fool me Corona. And you better keep your distance or I'll shorten you by a head." He warned. Corona turned her eyes away and slammed the door as she left. He didn't play games, and no girl like her was going to get the better of him. Then, he could feel his childhood fears suppressed and they were coming back to haunt him until a ghoul came in and was stronger than Oscar. Before he almost died, he was suddenly saved when the ghoul was taken down--It was none other than Corona! She came back! "Sorry, I couldn't stay away for good." She replied, she made her away towards him and was close to him as she whispered: "Forgive me...." Oscar felt the heat travel to all the parts in his body as she got closer and closer. He haven't been like this with anyone for along time. After a few minutes of an embrace and an apology, Corona pulls away. Oscar felt uneasy again. "Corona, I want you to know..." She lifted her head to gaze into his eyes, "I don't want any complications between us..." He said. Corona lifted her eyebrow and he could see the confusion on her face. 

"What do you mean, Oscar?" She asked. Oscar sighed, "I'm not sure I can give you that..." He said. Corona smiled with determination, "Well, then I'll just have to show you how amazing your life would be with me by your side...." She said. He knew the attraction was there and he knew he wanted it, wanted her. Then, things went black as he woke up and heard voices. That's when someone came into the room, Oscar felt a gasp escape his lips. Corona was gorgeous, but looked lethal and serious as she held a gun at him reluctantly. "Are you going to try and kill me?" He asked, his voice like a melody. Corona shook her head, so Oscar relaxed, but not completely. "What are you doing here?" Corona asked fiercely. "Um...Well, I...." Oscar stuttered. Corona was annoyed and snapped at him, "Ugh, Nevermind..." Oscar felt insulted, "Excuse me?" He spoke, he sounds snippy. His smile turned to a frown and he stepped right into your face. "Who the hell do you think you are? I deserve some respect."  Isis glared at him in front of you and pushed him aside. "Show me some respect before I cut your tongue out!" She remarked. Oscar only stared and frowned. She thought of just leaving him here and pretend like you never found him. But that meant he might die and she don't know why that frightened her so Oscar smiled then, cockily. "Oh, I see...These tricks. Your here to make my surrender easier, am I right?" He said winking. Isis scoffed at his ridiculousness attempt at swooning. Although she couldn't help but notice how skinny and fragile he was under that crisp white shirt. "I am no such thing...Frankly, I'm here to kill you..." She said. Oscar smiled again, this time intrigued. "What on earth is such a beautiful woman such as yourself doing on a mangy building? I could help you know?" He said. Corona scoffed again. "No really..." He said. Oscar dropped the act. His face clear of any lies, he was genuinely concerned and interested. Corona's heart swell from joy. "I don't think you can..." She slowly swept her legs and it was passed right through. Oscar's eyes grew wider by the second. His mouth agape and his expression horrified. It took him some time to come to his senses. She knew it wouldn't last. She felt tears in her eyes and looked away, she couldn't do it as she explains about her tragedy: She was the daughter of Madame Hulda but was repulsed by what her mother has done to so many people in her life. Corona wants to stop her mother for causing victimization and pain into people. She then took the gun and pointed to herself as she was about to pull the trigger but Oscar was quicker and pulled the gun away from her with a slap that was so hard that it knocked it out of her hands and shoot the ceiling! He then comforted her and says he doesn't care what she is and claims that she is his friend. "I won't let that happen. I promise. " Oscar said, his voice full of reassurance. Corona embraced him and couldn't stop saying, "Sorry!" over and over. Suddenly, the dark room was surrounded in a bright light and as Oscar opened his eyes once again, he came face to face with a breath-takingly beautiful and completely naked young woman wrapped in a towel. "Hello Oscar, are you feeling any better?" asked Corona. "Um, yeah." replied Oscar, blushing. He begin to sniff the air, "What's that aroma?" He asked. "Do you like it? It's tea tree oil. Nice smell isn't it?" Corona said with a smile. "Yeah, it smells good." Oscar said, trying not to let her see him blush but it was dark except for that light tinted in the background. Corona went to get dress in her own room and came back to tell him of a mission. But after that encounter, she leaves him. In the meantime, Turan is visited by Sarutobi and Kirigakure who had come to say goodbye and they hugged her. She hopes to meet them again soon! Even Ariadne admired Siegfried as she hopes to see them again. 

For the time being; there was a memory to look back on, laugh it and remember it that Cassandra recalled of that one undercover mission: Cassandra, Eulalie, Deirdre, Turan, Ariadne, and Juana are seated in a meeting room. "What the hell is taking her?" Turan groaned. "Patience, Turan. Ophelia moves in mysterious ways." Cassandra assured her. "I wonder what Babyface has for us this time." Eulalie said. "We'll find out soon enough, girls." Deirdre replied. While waiting; they heard a female grunting and incoherent complaining as they got louder. Then, Ophelia came in with a large box and placed it down. "Phew! Talk about a lot of designed costumes to deliver can give someone quite a work out." She said with a sigh and huffing. Ophelia smiled at the girls, "Hey ladies! Sorry for making you wait but I want to show you something..." She said. Cassandra looked suspicious as Ophelia whip out the Moneta and typing on it. "OK," She said. "Your mission is quite interested. This world is known as a land you never dreamed of. It is my pleasure to introduce you to this special mission." Then, Ophelisa said loudly: "Drumroll please!" and imitates a drum sound. Ophelia said, "Introducing--Operation: Playact Superhero!" Cassandra and the others stare at her with weird looks. "Say what?" Eulalie remarked. "Huh?" asked Deirdre. "Um...What now?" said Turan. "Que?" Juana inquired. "What did she say?" asked Ariadne, "What was that last part?" "What is Operation Superhero Playact?" questioned Cassandra, "And what is the meaning of it?" "It's an undercover operative assignment!" piped Ophelia, "This new world has pretty cool heroes there but the catch is to recruit them." "Ohhhhh-kaaayyyy. I think that brain of yours went downhill. Have you gone completely loco?" asked Juana. "Yes, I have gone loco--about this world! C'mon, I think it'll be fun!" Ophelia persisted excitedly. All of the agents weren't sure about this idea but Ophelia was their friend and they didn't and they didn't want to erupt her joy of this mission with disappointment. Cass smiled, "We'll do it!" She said. "You will? Great! I'm glad." Ophelia squealed. The girls were shock by Cassandra's response however she knew this mission might be good and ease the pain of deceased members nevertheless no one was going to get betrayed nor killed again. Ophelia gave the girls their so-called superheroine costumes; Juana's outfit resembled an angel white getup complete with sparkles and a mass of glitter. Ariadne's outfit has sea blue and ice blue clothing, the style was a dress. Turan has a red catsuit with red roses that gave the illusion of being bloodied--Just the way Turan likes it! Deirdre's costume was a breastplate that covered her chest like a corset top, she had a fringe skirt with culottes underneath. Golden winged sandals with a higher heel. Eulalie's outfit was a black lace top, leggings, and a cloak with a hood. And lastily; Cassandra's outfit was a short jacket, a light colored shirt, pants, knee high boots, a sash around her waist that covered her hips. Also that included a firebird leavint its cage as a symbol on her badge and the back of her jacket. The costume came with gloves and an ink blotted mask which resembled the phoenix. The girls were also given superheroine personas: Cassandra is Libertas, Eulalie is Hecate, Deirdre is Belladonna, Turan is Asena, Ariadne is Oceana Coldstone, and Juanais Lumen. This was going to be the most epic, weirdest mission but Operation Superhero Playact was commencing the mysterious land. 

All suit up in ther costumes of their undercover superheroine alter egos; Cassandra, Eulalie, Turan, Deirdre, Ariadne, and Juana were ready to go! "Huh, these suits don't ride up or give you a wedgie." Turan noted. Ophelia beamed, "Nice huh. They're comfy while also kick ass." She said. Cassandra posed, "Sweet!" She said. "Yes." Ophelia replied, but she got serious; it look like she's about to say something and she did: "Ladies, your mission is simple--Observe these heroes, and be very careful to not let yourself be exposed. I wish you the best luck!" announced Ophelia, she saluted. Cassandra giggled, "You're cute." She complimented. Ophelia drops her hand, "Hey! I'm being serious!" She protested. "I know, I know." answered Cassandra. "OK, getting ready for teleportation for agents..." Ophelia said, pressing buttons and pulling switches to activate the portal. She continued to talk while typing, "Operation Superhero Playact is commencing....Destination--Valhalla. Portal opening, transportation begins in 10...9...8...7...6...5, 4, 3, 2, 1!!!" "Let's goooooooooo!" Cassandra hollered. And the agents jumped into the portals. Ophelia watched them disappear, "Good luck agents." She said in a soft tone. Cassandra and the girls found out they wer falling like the flies, "What the hell? Why are we falling? What's going on?" Cassandra hollered. "I don't know, Cass! It's insane!" Eulalie called. They used their flight as they landed somewhere safe. "Ophelia, what the hell?" demanded Cassandra. "Oopsie Daises! Sorry, accidentally placed you in the wrong area of Valhalla." Ophelia's voice on the earpiece communicator. Cassandra sighed. "Seriously?" Turan demanded, "You're such a ditz!" "Yes, yes. So I've heard." Ophelia replied, "LISTEN UP!!! Wendigo Attack--Downtown, at 3 o'clock!" Cassandra smiled triumphantly, "All right ladies, let's go! It's hero time!" She said. "You mean 'Heroine Time', right?" Deirdre corrected. "Whatever!" Cassandra laughed but got serious and said, "Assemble and GO!!!" And off they went! Wendigos were terrorizing the folks in the downtown city, Cassandra and the other girls rescued civilians from the monsters that crawl so fast, have sharp teeth, and blood thirsty intentions! Even scary looking! But things got crazier when debris was falling from buildings and crumbling from the weight of mass monsters. They were about to fall on Cassandra, who didn't noticed at the time, until the debris turned to ashes! Now that caught her attention and what she saw surprised her! A figure looking like he was on fire, literally, and he wasn't being burnt to a crisp. "Holy smokes!" thought Cassandra, "Look at him!" She didn't know what to say but she finally said, "Thank you." "Heh! No problem. But you look like you're new here so tell me--Who's your sponser?" The fire guy asked. That confused Cassandra for a moment, "Um, what are you talking about?" asked Cassandra. "You don't have a sponsor?" The fire guy asked, looking at her in disbelief. Cassandra looked morified, if that guy could see which he couldn't! "Um, I don't think I--Am I supposed to?" Cassandra asked. "Well...Who are you toots?" The fire guy inquired, "You are a girl, right?" "Yes I am!" Cassandra confirmed, "My name's Libertas and you are?" "They call me FIRESTARTER!!!!!" The fire guy said, "I got an S under my clothes! I melt bad guys like water! I'm a badass! A James Bond! A wild card so watch out!" Cassandra looked at him in amazement, "Wow." She said. 

"Yeah it is. Sorry, that was a mouthful but yeah, this is how I roll. I mean Champion Channel comes up with this stuff..." Firestarter said with a slight chuckle. Cassandra had a weird look on her face, "Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! What are you talking about? What is Champion Channel?" She asked. Firestarter glance at her, "You don't know? Why, Champion Channel is a TV show where crime fighting is mainstream entertainment broadcasting." He explained. It felt like someone punch her in the gut hard, Cass couldn't believe it. "You're trying to tell me WE'RE ON TV!!!!" Cassandra cried. Firestarter weakly smirked, "Guess you didn't know, did you?" He teased. Cassandra let out an angry screech, she tackles Firestarter to the ground as his flames don't bother her all that much. "You mean to tell me we're on TV and I didn't know about it?!" She demanded. Firestarter look at her solemnly, "Welcome to Valhalla City, Libertas. The whole world is watching us heroes." He answered. Cassandra lets go of him, "Terrific. Well, let's get to work." She replied darkly, and the two head off! Meanwhile; Eulalie was overwhelmed by the swarm of Wendigos and managed to fight them off with her dark powers. She lost her balance as she struggles. Thinking of her fear towards guns; Eulalie thought: "How can I face my fears when I struggle to fight? How far can I go before reaching my limit?" A Wendigo is about to pounce her until someone hold it back. Eulalie looked to see who it was--It was a figure in a jumpsuit made from spandex and a trenchcoat. He wore a hooded cloak along with spandex gloves! But Eulalie could see his face--He was a pretty face, absolutely gorgeous. "What a cutie." Eulalie thought, but shakes her head. "Stop Lala, focus! Concentrate." She told herself inside her mind. To this strange, beautiful disaster of her rescuer she said, "No way. Who the hell are you?" The spandex, trenchcoat clad hero turn to her and said, "The guy that saved your life." "Um, thank you." Eulalie replied, it sounded confused like a question. She seemed interested in this guy, "So...One superhero to another, who are you?" She inquired. "Vincent. Just Vincent." said the guy. "Vincent..." Eulalie said, that name gave her chills, "Wait! Do you have a secret identity?" She asked. "Don't have one." said Vincent. "Oh crap! Why am I getting all shivering about?" She thought. "By any chance, are you aware of the circumstances?" Vincent asked. "You got some sponsor?" Eulalie was perplexed, "Um, what now?" She inquired. Later, she was alone after the disbelief of finding out that she was on TV live of Champion Channel! Vincent told her the same thing that Firestarter had told Libertas/Cassandra. It was beyond her belief. "UGH! Ophelia, I am going to rio you apart, you maniac pixie dream girl with a mad crazy, fanatist complex! You totally went out of your head! I'm getting her for this. One day!" Eulalie said to herself. However she was faced with the Wendigos and fought them with help from her dark powers. She smiled at her victory, "Yes! I feel good--almost as I did before!" Eulalie said to herself. Just then, she heard from someone behind her. She turned and saw Vincent applauding, "Huh? Have you been there the whole time?" asked Eulalie. "Well, well. You're not so weak after all." said Vincent. Eulalie shrugged, "Just suffered a set back for a moment." She replied. "Hm. Tell me, who are you Hecate?" Vincent inquired. "Me? I'm just a naive young girl who fell from the eye of the storm, walking down the yellow brick road in order to face the Wicked Witch of the West and the flying monkeys."

"Ah, Wizard of Oz huh? You look like someone trying to find her white rabbit but ends up facing the Queen's deck of cards." Vincent remarked. "OK, I don't need a pretty faced, no secret idenity man's help." said Eulalie. She went away but she was surprised attack until Vincent came to the rescue. Eulalie almost fell but Vincent swooped down and carried her in his arms like a groom carrying his bride. Eulalie looked up at him as Vincent smiled at her dazzlingly, "So, does the girl still doesn't need help from the 'pretty faced, no secret idendity man'?" He flirted. Eulalie rolled her eyes and muttered, "Oh brother!" but she moaned out loud, "OK, fine! Yes, please." So the two of them worked together to fight off the monsters. In the meantime; Deirdre meets Undine and her best friend Sylph, Turan meets Gnome, Ariadne meets Wyvern, and Juana meets the flamboyant and foppish Serket. And Mimir, who also went undercover, meet Salamander. They got along with one another easily as they had some things in common. Later, Cassandra and Firestarter were alone in private to talk. "OK, let me get this straight....You're no actor, you're an actually a hero and we're on TV live. This is all real, right?" said Cassandra. "Yes." Firestarter replied with a nod. "And you're partnered with some rookie hero who is simply known as Vincent." Cassandra continued. "Yup." Firestarter said, with a nod again. "Who is known as the Vincent Muninn, a sybarite of an intellectual yet wealthy and kind family. But his family was tragically murdered, yada yada right?" Cassandra said. Firestarter laughed, "Yes. You got ir right, now I don't have to sayit fifteen hundred times." He remarked. Firestarter then glance at Cassandra--well, Libertas--and had to ask: "What's your deal here, Libertas?" "Just helping out but don't want tobe noticed while being BROADCAST LIVE!!!" Cassandra exclaimed. Firestarter held up his hands in defense, "Sorry, I wasn't aware." He affirmed, "What kind of superhero are you?" That left Cass stuttering, "Um..uh..." but then she heard something from her ear communicator: "'ne of a 'ind!"

"Excuse me." Cassandra said to Firestarter, then she turned away and whispered into it, "What did you say?" Borvo's voice said, "You're one of a kind!" Cassandra realized something and then a sly smile appear on her face, "Oh....!" She said. Then, turning back to Firestarter, "I'm sorry, what did you say?" She asked. "I said, what kind of superhero are you?" Firestarter said. Cassandra posed and she said, "One of a kind!" Firestarter looked at her with amazement, "You surprise me." He said. Cassandra gave him a look, "Anymore surprises I should know?" She queried. Suddenly, Firestarter's communicator beeped and he gasped. "'Snap!" He cursed. "What?" asked Cassandra. "Gotta go." Firestarter said, "Catcha later!" He flew away as Cassandra watched him go. Later, in a skirt with the hem falls just above her knees and a blouse with leather boots; Cassandra found the building of where Champion Channel. Cassandra meets Champion Channel's producer Priscilla Traian, and her crew of the station--Ananias 'Nias', Sapphira, and Garuda. Priscilla gave her a package and ask her to deliever it to a guy name Goram Hugo, which Cassandra obediantly complies. While looking for where the guy's house is, she was given by Priscilla to give it some guy name Goram Hugo. As she looked around, Cassandra looked around however she didn't see where she was going and bumped into somebody else. "Oh, I'm sorry--!" Cassandra apologized. She looked to see a tan skinned man there that had black hair, he wore a long-sleeved woven shirt with a faded red plaid pattern and two front pockets, black jeans with a low rise and a slim, straight fit, and boots with black suede upper, capped suede toe, 7 eyelet lace-up front and a side zip on the inside panel. He seemed pretty friendly when he said, "It's OK. You all right?" Cassandra smiled, "Uh huh, I'm fine." She said. The guy noticed Cass has something in her arms, "You delivering something?" He inquired. "Um, yeah. It's for someone by the name of Goram Hugo." said Cassandra. The guy looked at her before smirking, "Oh, I believe you've found him." He affirmed. Cassandra look at him in shock, "Huh?" She asked. Goram and Cassandra enter his house but the place had bottles, papers, and stuff everywhere. "Sorry, it's a mess here." Goram said with a shameful look. Cassandra shrugged, "It's all right, I've seen worse." She claimed, "I mean, besides the pigsty it's a nice place here." Goram nodded, "Yeah..." He said. "By the way, thanks again--back there." Cassandra replied. Goram smiled at her, "No problem." He said. Cassandra looked around the place and found picture frames as she found a picture of Goram with a woman in white. There was another frame of Goram and the woman but with a baby. "Oh, you're married?" Cassandra asked. Goram nodded, "Used to, my wife passed away after the birth of my daughter." He said. Cassandra pretended to be surprised, "You have a daughter? Where is she?" She inquired. "She's living with my mother, you see my job is pretty hectic so...." remarked Goram. Cassandra had to guess, "You got a busy schedule?" She asked. Goram shrugged, "You could say that." He said. Cassandra smiled, "I see." She said. Just then, the phone rang. Goram jumped up, "Hang on, I'll be back." He said and ran off to answer the phone in the next room. Cass looked around and whispered to herself, "Mary Poppins, do your magic." Immediately; the bottles and other stuff was immediately clean up the rest as the pigsty was turned into a tidied up house. Smiling; Cassandra said to herself softly, "Work that, Firestarter." Goram return to the living room, "Hey, sorry 'bout that...Whoa! You cleaned the place." He said with surprise. Cassandra turned to him and beamed, "I sure did. Glad I could help." She said. "Thanks, any chance you can clean my place while I'm away?" Goram replied. "Sure." Cassandra answered, nodding. "And I'll pay." Goram added. Cassandra look offended, "No, I don't want--" She said. 

Goram insisted, "Please, I insist. I mean, you clean faster than a janitor." He remarked. Cassandra looked at his face and smiled, "All right, why not. Thank you." She answered. "No, thank you." Goram said. As she telekinetically clean Goram Hugo's place; she stop to take a break and dig up her research on Firestarter but she learns Firestarter and Goram Hugo were the same person. "Figured you out, Firestarter. Let's see if you can figure me out." Cassandra said to herself. She did her homework on the other heroes: Gnome, the earth brute, is Goram's best friend name Harold Edgar. Undine, superheroine of fanservice of sexy and water but her true identity is Avona Collins. Undine's partner and best friend, Sylph however her real name is Miriam Dean. The ever once so popular Salamander is really Eldred Epona, Wyvern is the shy and insecure but quirky yet good hearted Fridi Elver. And effeminate Serket is the intersexual Guthrum Francesco. Now things were about to get interesting for Cassandra and the others with these heroes. Later, Cassandra and Goram were attending some sort of the arrival of Vincent Muninn. Goram offered, which left Cass so curious as she agreed to come along. "So, I get to meet the Vincent Muninn huh." Cassandra said. Goram looked annoyed but he smiled, "Yeah but don't get too excited." He warned. Cassandra look confused, "Why would I?" She asked. Just then, a familiar voice called out: "Hey, what's going on?" Cassandra turned around eagerly, "Eulalie! Where have you been?" She asked. Eulalie shrugged, "Oh, I've been around and about." She claimed. Cassandra nodded and made the introduction: "Goram, this is my friend Eulalie. Eulalie? This is Goram Hugo." Goram held out his hand, "What's up?" He said. Eulalie took his hand and shook it, "Hi." She said. Then; Eulalie learned what was going on: "Oh, wait a minute. Some of those intelluctual snobs are coming here? Great, those spoiled richly and trashy people whoare nothing but insolent, arrogant, insufferably, imprudent bastards that are--" She ranted. But when she saw who it was, she stopped and ended it by saying, "--So hot!" Vincent Muninn is a physically fit with lean muscled guy but he was so cute. 

His hair is sandy blonde, his eyes are hazel, and lightest pinkish white skin that was beloved. Vincent was wearing a red garment covered his torso and arms, which was called a pullover and skinny fit jeans of the color dark indigo wash. Cassandra wasn't lovestruck however she remarked, "Wow, thanks for the warning." Goram looked over at her, "Not crazy 'bout him huh?" He asked. Cassandra shook her head, "Nah, but I have to give him a compliment--He's so handsome!" She answerd. Goram breathed a sigh of relief. Eulalie squinted her eyes at Vincent and then her eyes widened in amazement, "Wait, it's him!" She thought. "Oh man, do I look OK? Where's my stuff?"  said Eulalie. She rummanging as she was talking to herself, "Hm, hm, hm...." Just then, she heard a familiar voice: "Hey beautiful, need a hand?" Eulalie was so startled that she dropped her things and looked to grin nervously at him, "Beautiful? Me? Like hell, heh heh...Um, this is Cassandra Endymion." She said. However she saw her stuff on the ground, "Excuse me." Vincent looked at him and he heard a female's voice, "Hi, Vincent Muninn? I'm Cassandra." said Cassandra. Vincent shake her hand, "Charmed." He said. "Good seeing you, Vince." Goram greeted his friend. Vincent nodded at his friend with a grin back, "You too, Goram." He said. "Your friend OK?" Vincent asked, looking over at klutzy Eulalie. Cassandra nodded, "Yeah...I guess." She said. Vincent excused himself and came to Eulalie's aid: "Need some help?" "I got it." Eulalie claimed, a little embarrassed. Eulalie was scrambling around her as she try to get the rest of her papers, but she accidentally touched Vincent's hand. Blushing; she moved her hand away and try to not breathe out a gasp. "So, you're Hecate's sponsor?" Vincent asked. Eulalie shyly looked at him, "Oh yeah, she's pretty much of a sweet disaster ain't she?" She ranted. Vincnet leaned over at her, "Sweet diaster is the perfect definition for Hecate." He purred. Eulalie managed to squeak out a reply, "So true." Why was not Goram surprised, he knew this was coming. "Oh boy." He said Cassandra looks at him, "He charms almost every girl?" She asked. Goram smirked at her weakly, "You have no idea." He said. Cassandra had to suppressed a giggle. Later, it was all that Goram and his friend Vincent could talk about. 

"Libertas...Hecate...They seem new, how come I never heard of them?" Vincent asked. He and Goram were walking together as Vincent was bugged by these heroines. Goram shrugged, "They must be rookies, kind of like how you were." He said. Vincent crossed his arms in irritation, "Yeah, if rookie was the right word. It's not every day we get a batch of newbies for CC." He said, he had a suspicious look in his eye. Goram soon noticed this, "C'mon Vince, give them  a chance. Just don't do something crazy." He warned. Vincent looked at him, "Like what?" He asked. Goram replied back, "Go off the deep end?" Meanwhile; Cassandra was telekinetically cleaning again but then in the middle of it, she heard the phone ring and went to answer it: "Hello?" An elderly lady's voice that sounded so grandmotherly answered, "Oh, I'm sorry. My name is Betty Hugo, I'm Goram's mother. Is my son there?" "Sorry, he's not ma'm." Cassandra. Then, the grandmotherly voice inquired, "Are you his girlfriend?" Surprised, Cassandra giggled a little. "No miss, I'm too young for him. I'm his cleaning maid, you see he has a busy schedule and he let me help out here while he's away." She said politely. This surprised the old woman, "Well, yes. I believe my son needs some extra hands since his brother and father were killed when Goram was fourteen years old." said the old woman. Cassandra was shocked by this, "You're kidding? He never told me...! Uh, I guess I don't know much about him." She said. The old woman then ended the chat by saying, "When you see him, tell him I called?" Cassandra nodded, "I'll be sure to let him know, Betty Hugo." She replied. After the phone conversation ended; Cassandra hangs up and sat there for a moment before whipping out the Moneta and researched on Goram's memories: 14 year old Goram was once an irresponsible boy who was bullied and afraid of being social however it all changed when his older brother Angelos was killed in the fire and Goram, who was also in the fire incident, survived but gave him fire powers. At first, he was scared as he was ditched by friends that considered him a freak. Until a hero came into his life that encouraged him to be a hero for his powers are used for good. So, Goram became known as Firestarter and wants to accept responsibilities, which his older brother taught him before he died. Cass stopped playing the Moneta, she was shocked by her discovery about Goram Hugo aka Firestarter! And she's the only one who knows his secret. At the studio of Champion Channel; Vincent and Eulalie were with producer Priscilla. They were watching footage of Libertas and Hecate with Vince and Firestarter, Vincent then had to ask: "What do you think of them? You like them?" "They really are fascinating women." Priscilla said with a smile. "Yeah, I have to agree." Eulalie said.  Vincent glanced at her with a suspicious look on his face when she said that. Later on as Eulalie was leaving; Vincent caught up with her: "So, how did you come here?" Vincent asked. Eulalie smiled with no humor as she said, "That's something for me to know and that's none of your business." Vincent leveled with her attitude, "Believe me, I will. I will find out more of you." He said. "Only time will tell." purred Eulalie.

While working; Eulalie was attacked by Wendigos and couldn't use her powers however she wouldn't not have to wait for long. The Wendigos were distracted by a sound as they went away and Eulalie went to hide. However; she heard footsteps but she was so scared as she try to stiff up. Then heard something else that was familiar to her. "Let's see what's behind curtain number three?" Vincent said, pulling back the curtain. Eulalie stumbles over, "Ack! Oh, hi there...Vi--vi--Vincent, um lovely day we're having huh?" She stuttered. Vincent looked over at her, "Looks like you're holding up pretty well." He said. Eulalie looked up at him, "Yeah, and so are you." She said. "Yes." Vincent said with a nod. Realizing what she said; Eulalie was flushng red. "Oh, wait a minute! That cam out wrong, heh." She said. "You could use a break, maybe go out with me?" Vincent said. Eulalie looked at him in disbelief, "Now? Tonight? Oh no, I couldn't! I mean, I wish I could but I--" She try to explain however Vincent leaned over and kissed her cheek. Eulalie is shocked but she says, "OK, Done deal." Later on in this so-called date; Eulalie was laughing as Vincent was chuckling. "You're kidding, a scandal?" Eulalie asked. "Just a dirty rumor." assured Vincent. "Dude, you rock my socks!"  Eulalie complimented. She had to sit for a smile for a moment,  Vincent sat next to her. "So, what about you, do you have any qualms?" He asked, he was trying to seduce her and Eulalie was feeling nervous. "Qualms? No I um--" She try to say. "How about hobbies?" Vincent continued. Eulalie was lost for words for a moment, "Um, uh hobbies? No..." She replied. "No pet peeves? No favorites?" Vincent said. Eulalie swallowed, "Ulp!" then she responds with, "I like--poetry...spring! An--an--and..." Then she managed to blurt out, "And life!" She managed to stand up and hurry away from him. Disappointed; Vincent looked at her, "You are interesting, Eulalie." He remarked. Eulalie smiled back at him, "Thanks." She was about to skip away however she stumbled and fell on a bush, "Oh--! Ack!" Vincent look at her with surprise, "You OK?" Eulalie was sitting in a flower bush, "No." She said. Vincent was trying to laugh however he admits, "You look better that way." Eulalie glared at him, "Very funny." She snapped. "No, the flowers make you look prettier." Vincent said. Eulalie blushed, smiling a little and the two of them laugh. However Vincent got a communication; "Sorry to break this off sweetheart but I--" he said but he noticed that Eulalie was gone and he went away. 
At night in Valhalla; Cassandra--as Libertas, Eulalie--as Hecate, Firestarter and Vincent were hunting these Wendigos however they were on the roof and looking around. It was getting pretty creepy around here. "I got a bad feeling about this." Firestarter remarked. "Me too." Cassandra agreed. Then, there was snarling sounds. "Wendigos, dead ahead!" said Eulalie. Just before anyone could make a move; a black figure took them out. "What was that?" gasped Cassandra. "Firestarter...Vincent..." The figure said as he rise up to face the heroes, apparently Firestarter recognized him. "Averruncus!" He said. "Master!" A female's voice called out and appeared beside him. Cassandra was surprised to see her,  "Who is that?" She asked. "Fear not, my name is Coronis. I work for Averruncus for redemption and peace." The girl in black said. Cassandra is amazed, "Whoa! Averruncus? Creepy but impressive I have to say." She said. Averruncus glared at her, "And pray tell who you are." He asked. "I'm Libertas." Cassandra said. Averruncus looked at her with a creepy look in his eye, "Libertas....I'll remember you m'lady." He said and he was about to leave with Coronis when Cassandra called out: "Wait! Why do you do the things you do?" Averruncus heard this and turned to her and said, "I am the terror to the sadists and convicts of this madhouse cesspool. I am the destroyer of color skin haters and anti-semetic monsters, I'm the creeper that keeps up at night and leave a chill in your spine...I'm the code of justice." Then, there was a black crow and it let out a shriek, "CAW, CAW!!!" The sound was so loud that Cassandra had to plugged up her ears however by the time it was over; Averruncus and Coronis were gone. Just then, Averruncus and Coronis realized they were being followed as they turn to see who it was. "I know you 're there, don't fear me." Averruncus called out. Ariadne called out, "I'm not afraid of you. I am simply observing you." "Then come out, I know you're there."  said Averruncus in a commanding tone. Ariadne did, Averruncus looked at her and then ask, "Why are you observing me?"  Ariadne, as Oceana Coldstone, just shrugged. "I just am." She said. "Look down." Averruncus commanded. Ariadne did what he commanded and saw she just stepped in a circle. "This is the Truth Circle, you cannot lie from its power." Averruncus said. Ariadne was nervous as Averruncus continued to speak to her, "If the Circle finds out you are lying, it'll turn red and there will be no escape for you from death. If the Circle finds out you are telling the truth, you shall live." Ariadne swallowed her panic, "OK! You got m. I'm not just observing you for no apparent reason....A certain friend of mine wants to get to know you a little bit more." She said. "Why?" Averruncus demanded. "You seem so...so...interesting and dangerous that he wants to fight you, to see if you are worthy enough for a challenge." Ariadne said. Averruncus looked intrigued, "I see...You may step out now." He replied. And Ariadne walked out of the circle and look up as she saw that he was gone! "Phew, Thank God." gasped Ariadne, she walked away after that was over. 

Later on the roof of the hideout; Cassandra and Eulalie got the whole story on this guy. "So he eliminates criminals, bad guys, and other evil doers for his code of justice by killing them in grisly matters. Impaling them, making them suffer for hours and hours....Butchering them...And he kills those that also are xenophobic murderers." Cassandra said. Firestarter nodded, "Yeah. I mean, at first we didn't agree and we still don't but this guy does what he has to do and our best option is to stay out of his business." He explained. "I see." Cassandra said, nodded the entire time. "He's pretty interesting, I mean sure Vince is but you can't help but be nice to a guy who is tall yet dark and handsome. But he may have eerie skin color to him like he's a freak then it makes it better." Eulalie remarked. Vincent looked at Hecate, "What? You like this guy better?" He snapped. Eulalie decided to irritate him, "Sure do, I bet he has something more to him. Maybe a dark past like you do...Like parents all a dead, or maybe he has been through kamikaze...You know, take your own life. I heard that's a sin and you might end up in hell." She said. Hearing what Hecate said, Vincent glared at her and walked over but Eulalie walked back from him. "Whoa now, you're not going to torture me now are you? Slap me, grope me, hurt me? You try anything and my friends will find you! If you were a flower, you'd be a bee orchis which means 'error, industry'. Hell, I've done my homework! Heaven has no rage like a wrathful girl nor hell a fury like a harpy torned! I can be an angel, or a devil if you pissed me off! I can be your dream or I can be your nightmare!" She ranted. However Vincent looked at her in the eyes, a slight smirk on his face. Then she went over and pounced her but not hurt her. He place his hands around her waist. "Ohh--!" gasped Eulalie. Then she was against the wall as she was so closed to Vincent in this embrace, "Shit, shit! I'm this close to him! I'm blushing, right?" thought Eulalie. She gritted her teeth in humiliation: "Get...away...from...me...." Closing her eyes; Eulalie expected something vulgar yet violent however Vincent didn't do that. His warm lips were against her forehead. Eulalie's eyes snapped open as she couldn't believe it, "What?" She thought. Then she looked at Vincent, who was stepping away from her. "Why did you do that for?" asked Eulalie. "You said you were Dorothy so I decided to be The Good Wizard and give you my magical protection through a kiss." Vincent replied. Eulalie had never said she was Dorothy and that made her irritate, "You always talk in fantasy, down the rabbit hole literature?" She demanded. "Only to the strange girls." responded Vincent with a flirtatious smile. Anger filled her chest, she was mad and Eulalie pointed a finger as she said, "I'll get you for this, Vincent Muninn! One day I will!" And then, she walked away--passing a perplexed Cassandra and Firestarter. 

The next day; Cassandra, Eulalie, Goram, and Vincent were waiting for some guy who goes by the name Detective Jude Ewige. "You sure this guy is the real deal?" Cass asked. "Trust me, Cass. He is pretty good at solving cases." Goram assured her. Speak of the devil, the man with dark hair and looking more alive appears--This was Jude Ewige! "Sir, I apologize. Sorry for bothering you." Vincent said. Jude turned to the four of them, "No, it's fine. That's what I'm here for." He said. Once in this meeting; Cassandra told Detective Ewige about the Wendigos: "I see, and these monsters called Wendigos are the source to the problem?" Cassandra nodded, "Yes Detective, but they must be slayed for they are blood thirsty monsters." She said. Goram had to grin, "Sounds like they're vampires that need a stake to the heart." He joked. Vincent looked annoyed, "Hmph. Great." He said. "It looks like Vincent and Firestarter can stop them." Eulalie remarked. "Maybe Libertas and Hecate." Vincent argued. "Maybe all of them." Cassandra said. Jude smiled faintly, "I agree, they all should work as a team." He said. Vincent pulled out some papers, "Detective, do you have a minute? Look, there's no trace of them on this research. No results sir." He explained. Goram groaned, "Vince, c'mon! Don't be so paranoid!" Vincent look at his partner, "All I'm saying is this, Goram. I'm being serious and very certain about the facts. And that Eulalie here knows about them, she's hiding something!" He said. "It doesn't mean she's not a heroine." Goram said. "And she's not even from here!" Vincent argued. Cassandra then broke the argument, "She exists! She--I mean, Libertas and Hecate do exist and don't need to be looked up." said Cassandra. Goram looked at him, "See?" He said. "Point taken, Cassandra." Jude agreed. "Damn." Vincent said with defeat. "Hmph!" Eulalie said with victorious. There was a knock on her door, then Azora Orev appeared: "Um, Detective Ewige? Sorry for the interference, but I brought you the documents." She said, the way she walks is catwalking as she brought the papers to Detective Ewige. "Thank you, Azora." Jude said. "My pleasure, Detective." Vasilissa replied. But she turned to the others, "Can I offer you four beverages? Anything?" She asked. "No, we're fine but thanks anyway." Cassandra answered. "I'm good." Goram reassured. "Thank you for the offer." Vincent remarked, he smiled at her flirtatiously. Vasilissa looked at him with disgust, "Tch, womanizer." She muttered and struts away. Vincent watched her go, "Pretty flower." He murmured. Goram looked at him, "Sorry?" He inquired. "Nothing." Vincent said. 
Eulalie pursed her lips and responded by saying, "Maybe you shouldn't look at her ass, Mr. Charmer." She said. Vincent looked at her, "What's the matter? Envious?" He teased. Eulalie almost laugh, "I'm not envious, I'm cynical." She claimed. Vincent looks at her, "Cynical huh. I like you, you're fiery." He flirted. Eulalie looked at him with a dark glare, "I bet you say that about the other girls you flirt with." She debated. Vincent and Eulalie were glaring at each other until Cassandra spoke up: "Hey guys, c'mon! Let's not fight, not now--Detective Ewige is right here." She said. The tension faded as Eulalie softens, "My bad." She said. "Sorry." Vincent replied. "It's no problem." Jude reassured them both, "Now, let's continue where we left off." Cassandra smiled, "Sure thing, Detective." She said. Later on; Eulalie was at an internet cafe with the Moneta as she researches on Vincent: He was born from an intellectual yet wealthy and kind family but they were tragically killed by a monster name Tantalus McGuffin. McGuffin messed with Vincent emotionally and mentally as he contemplated into taking his own life because he couldn't take it anymore with this pain. Thankfully, Vincent was snapped back into reality of Goram's friendship, his concern helped his partner out. Eulalie is shocked of what she discovered and decides to investigate at his place. There she is attacked by a bunch of Wendigos and knocked out. The Wendigos were about to prey upon her when they all are knocked out at once. The person responsible was Vincent! "Silly girl, do you think you could fool me that easily?" Vincent snapped. After a while; Vincent sipped red wine as he listened to softened opera singing in the background; he glance over at Eulalie, who was still unconscious, on the sofa and Vincent placed his glass down to examine her. "Cynical girls done their homework, do they...Eulalie?" Vincent said, "Black rose...dark angel...You sneaky girl. What are you really? Orphan? Runaway? A pure maiden? A rich girl in poverty? Maybe you're like me, you were shocked over the death of your parents and a monster tormented you until you couldn't take it anymore and wanted to pull the trigger on yourself." He start to trace her lips with his index finger gently, "I know you're no sponsor nor a superheroine or even born from Valhalla or just moved here. I said this before...and I'll say it again...Whatever you're hiding, I'm going to find out soon enough." Vincent continued. He was grazing her cheek with his knuckles. 

Then he noticed the bite mark of the Wendigo on her neck, "What is that?" He thought. Vincent glanced at her, "Well, well, well....What a tangled web you weaved. How much lies do you have for me, Hecate?" He said, "You certainly bloom haven't you my black rose?" Meanwhile; Cassandra, as Libertas, was facing Wendigos as she was overpowered and her mask is torn to shreds. Firestarter found her and took her to the hospital where she was treated. In a dream while she resists; Cassandra wanders through the woods after escaping a man sent to murder her. Then, she meets a wolf pursues Cass in an attempt to eat her. She wore a qipao--or also known as a Mandarin gown--as she took down the Wolf. An evil queen gives Cassandra a poison apple in order to rid herself of Cass, who was deemed fairer than her. Cass. falls into a deep sleep and is only awoken by a prince who falls in love at first sight. In the next scene; Cassandra attends a ball at which she leaves behind a single glass slipper. By finding whose foot fits the slipper, Prince Charming finds his “true love". Cassandra insists that she doesn’t want to follow Cinderella’s footsteps, refusing the idea of true love and a serious relationship. She doesn’t need a man to protect her. Cassandra insist that she doesn’t believe in the ideas that these fairy tales represent about love as she says, "I'm just an innocent little girl lost in Wonderland." Then, she woke up to see Goram next to her. She moaned while waking up, "Hello Goram." Cassandra greeted him. "So, you and Libertas...The same person, I never knew that."  Goram said. "I--" Cassandra was about to say but Goram responds, "No. It's fine, I understand. You wanted to be a hero right?" "Not like you, Firestarter." Cassandra said. Goram looked at her shocked, "You knew?" He asked. "Wasn't hard to figure out." Cassandra replied. Now things were about to get intense and very violent. Something deep inside Cassandra was about to break. About to snap and she could see it in her head however she was too numb to think of anything. 

In the sunny morning of a new day; Eulalie stirred and felt someone on her. She woke up slowly to see someone wearing comfy pajamas pants with elastic drawstring waist and single button fly. He wore a robe and corduroy slippers. Eulalie could see that it was Vincent, "Morning sleepyhead." Vincent greeted. Eulalie looked at him and yawned while stretching, she looked around the room: "Huh? Hmm...." She said but when Eulalie realized where she was, she started to freak out. "OH MY GOD!!!!!" She screamed and flustered and thrashed about violently until Vincent seized her shoulders, "Will you relax? You're gonna wake up the entire neighborhood in this complex!" He said. Eulalie looked shameful, "Sorry!" She said. Vincent leaned back to look over at her, "So, you're Hecate." He said. Eulalie looked at him, "...Yes." She responded. "Knew it." Vincent said with a dazzling grin. Eulalie blushes, "No need to rub it in, huh?" She said. "No." Vincent said. Eulalie was getting irritated, "Why did you save me? If you want to expose me as a fraude, then do it!" She demanded. Vincent looked at her, he then shook his head and responded: "No, that wouldn't be right of me to do so." "Why?" Eulalie asked, looking at him with disbelief, Vincent held up the Moneta: "Because I took at this device....Moneta, is that's what it's called?....It showed me your past and I think you and I are almost similar. Guess we both hate psychos but unlike you, I couldn't runaway. Anything I can do for you, I'll be glad to have help out." He explained. Eulalie is touched, "Thank you, I'm amazed." She admitted. Vincent shrugged, "No big." He said. Now they need to know about Averruncus and the only person that does knows is Jude Weige! But he doesn't work night shifts and there was no way how to get in. Vincent glance at Eulalie, "Do you have ideas?" He asked. Eulalie thought for a moment, but then a smile appear on her face: "I have one." She answered. Vincent looked intrigued, "I'm listening." He said. "You're gonna walk right in and you're gonna seduce that sexy secretary that you were looking at her ass before and get to the database while she's swoon of being sweep off her feet." explained Eulalie gleefully. 

"What?" Vincent asked in disbelief. Eulalie seemed excited, "I know, I know. The best plan ever, and I know I didn't ask but it's the only way to get into the database." She said. Vincent could not believe this, "I'm not seducing her." He said. Eulalie wasn't listening, "I realize it's quite.....deceiving but think of it as sneaking in." She said. "Eulalie..." Vincent said, glaring at her. Eulalie held her hands in defense, "Just saying, Vincent. Try busting a move." She said. "How about me gettig busted by the security if I try to seduce her?" snapped Vincent. Eulalie looked at him pleadingly, "Please, Vince! You are my only hope!" She said. Vincent groaned but then he admits, "All right, I'll do it." "Yes!" exclaimed Eulalie. "Eulalie?" Vincent asked. Eulalie looked at him, "Yes, Vincent?" She asked. Vincent pointed a finger at her, "You owe me big time for this." He said. Eulalie saluted, "Aye!" She exclaimed. Vincent looked at her funny, "What?" He asked. Eulalie shake her head, laughing: "Nothing." Late at night; Azora was sitting at the front desk, looking at her computer. It was the night shift and she was here in case someone came to her desk. When she looked up; she looked annoyed to see Vincent strolling up to her desk. "Oh, it's you." Azora said in a montone voice. Vincent smiled down at her, "Hello Miss Secretary." He replied. Azora adjusts her glasse, "That's Azora Orev." She said. "I see." Vincent replied. Azora gets up from her chair, "Excuse me." She said, Azora was walking away when Vincent blocked her and she was startled as she leaned against the wall as she looked at him, "Hey--!" protested Azora but found herself looking at the beautiful boy, who says in a seductive tone: "Wanna hook up?" Azora smirks at him and slips under his arm that was blocking, "Nice try." She remarked and walks away. Vincent pretends to be offended: "Oh, that's cold." He said. However he is surprised when Azora said, "I know why your here, follow me." And Vincent did. Azora got onto the database, she begin typing up and click with the mouse. Then out printed a piece of paper and handed to Vincent. "This here is the information on Averruncus. His locations and where he has been." explained Azora, "Keep with you, it might come in handy." Vincent nodded, "Thanks. That wasn't so easy, and I didn't have to seduce you." He remarked. "Oh trust me, I am immune to seduction dude." said Azora with a small laugh. Vincent was stunt, he had to chuckle however he thank her and left. Another memory showed of how Cassandra and the others met Gigi: "Just to be clear, this new friend is a bit....dreadful. But not depressing and she's OK." warned Cassandra. "What do you mean?" asked Jack. Just then, there was a scritch scratch that made everyone jumped and turned around to see a girl  with hair and skin that are so light they are practically white. Her eyes are also more red and have dark circles around them. She wears a red hoodie jacket, jeans, and shoes. Her lips were pale too. The gang, except Cassandra, are horrified to see this girl. She smiled sardonically, "Hello, my name is Gigi Scrattethorn....Uh, my family calls me by my birth name...Georgina. But call me Gigi." She said awkwardly. Justice nodded, "Gigi, nice." He said with a nod. "This is the girl?" Lleu asked, turning towards Cassandra. Cassandra nodded, "Yup." She said. Gigi gives a chin jerk as a greeting, "Hey." She replied. Borvo waved, "'Sup!" He said.

And Cassandra couldn't forget the memory of how she met Amadan and his friends for the first time: She tuned and twisted buttons and knobs like a radio. Cass wasn't have much luck finding any signals or anything. Just then, she heard a voice that made her gasp. Three of them. Then, Cassandra decided to try something as she increased the reception and then heard the voices loud and clear. And what she did next was surprising, she took a deep, big breath and then let out a holler so loud, it hurt her lungs. "HEL-LO!!!!!" bellowed Cassandra into the Moneta Phone's receiver as that lead to the attention of someone in the world of Vanaheim. Dark hair, glow-like eyes, and good looking fellow. He jumped at the sight of that sound that he was the only one who could hear. But he wasn't the only one, a girl heard it too and this kid too. When the girl turned around, she let out a gasp: "AAAH!" The boy was so scared that he ducked down somewhere but he heard a 'Hello' echoed in his mind. "Hello?" The boy called out. Cassandra could hear it and became very excited. Amadan, Vanessa, and Oscar managed to meet up with them. They called out, "Anyone there?" Cassandra responds back, "Hel-lo? Who's there?" Perplexed, Amadan was the first to speak: "Um, this is Amadan....Amadan Dubhan." He said. "I'm Vanessa." The girl said. "And I'm Oscar." said the other boy. Cassandra was shocked to hear this, "Oscar? Vanessa? Amadan?" She got so excited that she turned to an agent and said, "Look, I got a reception!" The agent looked at her funny, then walked away with a cheesy smile. "I knew it, I knew there was life here from the intercom." Cassandra replied happily, ignoring the retrieving figure of the agent. Amadan was confused, a smile appeared on his face: "Intercom? What the hell are you talking about?" He asked. Cassandra didn't know what to say but she tried, "Um...Well...I don't know how to tell you this but...I come from another world." Amadan laughed, "I hate to bring this to you--Voice in our heads--but this here is Vanaheim." He said. "Seriously, who is this? The lone spirit?" asked Vanessa. "Um, no....This is Cassandra. Nice to meet you." Cassandra replied. 

"OK...'Cassandra'....Where are you?" Amadan replied, trying to play along. "Hmm, from where you are, I'm in a place where I can talk to you. I've trained myself physically and mentally so don't mind me I'm quite the type to rock the agency...I mean vacancy." Cassandra explained. "Wow, you sure are full of it." Amadan remarked, laughing. "Don't believe me? Watch what I can do." She said, using a portal to play some games. "You are crazy, how do you--?" Then, things around in Vanaheim begin to levitate as Amadan, Vanessa, and Oscar are shocked. They were dodging, running a bit, and hiding until it was all over. Afterwards, the three of them emerged from their hiding spots as Cassandra spoke to them excitedly, "You see? I can control things that nobody else can control. I am no god, nor devil, nor anything from what you imagine. I can be a dream, yes but once you push my buttons, I can be a nightmare. I am nice, I am sweet, but I am a force to be reckoned with. But I am from another world." Cassandra said. There was silence there and quiet. Pretty eerie. "Is everything okay over there?" Cassandra asked. Amadan and his friends are in great shocked, "Uh... I don't know. You tell me. You're the one with the world in your hands." Amadan said. "I do?" Then, she gasped in realization. "I got the whole world in my hands!" She clapped and then said, "Don't worry, my dear friends, I--!" But Amadan said, "Wait! Hold a second!" And it was all quiet. In the meantime; Amadan, Vanessa, and Oscar learns about what just occured that this power could be the spirits. Unknow to them that it was just telekinesis that Cassandra used. Cassandra, on the other side of her world, prepares herself to go on her mission to Vanaheim along with the others. During that time, Cassandra decided to do a trick while falling and flying but she almost fell on hard spikes so sharp so she eased herself away but bumped and fell multiple times. And safely landed but not softly. "Ooof!" Cassandra moaned, "I am not doing that again!" She blinked her eyes and looked around of an urban city: "Whoa, this is Vanaheim? Mind for the taking." From behind, a voice startles her: "HEL-LO!!!!!" Cassandra jumped and spun around to see a bedazzled young man with short dark blue hair with his bangs swept to the side of his face. He wore a white T-shirt, a black long sleeved jacket, and black slacks. In addition, he wears a glove over his left hand and has something along the side of his hip. "You scared me, whew! Almost wet myself." She said while laughing. "What's your name?" The guy asked. "Cassandra?" Cass replied. The guy's eyes widened with amazement, "You're the Cassandra? The girl who talked in our heads?" He almost exclaimed. Cassandra nodded, "Mmm Hmm." She said. Amadan cracked a smile, "Oh crap." He said. "And you're Amadan? Amadan Dubhan, right?" inquired Cassandra. 

She just had to say that, because Amadan open his big, cake hold of a mouth to let out a whole lot of boasting: "Yes!!!! My name is Amadan Dubhan: for I am the Fool of the Darkness and yet, I am not purely evil as some might considered. I will ascend from the heavens to take on evil, I will raise my throne above the stars of evil. I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly on the utmost heights of the evil Alberich. I will ascend above the tops of the clouds;I will make myself nothing like the Great Alberich. I am the way, the truth and the life of good! I am above good and evil, from right and wrong. I may have my moments but I will fight for truth, justice, and find the pursuit of happiness!" Cassandra was annoyed but yet a smile came upon her lips. Just then, she had a vision of a Wendigo that is about to attack Amadan, who was still ranting. Cass grabs him and shouted, "Look out!" They managed to dodge the Wendigo and it came upon Cass, who used her powers to push it away. The Wendigo grabbed Cassandra and she used her abilites to kill it. Cass smirks at it until she noticed Amadan's shocked look. "Did you seriously kill that monster?" asked Amadan, softly. Cassandra did a double take. "You don't know what it's called?" She asked in disbelief. Amadan looked at her with amazement, "What are you talking about?" he asked. "You never seen a Wendigo huh? Well, you sure hit it hard of the jackpot sir!" Cassandra pointed out. Just then, a voice called out. "Amadan! Who are you talking to?" He looked young, quite a fetching fellow. "Nobody!" Jack called, he turned back to Cassandra fiercely. "Listen, you gotta get out of here now!" He demanded. "Why? I can help!" Cassandra persisted. "I don't think you know this--" Jack started to say but the boy appeared, "Amadan? Who is this?" He asked. Cassandra smiled and held out her hand, "Cassandra Endymion. It's a pleasure to meet you." she said. The boy was stunt, he shook her hand though. "Oscar Nevin, wait! You're Cassandra?" He said. A girl with shoulder length hair appeared. "Boys, who is this girl?" She asked in a voice so soft but full of curiosity. "Who are you?" Cassandra asked, to the girl. "A friend. My name's Vanessa Cormac."

Cassandra, Amadan, Eulalie, Oscar, Deirdre, and Vanessa are hanging out with one another until Cass's cellphone. Her face fell when she saw and looked up with a fake smile. "Can I take this?" Cassandra questioned. Amadan nodded, "Sure." He said, but noticed Cassandra's face looked troubled. Cassandra smiled, "Excuse me." She said and left the room. Then, she answered the phone: "Hello?" A voice she recognized made her stomach dropped, "Hi honey." It was her father's voice. "Dad...Um, hi." Cassandra said, trying her best to stay calm. "It's good to hear your voice. I missed you. I've been in so much trouble lately. Here I am in the hospital. Your grandmother is blessed to be alive, she almost died." Her father said. Cassandra was shocked, "Grandma? Is she OK?" She asked. "She just almost overdosed on pills, honey. She's going to make it, she wanted to commit suicide but thank the angels she's going to live." Her father said. "Oh, good. I'm glad." Cassandra sighed. "But you just had to go and say that." Boreas said in a snarky tone. "What? What do you mean?" demanded Cassandra. "You threatened us, you were going to drop the house on us! How could you say that?" Boreas said. "I wasn't going to do it, I was mad at how the relatives were so dysfuctional, I wasn't going to do it. I was trying to shake some sense into them!" Cassandra said, raising her voice a little but managed to speak in a low tone. "Well, well, the greatest agent of the shitty corporation decided to lie about it in order for someone to commit suicide almost." Boreas said in a mean tone. Cass was furious, "Well that's a load of crap. Who the hell were you to say that?" She argued. "I'm your father, Cassie. And you show your daddy respect. You deserved it. Believe me, you were nothing but ungrateful. You and your mother--even Vasilissa and her crazy mother!" Boreas scolded. "Crazy mother? Vasilissa? She was having a hard time since you came around! I've been trying to be good, I made a lot of mistakes. I'm only human, I have to live with the threat of my existance." Cassandra argued. "Good. You break everything you touch." Boreas said. "You do too." Cassandra barked. Silence, now she wished she didn't say that. "What you say? What's the matter with you?" yelled Boreas. Cassandra try to repair what she had done, "Dad, stop. Let's just have a nice conversation." She said. A pause and then, a scoff: "A nice conversation?" Cass shrugged, "Yes." She said. She didn't noticed that Amadan was listening in. "Here's your nice conversation, bitch! I get no respect from my own family!" Boreas yelled in her ear over the phone. "Look, I'm sorry. I said that. I'm sorry." Cassandra said. "Yeah, yeah, you say that every time." Boreas said, maliciously. "Please just stop." Cassandra begged.  "No! This time, you listen!" Boreas said, "You're not half enough of a young lady to talk that way to me. You ruinied everything you touch, God is punishing you because of what you done to me!" "SAYS WHO YOU SON OF A BITCH?!" Cassandra screamed. 

There was a silence, "God never punishes anyone, he holds nothing against me. But you? You don't get it and here I thought you came to tell me about grandma but now, you're gonna tell me that I wanted you all dead? NEVER, NEVER! If I wanted that, I wouldn't be able to forgive myself but that's different. I never said that! If anyone should say that, it's you!" Cassandra said. "You suck!" Boreas shouted. "Go to hell!" Cassandra screamed, she hung up and slammed the floor on the other side of the room. Then, curling up on the sofa; she begins to cry. "Cass?" Amadan said. Cass turned to see him standing there, "Hi Amadan." She greeted. Amadan smiled but then he looked at her with concern, "You look troubled, are you OK?" He asked. Cass nodded, "I'm fine." She claimed. "You don't look too great." Amadan said. "Really, I'm just tired." insisted Cass. "Cassandra!" snapped Amadan, "Don't you lie to me! I want the truth now!" Cassandra begin crying, "My dad has been saying crazy things....He's causing madness and I feel like I can't stop him from all the bad things he's saying to everyone here and other places. If he keeps this up, I don't want to be around him. They all think he's a saint but he really is a monster! A monster..." Cassandra explained, she started crying again. Amadan embraced her, "Don't worry. Just don't cry. Please, Cass, don't cry." He soothed her. Once she calmed down, Cassandra rest her head on Amadan's shoulder. "So, you're not scared of me?" Cassandra asked. "No." Amadan said. "Can we be friends?" Cassandra asked. "Of course!" replied Amadan. He hugged her, "C'mon. Lets go be psychos together!" He said, taking her hands. Just then; Cass grabbed the Dark Fool, he leaned over and whispered in Amadan's ear: "Can you do me a favor?" Amadan nodded, "Yeah, what is it?" He replied. "Put your arms around me and hold on. Close your eyes." Cass commanded softly. Hearing this, Amadan made a face while flushing, "What? Is this some sort of trick of seduction?" He demanded. "Just do it!" Cass snapped in a whispery tone. "Fine." Amadan said softly. He wrapped his arms around her waist, which made Cassandra blushed a little. Then, she turned and said in the ear communicator to her friends, "Eulalie, Deirdre." She said. "OK." Eulalie said. "Got one." Deirdre replied. Cass nodded, then whispered to Amadan as she embraced him tightly while resting her chin on his neck: "Whatever happens, don't open your eyes." Amadan was confused, "Why?" He asked, keeping his eyes shut. "I'll tell you later." Cassandra answered, putting on dark goggles. Deirdre and Eulalie also put on the same goggles too. "Whatever happens, don't open your eyes." Eulalie instructed. "Why not now?" Oscar asked, his eyes were shut. "You'll see afterwards." replied Eulalie. Deirdre was saying the same thing, "Whatever happens, don't open your eyes." She said. "Why can't I see?" Vanessa asked, eyes shut closed. "I'll show you...Once it's all over." Pulling out a gun, Cassandra pointed at the Wendigo and she said to her two friends, "On three....One....." Eulalie continued, "....Two...." Deirdre piped in, "Two in a half.....Two and three quarters...." It was an eerie silence until all three girls screamed, "THREE!!!!!" BOOM! They were thrown forwards while they crash safely to the ground. Once they opened their eyes; Amadan, Vanessa, and Oscar were horrified to see what was there. An explosion of fire, lightning all around--It was like the Fourth of July! "Whoa-oh! I can see why you didn't want us to look." Amadan remarked. "It's quite blinding if you keep your eyes opened." Cass said. "Damn, you're good." Amadan remarked. Cassandra smile, "Thank you. I appreciate it." She replied. 


In the meantime, Ophelia didn't know what to do and she fears that they will all leave her forever. She begins to cry again! "Poor dear girl." A voice said, Ophelia looked and saw a girl. "Who are you?" Ophelia asked. The girl smiled back mischievously, "I know how you feel about everyone leaving Silver Branch, my dear girl. And I can help you." She answered. Ophelia looked at her surprised, "Wait, you do?" She asked. "Yes, I can help you." The girl said. Ophelia looked at her but then she heard it: "Sweet smell....Are you a human?" One of the Wendigos said. Ophelia hissed, "I knew it, I knew it....They're coming!" The Wendigos were persistant, "Come to us....come to us....Come to us....." They chanted. Ophelia panicked, "No, get away from me!" She said loudly and went away, she looked around as she didn't know what to do! "Help me! Cassandra....!!!!" thought Ophelia, thinking of her friends. She saw that the girl was a Wendigo too as she was the 'heart' of all Wendigos! Meanwhile; Cassandra and the others have been an hour since they've start searching for Ophelia but there is no sign of her! They were really worried about her. They hoped nothing bad happens to her, they hoped she’s safe…maybe Cassandra should have payed more attention to what was going on with her, I don't think she really meant all Then he felt a sharp pain in her mind! Cassandra could see Ophelia was shocked, hurt and she wants to run away from all of that! They have to find her right now, but another sharp pain makes Cassandra stop in her tracks! She is scared, really scared. She whispered, "O--Ophelia.....We have to.....we have to find....her...." and she faints. Back with Ophelia, she was running from the Wendigos that try to beckon her but she won't do it. It was just like what happened before.  She ran, and ran until she felt her lungs would burst. Ophelia struggles and squirmed but she felt a pain in her back as the ghouls were opening their mouths, she was terrified that she fainted. Everything in her vision went black. Again! Then, Ophelia woke up and saw the Wendigos were slaughtered, she was carried by Cassandra. Then in her blurred visions; she saw familiar figures and one of them was Cassandra. "Is she OK?"  They were all trying to help her, however Ophelia pushed them all away and screams out that she doesn't want them all to leave her because she hates good things coming to an end. Ophelia was still screaming! She tried to stop this horrible pain but before she could go any farther she hear someone calling her name: "Ophelia! Stop!" Ophelia stopped as she felt arms wrapped around her! "CASSANDRA!!" "O--Ophelia. It's not like what you think! Ophelia, I will always be there for you, I always was!"  She said, "You were never lonely! You are so much better than this! You shouldn't be like this!" Cassandra claimed. Ophelia was stunt to hear this, "Cassandra....!" She gasped. "It's not what you think Ophelia! You are my best friend and you always will be! So just let it go and come back! I'm sorry I didn't know how emotionally distraught you felt! You are my....best....friend....!" Ophelia was stunt, "My friends......" She said. Then she felt herself crying and hugged them, all of them! "My......best..........friends........!" Ophelia thought.

Ophelia broke away from the embrace and said, "I can’t make a big impact because of my reputation but you are more popular and people will listen to you. I heard someone said this once.....Some people come into our lives to make an impact, whether it’s good or bad. I know that I caused pain but I learned something truly from you. How you have impacted my life. Because I knew you, I've been inspired and influenced in a good way." Cassandra is shocked by this. "Me? I taught you something?" She asked. Ophelia nodded, tears brimming in her eyes. "Yes." She replied, "I will still remember and always hold you dearly in special places of my heart." Cassandra was touched. She and the other agents said goodbye to their friends, allies, and people they cared about before they went to their own worlds again! Cassandra embraced her friends, even Amadan and Jack as she will miss them. So, Cassandra and the former agents return home where they started their careers and futures for them. Her mother and Goram are still together but Cassandra decides to go to whatever life takes her. Cassandra prepares to set off on her journey as she said goodbye to her mother and soon-to-be stepfather. Before she left, she recognize a familiar silhouette and turned around with a smile, "Hey Jack!" She greeted. Then, Cassandra thought to herself: "They say life passes by so fast and theres no slowing down and going back so all you can do is remember the fun nights with friends and to enjoy life. Every person sees the world unfold in from of them. They all see the chances of high paying jobs. They are thinking of that possible future. It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live, people move on with their lives and cannot live stuck in the past, however it is a great sentiment for friends to hold on to. But I hope.....I hope we meet again."
