Stitch Heart: Volume 2--Chapter 1

This is the second volume of my light novel story, Stitch Heart. Mia is up against a red herring by the name of Scatha Scarlet! And what's even more is that Mia hires someone to drive Jocasta crazy and put some sense into her. Please read and thank you! --KatDon 

Chapter 1: What a Dreadful, Penniless Circumstance

Last night, it started off pretty weird! Mia got a phone call from her mother who wanted to ask if she can come with her to dinner and Mia accepts. While at this restaurant, it was strange at first. The waitress came out and said, "Dude! What did you put in this dish? It's making my hair turned white!" Mia and her mother were at a table, sitting across from each other when a waiter came and collected their orders. During a conversation with her mother; Mia excused herself to the restroom but while passing by the doors to the kitchen, she found it open and saw a disturbing guy pour a box of something strange ingredients from a light blue box while smiling wildly. She wasn't the only one, her mother was on edge to see an elderly couple laughing. She could have sworn that they look fine earlier however the looked more withered and almost corpse-like. When Mia returned, her mother asked if they can leave and Mia nods so they both left. When Mia got home, Mia was giggling in her sleep when she heard a knock on her door so she woke up, got out of bed, and opened it. Mia was then startled by the sight of an animatronic shaking her and screaming. A moment later, the animatronic was sitting there all eerie and clutching at Mia's bleeding heart in its hands. "AAAAHHH! MY HEART!!!!!" She screamed, waking up. Mia looked around her room and sighed, "Oh, thank god! It was just a dream...." She said to herself. That's when she heard someone's light footsteps and Mia then turned on her side; pretending to be asleep. That was when, someone opened her door and then lied next her before slipping an arm around her waist. Mia gasped however she heard a familiar voice in her ear: "It's OK, it's OK. Relax, it's just me." Mia turned and saw that it was Saruta! "Oh, it's only you...Don't do that, you scared me." Mia said with a laugh of relief. "You're one to talk, I heard you scream. Are you OK?" Saruta replied. Mia nodded, "I'm OK, I just had a bad dream." She assured him. "You mean like your heart exploded?" Saruta asked. Mia giggled, "No....Like someone ripped out and held it in their hand." She said. "Ew." Saruta said with a grimace. "It was an animatronic." Mia added. "Nice, a deadly dose of fear from the animatronics." Saruta remarked, he got off the bed and stretched. "OK, I'm going back to bed. 'Night!" He said but Mia didn't want him to, "Wait!" She almost called out. Saruta turned in surprise, "What?" He asked. "I, um, want to ask you something." Mia said, "Are you one of the Seventh Sons?" Saruta was surprised that she knew so he told her the story: Saruta used to live in a happy life with his family--His father Ishmet, his mother Charissa and his siblings: Hael, Patience, Coyne, and Temperance. Then, a curse came upon the family and Saruta was being tortured mentally and begged to end the pain but that curse tortured and killed Saruta's family with him being the only remain left. Since the tragedy, Saruta was so traumatized that his birthright as a half homosapian as well as a Seventh Son was awakened. 

This also happened to Jamie, who lost his seven brothers--Ferdiad, Magnus, Ilya, Setana, Rostam, and Atlas--by that painful curse. As well as Dorian which she witnessed the massacre of her sisters: Maya, Astrid, Halcyon, Parveen, Electra, and Jemima. Even Drake and Alexander had suffered losses too! Drake lost six of his friends; they were Gilbert, Heath, Tamas, Anson, Enrique, ad Willis while Alexander had witnessed six boys murdered in his childhood. The boys were Ellis, Udolf, Basil, Jack, George, and Roswall. Saruta noticed Mia was staring at him intensely with her legs criss-cross and her eyes are wide. "I didn't mean to scare you." Saruta said. "Oh no, it's fine." Mia assured him. "I'm cool with it. I mean, you're not scaring me." Then, Saruta looked at her and said to her, "People like you are constantly subjected to others they cannot fully understand at a tender age." Mia was confused, "What am I, a kid?" She asked. "I was talking about something else." explained Saruta, "You can't imagine anything anymore, because it can all be seen somewhere in the media. Violence, control freaks, and naive people can be so dumb-ed down. We are subject to gender roles, even from a young age the media tells us how to act, rather than having a real identity, it's like salacious media with stars on TV and magazines everywhere. History repeats itself, and we are subject to gender roles from society and history, history tells us how to act in the future. Rather than acting based on what society tells us, we should create our own roles, not let some nagging tyrant tell us what we should be. Society has to stop telling women what they should and shouldn’t do, just because in the past women have been considered the weakest link. I've been trying hard to defy the odds, as a life long battle. I mean, I can be passionate about the battle for people’s total equality. I've been fighting for what I believe. And I try to hide the morbid legacy that people have inherited." Mia couldn't help but smile, "Big speech. Why do you say these things?" She asked. Saruta's eyes flash and Mia could see he was being serious as he leaned over and said, "I've seen what that old mother in law is doing to your sister and I'm sickened by the sight that she thinks she can go and control everything. How could she do that to her? You need to do something about it." He said. Mia shrugged, "I know, you're right but what can I do? Nothing! It's none of my business, somebody's gotta teach that crone a lesson on what happens when you control others." She said. Saruta leaned away and nodded, "You're right but you don't want to see your sister suffer right?" He asked. Mia nodded, "I said this once and I'll say it again....None of my business. But I hate being helpless, Saru. You got any ideas?" She inquired. Saruta thought for a moment, he had a look of mischief but he just shrugged a bit with a smile. "I might. But we'll talk about it in the morning." Saruta said. To prove his point, he yawned and went back but not before bidding Mia a good-night. Once he left Mia's room, Mia lay back on her pillow as her eyes begin to feel heavy and she went to sleep. The next morning, she woke up and got out of bed. She went to get the mail and as she looks through it; she saw a flyer ad and it said: "GOT A PROBLEM WITH PISS ANTS OR ANY OTHER ISSUES?! DON'T STRESS, PENNY DREADFUL IS HERE TO HELP!!! I CAN HELP WITH THINGS LIKE ABUSIVE PARENTS, CONTROL FREAKS, EVIL IN LAWS, AND OTHER NECESSITIES. BUT IF IT INVOLVES MURDER, THAT I CAN'T DO!!! AND I CAN'T HURT ANYONE INNOCENT THAT HASN'T DONE ANYTHING BAD TO THE PERSON!!! IN ORDER TO CONTACT ME, THERE ARE TWO WAYS: ONE IS MY NUMBER, 1-800-236--2277 OR SAY MY NAME THREE TIMES!!!" Curious; Mia took the mail and put it on the counter however she took the flyer with her. She looked at the flyer again and thought about what she might do. She thought about how Jocasta was really flipping her lid this time: She has made Elwyna's life hell. She was very insulting, she would say things like she didn't appreciate what Elwyna wore in her house ad she wanted me to forget about the culture she was reasoned to only embrace hers. Elwyna would find myself at times bringing homemade food to her house and she would throw them in the trash before offering her husband or anybody else. When Elwyna confronted her about everything; Jocasta called me a complete liar, she told Aubrey that she was manipulating him against her, and she accused Elwyna of plotting a fight years before Aubrey proposed. Jocasta told Aubrey to leave her because she makes him upset and accuse her of making him miserable since they were engaged but with she doesn't understand is that she makes her miserable. Aubrey is upset because he cannot stand the way she is. She controls her husband and she tries to control her children. Elwyna's family doesn't like her--Hell, nobody does. And what really grinds Mia's gears is that she puts on a show in front of all her friends but what she does is talk negatively about every single friend she has she talks about them behind their backs and it is horrifying. Jocasta was so evil and she talks crap about Elwyna and they seem to believe her.

Despite this, Mia decides to keep the flyer in case she really needs it for it. But little did she know, she would snap soon. That's when that day happens: Jocasta continuously insulted Elwyna, taunted her, and purposely talked about things that would upset her. Jocasta purposely made her reservations for six weeks, unbeknownst to them.  Of course, they were nonrefundable tickets.  Her behavior was absolutely obnoxious, including walking around half naked in front of them. When Elwyna and Aubrey stayed with her for a week, she begins to noticed various household kitchen articles of hers had "disappeared".  Since then, she realized that Jocasta was stealing from their house.  Elwyna always knew that she had a "problem", but she thought that it was just taking flatware and cloth napkins from restaurants.  Obviously, she has a very poor impulse control.  She also loves to move things around in Elwyna's mother's house so that her mother can think that she's going crazy. Jocasta also has been pulling beads off of Victorian lamps, scratching doors and wood from furniture.  She also put a tear in Elwyna's brand new cat quilt.  She took a white lace pillow and used it to blot her red lipstick in over 5 different places.  Elwyna was lucky, it was white and she was able to get it out with bleach.  The list of her vandalism is simply endless.  She also put three big chips into the porcelain of our bath tub.  She also hears the insults and criticisms.  Elwyna is now evolved and wise enough to know that Jocasta is jealous of her, has resentment, and ultimately does not like herself; hence the criticism towards Elwya.  However, her presence is getting more challenging to handle every year that goes by, since she seems to increase the stealing and damaging furniture. Seeing and hearing these atrocious things; Mia doesn't want Jocasta part of her life anymore because she is a liar, she tries to turn people against Elwyna, and she's racist towards one of Elwyna's friend's culture. And she doesn't appreciate Elwyna in anyway thought she comes from a good family and she doesn't care. Jocasta is so obsessed with losing her son. Jocasta was jealous of her engagement ring she went out and bought a fake cubic zirconia ring. Every time her son's with a picture of her and him on the mantel she hides it. It seems Elwyna hate the woman and has lost respect for her. Sad to see her sister so upset, Mia rushed to her room and shut the door. She pulled out the flyer and then she recites the name three times: "Penny Dreadful. Penny Dreadful. PENNY DREADFUL!!!!" Then, the window immediately opened and the wind blew in as a girl came in. She was Penny Dreadful, though she was only 'dreadful' to those that are guilty and sadistic bastards! Penny wore a black contour dress with zippers, bondage straps, belted waist, and grommets. And black combat boots. Her hair was a punk style was black with purple-pink dyed. Despite her outfit taste, Penny was a friendly girl and bubbly yet hyperactive persona! "You rang?" She asked. Mia was surprised by this and explains her situation so Penny finally meets Elwyna in private and decided to help her out with Jocasta.

The first thing to annoy the mother in law is Penny Dreadful helps Elwyna by being late to see Jocasta and use the excuse of her new job to clarify the reason of being late. The second is where Penny flushes sanitary items so it will clogged the pipes, she put Elwyna's underwear among Aubrey's laundry ad when Jocasta looks through the clothes, she will find Elwyna's underwear! Then, Penny taught her to put the cleaned plates in the wrong places and also read a book about getting against mother in laws to get on her nerves. The next few steps to annoy her was to buy her ghastly gifts and have it on display every time they come to visit. And Elwyna learns to insult her while sounding concern so nobody will know she's making comments about Jocasta. Mia is surprised by Penny Dreadful's confidence! In the meantime, Mia came across a girl by the name of Penelope Deimos that is a shy and nice girl. Mia immediately liked her and became fast friends with her. What Mia doesn't know is that Karen is good friends with Penelope, however Karen sees her as a younger sister. At night while walking; Mia was scared to see small animals lying dead on the ground bleeding. She had a shocked and saddened look on her face however she kept moving as she begins to walk a little more with that worried look. As she kept moving, there were more dead animals as Mia moved past them looking more and more worried She was shocked to see how they all died in rather gruesome ways; a puppy was hanged on a tree with what appeared to be his viscera hanging out, a kitten had all four of his limbs torn off and a bunny had his eyes gouged out and his throat slit. Mia was running up a hill and then she stopped, there was a dark figure. Mia walked closely toward the man. In a split second, Mia saw the figure facing towards her with his eyes open and they were black with those red glowing pupils. He laughed as he said, "Hello Mia. Do you want to play with me?" Mia ran, looking scared out of her wits. Mia saw several bloodstains on the ground as she looked nauseated walking down this blood-stained road, still she kept going. As Mia ran, the man appeared right in front of her with those eyes again, "Found you!" He said. The creature appeared before Mia, startling her. "WHO ARE YOU?" demanded Mia. The creature leans over and whispered, "I am every human's worse nightmare....." It laughs and lunges at Mia, who wakes up once and begins panting as she was unable to sleep. Mia woke up in the middle of the night after she had that bad dream, she look and saw that the window was opened. Groggy Mia went to the window and shut it before going back to sleep but felt something strange was happening. She pulled out her gun from under her shirt and looked up to see a ray of light that irradiating. Mia nearly jumped when she saw eyes looking back at her, they weren't regular eyes. They were black and creepy as they bore into her horrified face. The person with those eyes stepped out and revealed to have a long, horrendous smiled across his face, Mia stared back with frozen fear on her face. The figure of a man stood watching her and said something of a way a maniac would say: "Shhh! Sleep my pretty thing." Then, the man pulled out a knife and aimed at the agent's heart. He jumped on top of the bed but Mia fought back as they begin rolling around with Mia kicking and punching. The man threw the knife, trying to aim it at her heart but instead, the sharp blade went into her shoulder. Mia confronted the ghoul man as she was shaken to his smiling face and try her best to fight back. And she succeeds! Later on; Mia could see this tall, slender, horrible and faceless creature. It was beginning to haunt her dreams as it all it ever does is stand there, watching. Mia feels watched, like she's not alone. Mia research on it, this thing wasn't natural and learned about it the creature who is called 'Krossman'. "Who the hell is a Krossman?" wondered Mia. She was beginning to feel uneasy however she had to know somehow. Mia was unsure about this however she was having dreams about the Tall Man yet again. She wakes up, freezing from the cold, and finds the door opened, she walks out and finds a piece of paper of the faceless, skinny Krossman with words that say 'NO, NO, NO, NO!!!!' It begin to rain and Mia ran inside. As she was locking her door and going to sleep, she heard something move. Mia heard a loud thud as her light went out as she saw something cast a shadow in the total darkness, she could see the outline of a man and he wore a suit. He reached his arms up which turned into tendrils as they draped over the agent, covering her eyes before she fell unconscious. Mia woke up with a gasp, looking around as her light was on and sighed. Then, she faced the muteless, faceless monster in front of her and try to find memories through the skin contact. But she saw that there was nothing. Shocked by this; Mia let out that scream again and then she killed the Krossman. 

One strange night; Mia was returning home and was trying to get some sleep when she turned and gasped at the sight of a naked man, or a large hairless dog of some sort. Its body position was disturbing and unnatural. For some reason, the agent was not instantly frightened by it, but more concerned as to its condition. Mia scrambled around her bed and was completely silent for 30 seconds, looking at her. It placed a claw-like hand on her knee and ran out her room. Out of the house. Mia was trembling as she couldn't sleep that night. She went to see her neighbor, where she saw a familiar creature in the window, hunched over and crouching while covered in blood. Mia barged the door opened and went in but the creature got away! It ran out of the house, as Mia rushed over to help her neighbor, who spoke his last words before he died: "He is....The Wendigo." Mia looked up and was shocked to see that the dog-man creature was staring at her before scampering away! Mia chased after the thing and the monster pounced Mia, who lets out a piercing cry as she tore the Wendigo to pieces. Then Mia found another monster try to tear at Mia and try to kill her but killed the beast. One night, she woke up as she heard rustling noises coming from outside at about one in the morning. The next night, she heard the window opening and a loud thump, as if something entered the room. The man looked up and saw  a truly horrifying sight. A staring face to face with a creature with a black hoodie and dark blue mask with no nose or mouth staring down at her. The thing that scared her the most was that it had no eyes. Just empty, black sockets. The creature went away but he dropped something that he didn't noticed. Turning on the light, Mia picked it up and closed the window. She looked at the thing she had picked up and nearly vomited. In her hand was a half-eaten kidney! After showing the kidney she found; the doctors examined it as they found out that it could be the works of Hari, a man-eating killer who does this to people. As Mia fought against Hari, who try to kill her, she murdered the being. Once that was over; Mia managed to call Elissa and tell her that she defeated them all! The next day while Mia helps her out with organizing the files; Elissa cam across one file and her face fell. "Ah, Anarchy Elite. Talk about chaos." Elissa remarked darkly. Mia looked confused, "Anarchy Elite? Who are they?" She asked. Elissa looked at her and said, "The most powerful elite team, those guys are friggin' savages for that matter. You better stay away from them, they're like a drug--A familiar taste of poison." Mia was intrigued, "Hmm." She said. Elissa pulled out a file and put it down on the table with pictures, "Here's the file on them....Arawn Elbert, he is an undercover mole of AE. You can't know if he's a friend, enemy, but you can't trust him. At all! Rowena Maxen, the Dragon Lady. Exotic, sexy, deadly, crepuscular chick. She plays manipulative games with others." She explained. Mia nodded, "Sounds serious." She said. Elissa moved on with more pictures and information: "Taran Fintan, the brute who can beat up anyone. He's a muscle bound meathead. Neirin Cesaire, the clever guy with brains and wit. He's also pretty sneaky. Olwen Boyne, she's OK. She's quiet, but she seems both virtuous and sexy. And she can kick ass too--A martial artist. So, basically she's half of Black Widow and half of Black Canary." Mia was astounded, "Nice." She remarked. "Mmm-hmm!" Elissa said with a nod, she pulled out more information as she continued to talk: "This brooding, dark haired, calm, stoic, but he's second in command. His name is Donn Hollis." Mia looked at the photo as she smiled, "Dark haired, brooding boy? I'm game. I wouldn't mind fighting him." Mia joked. Elissa giggled a little, "Yeah, some of the girl are pretty interested in him. Oh, and he's not the only one...Look at this...." She said, handing him a photo. Mia took a look and her eyes bulged wide, "Fascinating!" She said. "Lleu Ackerson, this guy is a troublemaker and an asshole. Looks aren't fascinating, so don't trust him. Ever!" Elissa informed her friend. Mia smiled, "Noted." She said, giving her a thumbs up. In the meantime; Karen was doing a presentation about her boss and there are witnesses with them. Karen begins the presentation: "Madame Hulda was a cranky woman who had aging lines, plump, and pretended to be a kind person when she wasn't for real. She also had an attitude, very rude to her co-workers and to everyone else, including others. Madame Hulda only favorited her annoying, violent, and word repetitive son." Then, she turned to the page and talked more, "They also caused your excruciating torture. And also, as we speak, she and her sister--including their friends--had took everything from you father. Every single penny they will take your money and use it for the money." The audience listened as they processed much information, the audience were parents with children as they need to know some other things. Back with Mia, she was watching the news as she heard about two survivors of the terror day at the beach: A little boy and his father, who had witnessed a crowd of people to suffer excruciating pain of blood and bones. The boy tells his story and Mia learns what happens: 

"It's burning," A little boy said, cupping some of the water in the palm of his hand. "Of course it is son," His father chuckled. "You know the sun is beating down." Then, the boy exclaimed: "The water feels funny, daddy!" and flung the offending liquid onto the sand. The father came over and knelt down, leaving my paperback on the beach chair. "Daddy! The water, something is wrong!" The father could see tears forming in his son's eyes. "It's okay, son." The father said, as he took his little hand and felt the wetness of the ocean water on my fingers. It was warm, and tingled. The tingling increased and the warmth turned to a heat. The boy began to cry. And then, from down the beach, the father heard a scream. "OH MY GOD!!!" The father exclaimed. The man stood and squinted through the bright sun reflecting off the sand. The scream was joined by others from all around me and he could feel the terror of everyone on the beach becoming one rising wave of panic. He saw a young girl run in with the surf, screaming, her skin melting over her bikini. A portly man in a swimsuit ran in the water and fell. When his arms came up they were bone to the elbow, with great flaps of dissolving skin hanging like cloth. A young man pulled his tiny daughter in by the arms, dragging behind her the stumps that had been her legs. The father watched them come in, running, thrashing, falling, all of their skin melting from their horrified faces and revealing the white bone beneath. Mia was awestruck as she couldn't believe it. Once again, Mia was attacking ghouls and eating their flesh as she absorbed their memories, more disturbing then the next: A man was holding a pair of scissors while another, smaller hand was jerking violently in the background, as if it were being forcefully held in the air. The main character then proceeded to repeatedly stab the smaller hand with the scissors while a muffled child’s scream could be heard. The scissors eventually got to the bone and made a horrific crunching sound. That was the last time the blogger ever watched an episode of the creepy hand character. Next up on was The Cellar, which featured the mentally unstable man dressed up as a bear. The second memory showed an alleged video that was first mentioned somewhere on an image-board site. Watching it is said to be a soul-rending experience, far more horrible than anything one could imagine. The image on the right is said to contain screenshots of some of the scenes in the video.he few that have watched it are said to have been killed in their own homes, with only one thing in common, a strange doll, hidden somewhere in their homes...There is a message by the end of the video in the constructed international auxiliary language and says: "This child is still alive and lives in a local shelter whose name was not given. He never spoke, and still is catatonic." As a child; A boy lived in a rented two-floor house. Both his parents worked so he was often alone when he came home from school. One early evening when the boy came home the house was still dark. He called out, “Mom?” and heard a voice say “Yeeeeees?” from upstairs. He called his mom again, and again got the same “Yeeeeees?” reply. He felt she was calling back at him and climbed up the stairs. When he reached the first floor he called her once more and the voice “Yeeeeees?” came from the furthest room. The boy felt both uneasy, but also felt a strong urge to see his mother, and started to walk towards the room. But just as he was about to open the door into the room he heard the front door downstairs open and his mother come in, carrying a lot of shopping bags. “Sweetie, are you home?” The mother called in a cheery voice. Hearing her voice made the boy feel instantly better and he turned back to go downstairs at once… but not before he had a quick glance towards the room. While he watched from the top of the stairs, the door to the room slowly opened a crack. For a brief moment, he saw something strange in there. A pale face, staring at him. And attacked him and then his mother! Then, they become ghouls too! 

Another memory showed of a beautiful young girl is left home alone with only her dog to protect her. On the news that night, they announced there is a serial killer on the loose in the area. Before she goes to bed, she locks all the doors and tries to lock all the windows, but the one in the basement won’t lock. She decides to leave it unlocked, but locks the basement door and goes to bed. Her dog takes its customary place under her bed. In the deep of night she awakens to a dripping sound coming from her bathroom. Half-awake, the girl feels the comforting lick from her dog and falls back to sleep. She reawakens to the dripping sound, reaches her hand down to the dog where she feels the reassuring lick and falls back to sleep. Once more, she awakens to the dripping sound. She reaches her hand down and feels the lick of her dog. Now curious about the dripping sound, she gets up and slowly walks towards the bathroom, the dripping sound getting louder as she approaches. She reaches the bathroom and turns on the light. She is greeted by a horrific sight; hanging from the shower nozzle is her dog with its throat slit open and its blood dripping into the bathtub. Something on the bathroom mirror catches her eye; she turns around. Written on the wall in her dog’s blood are the words “Humans can lick too.” And the killer appeared and kidnapped her. There were more different memories and they were all too weird: The girl always loved her sister. Even though they were 5 years apart, she always had a incredible admiration for her. She remember she use to cry whenever her sister got hurt. One time, when the girl was 5 and she was 10, she jumped from the roof of our two story house. And her body plummeted right next to her. She started to cry when she saw her twisted neck. After a few minutes, her head turned back into place. As she lied in her own blood, She turned to me and smiled. "Don't cry, sis. I'm okay." said the oldr sister. She then got up and walked into the house, not bothered by her blood stained clothes. The girl stared at the spot where her sister once lied in. Her blood coated the grass. To this day, she never found out what her sister was. In the next part of the memories; A little girl sat in the bottom of the old dark well waiting for her parents to return. It had been hours since she had seen them and her stomach had begun to toss and turn from hunger. She hoped that when they came back they would be able to get her out. Some shuffling and noises going on above ground caught her attention, "Ilene," Her mom’s voice call out. "We’re back honey." Her parents peered over the lip of the well. Ilene’s father winced as he looked down to his daughter. She saw that her mother had been crying. Her father mustered up enough strength to speak. "We brought you some dinner. We know you’re probably hungry." Her parents struggled with the body of a man before they tossed it down the well to their daughter. The water level in the well was very shallow and the snapping noise that the man’s legs made when he reached the bottom startled Ilene a bit. She could see that he was still breathing and semi-conscious, but she was so hungry. She looked back up to say thank you and ask her parents if today was the day she could come out of the well, but they were already gone. Ilene could hear her mother weeping as her parents walked back into the house. 

In the next memory; Little Molly laid awake in bed shaking with anticipation. She had lost her first tooth earlier that day and was expecting a visit from the Tooth Fairy. It was late and Molly was just starting to nod off when she heard some rustling coming from the closet in her room. Out of the darkness stepped a creature that made her sleepy eyes widen with fear. It looked like a woman in a tattered white nightgown. Its skin was soot-black. On its back were two bat-like veiny wings that stretched from one side of the wall to the other in Molly's room. It had stringy white hair and its solid yellow eyes glowed in the moonlight as it smiled a jagged tooth grin at the little girl. "Don't be alarmed," it said while creeping closer, "I'm here to collect your teeth. All of them. And also you." Molly tried to tell the creature that she had only lost one tooth that day, but before she could, it reached its bony, grimy, hand into her mouth and began to yank away, all the while laughing out loud to itself. Then, the little girl slowly and painfully turned into a ghoul! More memories took place from the building that she was kidnapped in: The three subjects were males, 22, 23, and 29. The subjects also swore to secrecy. The chemical was successfully administered to all three subjects. Within the first hour, all three of them started screaming in agony. After sedation, each subject had his left arm cut open with a scalpel and his right arm shot by a weapon. When the scalpel penetrated one of the subjects’s skin, it reacted with a dark amorphous solid substance filling the cut almost as fast as the skin was opened up. It sealed so fast that the scalpel was stuck in his arm. The injury caused by the blade was sealed by the dark amorphous blood within three seconds. After 84 hours, all three of the subjects started to act unusual. Instead of using the entertainment around them, they sat in their beds and groaned, as if they were sad or ashamed. After 110 hours, One of the subjects passed out. Blood tests could not be run because the blood was solid and amorphous. The only thing that was determined was the poison in their blood, which was at 5, was far more acidic than usual. The subjects were escorted to the test room. The three subjects looked far different from the beginning. The skin had turned to a shade of grey, and their skin looked noticeably thicker. Their eye colors have changed to pure black, and they were bloodshot. The experiment will continue as planned, but the chemical must be remodeled before repeating the experiment. Before opening fire on the subjects; the subjects showed inhuman strength. They immediately pounced on their attackers and used their teeth as a most effective weapon. Six armed men lost consciousness as their attackers touched their teeth to their skin. One arm was devoured by the subjects. After the visional memories ended; Mia wrote down the stuff she discovered and realized it was getting late. However she encountered more ghouls: The top half of the man's head looked normal, like a reasonably attractive man with dark hair peppered with grey here and there. His eyes, a clear green, were moist with fresh tears. The lower half of his face was a ruin of bone fragments, shredded muscle and blood. So much blood. His left side was similarly destroyed. His arm hung on a few hanging strings of muscle, his hip was just as much a mess of bone and blood as his face was. He kept his one good hand on the bannister as he shuffled toward her. Behind him stood a young woman in a bra and a pair of panties. Her stomach was cut open, and looking out of the wound with bright, intelligent eyes was the mangled remains of a baby. Terrified, Mia fought them all as she could feel the agony in them while she slays all of them--even the mother and her baby. 

Later, Mia begins to noticed that some guys get into trouble with some bullies: A leader, and his henchmen. They start picking on the guy and his friends but Mia couldn't stand the taunting any longer! She marches over as she couldn't believe who it was: The leader was that jerkass hunk, "No way, it's Lleu Ackerson!" thought Mia. Then she saw a familiar section of two others. "Shit just got real! It's Neirin Cesaire! And Taran Fintan!" thought Mia. Just before Lleu could attack, Mia blocks his attack and send him backwards. Lleu was stunt by this, Mia glares him. "You want to beat them? You're going have to go through me first." she said. Lleu looks at her before grinning, "Ohhh, I'm so scared. A girl's gonna hurt me." He taunted and his friends chuckled. Mia's eyebrow raised, "I'm not just a girl, pal!" She replied. Lleu simpers at her more as well as his friends, "Huh? Then what are ya then?" He asked. "Well, your about to find out." Mia said with a playful grin. "Bring it!" Lleu cried, charging at her but Mia dodges the attack. "Whoa, she's fast!" exclaimed Taran. "Not good enough, I can handle her!" bragged Lleu. "You should give up because I can defeat you." Mia said. But she was punched hard, Lleu and his boys laughed at her but they became afraid as Mia's appearance changed. Her heart was beating, it was like it was nuclear and her blood was pulsing once again! Her eyes turned amber for a moment as she let out a cry as a ghoul. In another second; Lleu and the others were terrified as they were defeated. Mia turned back to normal as she almost fainted but woke up in the medics and she was fine. Later after she recovered; she was waiting with other girls in the room when some enters. "Mia Irving?" A voice called out. Mia whirled around and said, "Yes, that's me." But her jaw dropped at who she was looking at. "Scatha Scarlet?" She thought. Scatha walked over to her and said, "Come with me, please. I mean, if you don't mind." Mia shrugged, "Um...OK." She said. After a while of talking, Mia was shocked to hear what he said. "What? You want me to join Anarchy Elite?" She asked. Scatha smiled, "Yes, that's exactly right." She answered. "Why me?" inquired Mia. "I saw you fighting my boys and I must say, you are a worthy fighter. We think you're incredible." She said. Mia smirked, "Sure, right." She said. "Why don't you think about it and come back?" Scatha suggested.

The next day, while having lunch alone; Mia is approached by Rowena. She loudly slammed her bag to the table as she said, "Life sucks, Mia. I feel like I can tell you this. I feel like I can be honest because you won't join us! Look at you, stuffing yourself like a bird while I talk. Strangely comforting...But now that I feel like I know you again that's all changed. It's so nice to know there's someone who's life sucks more than ours." Rowena leaned over and whispered, "You wanna hear a secret? Promise not to tell?" Then, there was a pause as she says: "Have you heard of the Seventh Son? No? Hmph, well I'll tell you." Rowena leaned inches away as she whispered, "The legend states the 'Seventh Son of a Seventh Son' is the unborn one in the poetic sense, 'He' being preordained by his birthright too be a 'Maker of Things' endowed with gifts of 'second sight' 'predicting the future' 'healer' 'lucky' and a 'devil may care attitude' being referred to as the 'Divine One' or the 'Chosen One' who has a 'special purpose in life' for the 'Lord of Hosts' who is also cursed by the good & evil forces battling for his eternal soul." Another pause and Rowena whispered back in Mia's ear, "He is a person who pervades the domain of intellectual speculation and diffuses himself through the channels of moral activity. He is honorific, diverse, courageous, and omniscience. He it was who invented letters, printing, the railroad, the steamboat, the telegraph, the platitude and the circle of the sciences." Another pause before her soft voice spoke to Mia, "There has been over 200 autobiographies or reflections of 'Seventh Sons' down through history, but what other people don't know that only the seventh person in a person's life is the one who marks the three sevens on the chosen one will be that seventh son. Sounds so cliche, but who the hell cares? It still marks destiny." Then she stops for a moment and says, "What also is indeed making a person of the Seventh Son is that they are the seventh survivor while the other six are dead.....Lleu lost his family: His father Keane, his mother Edna, and his brothers...Tiernmas, Darren, Balor, and Goronwy. And Donn lost his family too.....His parents, Jericko & Esther as well as his brothers and sisters....David, Noah, Lamech, and Magdalene...." After she was done, she was smirking however Mia, who recovered from her shocked, as she sneer back. She flipped her hair and left a fuming Rowena. Afterwards; Mia discovers Scatha's blood bag and drank some of her blood, she then could see the memories inside her head: Scatha could feel the blood on her, bathing upon her. Slowly, she begins to snickered. Her sneering turn into maniacal laughter! She laughed like a madwoman until she turned to the crowd, who were shocked and confused. "Why so serious? You never seen a girl covered in blood before? Well, this is your first,  my white beauty is now splattered with blood red defilement." She said to the shocked crowd. Then, everyone watched as the blood absorbed into her skin and she lets out a spasm cry! She smiled wickedly, "Now my revenge begins...And you all should die!"  She said. Chaos erupts as Scatha slaughtered to her attackers while the club is being demolished and destroyed as her friend, Bianca is shocked by the disaster her best friend caused! Later, after slaughtering the people; Scatha stumbles back while covered in blood as she was moaning. When the memories ended, Mia was appalled by how much of a savage and then she heard Penelope is here so she left the cache to see her. Penelope has come to see her friend, Mia, however someone behind her approached. She turned around and said, "Hey, who are you? A friend?" Then, "Wait! What are you--? GET AWAY FROM ME!!!" CRASH, someone was pushing her out the window and Penelope lost her footing and fell down, thinking that she would die but she survived. Miraculously, she survived! 

Hearing the crash; Mia was shocked to see who it was and rushed over to see her sister bleeding from her nose and her ribs were broken, "Mia...." She whispered. "PENELOPE!!!" Mia screamed. Just then, she looked up and saw the sneering group of Anarchy Elite, except Olwen and Donn as Mia got angry: "YOU SON OF A BITCH!!!!" She shouted. "What? The twerp deserved it! She was a loser!" Lleu said, still smirking down at Mia. Penelope was hazy as she looked up at the Anarchy Elite! In the meantime, Karen heard the news about what happened to Penelope and screams out, "PENELOPE!!!!" She then pulled out a book and turned the pages before she begin to chant: "The world is by the heavens to control, the four elements are around me, please grant Penelope full recovery from critical death approaching her.....Her heart is beating in her chest, warm red blood flowing in the vessels of her body.....Don't take Penelope....Please!" She continued to chant the incantation but stops and throws the book in the opposite direction and begins to talk to herself, "It was unlimited, the damage I caused is unlimited. Everyone....I've tried to help or tried to love.....Penelope, you're the late victim of my greatest achievement in a long career of distress. Every time I could, I tried making good and what I made was a mess! I caused destructiveness and I am limitless!" She then paused and thought of the people that suffered because of her. Even though she was not responsible her friends' deaths, she feels guilty. In the meantime; Mia entered the arena, there she saw a guy in a uniform and also his face was covered with a gas mask and goggles standing there. Arawn greets her while he also wishes her luck and Mia politely says the same thing. Then, Arawn charges towards Mia and attacks her but Aynia dodges Arawn's attack, and proceeds to defeat him with a single punch. Mia found the dark attired, black haired woman with an hourglass figure. Dark lipstick and wore a dark tank top and military jeans. She attacks Rowena as she endures further damage to her body before noticing that her keys are missing, having been somehow taken by Mia. As Rowena takes more damage, she fiercely tells Mia that she won't give up. Hearing this, Mia attacks Rowena with even more power! Rowena shakes as Mia approaches her, vowing to 'reward' her. Starting to become scared, Rowena screams for Mia to stay where she is however Mia ignores her and punches her. Struck hard, Rowena falls to the ground, completely wiped out. While she walked to the arena, Mia gasped at the sight of Lleu and Donn. Anger filled every bone in her body, Lleu smirked at her but Donn glared back. Mia entered the arena where she meets the brute, Taran, where she faces him. Taran expresses delight at finally meeting Mia, while she recognizes him. As two continue their struggle against one another, Taran comments on Mia' passion. As Taran fires his attack, Mia dodges the blast and punches Taran in the face, smashing him into the ground. Mia entered the arena where she tries to fight him but learns Neirin hasn't moved at all. He hasn't attacked anyone, nor has he been found. He claims that the round is too easy for him and states that he remembers exactly where Mia is and has been as he unleashes his power, shocking Mia. However, Mia uses her ghoul powers to distract him and leaving him open to be attacked by her. Mia finished him off. Moments afterwards, Mia entered the arena to see her in there. 


Mia faces her opponent as Olwen then starts the battle by using her powers and tries to attack but Mia manages to dodge the attack by jumping. And used her ghoul powers to fight back while Olwen battles her with her martial arts. But Mia gave her critical hits with her own moves and defeats her. Her loss leaves everyone in shock. Olwen then starts to cry while Mia asks if she is sorry for what she done to Penelope and Olwen nods, much to Mia's surprise but looks away and she faced with both Lleu and Donn! She defeats them while baring her teeth and revealed her ghoul form. After the battle, Scatha came across her and was shocked by this. She glanced at Mia, shocked by this. "Aren't you the Ghoul Eater?" Scatha asked. Mia gave her look, "Yeah, why?" She asked. "You know someone name Karen?" inquired Scatha. "What do you mean?" asked Mia. "Well, you don't know this but your father and her father are the same one." Scatha said. Mia was shocked, "How did you know this?" She asked. "I believe he abused your family, your mother and Karen suffered the same thing as well as her mother." Scatha explained. "This is a joke, Karen is an unstable young lady." Mia insisted. "You don't know anything about your father, do you?" Scatha said. Mia glared at her and then left, she went to see her father, who was in a mental hospital after he tried to attempt suicide after he got fired. Mia confronted him and he revealed everything in disturbing detail. Mia was so appalled at what a monster he is that she left and was screaming in her room when she got home by the anguish of the truth. Later, Mia was crying as she wiped her tears. "Mia?" Saruta said. Mia turned to see him standing there, "Hey." She greeted. Saruta smiled but then he looked at her with concern, "You look troubled, are you OK?" He asked. Mia nodded, "I'm fine." She claimed. "You don't look too great." Saruta said. "Really, I'm just tired." insisted Mia. But then, she broke down with the truth and then, Saruta embraced her, "Don't worry. Please, Mia, don't cry. It's gonna be OK." He soothed her. Once she calmed down, Mia rest her head on Saruta's shoulder. "So, you're don't think I'm weird? I don't freak you out?" Mia asked. "No, I like weird." Saruta said. "Can we still be friends?" Mia asked. "Yeah!" replied Saruta. He hugged her, "C'mon. Lets go be crazy together!" He said, taking her hands. During the time together, Mia told him about Lleu and Donn were also Seventh Sons too and that shocked Saruta completely!
