Stitch Heart--Chapter 2

Here is the second chapter of my newest story called Stitch Heart and this is where Mia faces with a bunch of 'dark girls' that lived in the grimmest of fairy tales so now Mia must purge them and purified the land of their terrifying intentions. Anyway, please read and enjoy! --KatDon

Chapter 2: Faeries Are Grim 

On this particular day; Elissa remembered things when she was little: How she loved the water ever since she was a little girl, Oh how she remembered how beautiful the water was as she swam in the pool of her house. How she remembered how her sisters would play music while swimming, pretending that they were having a party together. Elissa remembered how as her young self couldn't wait to go swimming! She had her swimsuit on, goggles on, and to dive into that cold yet warm water. With the goggles that had the nose piece with it, because she couldn't stand having water up her nose so she has that and she could see under the water. Elissa recalled that she pretended to be a mermaid and being part of something beautiful, she loved her hometown that was known as Sunshine Town for it did not rain of snow. No sleet of frost all over the streets, buildings, or even up the clothes, boot, or any other clothing. No temperature dropping below zero, it was oh so perfect for her. It was because she used to get an allergy rash as well as a fever from the cold. It sounds silly but she could not go to any place cold ever again. Then, Elissa remembered how she could hear that it was getting late and she & her sisters must get out of the water now! Before she went back to her sisters, Elissa would turn to the water and whispered: "One day, I will be part of your world, one day I will."  Then, she turned and went back inside her house. She changed her clothes, but her mind was hazy of daydreams in her head. How she was content with such things in her mind as she wished to find the place she had been dreaming of. Something magical, she pretended to find adventure in Sunshine Town as she found her hometown to be a magical place! That's when, it happened to her on the day she was out by the pool. In the sun but now the sun was gone and the sky was getting dark. Reports of a hurricane was coming, Elissa went inside as she saw many violent storms before but this was bad. There was destruction and her house was falling apart. Little by little, it would crumble and kill her & her family if they did not get out of there. They immediately pack their things, they got everything before they got away however the storm was closing in on them and they had to get away from that dark gust of wind! Elissa try to get away as she then was hit from a tree and fell unconscious but was consumed in by the storm as her family called out her name.....That was the last thing she heard! When Elissa woke up, she saw destruction of buildings, cottages broken down, and it was all a disaster but for some reason, this was not her home. She got up and begin to look around for a bit, she called out for her parents and her sisters while trying her best not to cry. Elissa had to be strong, she could not be weak. She looked around when she heard something behind her, she was trembling as she knew someone was with her and turned around to see a white reptilian creature with a body of a man! Its claws were out and it growled at Elissa. "Who are you?" Elissa asked. "I am Typhon, I have been watching you very closely and you seem interesting to me. But pray we don't meet again." The reptile man said and he went away. Elissa was so shaken by what she saw that she managed to catch her breath. She didn't know who that guy was but boy, he was scary looking! Elissa kept moving, she looked around--Left, then right. Then, something inside her told her to follow her own curiosity and Elissa did. She came across some caverns, she sneaks into them as she begins to hear someone's torturous cries. She moved in and turned the corner to creep over to see a boy being tortured. He looked to be three years younger as he screamed out in pain as he was being tortured more. Elissa gasped softly, "Who is this boy? Why is he being tortured?" She thought. Then some sort of gravity caused the torturer to fall backwards! The boy then escaped and Elissa went in the opposite direction, shocked by this force that she used. She didn't know why but she learns that she can manipulate gravity, Elissa didn't know how she got these powers and she knew things were changing for her. She discovered more of her paranormal talents: She can create fire, she can freeze things with ice, and can use all sorts of magic. However, Elissa could not get that boy that was being tortured out of her head. She never had any friends in her life, yet she was no outcast and couldn't understand it. She lived a good life, her father was a good man and her mother was so loving. In the meantime, a woman by the name Isolde who has two large and white, feathered wings on his back that allow him to fly. These wings are very large and are extremely flexible. She knew Elissa need help so she went to find three boys--Hermod, Dennis, and Waylon! Three boys that miraculously survived the most deadliest accidents. Waylon was born in Big Apple but eventually moved to Yankeeland. Always trying to get a quick buck, he always set up scams to get money from the kids. After one of his scams went awry, Waylon was chased by the swindled children and ran to the lake and jumped into it. He ends up drowning in that lake. Hermod was sad when his father had died fighting in the war, and as a result his mother became distant and disconnected. Hermod, however, shut the world out and delved into the fantasy worlds of comic books and monster movies in order to escape his unhappy life. He was involved in a freak car accident. Dennis was raised by very strict and controlling parents, who pushed him to both succeed academically, and to be perfectly cleanly and neat. That's when there was gas leak causing an explosion with the burner from his chemistry set. Little did she know, somebody was watching her--A group of children who were observing Elissa. 

Just then, she snapped out of it and decided to get back to work. In the moment, Mia came in as she received her missions from Elissa who tells her that there were eleven dark-hearted girls that have caused darkness and terror among the land of Sunshine so now it was up to Mia  to put a stop to all this trouble! Mia accepted and she said with a smile, "How hard could it be?" She remarked. Regretting what she said earlier, Mia was walking along the path when she heard a twig snap. Mia looked around at the woodsy surroundings, but didn’t see anything but trees. But when she continued to walk, Mia heard a growl. And that's when she knew something was out there. And ran! As Mia ran, someone tugs on her arm: "Um, excuse me miss?" A voice said. Mia turned and saw there was a girl wearing a red jacket with a hood and hands her something. Mia looked at it, "Oh! Thanks." She said. As she put her item away, Mia looked at the girl and was surprised to see she wore a short white dress with the red jacket. It looked ripped and stained, "What happened to you?" asked Mia. "Oh, nothing. I always dress like this." The girl said shyly. Then noticed the bag and asked: "What do you have in the bag?"  Mia peeked in the bag, "Just some stuff, nothing really important." explained Mia. The girl looked back at her, her stomach rumbled. "Do you have something to eat? I'm hungry." She asked. Mia shook her head, "I'm sorry but hey, why don't you come with me and maybe we'll find some food." She said. The girl wouldn't budge so Mia shrugged, "All right, why don't you stay here? I'll be back with food." promised Mia. She was about to turn and walk away but the girl cried out, "PLEASE!!!! I'M STARVING!!!!" Mia looked back, "Do you want to come with me or not? I won't let you go hungry but if you come with me, I promise I'll get you food." Mia called out. The girl trembled and looked up with vulnerable eyes, "I--Um---Are you lost? I'm lost." She said. Mia was confused by the girl's moods. "What is wrong with her?" thought Mia. The girl sniffed the air and said, "I can smell it, a wolf is here....Isn't it?" She purred. Mia was puzzled, again, she had no idea what she was talking about until she heard a growling sound--It was a wolf! The girl pulled out an ax and attacked it violently. Cutting up the monster into pieces over and over again without stopping. Mia witnessed this in great terror and the girl glared back at her. "You sent the wolf after me, didn't you?" She snarled. Mia took a step back, the girl kept swinging the ax and tries to kill Mia, but Mia dodged her and managed to fight her. Just then, the girl was so crazy that she accidentally fell on her own ax and died of blood loss. Mia then got a phone call from Elissa, who congratulate her and told her that this ax-crazy girl is known as Petra Redd. This was her story: Petra had got lost in the forest again. Darkness was quickly setting in and she was becoming more and more nervous by the second. She didn't want it to end up like last time. She heard a rustling sound from behind her and turned round to see what it was. Nothing was there so she carried on wondering further into the unknown. Again the rustling sound came from behind her, louder this time. She turned round again to see what was there but all there was were the tall, grey trees looming over her in the darkness. Petrified, she ran. Soon she was more lost than ever and just wanted to be at home with her family. "Why had I decided to visit my grandma?" Petra asked herself "Why do I have to get lost so often?" Soon after her fright, Petra came across a little tree stump, she sat down on it and tried to think of a way out of the forest. Suddenly she heard that rustling sound behind her again, closer than last time. She turned round to see a huge pair of yellow eyes glaring at her, a low growl rumbled through the forest and that was when she realized it was a wolf. The shadowed figure walked out from the gloom and circled her twice before smiling at her, an evil, hungry smile. Terrified, she looked around to find a suitable weapon. A large ax lay on the ground a few meters away from where she sat. If she could just reach it then she could finish the wolf off. She sprinted for the ax, grabbed it and spun round just in time to make the blade collide with the wolf's side. The crack of bone could be heard from a mile away and the wolf gave out an outrageous scream before it lay limp on the ground at Petra's feet. And that was when her obsession started. 

Afterwards, Mia got chills from the story and couldn't help but shuddered at this however she kept her head high as her next target will be Bella Venezia Coffin. Mia walked down the path while looking around, she could've sworn that she heard moaning and incoherent shouting the dark mists of the forest. Her heart was racing and her palms were sweaty. She had less than five minutes to destroy the creature in the woods. She looked and saw a knife. Without thinking what she was about to do, Mia threw the heavy blade straight into the creature's shoulder. There was a scream coming from the creature that made her ears vibrate. The creature turned out to be a zombie girl that try to attacked Mia fell to the floor instantly, it was none other than Bella Venezia and she was now dead. Mia received word from Elissa, who tells her the chilling story of Bella Venezia: The apple was so red, so delicious looking, and the woman seemed so harmless, so she ate it. As soon as her lips touched the crimson apple, Bella Venezia fell to the floor. She was instantly dead. Sadly for her, no prince charming came to save her. However, Bella Venezia weren't really gone. Her soul came back to look over her dwarfs. People would see her in the woods near the old cottage that once belonged to some poor girl who died a sad death. She was known as "The Maiden of the Cottage". Bella Venezia would stand outside, luring people into the cottage, so the hungry little friends could eat. Now; Bella Venezia sat at her dressing table in the dwarfs cottage, staring at herself in her magic mirror. She had already asked it many times that week who was the fairest of them all but she just couldn't help asked once again. "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?" Bella Venezia asked in her gentle voice. To her horror the mirror said "Your mother is the fairest of them all." To head such words made Snow White so angry she set out on a little mission. She walked into her bathroom and took out the little tube of poison from the cabinet. She got an apple from the fruit bowl and put a couple of drops of poison on it. That is all it took. She hid it in a basket surrounded with other apples then dressed up in an old cloak with a hood and set off on her way to visit her mother. When she got to her mother's house she knocked on the door. Bella Venezia bites into the apple. The apple was not poisoned so she would die, it poisoned her sanity, she lay into a coma and would not waken until her prince charming came. She woke up saw her prince charming, screamed and started to eat him until he was dead, the apple had made her into a zombie, killing whoever she liked, she clawed 3 dwarves to death and changed the other 4 dwarves into hungry hungry zombies, they stayed hiding in the forest for animals and people to eat. 

Next on the list was Ashley Glass, she wasn't going to be easy like these other two girls. While on her destination; Mia was reading a book when she dozed off. By the time she woke up, Mia saw a garden full of weeds and pumpkins. Just then, Mia could see a girl covered in stitches as she smiled as she said, "Welcome to my ball, a dream isn't it?" Mia looked around her, "What?" She said. The girl then was in blue rags and she looked quite strange but then she found Mia was an intruder as she attacks her with help from her demonic friends. Mia managed to fight them all and defeated them but no the girl. Mia came over and saw the girl crying, "The ball....my prince....they took them away from....me...." Then, she put her face down and she died with tears streaming her face. Mia watched her sadly and then, she buried the girl. Just then, Elissa contacted her and told the tale of Ashley Glass, the girl she just buried: Ashley was a servant girl for her evil stepmother and ugly step sisters, invite to the ball, her friends help make the dress and everything she go down stairs showing off her new dress ready to go, the stepsisters tear it off and ruin it, so she doesn't go. Ashley runs to the garden and fairy godmother comes, she was fascinated by her magic when she gave her a dress a carriage horses and foot men. At the ball when she was looking for the grande hall she could see a soothsayer  and ask him about fairies and about their magic. "If you kill a fairy their power will go into the nearest living thing and you own their powers to do with it what you will. However fairies are just a myth," The soothsayer said, but Ashley knew they did exist, so as she found the hall, the prince saw her and started to dance with her, Ashley enjoyed herself but at the same time thinking about having the power to make her stepsisters and stepmother suffer for everything they done. After she rushed home with her clothes turning into rags Ashely thought long and hard if this was the path she wanted to go down. When she got home from the ball, she was happy as could be. But someone wasn't. Her stepsister had discovered who she was, and she was very jealous. She viciously killed her, ripping her apart. Later, Ashley's friends and 'godmother' found her body and they sewed her back together. Ashley came back to life. The next day the royal carriage stopped outside bringing out a glass slipper for all the ladies to try on, this made Ashley furious, later on that night she called her fairy godmother and she felt sorry for poor Ashley, but moments after she comforted her, Ashley stabbed her through the heart. The power from the fairy flooded into her. Her appearance changed as she had straw like hair and greenish skin. She had sharp fingers and razor teeth and pushed out skeletal wings but she loved it. At the dead of night she took over took the kingdom and killed many people and she made her stepmother and stepsisters into your personal slaves which also loved to tease, torment and torture. She lived happy causing madness across the land. Today she patrol the pumpkin garden, and if anyone comes near, she ripped them apart. They call her "The Maiden of the Pumpkins". Now that was over, Mia was going off to face Zelinda Hex! Later, Mia was exhausted from the day she had and it was almost getting dark soon so she decided to spend the night at a strange castle so she went there and found that the door was ajar. She was so curious that she decided to go in and found it empty. She closed the door behind her, calling out: "HELLO!!!!! ANYONE HOME!!!!" Nobody answered and Mia moved around with caution. She found a room with the door halfway opened. As Mia opened the door, she saw that there was a plain white dress. She turned around and she saw a bunch of wolves before her. She fought them off and ran for her life from any more danger. She managed to calm down while she found another room from the wolves. Then found a weapon and a message: "YOU WILL NEED IT!!!" in red letters. Mia was confused by this, "What does this mean exactly?" She thought. The weapon inside says an inscription that says: "THEE WHO HAS FOUND IT MUST USE IT AGAINST THE DARKEST OF EVIL!" Mia was puzzled and tucked it in her front pocket. "Lovely, isn't it?" A sultry voice of a young woman asked. Startled, Mia turned around to see a dark haired woman, fair skin and a rose pinned to the blouse of her dress. "Oh, I'm sorry. I was just...." Mia started to say, but the woman laughed. "Now, now, don't be frightened. It's all right, you can stay here. Please, wait here while I got and fetch you some food and water." She said with kindness in her voice. Mia was grateful and sat there, waiting but she was curious to know that there was another door. She could've sworn that she could smell a particular stench that didn't seem right. Opening the door, Mia made a gruesome discovery: Bodies, corpses of people were there....Their bodies torn apart and blood oozed on the floor. Mia was terrified as the hairs on the back of her neck stood up when she sensed someone behind her. The woman grinned darkly back at Mia, her eyes were glowing white and no pupils were in them. "Awww, it's not nice to sneak around in people's houses...I believe, it's time I teach you....A LESSON!" Then, the woman transforms into a female werewolf and fought Mia, who dodged her with her enhanced abilities as a ghoul eater and remembered the weapon in her pocket as she used it against the woman. The weapon was a silver knife that smelled of mistletoe and wolfs-bane. The werewolf try to get away, try to bite Mia but Mia was stronger and stabbed the werewolf, killing her. Then, the wolf turned back into a woman, who then quickly aged before turning into a pile of dust and went away! Then, Mia got out of the castle and went away but got a call from Elissa after hearing the sounds of wolves howling in the distance. Mia begins to listen to the story of the she-wolf, Zelinda Hex: Zelinda's dad gets lost finds castle and ends up imprisoned in there. She went to look for him and traded herself for him and she got her wish, the Beast scared her one night when she was snooping around so she ran off and got surrounded by wolves as one of them bit her. Seconds later; the Beast came and fought them away and instead of him being on the horse and is guiding it back to the castle he carried Zelinda back there due to the fact she was unconscious. Zelinda woke up in a bed feeling weak but different, she wasn't her normal nice, kind, generous self and so she pretended to be what she usually is until she found out what happened to her. A few days later she became angry and greedy a dark side occurred inside of herself where she wanted so much, she lost control of herself. Zelinda burst in drooling when she saw the Beast, he was about to cry when she jumped over the table and pinned him down to the ground and roared in his face. "Zelinda, I love you, I know you love me to, please don't do this," He whispered, she didn't care and she ripped off his head and howled and she heard other wolves howling back in the distance. Anyone who dared to come to the castle would have to answer to her. From this day on, Zelinda became known as "The Maiden of the Castle", Many people see her dancing out at the castle gate, luring them into her castle for her next meal. Mia had to stay strong or else she might as well as lose it. She had the next girl coming and it was Talia Somnus! 

The next morning, Mia could see it was light out. So she got her things and left the motel she stayed at. It begin to feel as if someone was following her so Mia picked up her pace and begin to walk quicker with each step she made. But then, she stumbled and fell down, then everything went black. The next thing happen was when Mia sat straight up, her eyes fluttered opened and looked up. There she was in her room as she wondered what was going on now. She realized someone was coming in to check up on her, so she relaxed her face and closed her eyes. Then, someone sighed: "You think I'm going to fall for that trick? C'mon, I know you're awake darling." The voice said in a Romanian or Russian accent, it was hard to tell. Mia looked up and saw a woman so fair and beautiful with blonde hair. "I don't think you asked but it's OK, you looked like you hit something hard and fell in." said the woman. "Oh, I didn't mean to--" Mia said, "I was just lost and confused. I thought maybe I would find someone here." The woman looked at her, she looked over and sniffed her. She grinned and Mia was startled to see her incisors, no her fangs! "You smell so juicy, darling. I'm very parched so if you don't mind...." The woman said, leaning over to her next but Mia fought back and used a cross against her. The woman slapped it away, "You think that's going to work on me? You got to be joking me, darling!" She laughed. Mia was running out of ideas, she had used the garlic and the holy water but nothing worked. She couldn't believe it, "What kind of vampire is she?" She thought. The woman attacked but Mia fought back and then, she took a wooden stake and stabbed the woman in the heart, murdering her as she turned to dust. Mia was exhausted that she almost passed out again. She got a call from Elissa again--Like the hundredth time as she tells the origins of Talia Somnus: In her dream as she slept, Talia was waiting for her prince to come. He never did. She was assumed to have died and rotted in the tower. One thing happened during the time when she was sleeping. During her sleep a bat ended up in her room, not just any bat a vampiric bat, which bit her and she was going through the transformation whilst she was sleeping. After her prince charming came to your tower he saw her lying there looking fair, beautiful and had to kiss her, so he did as he was fore told to do, he kissed her cherry lips. Talia woke up happy to see her hero, but really she didn't care. Talia hugged him, flipped him over pinned him down on the bed and started to suck his blood from his neck leaving him drained and very dead. However, she was not finished on this earth. She would always go back to the forest she had come to know and love. People see her gracefully dancing through the woods, singing her mournful song. She felt so free and wild she loved it and she flew about the kingdom choosing victims and drinking them dry, she hid in the forest so no one knew exactly where she was, it added to her fun when hunters tried to find her but none were successful. She lived forever as a vampire looking for victims and never for love. She has come to be known as "The Maiden of the Forest". If anyone ever tries to come near her, she set her protector, the Dead Owl on them, and they are never seen again. Later, Mia headed off after hearing that terrible story as she was off to her next destination--After Princess Sifa Towers! 

Up-to-the-minute; Mia kept moving as she saw many ghouls so she took them out, ate them--It was feeding time, anyway. She went and found an alley but it seems there was a dead end however she moves closer as she thinks there could be a way to get away, like a right turn or a left. So she proceeds down the alley, however a woman limped over to her. Mia moved towards her cautiously, "Why do I always have to trust the ones trying to kill me in the end?" She thought with dread. If she was going to find the sixth Dark Girl then she was going to take names and kicked ass soon. The woman came to help Mia as she took her to her house--A tower and then gives her hospitality. But then while Mia was alone, the girl tried to kill her with a frying pan! Mia sensed this and dodged her. The girl swung her frying pan around like a maniac however Mia tackled the pan away and hit the girl with brutal force. Just then, the tower begins to crumble as Mia escaped from there. She got another phone call from Elissa who tells her the tale of Sifa: Princess Sifa was born into a royal family, her mother and father cared for her and loved her very much. One day, whilst picking roses from the palace gardens, Sifa cut her finger on a thorn. She couldn't understand what the liquid was, oozing from the wound. She went to her mother, the queen, and asked her what it was. Her mother said "It is blood darling, but yours is a yellow color... That is very unusual!" A doctor was summoned to inspect the blood, he said that the young princess had the ability to bleed gold. She was very privileged to have such an amazing ability, but as soon as the public found out the started to try and kidnap her. Her parents set up as many security systems as possible but no-one could have prevented this one thief. One night while Sifa was sleeping, a dark figure climbed through the window into the princesses pretty bedroom. The thief took the child from her bed and ran away into the night. Her parents were devastated when they woke to find their daughter missing from her room without a trace. Sifa was locked in a tower for years and years afterwards, the country stopped looking for her and everyone carried on their lives like normal. The thief, an old woman, came to the tower day after day with food and water for her prisoner, each time calling "Darling Sifa, let down your hair" and every time Sifa let her long blonde hair cascade down the tower wall to the ground so the woman could climb up. One day a young man of around twenty five came across the tower whilst on a stroll. He called up to the open window to see if anyone was inside. At the sound of a different persons voice, Sifa ran to the window and let down her hair so the man could climb up it. When he reached the top he took one look at the princess and remembered her ability to bleed gold. He instantly got greedy and managed to find a knife to attempt to kill her with so he could take the gold inside her. When he lunged for her heart, the knife outstretched in his hand, Sifa ran behind the man and tied her hair around his neck. She then carried him to the window and let her hair and the man hang down the tower wall. He died instantly and so Sifa took the knife, that was now lying on the floor and cut off her golden locks an jumped out the window to her freedom. She was never seen again. Now Sifa lived alone. Until a man came to visit. He was trying to save her, but she had developed a little bit of a trust issue being alone all those years, so you hit him over the head with a pan until he died. She did that to everyone who came to your tower. She went insane being alone in the tower, surrounded by all the dead bodies. People called her "The Maiden of the Tower" and many adventurers would come to see if the rumors were true, but they never made it back out. After hearing the chilling tale, Mia was now getting ready to face off the next person on the list---Finette Fairchild! 

Mia fought more ghouls, eating them, and also absorbing their memories. The memories in her brain tortured her and she begins to write them down in her journal however her leg broke and she couldn't write so she hobbled over to a nice cottage that resembled a gingerbread house and knocked on the door, where she saw a girl in the window of the house. The girl spun around from the oven, which was baking chocolate chip cookies, to stare at your cottage’s door in confusion. It seemed the girl never got visitors. Ever. After hesitating, she opened the door to see Mia. “Can I help you?” The girl asked, still confused. There was silence for a few moments, until Mia responded. “Um, I'm sorry but I injured my leg and I was wondering where is the doctor was.” The girl looked back and forth at Mia and her leg. “Well… If you need any help, you can always let me help you, perhaps? That is, if you want to,” She said, a bit awkwardly. Mia looked relieved. “Yes, please,” She said. While there, Mia heard chanting. She walked over to where it was coming from, and saw that the crack from under the door was filled with green flashes of light. The chanting was clear now, and when she creaked the door open to see the girl talking over a cauldron, she then begin to turn and saw Mia before fighting her. "So, you're a witch huh. I should've know!" Mia said. "It's not what you think, I--!" The girl said. She then try to fight Mia but she couldn't fight good enough. She tried to explain that she didn’t want to hurt anyone and she wanted to reanimate her brother. Tears spilled down her face. "Every time I found someone to love, I lose them!!!!" She screamed in a sobbing voice. She continued to cry. Without any hesitation, she walked over to the kitchen and turned on the oven. When it was burning hot, she climbed inside it and burned to death. Mia was shocked by this and got away after she burned the house down! Then, she heard the story about the witch name Finette: Robert and Finette were walking in a forest one day, they had seen how many times they had managed to get lost so had come up with an amazing idea to leave a trail of bread behind them so they knew the way home. They had been walking for about half an hour when they ran out of bread so decided to head home. They turned around to find out that the trail had gone. It turns out that some pesky birds had decided to eat the bread Robert and Finette had left behind and so they were now left stranded in the forest with no idea how to get home. Robert suggested that they carried on walking until they found someone to help with directions, so they walked on. After a while they came across a house, but this house wasn't just any ordinary house; it was a gingerbread house decorated with the most delicious looking sweets ever. Now, Robert and Finette loved food and a sickly sweet house was just too must for them to handle. They couldn't resist picking the jelly beans off the plant pots outside and ripping the flapjack off the windows. Once they had eaten enough of the outside of the house. Inside there were a wonderful range of desserts and tarts, from chocolate mousse to cakes, from lemon meringue pie to profiteroles, all the children's favorites. They dug in and soon there was nothing left but empty trays and crumbs. That was when Finette saw a large oven in the corner of the room. She went over to it and noticed that there was a big knife used for chopping up meat, then she noticed a pile of children's clothes nest to the oven, and a pool of what looked like blood on the floor. Finette called Robert over and together they tried to work out what was going on. The sound of a door banging shut make them both jump and turn round. To their horror, in front of them stood an old wicked lady in black clothes and a hat. Her eyes were the same deep red color as the blood on the floor and her teeth were crooked and yellowing. She smiled an ugly, haunting smile and took a step towards them. Both Robert and Finette stepped backwards bumping into the oven and stepping in the blood on the floor. The children looked at each other in pure terror before facing the lady once more. She took another step forward and soon she was towering over them, breathing down onto their faces. Reaching over Finette's head, the lady grabbed the knife and stared Robert in the eye. "Say goodbye to your brother little girl" the lady said with a sly grin on her wrinkled, shriveled face. "He's the first to go!" In a flash the knife came down upon her brother. It was all over for him. The lady cut him up before shoving him into the oven to cook. In that time Finette had managed to grab another knife and just as the lady was about to shut the oven door, she stabbed her in the back. Then she moved over to the door and escape just in time. She ran from the forest as fast as she could but she couldn't run away from the memories of that day. Now that it was over, Mia couldn't help but weep over Finette and her suicidal death. The poor girl...All she ever wanted was a friend. Mia managed to calm down and move on to the next dark girl: Melusine. 

The mermaid girl came swimming down towards you, an alarmed expression across her face, with a hint of excitement and dreaminess. “You wouldn’t believe what just happened. I think I found my true love!” She squealed at Mia. “What?” Mia asked confusedly. “Human girl, you have to promise not to tell anyone what I’m about to tell you,” Melusine said suddenly with wide eyes. “I promise.” said Mia. The girl then said, “I just saved a man from a shipwreck. And I think I’m… in love!”  Mia was surprised. This mermaid girl was in love? Though part of you could believe it. She had always loved the land more than the sea. “Melusine… but you’re a mermaid! He’s a human! I’m not sure you guys could actually be together.” Mia said. Now it was the girl’s turn to be confused. “But… I thought you would support me.” Her voice was beginning to sound angry. “Why can’t you just consider that humans are like us?” She demanded. Then, she got so mad that she try to get Mia to jump off a cliff and into the ocean. Mia ran over to the sea and fought the mermaid as she then was swimming but then, a powerful wave took her and she drowned but not before Mia slayed her. The mermaid was dead, sinking to the bottom. Mia manged to catch her breath after all that swimming and she got a call from Elissa as she told her the story of the mermaid, Melusine: The mermaid Melusine fell in love for Prince Raymond but of course there is a problem which is he is a human and she is a mermaid and her father as the king of the underwater world is not approving of her feelings for a human. She wonder how can she could possibly be with Raymond because he can't breathe in water and she can't stay out of it for too long, so how could this ever be? She heard rumours that Annis the sea witch could help and so she reluctantly went there, her nerves filled her body, Annis's lair was not attractive at all and neither was the sea witch who was sitting on a stool made of shells and seaweed playing with her white blonde hair. "Hello Melusine, I believe you wished to see me about an unfortunate circumstance," Annis purred as she faced her, her face was ancient and looked like it was cracking like a vase, her eyes were a milky white, her skin was close to blue as if she was suffering from the cold, she was a voluptuous woman and her tentacles were long, scaly and slimy and they worked their way up her body forming what looks like a black tight strapless dress. She swam out of her seat and approached her, her tentacles grabbing parts of you as she studied them. "What is it that you want with me little mermaid?" Annis said as she released Melusine from her slimy tentacles. "Well I have meet this man and he is perfect but that's the problem, he is a man," Melusine told the sea witch. Annis pursed her lips and narrowed her eyelids so you could only see a tiny gleam of something in her eyes, she turned and looked at her with a smile of helpfulness like a mothers gentle smile. "Well I can help you, I can give you legs so you can meet your man." Annis informed her. The news was great you had three days with Raymond and maybe you two could talk things over and you could make things work with him. She browsed through her ingredients taking some and ignoring others, she placed the selected ingredients on an old table that must have sunk to the depths a long time ago. She threw in a bit of this and a bit of that and something else while saying an enchantment. Within minutes a purple potion was created, Annis poured the liquid into a flask and blew it gently. "This potion will give you legs, I will give it to you after I have your voice," She whispered as she approached Melusine. Her heart sank, how could she get a true love kiss from him without her voice? She couldn't condemn to this, her whole life was ahead of her. But her heart ruled her head and so she agreed. Annis cast a spell, stealing her voice, it was agony like she was ripping out her throat, Melusine couldn't breathe and was gagging and after what seemed like a lifetime it stopped. No sound came from her when she sighed and inhaled loudly. Then, Melusine got her legs too and got to meet her true love but it ended badly when Annis disguised herself, seduced Raymond and then had Melusine's father killed. Melusine was now angry with the sea witch turned Raymond against her and killed her father, anger eating her up inside her. She killed her former true love and so to avenge her father she stabbed Annis through her heart as well. As she died; Melusine murderer her magic lift her body and went into her, for this was dark magic that latches itself on the strongest creature for darknes. She placed her fathers crown on her head and took the golden trident and disappeared from all she knew. Years went by and she never spoke to anyone, mermen and mermaid women came across her dozens of times but they never returned home for she killed anyone who has seen her. Now however they talk about the cursed mermaid Melusine the curse of the sea who takes pleasure in bringing down ships and ruthlessly killing people for she was immortal and will never change her wicked ways. Now people know her as "The Maiden of the Ocean". Then, Mia managed to get a grip as she has more of those Dark Girls to deal with. The next one on the list was Princess Badara!

While getting to her next destination; Mia ran over and noticed that she wasn’t just outside her window. She was hovering outside the window. When she made a motion to open it, Mia slid it open, letting in the cold night air. The woman offered her hand and she took her hand, and before she knew it, Mia was flying. The woman, still holding her hand, began flying away from the window, and so did Mia did. It was then that she finally spoke. “Where are we going?” The woman smiled, “You'll see.” She said. Then, the woman revealed to be a siren and tries to get Mia to become one but she refused and she fought the siren until there was nothing left of her. Mia went away and was once again receiving phone calls from Elissa, who tells her about the siren, Badara: A month or so before the wedding; Badara realised if Abdal were to be her husband he would rule the kingdom and not her even though she should, so Badara thought to herself, after the wedding a couple of days she should kill Abdal and be the natural ruler of the land. The wedding was beautiful and amazing, a few nights after while Abdal was sleeping she pulled out a dagger from under her bed and killed him, she took a few minutes to grieve but the feeling died as soon as she realized she was now queen and that filled Badara with such joy. Badara then screamed and acted like she just witnessed a murder just to make up a story. A couple weeks later she was crowned queen, the stress of it angered her and she took drastic measures and made the citizens suffer so much, she was hated by all even her father. So she caused havoc in the village before she left home, leaving it in flames, Badara jumped on a camel and left for anywhere, she traveled for over 2 days and found a watering hole where she drunk so much just to hydrate herself to be strong enough to carry on. Before she could get back on the camel she heard a singing she turned and saw a siren, because she was female this had no effect to her. "You are a strong woman your highness, I am impressed, would you take an offer in becoming one of us?" The siren asked, she thought about it and realized she needed to start again and this offer would give her the opportunity and the adventure she'd been dying for, so she accepted and after a few minutes of going through agony changing from human to siren she was now a siren with fearsome silver eyes and a hypnotic voice. She killed a few men but she was hooked doing this, so she found a way to escape the watering hole to the open ocean, where she brought down many men from dozens of ships, she loved this life and never looked back. One day she was out, looking through the desert, when you saw some figures in the distance. As they came closer, she saw they were bandits. They surrounded her and pulled out their swords, demanding she give them all her money and jewels. When she told them she had none, they didn't believe her, so they killed her. However, she wasn't done. A few months later, the same bandits came by, so she set her tiger on them, and they were all killed. Now, whenever she could see someone walking through the desert alone, her pet tiger kills them. she became known as "The Maiden of the Desert". It was over, but not yet. There was another Dark Girl and her name was Winona. Mia wasn't sure what the hell she is doing, she thought maybe she would find her way out of the woods but it felt so deja-vu to her as she then found she wasn't alone and try to help the woman but then she attacked Mia as she attempted to kill her. The woman looked like a Native American Indian kind, she didn't talk and she was fierce with hatred and blood lust. Mia continued to fight and pushed her off her. 

The native woman grabbed the dagger and hurled it at Mia. Mia sprinted out of the way, just before it struck her chest. She lunged at the native woman, and left them lying on the ground. Suddenly, she was discovering that she was alive and she was going to be fine. Then, Elissa calls her and tells her about the origin of this savage woman name Winona: Winona was a princess and she wanted adventure but her father, Chief Red Wing, wants her to stay put and behave which she never did. Then men came and started digging up the ground looking for something. Winona wanted to know who these people are and why they came here. There, she meets a man and immediately there's a connection she liked him and he liked you. However her people wanted them to go and never return whereas his people wanted to stay and continue searching for gold. One evening The man decides that he will meet her father to tell him what's going on and they mean no harm. The two kiss but are seen by another Indian who becomes insane with jealousy and attacks the man, they fight to the death, The Indian man throws the man across the forest fall and due to distance it gave him enough time to grab his shotgun and shoot the Indian. He succeeds and the Indian man dies and immediately villagers appeared to apprehend John and carry Kokoum's dead body back to the village. The man is sentenced to die at sunrise in front of his men he is kept in a guarded hut, you go in, and slap him. "Why did you kill him?!" Winona roared. "He was going to kill me! " He cried as he sat they bound by rope. "I could have calmed him down if you let me!" She shouted at him slapping him again. "Please Winona help me," The man pleaded but she refused, she walked out enraged by what he had done. Just before the sun rose the whole village was awake arming themselves and yelling at John. She all hiked to a high hill with the man in clear sight of his men. "This man is guilty of killing one of our people, his punishment is death!" Her father announced to them all. "Lies lies all of it, you just want war you savages! " One man shouted the leader of the troops wearing a violet purple suit holding his sword high. "If it's war you want, you have war!" Winona shouted as you approached the man and slit his throat ear to ear and then pushed him down the hill so his men can see his dead face. War erupted straight away, arrows were shot, spears were flung, swords were swung and gun were fired. Hundreds murdered until a small handful of the unwelcome visitors were left including the man and so her father threw a spear through the leader's heart. The last remaining survivors begged for their lives only to have them taken away. The war took hours to finish but she came out victorious, they all had a massive feast eating the flesh of her victims and her tribe was forever known all brutal barbarians, sickening savages and cold hearted murderers. When more people came to her home, she knew it was a bad sign like it happen before. Winona tried as hard as she could to preserve her land, but it was all in vain. One of the men saw her and shot her on the side. But she got her revenge. She crept up to his tent in the night, and lured him out. He chased her through the woods, thinking she was another Indian he needed to kill. Winona brought him to a sacred oak tree. He looked around, he had lost her. Then she jumped out of the tree and stabbed him. Now, she lures anyone who comes to her sacred home to her tree and she kill them. She was now known as "The Maiden of the Oak Tree." The last of the Dark Gils was none other than Allison Kross and it would be finally over. There was Mia, eating her sandwich, when she caught site of a beautiful dragonfly. She stood up and started following it. As she was getting closer, she tripped and fell over as she tumbled down but managed to break her fall. Then, she came across a girl who wore a blue dress with ripped poofy sleeves, the parts of the blue dress was torned including the apron and it was also stained with blood--This girl was none other than Allison Kross. Mia and Allison fought each other, Allison had a knife with her as she attempt to cut her but Mia was faster and caused Allison to trip and fall down, breaking her neck. She lied there in her last moments, crying a little while whispering: "Wonderland....Wonderland...." Then, she died there with her eyes close. 

Mia was shocked over what happened, she got the last call from Allison as she told her the final tale of the history of Allison Kross: Her journey to Wonderland is everything she'd ever dreamed of. Allison's time seems to last forever, her joy and wonder never ceasing, blissfully unaware that her mind and body are deteriorating. She was beginning to forget the real world, confusing reality and fantasy, but she didn't seem to mind. Then, it all turned to hell as she wanted to attempt to clear her Wonderland of a toxic presence, she finds herself controlled by none other than a broken version of the Queen of Hearts. Using her pure body as her vessel, she commands and forces her to watch as she crushes and pollutes Allison's Wonderland with her own hands. Her body slowly deteriorates in the outside world. Then, the mischievous girl was put in an insane asylum to see if she would get better and was charged with a disorder. Sometimes Allison was sweet, but she was also a murderous witch that killed for fun. She claimed of going down rabbit holes and a white rabbit. She heard these stories from her crazy uncle! It all came to her as Allison sat down in a violet armchair and she vowed became the most feared creature in Wonderland. She was best friends with the Cheshire cat, who shares in her thinking and want of blood. Allison hate the queen because when she kills she disposes of the body, however she then came across the queen as she killed for turning into a hellish place. Alice strikes fear into her enemies and showed the dead queen how wrong she was. It was off with her, a trail of red and death following her. Allison's sickly sweet smile freezes everyone in their place, while her cracking porcelain skin shows just how broken she was. The bodies may pile and creatures may disappear, however her broken mind will always make sure their are more lambs to slaughter. She had turn insane in there. Probably grab a weapon and enjoy dancing in their blood. Laughing insanely, talking secretively, creating rules for games that she then plays. Hide in shadows like the Cheshire cat. Wonderland is a place for her where she can come out of her own sanity. It was over, Mia was so exhausted that she fell over and slept. Meanwhile in the morning; 20 year old Drake Palmer woke up and jumped out of bed, he went to see his sister but didn't know where she was until he heard a scream! He rushed over as he could see his little sister, Tertia, being cornered by monsters trying to claw at her. Drake was terrified; he had to save her and fast. He pulled out his gun from the table and took aim at them. He then fired at them, then he got his sister and got away from them. Tertia asked, "Oh man! That was scary! Are you OK?" Drake nodded feebly, he was shocked over what happened. He saw the door was opened so he closed it and locked it. "Stay with me, don't fall behind OK?" He said to his sister. Holding his gun in his hand, Drake made his way out but he knew that he and his sister would survive. In the meantime, 19 years old Alexander Viator woke up too. He had a horrible headache, he then got ready for the day when then he saw something was wrong. Alexander got dressed and then he was attacked by ghouls who try to kill him but Alexander shot him with a gun under his pillow. He got out and decided to find out what the hell was going on. Drake's life was on the line as he had to get out of here and he was running out of time. He crept near a door, he waited until he heard something and then he saw it: A gunman, he had a gun in hand and Drake dodged the bullet that the gunman fired! Drake fired his gun at the gunman but he dodged it. And he fired again. Drake was shot but no blood, no bullet hole, nothing. Drake looked back with a look of disbelief. "Seriously?"  He asked. The gunman removed his mask, "Hey, you fired first!" He said. The guy removing his helmet was Alexander. "Why the hell are you copying me then? Huh? What, trying to get payback or something?" Drake asked. "No, never. I just--" Alexander replied. Then, a voice from the speakers startled them: "ENOUGH! Seriously? I don't want any quarreling amongst yourselves, you hear me? No bickering! EVER!" Drake and Alexander were annoyed with this woman, their 'boss' by the name of Kora Franco. These two have history: The pair are, at first, forced into a partnership which neither particularly enjoys or wants. Their teamwork is atrocious and their priorities frequently clash as Alexander is more concerned with points and ratings, whereas Drake simply wants to save people. Alexander frequently grows irritated at Drake's tendency to insert himself into others' affairs, but despite their rocky start they end up becoming a good team and somewhat-friends. Ten months later, they have become a close pair! Little did they both know, someone was also hunting the ghouls too.....
