Macushla Volume 2--Chapter 2

This is the second chapter to the second volume of Macushla, where someone deals with anger issues and also people who are in her life as well as drive her crazy! The anger issues are based on what I'm struggling and people that my aunt (My mom's sister) deals with as well as experiences that people go through. This chapter will also relate to people and based on stories I've read before. And also I bet you people deal with a lot of stuff, right? Whether it's bad neighbors, nagging aunts, mean customers, worst bosses, and snobby co-workers. Thank you and enjoy. --KatDon 

Chapter 2: Life is Crap...Or is It? 

Life is crap, well not always. Life is good, nobody can't complain but in this situation; one person can--And that is Ziven, her relative Aunt Nina nags so much and preaches about almost everything. She's always complain Ziven's love for anime & manga and keeps on bothering her! Anytime Ziven complains about something in the room that bothers her, all Aunt Nina mocks her with 'Nyah, nyah, nyah!" and tells her to deal with it. Meanwhile; Barry and Mamie, Aunt Nina's neighbors, are nothing more than an unholy matchmade in a living hell. Barry is a complete asshole who is a reckless driver, he mentally abuses Mamie and Mamie is nothing more than just a snob. The two of them are nothing but jerks and selfish yet socopathic bastards. One might conclude that last Christmas, the temporary driver delivered their nine cheesecakes to across the street neighbors by accident. Despite the other name clearly on the box, Barry and Mamie opened it and ate their Christmas cheescakes! The wife of the mean, stuck neighbor would lay out naked in the summer as she would allow her children to play outside at the same time. The neighbor then dug through the yard and put a hose through the yard to create a mud pit for her children. However, Mamie is an absolute lunatic. She has now taken to breaking into Aunt Nina's computer and changing passwords! She hammers on shared wall in the middle of the night. She slams her door over and over and is disturbing the people above and below her! The neighbor came to Aunt Nina's house and accused her of sleeping with her husband. Then, she bought over 20 trees and planted them along the side of her house! Aunt Nina's daughter name Thalia is engaged to her fiance, Kristoff. Kristoff was a pretty nice guy, cute, and he had a job. Except there was one problem, his parents was the cause! Markeisha and Russell, those were the names! Markeisha was utterly self-oriented, self absorbed woman. She projects herself an unrealistic image of herself. She lacks empathy for others. And she will never compromise. She hates Thalia's mother ever since she met her, Jocasta wasn't afriad to tell her. She'll try to turn Thalia and Kristoff against her, making sure they don't visit her for long periods of time. Markeisha is abusive, critical, she will verbally pounce on Thalia for any mistake and milk it for all its worth. Markeisha enjoys making Thalia--as well as other people--feel uncomfortable, she will ensure that Thalia or her family will not feel welcomed. Markeisha is also disappoving, mean-spirited, fault finding, finger pointing, and malicious gossiper! She cannot accept that her son is an adult now, refuses to be second place in her son's life, and regards Thalia as an intruder. She continuously tells Aubrey that he would be better off without her. It's all about Markeisha, she is totally obsessed with herself! She will attempt to consumed everyone into her world, draining Thalia or her mother of self-esteem and confidence until no one can do anything without her approval. For example, Markeisha criticized on Thalia's weight and think she's a 'fat cow'. She bullies her into plus-size wedding dresses. Then, she complains that Thalia and Kristoff's wedding should be a baseball theme, which is the worst and hideous idea ever! Imagine, the newlyweds in baseball hats, uniforms, and baseball bats. What was going on in this woman's head is beyond anyone's guess. Another example would be: Markeisha was throwing herself a big party and has gone to a lot of trouble to send out hand written invitations. Thalia's invitation says “Dear Kristoff” and does not mention her. Thalia and Kristoff planning your wedding! They have invited your bridesmaids, mother, father, and in-laws around to talk about it. Markeisha says she wants the wedding held at a particular venue. When Thalia suggest another venue; Markeisha stiffens and walks away shaking her head. On the weekend; the two couple are looking forward to spending a relaxing day at home with when the phone rings. 

When Thalia answers it, it's Markeisha who says: “Is Kristoff there?” and does not greeting Thalia. Thalia replied, "He's busy. Sorry Markeisha." Markeisha sounded annoyed, "I might have known you’d be inside sitting next to the phone. Put Kristoff on. He probably needs a break from whatever you’ve got him doing." "Look, he's busy getting ready because we're going out. Why don't you leave a message and we'll get back to you?" said Thalia. Then she says, "Why don't you drop dead and divorce my son while he still has life left in him." And then, she hungs up. Another time was when Thalia was looking at retirement villages for her frail grandfather and left the brochure on the coffee table at home. Markeisha pops around’ to see Kristoff, spots the brochure and picks up the brochure, rips it up into pieces, throws them at Thalia and says menacingly, “Do you really think you can get rid of me that easily?” And left! When Thalia's car breaks down and you are stranded for two hours by the roadside as she calls for help. As Markeisha heard about this, she laughs and says she wishes she’d been there to see her. Now Markeisha has really screwed herself with the couple this time! She has become reliant, valetudinarian, and she has appeaed to be incompetent but she's really self-centered who's being such a good actress for a crummy mother-in-law. She is attempting to dominte their lives every day, she only craves attention from Thalia and Kristoff. The only thing she likes better that she's taking up the residence than the soon-to-be newlyweds are. If she doesn't get the attention, she will use emotional blackmail to make Thalia feel guilty by saying things like: "You neglected me!" or "You abandoned me!" Once she has Thalia at her beck and command; Markeisha will use her as a maid to cook her food, clean up things around the house, and other things like that. Be her errand runner! And when she's not being so needy; she's the 'pain the ass' achiever! She gets praise from every person, she takes her accomplishments to stride, and assumes that there is no such thing as failure. Markeisha is so high up on the pedestal that her skills are mountaining won't help Thalia come up to her level. And she's pretending to be nice to Thalia to use her in a way to bring her down. What's worse is Markeisha is a scandalmonger too! She's interfering, always snooping, and has relentless gossip. She is the fly on the wall in her son and his soon to be wife's life and seems to know everything is going on before anyone else does! She is an intrusive presence, nobody can hide or shut her out of any daily goings, nor any humiliating little secrets from prying eyes. Markeisha will use an personal information to manipulate everyone else's life--even Thalia's too. Now, she wants the wedding to speed up quickly! Why? She wants to be a grandmother soon for she is impatient, insensitive to Thalia's lack of fertility issues. Markeisha is also baby-obsessed and possible an interfering, possessive future grandparent. She aims in life to be a grandparent and looks at Thalia as she views her as her incubator. She ignores Thalia and Kristoff's career goals, pesters poor Thalia relentlessly and once the child is born; she wants to take over and dominate the child rearing process. So in general, Markeisha is nothing but a pain in the ass, interfering cow who makes Thalia's life miserable. She's a nasty piece of work who goes out of her way to be sneakily horrible. She is unable to accept that her 'baby boy' has grown up and sees his fiance as an intruder in her relationship with her son. And constantly at her for Thalia's imperfections, hygiene levels and lack of action in producing a grandchild for her. Over the times about this; Markeisha continuously insulted Thalia, taunted her, and purposely talked about things that would upset her. Markeisha purposely made her reservations for six weeks, unbeknownst to them.  Of course, they were nonrefundable tickets.  Her behavior was absolutely obnoxious, including walking around half naked in front of them. When Thalia and Kristoff stayed with her for a week, she begins to noticed various household kitchen articles of hers had "disappeared".  Since then, she realized that Markeisha was stealing from their house. Thalia always knew that she had a "problem", but she thought that it was just taking flatware and cloth napkins from restaurants.  Obviously, she has a very poor impulse control.  She also loves to move things around in Thalia's mother's house so that her mother can think that she's going crazy. Markeisha also has been pulling beads off of lamps, scratching doors and wood from furniture.  She also put a tear in Thalia's brand new cat quilt. She took a white lace pillow and used it to blot her red lipstick in over 5 different places. Thalia was lucky, it was white and she was able to get it out with bleach. The list of her vandalism is simply endless.  She also put three big chips into the porcelain of our bath tub. She also hears the insults and criticisms. 
After she was hired, Ziven was happier when she arrived home and her mother was happy to see her but what happens next is going to be unbelieveable for poor Ziven. Because things with the madame are going to be stressful! Ms. Jayla Danya is being too nice! Her co-workers start rolling in late and blowing through deadlines, and Ziven doesn’t get the feedback she needs. It could cost her a raise if she spends all year being praised only to find out at her performance review that she’s not all that impressed with Ziven's work. She’s just nice. Then; her boss has no idea what her job is, or how to be a manager. So when she jumps in and tells you you’re doing everything wrong. Well, she wasn’t. The madame was alienating staff and customers. She can’t use Blind Carbon Copy. She can’t lead a meeting. She says things like “Let’s email it on the social media network.” She’s embarrassing. In awhile, things change in the madame: Ms. Danya was hurting Ziven's career  by failing to provide feedback and direction and giving her negative performance reviews. Ms. Danya can be managed, manipulated, and massaged to her advantage. Ms. Danya wants to read every email she send. Ms. Danya doesn’t want her to carbon copy her—she wants to stand over her shoulder and dictate. She typed a schedule for washing coffee cups. She has strong ideas about the how toner should be replaced. She is driving Ziven insane. Ms. Danya has no idea what any of her direct reports do for a living. Ziven couldn't help but ask her a specific question about what she should be working on, and the madame replies with vague platitudes and off-the-wall suggestions. Stupid Ms. Danya, she has no idea what this job does. One of the staff members has a brilliant new idea, and Ms. Danya told her that the others can implement it by next week. Ziven will do all the other projects as well, of course. She was just “fit it in,” maybe take lunch at her desk, and it’ll be fine. That's how the madame sees it. And when Ziven makes a mistake at work; Ms. Danya takes the pleasure as she had told the whole office about it, loudly. Ziven feels as if she is getting ulcers and losing her grip from the stress. And she is certainly not getting a raise. Then, it got even worse week by week later, Ms. Danya files a freedom of information request seeking the balance in the district's account. Because her family spends away money in such an account, she assumes that the school district does the same thing. She wants to approve every news release issued by the school district, and wants final editing rights on the school district newsletter. She votes to assign members of the board to district classrooms for the purpose of evaluating other workers. Ms. Danya begins her tenure by telling cooks what to serve in the work lunch program. She spills all the details of an executive session on negotiations to the union. She also requests a master key so that she can randomly visit rooms and offices at night and weekends. Even helping those special needs kids is where she doesn't show her kindness for them--As she claims she has a 'soft spot' for them: She shows little concern for the children, denies the existence of the child, blames the child for thei problems in school and the parents for raising them. She asks staff and caregivers to use harsh physical discipline if the child misbehaves. Ms. Danya sees the child as entirely bad, worthless, or burdensome. She demands a level of physical or academic performance the child cannot achieve. And looks primarily to the child for care, attention, and satisfaction of emotional needs. Even Ziven notices the children are changing by the abuse and oppression that Ms. Danya has done them: They show sudden changes in behavior or school performance, they not received help for physical or medical problems brought to the parents’ attention, they begin to have problems of difficulty concentrating that cannot be attributed to specific physical or psychological causes. They are always watchful, as though preparing for something bad to happen and lacks adult supervision. They are  overly compliant, passive, or withdrawn, they refuse to come back to that place. Ms. Danya rarely touches the children or looks at them, the relationship entirely negative and states they don't like her. 

Ms. Danya was a cranky woman who had aging lines, plump, and pretended to be a kind person when she wasn't for real. She also had an attitude, very rude to Ziven and to everyone else, including her children who are no longer living with her...At least, two aren't. Then, Ziven got to meet Ms. Danya's sister and her husband were a nice couple. Eccentric, odd with a dry sense of humor but nice. However, she was always moody, it was hard to tell if she was in a good mood or not. One day she would be nice, then the next minute she would be annoyed with Ziven for no reason. Despite this, Ziven had trusted them and hang out with them. One day, Ziven was then shocked when she learns Ms. Danya's sister spread horrible lies about her. And worse, Ziven did not call back Danya's sister because of the fact that she was tired after a long day. The next morning, Ziven realized he was supposed to go out with the sister to see a movie so she text her. Ziven was shocked to find out in her message that broke her heart: "You didn't respond to me last night after we promised to catch up with some friends on a movie night. When you text me, I laughed at you and shared it with my husband. He laughed with me. You are a disgusting, selfish person and I never want to see you again." Ziven couldn't believe it and it was horrible, Ziven had never been so upset in all of her life. Never felt so betrayed. In the meantime; Ms. Danya and the staff were mistreating these kids and want them to deal with it. Ziven had voiced out her disagreement but Ms. Danya did not listen to her so Ziven quits. Back with the entertainment world; Brittmarie 'Bim' Saebright is a pop star who is better known as 'Bimba' as her stage name. As a party girl pretenind to be a dumb blond and a singer-songwriter; Bimba wakes up confused, hazed, and feeling like a rap mogul instead of feeling like her true self. She puts on her sunglasses to get ready to party around the city. However, she's never again coming back to her previous self. Bimba is preparing to club and get drunk but she's drunk yet late for the party. She doesn’t care about anything as long as she has plenty of alcohol all around,  she will still turn up because she won’t turn back. The guys are lining up to get with her when all Bimba cares about is getting all crazy, hyped up! Boys trying to fondle her but she'll smack the heck out of those boys who were trying to touch her or if they get too wild and drunk. Bimba  and her friends are gonna go on and on and party hard till someone kicks them outta the club, or the police comes and shut them. They ain’t gonna stop their partying with their on will. It is important music is in her life, where it can build Bimba but it can break her, and it also makes her heart pound. music gets Bimba with her hands upo and she really loves music and dancing. She is basically the life of the party and that nothing is complete without her. She can push a signal too hard through a PA, it makes a popping noise called clipping that also distorts the music. And helps situate Bimba’s relationship with the music she’s putting out. She will be partying with her people until early the following morning! It may be late, but a party with Bimba never ends. She also goes to places where they're a grungy part of the city where nobody will judge. Night time is when everyone starts thinking dirty. She can also be screwed up  as she wants because she’s not the one who has to drive home,  she’s sexy and she knows it. Along with her and her gang--They can make anyone fall in love with them because they’re so hot. People should know not to mess with Bimba and her crew because they are reckless and will take you down. She’s wearing glitter eyeshadow, stockings that have rips all up the sides to show how punk she is. Turn up the volume of the music! She wants to party. She’s telling you about all their crazy mistakes. She wants the disc jockey to turn up the volume of the music because they’re going to party hard. They can do whatever they want and get away with it. They’re messing up the whole place, they are awesome and you have to accept it, you have no choice! No one can deny that Bimba and her crew are superstars in their own way. The tautology reiterates the sentiment that they can’t, and shouldn’t, be changed. The way Bimba and her friends are dancing makes it seem like they’re not intelligent people. They’re dancing really really hard. The’re acting like they’re hyper. This boy she met was what drives her. His love makes her experience all the symptoms of drugs, unfortunately--there’s no rehab for love. She can’t stop thinking about this guy she even dreams about him.. He's on her mind all the time. She's always looking around to see if he's near by. She keeps calling him and when she does its obvious she wants him. Then she is up all night hoping he’ll call her back! People are trying to warn her and tell she he's a bad guy but she don’t care. She says no one will help her stop being addicted, then claiming she is addicted. She is crazy in love for this lover, and she doesn’t care if he will turn her down or he isn’t loyal, so her judgement is hazy. Her ability to act cool is thrown off due to her love; she’s addicted to his love and attention to a point where if she doesn’t get it, she will break. Just as people judge others for doing drugs, people find Bimba’s intense feeling of love and infatuation and the guy it’s directed at strange, and they feel like she needs to move on because he’s no good for. She doesn’t care about this though, because just being with this guy would be enough to make her world better, the sacrifices made for love are worth the great times that come along with it. The feeling of missing a loved one. She wants to know if the addiction is two-sided. If his love is her drug, she’s asking is her love is addicting him too! With love does work a little bit like drugs do. She's intoxicatingly texting and she knows she’s gonna regret it later but she doesn’t care. But their love didn't last forever! She broke up with the man that was in love with, but didn’t know she was at the time. She loves him and he’s all she can think about. When in public she hides that she is upset, but when alone, she can’t handle not being with her love life. Bimba recounts a time when she and her former lover jumped the fence at a venue to hear their favorite band. She remembers another time when she and her lover traveled the world and they vowed that they would be together forever. Bimba realizes now that her life has changed and she’s no longer in the beautiful time when her and her lover could be together. He’s a big part of her life, and without him, she’s barely alive. She has nobody to love, so she feels all alone. With each second, Bimba is slowly dying. Her true love is not by her side and it’s slowly killing her. The worst part: It’s all her fault, she had to find out what Karma was the hard way. She’s always saying how cheating is never right, but her boyfriend caught her cheating, making her a hypocrite and making him break up with her. She feels very guilty about what she did, and it pains her inside. Now, every time she goes clubbing, she’s no longer having fun like she used to. She come’s to terms with the truth; he’s not coming back! She never thought that she’d be the one crying over a guy. Bimba is supposed to be a party girl that just doesn’t care. But she does care, and this makes her surprised at her emotions. With struggles of disorders that involved in malnourishment, bullying and horrible photos gone viral without Bimba knowing. It was rather heartbroken and tragic but she'll be OK. 

Nevertheless, there is a bunch of famous people who are annoying and are a bunch of jerks: Catalina Astor is so annoying that she writes music about heartbroken and loss while also trust is gone from her but she's doing it to get attenion as well as writing some catchy stuff while getting under people's skin. Earlier in the fame industry, Catalina started out as a typical-seemingly type of girl! She is recounting the normal ritual of the day: gather your emotions, rekindle friendships, and hope to God nothing goes wrong. mindset on her first day of high school was to avoid any possible confrontations, but sometimes, things happen. She’d be surrounded by the same classmates for four years. This success was a far cry from her high school days, where she, like many adolescent girls, hopelessly admired the older boys and desperately wanted their attention. The girls have best friends--The boys, the drama, the fun times, and even when she became a celebrity. They quickly became friends and now have a long-lasting friendship. It’s something new to her, being a freshman in high school she is used to having her mom or parents drive her around, but it’s this older guy who’s driving and it feels new and exciting.Back then, she thought she wanted to spend the rest of her life with this boy. She then realized she wasn’t ready for that commitment. She had her other dreams she wanted to accomplish before settling down with somebody. She learns that when you’re 15 years old, you’re probably still an innocent person and may not know what love is. So when someone says they love you, you’ll think it’s true because love is a strange and great feeling to you. While Catalina and her friends are out on the weekends;  they feel like tonight is the perfect night to pretend to be someone else — reality is too hard to face, so they will party to take away the stress. Breakfast is always better later at night. They are in the mix of emotions that come with being a young adult into an optimistic brew that culminates in her deciding to break out of her daily schedule and just celebrate! Catalina and here friends are awake with her friends talking about future aspirations, they forget all about the drama. They are all having fun without acknowledging all the negativity around them. They will either stay up all night and have a good time. While on top of the world, she encountered some issues: Catalina felt from this person's verbal attack to a violent stabbing. When an artist puts their heart and soul into a project, they expose a raw nerve. And, since Catalina is in such a vulnerable state, it’s not surprising that a critic’s negativity actually hurt her! This was not a fair fight. A disgruntled, older, male blogger, chose to tear down a young, female performer, who just began her career. Bullying at it’s finest. The bullies who were constantly mean to her, they have no idea what’s gonna happen to their lives, and just how important the person that they are bullying is. When they are in public with teachers or parents or something like that, the bully can be acting nice, but not always. She tries to make him aware of the weight his words and influence hold. His crass comments threaten not only her psyche but her career. She is her hardest critic and recognizes her mistakes, he does not have to point them out. Catalina now shows how she doesn’t want to face public humiliation by the bully seeing her face and making rude comments towards her. She is trying to ignore the hate so she will feel confident again. Many bloggers are artists-turned-critics. Sometimes this adjustment is because a writer has failed in his/her own creative endeavor. In this case, it seems an adult male chose to make a young female the victim of his unhappiness. Taylor, although hurt, recognizes the sad state of this individual. Her best way of to cope with his onslaught is to recognize his pathetic-ness. She lets him know! “You will always be unhappy with yourself,” she says “I will overcome your barbs… and better myself within my craft.” She refuses to let the naysayers win. She will find success and rise above, higher than the skyline of a city. But now she is a nuisance! 

Her boyfriend is a poet, but Catalina cannily rejects the lover’s recourse as truck gets stuck. Though they were inseparable all summer, their time together was anything but endless. She remembered how they all night long next to the lake, even though she was sad she had to go, she didn’t want him to see her cry. She wrote him a letter three summers before then. Summer love is bitter-sweet. Even though they couldn’t be together, it was nice to see that Catalina had found someone for a short time. Catalina wanted her lost lover understand the concept of happiness! However; their relationship was rubbish as he was in love with himself a little too much! If her ex is willing to lie about Catalina being obsessive and crazy, she’s going to take the high road and not respond. But she’s a badass so she’s gonna date all his friends and her father will try to kill him if anything happens. Catalina is done with him and that he should never come back again! He was unfair to her by never letting her drive the truck, he was cheating on her. But there was a crush name Drew sat next to her in one of her classes, so she saw him everyday. This is most likely why she had gotten a crush so easily. She hides her pain, and pretends to be happy for her friend. She longs for a relationship with this boy, more than anything. She’s jealous of the girl that Drew loves and longs to be that girl. She’s believes that Drew is wrong about who he loves, and it should be her in return. She even states that he is on her mind everyday and every night. Catalina wonders whether if he knows that she has been crushing on him secretly. His presence even takes away her breath, leading her to further believe she’s in love. She wants to be as perfect as the girl that Drew likes, but she is doubtful that she will ever be at that status. She wants the other girl to love Drew with all her heart for if she is not going to give it to Drew, she’d rather have at least someone do it.  She has been thinking about him from the first line to the last. She even keeps a picture to look at at night to comfort her. Catalina cries at night because she loves Drew much more than he knows. She does everything to get him to like her, even wish on stars that she knows is not real. However, this also shows that she still has hope. She would even sing his name all the time, for she has been blinded with love. She doesn’t even know why she still likes him! Everything she cared so much about in a relationship which feels so solid is actually very temporary and fleeting; she knows because she found out that the boy she was dating was in a relationship with another person. She feels so wrong and disgusted by looking at him, after what he did to her. Even though he says that he would redo it, Catalina knows if he truly loved her, he would decline the other girl’s offer. It was obvious that she was crying and she was hurt, so he tried to sweet talk her into getting back together--She knows after he cheated, they’ll never have what they had before. He claims it was just a mistake and he wants her back. He’s trying to make excuses for what he did even though the only reason he’s sorry is because he got caught. She can’t resist asking him questions and shows that she still cares about him and wants to understand him--She wants to know was it worth risking her relationship for some harlot! He should’ve said no to the girl who wanted to have him with her and should’ve gone home, but, instead, he didn’t. She holds him accountable for his actions: He should’ve thought about his relationship and he should’ve rethought it. "The word on the street will always find its way back to who the ever its about." She said. She shouldn’t be blaming herself for his actions. He shouldn’t be asking for her back, because even though she wants him back, she’s strong enough to refuse. She knows that it will take a long time for her to heal, because he meant so much to her. Another love came into her life as their love was a fairytale. However, it did not end happily ever after. It all started when she and him got into a relationship. After their meeting on a Tuesday, this guy and Swift form a relationship. But now, they have broken up; at the least, they don’t talk anymore. What happened to their relationship? Catalina doesn’t know…maybe the guy does. At one time, their relationship was perfect. Now, he’s leaving her without a second thought. Catalina wonders of she was disreputable or inappropriate, she knew that honesty can hurt to people who are afraid of the truth. She can see the way he’s acting is immature. She’d trying to be responsible and get things to work out. But he is being childish and doesn’t want a grown up relationship like she does. When Catalina looks this guy in the eyes she hardly knows him anymore. Everything they once had is now gone and there is nothing left. Their silence towards each other kills her internally. Their so-called fairytale love  gradually going downhill. She thought that she knew what what type of person he was but now because of his actions, she feels that she doesn’t even know who is anymore! Did he forget it? Clearly, she remembers the night they first met, but he probably doesn’t even remember the instant breakup call he sent. Sitting in her bedroom as raindrops were on her window, she is heartbroken and reflecting on their downward spiraling relationship and wondering what went wrong. Nothing seems to be going right anymore for them. When he isn’t with her she gets sad because she misses him. When he is with her she still feels sad because he treats her badly. He had promised to love her forever and always, but obviously things are not going to turn out that way. He used to share things with her that he didn’t with anyone else. Now his face haunts her as she remembers late night conversations they had. He made her feel so special and then just left like it was nothing, leaving her with a racing mind contemplating his reasons for leaving. Catalina remembers the little things and they haunt her. When they hugged she could feel that he loved her. The fact that his heart was racing when he hugged her indicates that at the time, he really did love her too and this makes it even harder for her to understand how that could so suddenly end for him and yet be so strong with her. Catalina remembers the way he walked the way he moved so effortlessly. She is more introverted and reserved, while her lover is lowkey obnoxious and always in the spotlight. She was willing to dance with him and be in the spotlight because she loved him that much. She loved his style of being proper and polite of meeting her father and giving a proper handshake. It was so old school and proper she was amazed and in love with the little things. She will see him with other girls, and feel like he forgets her. He has moved on and she inevitably as not. She is going to talk to the friends they met together just to ask about him. She is trying anything she can to stay in touch with him and can’t let him go out of her life completely. Rumor has it she’s really easy, the number of times she’s done it with a guy is larger than any other normal girl’s. Catalina is trying to refer to the girl who stole her man as a little girl. She is also calling her ex man a toy, so this proves how much she actually loved him. She isn’t really interested in being heartbroken at the moment; what she’s really focusing on is how to cast revenge upon this girl who stole him away. Once again, another bad relationship happened: Catalina has broken up with her boyfriend and she regrets it… A lot! She wants to know what is going on in his life but it would be too awkward for her to go back. When this guy tried to get back with Catalina, she denied him. She’s regretting it now, where he gave her love and she didn’t accept it. She regrets leaving him and she can’t get over him as she feels bad. She really wants him back. She regrets not calling him on his birthday, and she’s telling him she’s sorry for every bad thing that happened to him. She’s reminiscing now about the beautiful times they had together. When things became more difficult and she ignored her feelings for him and left. He gave her all his love and all she gave him was goodbye. She was one of those girls who have a tendency of falling for a guy with a bad boy image who don’t seem to care since human nature is to want what we can’t have. But he didn’t help her--He may be physically next to her, but his mind’s elsewhere and he’s showing no interest anymore. When they broke up, Catalina blames herself for the heartbreak! This guy has separated himself from her fully, severed all communication, and just generally doesn’t care. He never apologized for anything that he may have done to hurt Catalina, and he will never see her cry because he doesn’t care enough to see if she’s doing okay. He pretends to be oblivious to the fact that he caused Catalina suffering. She heard through rumors and gossip that the boy was over the relationship. He moved on from their relationship very quickly and it is evident that all she will be be to him is a name on that list. Catalina realizes what a fool she’s been, he already had his plan set and he never felt anything for her. She is worried that this boy could be doing this to many other girls which is even more troubling. He may be feigning his love for these girls though he’s never felt any sort of intimacy towards them at all! Through and through; Catalina is sick and tired of the endless patterns of on and off type relationships. This boy keeps asking for space and then wanting to get closer again, and the attempts to work things out keep failing. The vicious cycle of hate, separation, and love takes its toll on Catalina. Each time that the two try to end it, the guy always comes back to rekindle the dead relationship. They talked about it again last night but she is not going to miss him picking fights for no reason or the way she falls for it and fights back. After they fight he takes some alone time to cool off and listens to some indie band that is so cool which pisses Catalina off because she wants him listening to her own CDs. He thinks that they can just get back together, so he is just trying to sweet talk her into forgiving him. She is saying that she is serious and that this is the end of their relationship. She used to have the naive expectation that everything would end up fine and that no matter what they could still get back together. Joshua's unholy matrimony with the narcisstic, selfish and seemingly popular yet former softcore woman name Candie Finkel-Aisier. Her sisters, Dasha and Yolanda, hate her for it but some can't stand these girls nor their mother and Dasha's ex-husband. These wannabes are high class, who live in expensive parts of town. Drinking expensive bottles of champagne, have a bunch of hangovers from all the alcohol and narcotics. They're vain fools at night, they shouldn't complain about paying for it in the morning. Nobody knows about why these chicks chose to lead a life that portrayed them as such the queens of the world....Mostly Candie! She was so drunk that she was out of it. All she cares about is partying so much that everyone thinks she's great! Candie wanted to be like the people on the front page of magazines: fun and interesting. She has no problem letting out an opinion, but it needs to be done in moderation. Candie likes to wear fancy dresses to gain attention, she wasn’t so much that she went to because everyone was going to be there. She then talked on and on about how well she's doing in life, and everyone at the party was enthralled! She don’t remember what she'd been saying because of all the business and self importance. She's an attention snob and people hate her for it. Then, there's Mim! All the blogs and reports are saying Mim and Slim Shadow met at the bar, but really Mim’s saying she has no idea who Slim even is. Slim said she flew out several times to his house, when she’s saying she didn’t. Slim is busy working with a producer and mentor but Mim is working with a high class producer of her recording studio. She’s not gonna feed the rumors and gossip. She’s over the top and he’s under the deep of it. Slim played some voice mails supposedly from Mim, and then launched into one of his songs after kneeling by a toilet and pretending to be sick. Obviously, he’s angry. Frankly, Slim is a womanizer, but Mim won’t be fooled because she wouldn’t pick him even in the most desperate moments. is small, and Slim being rejected by her has him frustrated. She was being a jerk while also upset at the fact that she could be lying and she does know Slim Shadow but she didn't want to cause a bad reputation on herself! 

Roxanne, for the time being, was researching on the memories on the Moneta and is doing more studying on the agency: Cassandra, Eulalie, Deirdre, Turan, Ariadne, and Juana are seated in a meeting room. "What the hell is taking her?" Turan groaned. "Patience, Turan. Ophelia moves in mysterious ways." Cassandra assured her. "I wonder what Babyface has for us this time." Eulalie said. "We'll find out soon enough, girls." Deirdre replied. While waiting; they heard a female grunting and incoherent complaining as they got louder. Then, Ophelia came in with a large box and placed it down. "Phew! Talk about a lot of designed costumes to deliver can give someone quite a work out." She said with a sigh and huffing. Ophelia smiled at the girls, "Hey ladies! Sorry for making you wait but I want to show you something..." She said. Cassandra looked suspicious as Ophelia whip out the Moneta and typing on it. "OK," She said. "Your mission is quite interested. This world is known as a land you never dreamed of. It is my pleasure to introduce you to this special mission." Then, Ophelisa said loudly: "Drumroll please!" and imitates a drum sound. Ophelia said, "Introducing--Operation: Playact Superhero!" Cassandra and the others stare at her with weird looks. "Say what?" Eulalie remarked. "Huh?" asked Deirdre. "Um...What now?" said Turan. "Que?" Juana inquired. "What did she say?" asked Ariadne, "What was that last part?" "What is Operation Superhero Playact?" questioned Cassandra, "And what is the meaning of it?" "It's an undercover operative assignment!" piped Ophelia, "This new world has pretty cool heroes there but the catch is to recruit them." "Ohhhhh-kaaayyyy. I think that brain of yours went downhill. Have you gone completely loco?" asked Juana. "Yes, I have gone loco--about this world! C'mon, I think it'll be fun!" Ophelia persisted excitedly. All of the agents weren't sure about this idea but Ophelia was their friend and they didn't and they didn't want to erupt her joy of this mission with disappointment. Cass smiled, "We'll do it!" She said. "You will? Great! I'm glad." Ophelia squealed. The girls were shock by Cassandra's response however she knew this mission might be good and ease the pain of deceased members nevertheless no one was going to get betrayed nor killed again. Ophelia gave the girls their so-called superheroine costumes; Juana's outfit resembled an angel white getup complete with sparkles and a mass of glitter. Ariadne's outfit has sea blue and ice blue clothing, the style was a dress. Turan has a red catsuit with red roses that gave the illusion of being bloodied--Just the way Turan likes it! Deirdre's costume was a breastplate that covered her chest like a corset top, she had a fringe skirt with culottes underneath. Golden winged sandals with a higer heel. Eulalie's outfit was a black lace top, leggenings, and a cloak with a hood. And lastily; Cassandra's outfit was a short jacket, a light colored shirt, pants, knee high boots, a sash around her waist that covered her hips. Also that included a firebird leavint its cage as a symbol on her badge and the back of her jacket. The costume came with gloves and an ink blotted mask which resembled the phoenix. The girls were also given superheroine personas: Cassandra is Libertas, Eulalie is Hecate, Deirdre is Belladonna, Turan is Asena, Ariadne is Oceana Coldstone, and Juanais Lumen. This was going to be the most epic, weirdest mission but Operation Superhero Playact was commencing the mysterious land. 

All suit up in ther costumes of their undercover superheroine alter egos; Cassandra, Eulalie, Turan, Deirdre, Ariadne, and Juana were ready to go! "Huh, these suits don't ride up or give you a wedgie." Turan noted. Ophelia beamed, "Nice huh. They're comfy while also kick ass." She said. Cassandra posed, "Sweet!" She said. "Yes." Ophelia replied, but she got serious; it look like she's about to say something and she did: "Ladies, your mission is simple--Observe these heroes, and be very careful to not let yourself be exposed. I wish you the best luck!" announced Ophelia, she saluted. Cassandra giggled, "You're cute." She complimented. Ophelia drops her hand, "Hey! I'm being serious!" She protested. "I know, I know." answered Cassandra. "OK, getting ready for teleportation for agents..." Ophelia said, pressing buttons and pulling switches to activate the portal. She continued to talk while typing, "Operation Superhero Playact is commencing....Destination--Valhalla. Portal opening, transportation begins in 10...9...8...7...6...5, 4, 3, 2, 1!!!" "Let's goooooooooo!" Cassandra hollered. And the agents jumped into the portals. Ophelia watched them disappear, "Good luck agents." She said in a soft tone. Cassandra and the girls found out they wer falling like the flies, "What the hell? Why are we falling? What's going on?" Cassandra hollered. "I don't know, Cass! It's insane!" Eulalie called. They used their flight as they landed somewhere safe. "Ophelia, what the hell?" demanded Cassandra. "Oopsie Daises! Sorry, accidentally placed you in the wrong area of Valhalla." Ophelia's voice on the earpiece communicator. Cassandra sighed. "Seriously?" Turan demanded, "You're such a ditz!" "Yes, yes. So I've heard." Ophelia replied, "LISTEN UP!!! Wendigo Attack--Downtown, at 3 o'clock!" Cassandra smiled triumphantly, "All right ladies, let's go! It's hero time!" She said. "You mean 'Heroine Time', right?" Deirdre corrected. "Whatever!" Cassandra laughed but got serious and said, "Assemble and GO!!!" And off they went! Wendigos were terrorizing the folks in the downtown city, Cassandra and the other girls rescued civilians from the monsters that crawl so fast, have sharp teeth, and blood thirsty intentions! Even scary looking! But things got crazier when debris was falling from buildings and crumbling from the weight of mass monsters. They were about to fall on Cassandra, who didn't noticed at the time, until the debris turned to ashes! Now that caught her attention and what she saw surprised her! A figure looking like he was on fire, literally, and he wasn't being burnt to a crisp. "Holy smokes!" thought Cassandra, "Look at him!" She didn't know what to say but she finally said, "Thank you." "Heh! No problem. But you look like you're new here so tell me--Who's your sponser?" The fire guy asked. That confused Cassandra for a moment, "Um, what are you talking about?" asked Cassandra. "You don't have a sponsor?" The fire guy asked, looking at her in disbelief. Cassandra looked morified, if that guy could see which he couldn't! "Um, I don't think I--Am I supposed to?" Cassandra asked. "Well...Who are you toots?" The fire guy inquired, "You are a girl, right?" "Yes I am!" Cassandra confirmed, "My name's Libertas and you are?" "They call me....FIRESTARTER!!!!!" The fire guy said, "I got an S under my clothes! I melt bad guys like water! I'm a badass! A James Bond! A wild card so watch out!" Cassandra looked at him in amazement, "Wow." She said. 

"Yeah it is. Sorry, that was a mouthful but yeah, this is how I roll. I mean Champion Channel comes up with this stuff..." Firestarter said with a slight chuckle. Cassandra had a weird look on her face, "Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! What are you talking about? What is Champion Channel?" She asked. Firestarter glance at her, "You don't know? Why, Champion Channel is a TV show where crime fighting is mainstream entertainment broadcasting." He explained. It felt like someone punch her in the gut hard, Cass couldn't believe it. "You're trying to tell me WE'RE ON TV!!!!" Cassandra cried. Firestarter weakly smirked, "Guess you didn't know, did you?" He teased. Cassandra let out an angry screech, she tackles Firestarter to the ground as his flames don't bother her all that much. "You mean to tell me we're on TV and I didn't know about it?!" She demanded. Firestarter look at her solemnly, "Welcome to Valhalla City, Libertas. The whole world is watching us heroes." He answered. Cassandra lets go of him, "Terrific. Well, let's get to work." She replied darkly, and the two head off! Meanwhile; Eulalie was overwhelmed by the swarm of Wendigos and managed to fight them off with her dark powers. She lost her balance as she struggles. Thinking of her fear towards guns; Eulalie thought: "How can I face my fears when I struggle to fight? How far can I go before reaching my limit?" A Wendigo is about to pounce her until someone hold it back. Eulalie looked to see who it was--It was a figure in a jumpsuit made from spandex and a trenchcoat. He wore a hooded cloak along with spandex gloves! But Eulalie could see his face--He was a pretty face, absolutely gorgeous. "What a cutie." Eulalie thought, but shakes her head. "Stop Lala, focus! Concentrate." She told herself inside her mind. To this strange, beautiful disaster of her rescuer she said, "No way. Who the hell are you?" The spandex, trenchcoat clad hero turn to her and said, "The guy that saved your life." "Um, thank you." Eulalie replied, it sounded confused like a question. She seemed interested in this guy, "So...One superhero to another, who are you?" She inquired. "Vincent. Just Vincent." said the guy. "Vincent..." Eulalie said, that name gave her chills, "Wait! Do you have a secret identity?" She asked. "Don't have one." said Vincent. "Oh crap! Why am I getting all shivering about?" She thought. "By any chance, are you aware of the circumstances?" Vincent asked. "You got some sponser?" Eulalie was perplexed, "Um, what now?" She inquired. Later, she was alone after the disbelief of finding out that she was on TV live of Champion Channel! Vincent told her the same thing that Firestarter had told Libertas/Cassandra. It was beyond her belief. "UGH! Ophelia, I am going to rio you apart, you maniac pixie dream girl with a mad crazy, fanatist complex! You totally went out of your head! I'm getting her for this. One day!" Eulalie said to herself. However she was faced with the Wendigos and fought them with help from her dark powers. She smiled at her victory, "Yes! I feel good--almost as I did before!" Eulalie said to herself. Just then, she heard from someone behind her. She turned and saw Vincent applauding, "Huh? Have you been there the whole time?" asked Eulalie. "Well, well. You're not so weak after all." said Vincent. Eulalie shrugged, "Just suffered a set back for a moment." She replied. "Hm. Tell me, who are you Hecate?" Vincent inquired. "Me? I'm just a naive young girl who fell from the eye of the storm, walking down the yellow brick road in order to face the Wicked Witch of the West and the flying monkeys."

"Ah, Wizard of Oz huh? You look like someone trying to find her white rabbit but ends up facing the Queen's deck of cards." Vincent remarked. "OK, I don't need a pretty faced, no secret idenity man's help." said Eulalie. She went away but she was surprised attack until Vincent came to the rescue. Eulalie almost fell but Vincent swooped down and carried her in his arms like a groom carrying his bride. Eulalie looked up at him as Vincent smiled at her dazzlingly, "So, does the girl still doesn't need help from the 'pretty faced, no secret idendity man'?" He flirted. Eulalie rolled her eyes and muttered, "Oh brother!" but she moaned out loud, "OK, fine! Yes, please." So the two of them worked together to fight off the monsters. In the meantime; Deirdre meets Undine and her best friend Sylph, Turan meets Gnome, Ariadne meets Wyvern, and Juana meets the flamboyant and foppish Serket. And Mimir, who also went undercover, meet Salamander. They got along with one another easily as they had some things in common. Later, Cassandra and Firestarter were alone in private to talk. "OK, let me get this straight....You're no actor, you're an actually a hero and we're on TV live. This is all real, right?" said Cassandra. "Yes." Firestarter replied with a nod. "And you're partnered with some rookie hero who is simply known as Vincent." Cassandra continued. "Yup." Firestarter said, with a nod again. "Who is known as the Vincent Muninn, a sybarite of an intellectual yet wealthy and kind family. But his family was tragically murdered, yada yada right?" Cassandra said. Firestarter laughed, "Yes. You got ir right, now I don't have to sayit fifteen hundred times." He remarked. Firestarter then glance at Cassandra--well, Libertas--and had to ask: "What's your deal here, Libertas?" "Just helping out but don't want tobe noticed while being BROADCAST LIVE!!!" Cassandra exclaimed. Firestarter held up his hands in defense, "Sorry, I wasn't aware." He affirmed, "What kind of superhero are you?" That left Cass stuttering, "Um..uh..." but then she heard something from her ear communicator: "'ne of a 'ind!" "Excuse me." Cassandra said to Firestarter, then she turned away and whispered into it, "What did you say?" Borvo's voice said, "You're one of a kind!" Cassandra realized something and then a sly smile appear on her face, "Oh....!" She said. Then, turning back to Firestarter, "I'm sorry, what did you say?" She asked. "I said, what kind of superhero are you?" Firestarter said. Cassandra posed and she said, "One of a kind!" Firestarter looked at her with amazement, "You surprise me." He said. Cassandra gave him a look, "Anymore surprises I should know?" She queried. Suddenly, Firestarter's communicator beeped and he gasped. "'Snap!" He cursed. "What?" asked Cassandra. "Gotta go." Firestarter said, "Catcha later!" He flew away as Cassandra watched him go. Later, in a skirt with the hem falls just above her knees and a blouse with leather boots; Cassandra found the building of where Champion Channel. Cassandra meets Champion Channel's producer Priscilla Traian, and her crew of the station--Ananias 'Nias', Sapphira, and Garuda. Priscilla gave her a package and ask her to deliever it to a guy name Goram Hugo, which Cassandra obediantly complies. While looking for where the guy's house is, she was given by Priscilla to give it some guy name Goram Hugo. As she looked around, Cassandra looked around however she didn't see where she was going and bumped into somebody else. "Oh, I'm sorry--!" Cassandra apologized. She looked to see a tan skinned man there that had black hair, he wore a long-sleeved woven shirt with a faded red plaid pattern and two front pockets, black jeans with a low rise and a slim, straight fit, and boots with black suede upper, capped suede toe, 7 eyelet lace-up front and a side zip on the inside panel. He seemed pretty friendly when he said, "It's OK. You all right?" Cassandra smiled, "Uh huh, I'm fine." She said. The guy noticed Cass has something in her arms, "You delivering something?" He inquired. "Um, yeah. It's for someone by the name of Goram Hugo." said Cassandra. 

The guy looked at her before smirking, "Oh, I believe you've found him." He affirmed. Cassandra look at him in shock, "Huh?" She asked. Goram and Cassandra enter his house but the place had bottles, papers, and stuff everywhere. "Sorry, it's a mess here." Goram said with a shameful look. Cassandra shrugged, "It's all right, I've seen worse." She claimed, "I mean, besides the pigsty it's a nice place here." Goram nodded, "Yeah..." He said. "By the way, thanks again--back there." Cassandra replied. Goram smiled at her, "No problem." He said. Cassandra looked around the place and found picture frames as she found a picture of Goram with a woman in white. There was another frame of Goram and the woman but with a baby. "Oh, you're married?" Cassandra asked. Goram nodded, "Used to, my wife passed away after the birth of my daughter." He said. Cassandra pretended to be surprised, "You have a daughter? Where is she?" She inquired. "She's living with my mother, you see my job is pretty hectic so...." remarked Goram. Cassandra had to guess, "You got a busy schedule?" She asked. Goram shrugged, "You could say that." He said. Cassandra smiled, "I see." She said. Just then, the phone rang. Goram jumped up, "Hang on, I'll be back." He said and ran off to answer the phone in the next room. Cass looked around and whispered to herself, "Mary Poppins, do your magic." Immediately; the bottles and other stuff was immediately clean up the rest as the pigsty was turned into a tidied up house. Smiling; Cassandra said to herself softly, "Work that, Firestarter." Goram return to the living room, "Hey, sorry 'bout that...Whoa! You cleaned the place." He said with surprise. Cassandra turned to him and beamed, "I sure did. Glad I could help." She said. "Thanks, any chance you can clean my place while I'm away?" Goram replied. "Sure." Cassandra answered, nodding. "And I'll pay." Goram added. Cassandra look offended, "No, I don't want--" She said. Goram insisted, "Please, I insist. I mean, you clean faster than a janitor." He remarked. Cassandra looked at his face and smiled, "All right, why not. Thank you." She answered. "No, thank you." Goram said. As she telekinetically clean Goram Hugo's place; she stop to take a break and dig up her research on Firestarter but she learns Firestarter and Goram Hugo were the same person. "Figured you out, Firestarter. Let's see if you can figure me out." Cassandra said to herself. She did her homework on the other heroes: Gnome, the earth brute, is Goram's best friend name Harold Edgar. Undine, superheroine of fanservice of sexy and water but her true identity is Avona Collins. Undine's partner and best friend, Sylph however her real name is Miriam Dean. The ever once so popular Salamander is really Eldred Epona, Wyvern is the shy and insecure but quirky yet good hearted Fridi Elver. And effeminate Serket is the intersexual Guthrum Francesco. Now things were about to get interesting for Cassandra and the others with these heroes. Later, Cassandra and Goram were attending some sort of the arrival of Vincent Muninn. Goram offered, which left Cass so curious as she agreed to come along. "So, I get to meet the Vincent Muninn huh." Cassandra said. Goram looked annoyed but he smiled, "Yeah but don't get too excited." He warned. Cassandra look confused, "Why would I?" She asked. Just then, a familiar voice called out: "Hey, what's going on?" Cassandra turned around eagerly, "Eulalie! Where have you been?" She asked. Eulalie shrugged, "Oh, I've been around and about." She claimed. Cassandra nodded and made the introduction: "Goram, this is my friend Eulalie. Eulalie? This is Goram Hugo." Goram held out his hand, "What's up?" He said. Eulalie took his hand and shook it, "Hi." She said. Then; Eulalie learned what was going on: "Oh, wait a minute. Some of those intelluctual snobs are coming here? Great, those spoiled richly and trashy people whoare nothing but insolent, arrogant, insufferably, imprudent bastards that are--" She ranted. But when she saw who it was, she stopped and ended it by saying, "--So hot!" Vincent Muninn is a physically fit with lean muscled guy but he was so cute. 


His hair is sandy blonde, his eyes are hazel, and lightest pinkish white skin that was beloved. Vincent was wearing a red garment covered his torso and arms, which was called a pullover and skinny fit jeans of the color dark indigo wash. Cassandra wasn't lovestruck however she remarked, "Wow, thanks for the warning." Goram looked over at her, "Not crazy 'bout him huh?" He asked. Cassandra shook her head, "Nah, but I have to give him a compliment--He's so handsome!" She answerd. Goram breathed a sigh of relief. Eulalie squinted her eyes at Vincent and then her eyes widened in amazement, "Wait, it's him!" She thought. "Oh man, do I look OK? Where's my stuff?"  said Eulalie. She rummaging as she was talking to herself, "Hm, hm, hm...." Just then, she heard a familiar voice: "Hey beautiful, need a hand?" Eulalie was so startled that she dropped her things and looked to grin nervously at him, "Beautiful? Me? Like hell, heh heh...Um, this is Cassandra Endymion." She said. However she saw her stuff on the ground, "Excuse me." Vincent looked at him and he heard a female's voice, "Hi, Vincent Muninn? I'm Cassandra." said Cassandra. Vincent shake her hand, "Charmed." He said. "Good seeing you, Vince." Goram greeted his friend. Vincent nodded at his friend with a grin back, "You too, Goram." He said. "Your friend OK?" Vincent asked, looking over at klutzy Eulalie. Cassandra nodded, "Yeah...I guess." She said. Vincent excused himself and came to Eulalie's aid: "Need some help?" "I got it." Eulalie claimed, a little embarrassed. Eulalie was scrambling around her as she try to get the rest of her papers, but she accidentally touched Vincent's hand. Blushing; she moved her hand away and try to not breathe out a gasp. "So, you're Hecate's sponsor?" Vincent asked. Eulalie shyly looked at him, "Oh yeah, she's pretty much of a sweet disaster ain't she?" She ranted. Vincent leaned over at her, "Sweet diaster is the perfect definition for Hecate." He purred. Eulalie managed to squeak out a reply, "So true." Why was not Goram surprised, he knew this was coming. "Oh boy." He said Cassandra looks at him, "He charms almost every girl?" She asked. Goram smirked at her weakly, "You have no idea." He said. Cassandra had to suppressed a giggle. Later, it was all that Goram and his friend Vincent could talk about.
