Chapter 1: Mind Over Mind

Long ago; there was a childless married couple Pygmalion and Galatea Deywis were driving one day when they were shocked to see a flying ship crash landing on the land so they decide to stop the car and find out what it is. While coming across the crashed flight ship; the ship contain ten boys who emerged out. Pygmalion and Galatea adopt them all as they discover something was odd about the boys: There was a multi-color of hair. Red, brown, yellow, bright blue, light blue, light gray, gold with white, black, dark green, and salmon pink. The oldest with brown yet wild short hair is Francis. The gold with white is Martin, who is the second oldest and one year younger than Francis. The frazzled yellow haired one is Anthony. Two twins--One of them is a fiery red spiky hair is Jereome and his fraternal brother, the bright blue haired, is Kevin. Edias is the one with untidy dark green hair while his identical twin brother with light gray is Noam. Jerome, Edias, and Kevin like to tag team or butt-heads with one another. The light blue one is Abiorn, the black haired one is Tonik, and the salmon pink haired boy is Cailean. These ten brothers share the same surname, Matthias, as they were a handful but Pygmalion and Galatea were good parents to these strange boys. As the boys got older enough; they were most well known in high school for attractiveness, brawn, and smarts as well as one of the nicest guys anyone has ever meet. However, they begin to develop powers in their youth. Element kind of powers that are beyond the control of any human that will come upon these gifts.

Francis learns his ability to control earth, Martin can control light, Anthony can manipulate of lightning, Jerome has the power over fire, Kevin discovers his gift to control water, Edias learns that he can manipulate wood and plants, Noam can manipulate the windy air, Abiorn can manipulate the forces of ice, Tonik discovers his ability to bend the darkness, and Cailean learns he can control the emotions of other people. Pygmalion and Galatea told them of the ship they discovered had information. The brothers learn that their hometown, Nasira, is deserted as there are no humans living there anymore and their birth mother was Queen Bathsheba Matthias but she's kidnapped by The Lady of Slaughter and Pleasure, Jezebel who is now the new queen and things have gone bad since she arrived. The Matthias Brothers realize what they must do. They have to leave the only people that took care of them, they look at their foster parents as they say farewell to their loving yet sad parents. But they have to save their mother, the ten of them promise to return soon. They journey to the lands in the sky above, stop the evil queen Jezebel and rescue Bathsheba. In modern day, a place known as Immram Tree News; there is a pretty young lady name Agnes Kwanon. She is a reporter of IT News and she is interested in the attention of the mysterious Matthias Brothers who have been defeating the evil minions of Queen Jezebel's sky pirates that have been trying to take over Carlisle's Docks. With dirty blonde hair, deep blue eyes, a slender figure, and sassy while plucky and investigative. One of the most well known, respected women of Immram Tree News and will stop at nothing to get the best stories on the strange things going on in the world.

Agnes's younger sister, 17 year old Thalattē Kwanon who is struggling with her past: She was only 6 years old. Thalattē got a phone call at school about her family and siblings being killed. Thalattē  can’t believe what she’s hearing, she is in disbelief. Things have gone bad and she’s confused about the stage of the murder of her family, she wants to know what is really going on. Impressions left in her heart like someone stabbed her in the heart. Just then, a little voice in her head trying to bring her back to reality. She doesn’t want to believe her siblings were killed, and is conflicted. The little voice is in her head again; trying to keep Thalattē sane. She was living her life in the moment, trying not to think about whatever has happened. But inside, she is falling apart. Thalattē  finally realizes she is still around, while her family is dead. Thalattē  cannot believe that the deaths of her family is real. Thalattē  recalls the happy moments the pictures used to hold. All of those moments seem lost with the loss of her parents, relatives, and siblings--Only Agnes is alive. It felt like a whole house of cards fell apart because of the tragedy felt like that was what needed to be done. She receive a message from them: "I will always be there for you, I will never let you down even if it kills me. Do not give up on him no matter what they go through I will always be there for you and for you to stay with me because you're a part of me. You can do whatever you want with me. You can use me, I won’t care, just as long as I have you." But she’s not able to let them go. Thalatte’s tormented by thoughts of them every day, and she knows he’s being childish by holding onto the memory this long, but he feels he needs to have them with her until the memories leave by themselves. Thalatte and her family were very close, and losing them was like losing a part of her. Time can’t erase the wounds of her loss, and she doesn’t know it but she’s opening the wounds by holding on to them.

She loved them very much, and cared deeply about them. Then, they left him, and she became nothing. Thalatte's mind is slowly slipping into insanity. Memories of them are slowly driving her insane. Images of her family haunt her, and she hears their voices in her mind. She can’t help needing them, but Thalattē  is desperately trying to hang on to what she has left of her sanity. Her emotional wounds won’t get better, and it hurts so bad emotionally that she thinks he can physically feel it, and that there’s too much time that she’s put into this thing that it’s unable to be erased. Thalatte was too young to see and that is what is leading to the downfall of their losses. Her family knows that they had to protect her from her fears. But now, Thalatte has gone through troubles in her life: It seems Regan Flannan has grown tired of Thalatte’s antics — and he’s vowed to bring her down, partially by starting an anti-Thalatte topic: “I’m over Thalatte. I’m over Thalatte because she is more and more proving herself to be  a trash-talking train wreck. She upsets me. I love her music, but I don’t like her. I hate the dresses. I hate the songs she sings. I hate the stupid makeup. I hate the fact that she looks like a hooker,” Regan said, “I hate the fact she's been talking trash about everyone lately and I just had enough. And I think a lot of people agreed, becoming a trending topic." He was able to manipulate her affection with his words. A careless whisper was enough. She felt like he could make her feel overcome with love with even a word — leaving her heart feeling empty, and her chest hollow. It is hard for her to forget her love because she has already been absorbed what he tells her.

She is trusting without knowing exactly what is going to happen. An untrustworthy love; she has no reason to believe his promises, but she continues to do so regardless. She still tries to have faith in the person even though they give her nothing. He hurt her and she has problems to love him. When he talks sweet to her its really empty words that had no feelings.  the hollowness that the other person has given her in their relationship. Talk is cheap. Since her family died, Thalatte has been very sad and totally tore apart. That’s why she wants to see her family again and hopes that will make her whole again. That was too hard for Thalatte to go through all those things. Now she’s so far away from her family and has grown to be cold-blooded — like they never even met. Their murdering deaths was one of the worst things to happen in Thalatte’s life and that’s the first thing she wishes didn’t happen — she wants it to be undone. But since it can’t be undone and Thalatte’s desire to see her family again is huge, Thalatte realizes she actually anticipates her own death — she can’t wait to see them again on the other side — in the other world. So, she has cut himself, and is bleeding. But is saved. Once recovered; She is going to get her revenge upon Regan Flannan for all the pain he put her through, even the leaked photos he send out of her bleeding. One night while walking home, Regan thought he heard something and turned around. "Who's there?" He called out. No one answered so he kept walking however he felt like someone is following him so he begins to run but that was a big mistake. He tripped slid down a steep street but the figures approached, evil chuckles. "Stay away from me!" cried Regan, but that person didn't listen. Regan was attacked and tortured brutally, he was forced to drink alcohol and pills so he would be accused of a liar and humiliated. Just then, there were police sirens in the air and the figure heard them as that person escaped.

In her teen life; In her eyes; Thalatte's crush, are the same. She knows that she really is being rather foolish by being willing to trust a boy she probably has not known for very long that she is just falling in love with him. It was just another ordinary day until she meets a boy who inspires her to look for the majesty and beauty in what others would find mundane. the boy said to her that she should live every day to the fullest and control her own destiny. Thalatte walking past all the drama in life trying to get back to the one she loves. She doesn’t know exactly where she is going. She’s just seeing where life takes her. When she feels so loving to this person she wonders if they even, feel the same way, or know if she even feels that way. Thalatte daydreams about the life with her crush. One day, Thalatte meets her crush for the first time as she is nervous but picks up the courage to talk to him. Her crush is attracted to this girl's beauty and the two of them spend time together. During her time with him; he makes Thalatte feel special, in ways she has never felt. It is raining outside, but they are under her blankets dry and warm. But they don’t pay any mind to it, and when she is with him, it is as if they are in there own little world. She loves the way he makes her feel. This specific boy is all she thinks about now. He excites her and makes her feel true happiness. She doesn't feel like she's alone. She feels like she has a companion. a companion who almost feels like she can travel through time and space with her, and reach deep into her heart and soul. The feelings that she feels towards him are clearly mutual. Thalatte  is wondering if this feeling will last forever. She is definitely hoping it does, for this feeling is new to her. Thalatte eventually got tired of waiting; she began to think that her crush didn’t want to join her in the ‘love story’ that she so desperately wanted to live in.

Thalatte tries to hide her pain, and pretends to be happy for her friend. She longs for a relationship with this boy, more than anything. It broke her heart so much to see how much has changed. Thalatte’s trying to move on by getting rid of any trace of her crush. She puts up a front to her friends that she’s so over it, but in reality she’s totally crushed and can’t stand being around him after what she did. This guy actually does suck, what was she thinking. She knows she made a mistake in getting back with him, but is frustrated because she keeps going back to him. Thalatte’s frustrated because she’s back in the less than desirable relationship and in the choruses she’s frustrated because she can’t stop loving him. After all that cleansing of a bad relationship, Thalatte finds herself right back in it. The guy sneaks his way back into her heart and she’s frustrated because she knows he’s bad for her, but she still falls for him again and again. By the end of it she’s clearly should have known better, so she’s trying to finally move past it but then here they go through the same crush cycle again. Though earth and sun are aligned in solar eclipses, since there are potentially an infinite amount of stars it would be impossible for them to all align. While hearing thunder may make more sense, a good boom will make you shake throughout. Instead of the muted, compressed feelings Thalatte has now, she wants to feel alive, shaken and soaked by everything life has. Meanwhile; Cassandra was given 'homework' about new creatures send out to harm the others as well as she comes across them. They are called White Enchanted Mouras. The main one used to live a normal life before her death. It was a beautiful woman with long hair as she smiles a sad smile as she begins to speak, "The lucky girl is actually me. I'm going to tell my own personal story. My name is Anesidora and I used to be a mundane human."

Anesidora’s finally found the success she was looking for but is stressing out about it because she’s scared it might not be exactly what she wanted. Once she was signed with her first record label, she knew this was it, it was all going to change, and she began to have absent minded second thoughts about whether this will all go to plan. Anesidora pretended to get what she wanted to be happy. Anesidora can't keep her mind on things for long. She can't feel or be her self, she’s hoping this is worth it. Her obsession with becoming a star is making her lose touch with her priorities. She has fooled herself into thinking that this is the only way to achieve her dream. She doesn’t feel that she can change and start opening up when she has been silent her whole life. Anesidora might not want to show any weakness, she could be so overwhelmed by the sadness she feels that she cannot yell loud enough for people to hear and has pushed so many people away from her that there is simply no-one there to help. She doesn’t feel worthy of having friends or lovers, because she will just hurt them in the end. Anesidora has been basically turned into a robotic shell of herself. She doesn’t have any happiness, nor sadness; just her thoughtless body, drifting through life purely on routine. Anesidora lacks of happiness only drives her want to succeed more. Anesidora seems to have been consumed by the thought that only success and victory will make her happy in the end, though she doesn’t seem to realize the process is having an adverse effect.

After she climbs, she’ll wonder why she gave up feeling alive, simply for people to know her name. Although inside she is unhappy and miserable, to everyone else she is a successful star, and that’s all that’s important to her. Her view on the issue seems distorted, as she has a casual approach to the fact that she is sacrificing her own happiness in order to impress others. Aneisdora's looking for the happiness and success she has been missing. Through all of this, she is terrified of true success and stardom. She knows that often the most successful people come crashing down at some point without any warning, and their careers die. They have become a pitiful, useless ‘empty lighter’. Anesidora is more or less stating that it’s nobody else’s business what she wants to do, because it’s her life, and that nobody can stop her from doing what she wants to do. her problems are her problems, people who are judging her and discussing her problems are irrelevant, she is warning people not to be concerned about what she’s doing and to leave her be, she can handle this her own way without criticism. Anesidora wants success and is unhappy with the state of her life as is. However, she doesn’t know for sure that success will make her happy once she gets it. Anesidora describes her pop star life. It seems to be a normal girl’s, but it really isn’t. She wakes up early in the morning just like everybody does but the next lyric suggest a situation that is not typical for a normal girl’s life. It seems she’s always surrendered by tens of people whose job is to follow her. In the world of celebrity, looks go a very long way. Everything about their appearance has to be flawless. Media and tabloid papers make a lot of drama out of stars spotted looking worse for wear or when they notice an imperfection.

Even though celebrities are just human and are not perfect, they always has to look as if they’d be. Mass audiences show a special interest in the private lives of entertainers and celebrities. The public wants to know everything about famous people. An artist’s fan base is always looking for new material from their idols. In other words, a celebrity is thoroughly analyzed. Everybody consider Anesidora a lucky person relying on appearances but nobody really knows what is like to be her. Her life is considered to be perfect when it actually isn’t. Her successful life has drowned her and deceived her into believing she leads a fairy life. She is captivated in a world created by the media. Mass-media creates the illusion that a celebrity’s life is perfection. They cause you to think a famous person can do anything and that money is ensure of a happy life when it actually isn’t in reality. She has become a victim of all these. She’s becoming more successful, climbing into the music industry. Her name has become sonority. She’s aware that each evolving comes with an involution and she’s afraid of the moment when the public will stop being interested in her. This moment is meant to show a part of a star’s life and how on the surface it seems gorgeous while deeper it is a mess. It comes in contradiction with the video scenes that show how Anesidora really feels inside. Anesidora’s life is described by others: Audience, media, public. They judge her life only on what they see and they can’t accept she’s not as happy as she seems to be. Looks can be deceiving. Even though people think she is the happiest person on earth the truth is far from that. Her lonely heart represents the fact that even though she’s never lonely literally, she feels alone inside.

Her actual life, that of a globally known singer and celebrity, does not bring her happiness. Anesidora's loss of her true nature stripped of the veneer of being a celebrity. Nobody will ever save her from being a celebrity. Celebrities like her, who have given into the loss of identity and become obsessed with the spotlight, are now simply the puppets of others, or the fool everybody laughs at. It gets worse during her wedding; she was so nervous but she overhears a conversation between a soon to be bridesmaid and a waiter at her wedding. The bridesmaid gossips about the unfaithful groom. Anesidora is angered by the news. She didn’t want to hear that her arranged husband-to-be has been with other women. But she changed her mind about being angry. She tackles things from a different angle and tries to be calm and rational. Anesidora is upset she’s overheard the conversation between the bridesmaid and the waiter. She can confront this conflict another way. Once she tried to tell her family; they didn't listen. Anesidora was so angry that she said, "That's it. Forget about it. Since he’s going to be flirting with other women, that selazy--might as well call off the wedding,” Her family was shocked as they ask what was she going to do now about the wedding. "Nobody's coming to my wedding anyway." remarked Anesidora as she hurried away. That night, there was a celebration going on with some sort of luala. Some sort of Hawaiian music was playing. And men and women dance and sing. While celebration is going on in the meantime; Calliope was sitting next to the beach water as she went up and down on a surf board, but she had a miserable look on her face as she hates herself.

Female celebrities, like Anesidora, are constantly get picked at by the media, because of their appearance and actions. Making fun of her makes self-conscious girls feel better about themselves, and it makes a lot of money for the media journalists; even when they have to lie about something to make fun of it. Definitely something for their mothers to take pride in for these girls.  Because she’s famous, she’s become a target of gossip and back-talking. Anesidora knows they’re only gossiping about her because they feel bad about themselves, and by now, it’s just annoying to hear it. Anesidora however is about to land herself in a horrible tragedy that will change her life for good. Going through a lot of emotional struggles, Anesidora can’t seem to stay away from self harming herself even though she knows she wants to stop. Anesidora feels completely lost in life, and is hopeless as to whether she’ll ever be found again. Her pain is so great that she feels herself breaking, and the worst part she has no control. Anesidora is in need of someone to be there for her when she’s feeling down and wants somebody to understand her pain and what she is going through. She managed to find a place to lead her away from here. A flying boat which she goes in and flies to a whole new world. While on the boat; Anesidora thought about her horrible, tragic life that was miserable before all that fame: Her father was an army soldier who  physically and emotionally abused his daughters and wife for many years. Anesidora’s home, the place where she should have been protected the most, began to feel like a war-zone from which she could not escape. Her mother recounted a situation where she found a four-year old Anesidora with blood dripping down her face, the aftermath of having been beaten by her father for “making too much noise” while he was trying to sleep.

Anesidora’s father however, has denied ever causing physical harm to his family. She remembers the physical abuse her father put her mother through. She was so tired of defending her life, she could have died, fighting for the lives of her children. Anesidora remembers the physical abuse her father put her mother through. She’s lost track of who she is. Finding a face is like finding what she should be. Anesidora woke up and climb out of the flying boat as she saw she was in a world above; wondering if this was Heaven. Just then, she comes across a bunch of women and became their friends however these women are jealous on how beautiful she is so they decide to play a practical joke with her on a guy that is a Casanova. As things were going smoothly, the guy did not know this was a prank was shock to see Anesidora was smiling. The guy was so mad that he snapped and killed the women who were involved with the prank however he didn't want to kill them but to torture them slowly and painfully. Anesidora watch in horror as her friends died and she was next. After being torture to death, Anesidora died after succumbing to her wounds and all the bodies were buried. However when he left, he didn't know that an Enchanted Moura came upon these bodies and revived them all as Enchanted Mouras. Anesidora was now known as The White Moura. The White Moura was an apparition-looking woman with white hair, white skin color, and white attire. For the time being; Looks like things are going to get intense when there's two telekinetic others. A duo.

“All right, you bastards!” A gruff, tough guy barged in wearing a tank shirt that showed his muscular arms and wore military jeans with boots. “Which one of you sons of a guns trashed my boys?!” He growled, “I don’t have time for games, nobody messes with me and gets away with it scot free! Personally, I don’t think your powers are fake.” ranted the tough guy. “Wow! Someone who doesn’t believe….A hero defending humanity from monstrosity.” the first out of the duo said. The second one scoffs a little. “Yeah, you think your hot shit don’t cha? Well, you know what I think! If you had powers, then kill me right now!” challenged the tough guy. “You mean it? OK, as you wish.” said the guy, pointing a gun at him with his mind. The tough guy recoiled in fear. The other three looked on. Gasping in horror at this. “Hey, bro. Take it easy, I was kidding. I joke…C’mon.” The tough guy said, weakly. The first one attacked the tough guy with a telekinetic force, throwing him over his crew. “Aah!” The others cried, they saw the tough guy’s body landed on the ground. “My bad. no I wasn’t.” sneered the first. The throws on the ground as he crushes his leg slowly. “Do you know who I am? My name is Androcles Stelios. Like my powers, bud? Mind over matter. I don't need my strength to deal with low life scum like you.” said the guy. The tough guy begs for mercy but Androcles doesn't and he torture him to the point of being crippled. Androcles and his comrade, Yvain Aste--They both have telekinesis. Their other companions are Hijiro and Maud, who are sidekicks even though they are not telekinetic. They vowed to take down one person who is the most powerful: Cassandra Endymion. Meanwhile; Agnes arrived home, a little later. "Sorry, I'm late." apologized Agnes. "No, I was concern. Thought you were stuck in traffic." said Thalatte. "Nah, I had to catch the biggest scoop. Had to on these guys called Androcles and Yvain."

"What were those names again?" asked Thalatte, trying to keep her voice casual but her eyes twitch like mad. "Androcles Stelios. And Yvain Aste." replied Agnes, not realizing Thalatte is burning with anger. If Agnes turned around, Thalatte composed herself as her sister continue to rant, "They're just 'average dynamic duo' but there isn't average about those guys....." Later, Thalatte was enraged and talking to someone on the phone, "So you took CARE OF THEM, HUH?!" She paused for a moment before exclaiming, "You were supposed to take care of the two!!!! How am I going to take down two telekinetic guys?" She paused, she rolled her eyes annoyed at this. Awhile back, she realized that Androcles changed as well as Yvain. Since some guy was screwing with Androcles, he became different when he got psychic powers. Androcles became arrogant and hunger to be more powerful. Thalatte spoke again, "I need--To get my revenge on the sons of a bitch!!!! Those inglorious, ungrateful, egoistic, primitive, mother-frickin' bastards! And those minions ones just like them!" She stopped, panting. Luckily, her sister was out to get dinner so she had the place to herself for awhile. Then, Thalatte thought of something: "Oooh, I know how to get him turned on." She paused shortly and then replied, "That dip-shtick was talking about kicking Cassandra's keister. Well, I can took her up for two against one." Once she hung up, she goes to take a shower and begins to hum to herself. Thalatte just loves everything about herself because she is so perfect, she wishes she could be more like her because through her insecurities she does not believe she could be this good.

Thalatte is thinking about the opposite of what she was before. She’s not thinking about how great she is, but rather what is wrong with her and she is becoming worried about things that should not matter or aren’t true. There is this voice in her head that is telling her if she gives in to the drinking she will find the courage not to give up on herself. It is essentially telling her she can torture him all she wants, but she has to know by the time she’s finished or has nothing left, shit is gonna go down. She loves Androcles but hates him. She's devastating over how she can't change him! She's stress, Thalatte wants the guy that she adored long ago but she doesn't want to be in love with him. Thalatte embellishes all that pain and torture she enjoys, using painful pleasuring masochism as a way to escape to the happy place and find pure pleasure. The addiction is strong enough to make her go against her heart’s wishes. She can't help it, Thalatte would give up her whole life just to be with him, and she feels that he is taking over her life. "Coping with more of these problems through 'rosy hands', eh? A party can’t start until the cork of a bottle is pulled off." She begins to cry as she recites the lines that family and loved ones wrote in the letter, "I will always be there for you, I will never let you down even if it kills me. Do not give up on him no matter what they go through I will always be there for you and for you to stay with me because you're a part of me. You can do whatever you want with me. You can use me, I won’t care, just as long as I have you."

Once out of the shower, towel entwined around her body and puddles left on the floor as she padded to her room. It is where she runs to in hard times to be alone, her older sister waking her up in the morning and Thalatte just wants to stay in bed and listen to the rain. In the dream she has now about; Thalatte is in a field of paper flowers, and 'candy clouds of lullaby'. Rather than deal with life, Thalatte would rather “lie inside for hours” and live a fantasy life in her imagination. Thalatte wishes that people not to say she’s ignorant of what her life holds, that she knows and sees it as “rampant chaos”, saying it’s not her reality. Thalatte says here that she does know what her life entails, and she retreats to sleep to avoid all that in the ultimate escapism. She sees real life as a nightmare. The time before sleep, in the quiet darkness is often used for contemplation and reflection, something which Thalatte would rather avoid; she doesn’t want to dwell on her life. So she creates her own sounds, so she doesn’t have the peace and quiet to think about her life. Despite it being fake, Thalatte longs for it desperately. She knows it all “imaginary light” that none of it’s real, but she also knows that she can be a goddess in her own imagination, in her deep sleep.

As the day turns into night, the daylight is gradually replaced by the glow of thousands of city lights, creating a unique, bright horizon— it’s like a city’s fingerprint. Although pretty, the lights make it hard to see the stars above, mutating it. How a person goes to the city routinely, like a sanctuary, where he or she feels comfortable. Even at midnight, the city is impressively bright, surrounding everyone with all different types of lights: police lights, street lights, neon club lights, and high-rise building decor. Cassandra was there as she recalled what Mimir told her: "Take your dreams to a place where no one is there. A place where you can fulfill them without anyone coming in your way trying to stop you. Let the tide come and wash away your tears. There’s no time to go home and think it over. It’s now or never. Sadness and pain will always be apart of life. You just have to keep your head up and get through it. Go and make your dreams come true."
