Chapter 3: Crazy Things Happened

Lily had some strange things happen to her ever since that incident: Lily went to the closet, she pulled the dangling switch and found herself holding a hand. Lily stared at the hand and mumbled to herself as she sat there. People found her like that. They told her that it was supposed to be a joke. Lily said something that chilled them to the bone, “The joke had worked but nobody’s laughing right?” Around nighttime; Lily looked out her window to see a hearse pulled up to someone’s driveway, four figures exited and went to someone’s driveway. After 15 minutes later; they were dragging something large and place it in the hearse. Lily couldn’t see the figures so well because it was so dark that she could not identify who it is or what they were. But their eyes glowed like cat’s eyes! They got back in hearse and they sped away, tires squealing against the streets! The next morning, on the news was a report of a man missing from his home. The next night, Lily saw that hearse again! It was near her house and saw the driver’s face of an eerie pale girl glancing up at her. She called out in an ethereal like voice said with authoritative speaking: “There’s room for one more.” The girl waited a few minutes and drove away. Lily wondered if it was a dream, however she was sure it wasn’t. She went to bed as she fell asleep: Lily had a dream where she was in a church that was dark and stormy outside. She looked to the right; Lily saw figures in white which they had their heads bowing. Lily jumped up and ran but bumped into one of the figure and the figure laughed maniacally. Lily woke up in cold sweat! In the morning, Lily was waiting for an elevator but when it came, she saw it was crowded! One of them spoke out, “Excuse me. There is room for one more, darling.” Lily could see it was the girl from before! “Um, no thanks. I’ll—I’ll get the next one.” She said. The elevator doors closed however there were sounds of screaming, followed by a crash startled Lily. It turns out the elevator had fallen into the ground, everyone aboard was killed! Meanwhile; the paging system squawk box fizzled and made some noises, and then it became clear. Emily was horrified as she could hear familiar voices that made her eyes widened in terror. Andrea and Mora were chanting this song that scared everyone else upon hearing the words from the intercom: “You can run, and you can hide. But like it or not, she’ll be at your side. Emily Grynte is full of dread, for Andrea and her family is putting evil thoughts in her head. Emily promises to protect her friends from danger – but will she protect them? I’m your follower in the light, yet I’m invisible in the night. She creeps, she crawls, and she’s in your walls. So close your eyes and count to ten, better hope you don’t wake up again. Only the brave will survive!” The intercom was shut off and things were normal…For now, at least. It was almost like a curse was placed upon the agency of Dream State because all of them that were allies to Emily were beginning to experience strange, eerie things happen to them: Kevin was shocked to see his mother and a smile appeared on his stoic façade. “Mom.” He said in a choked up tone. He walked over and he embraced his mother, “I missed you.” Kevin said. His mother spoke up, “Where are you sisters?” Kevin looked up and walked backwards while he asked, “Don’t you want to see Dad?” Kevin’s mother spoke in a mantra as she begins to grow dark: “Bring me your sisters…Bring me your sisters…I want to see your sisters….” Over and over again. Kevin realized something wasn’t right, “You’re not my mother aren’t you?” The woman who was supposed to be Kevin’s mother growled out a response, “I am your mother.” Kevin ran off but he bumped into his friends who seemed worried about him. 

Before he try to explain, something happened. Kevin and his friends—Georgette, Dawson, Taylor and Jennifer—could hear a howling sound that rumbled throughout the agency’s building. It sounded like an eagle or a wolf. The howl seemed to follow Kevin and his gang as they ran! During all this craziness; Kirsten saw her former master, Yasuo Ohama, and tears streamed down her face. She walked to him as she embraced him! “I miss you so much Master Ohama.” Kirsten whispered. Her head resting on his shoulder, she then heard Ohama said: “Kirsten, my sweet. I’m so happy to see you.” That’s when Kirsten realizes something was wrong, something was amiss. She took a step back from him. “Kirsten, what’s the matter?” Yasuo asked. “You can’t be here; you were imprisoned and murdered by another inmate. How are you here?” Kirsten noted. Master Ohama was quiet, Kirsten felt panic inside rising and she exclaimed: “ANSWER ME!” Then, a falsetto-baritone voice spoke from ‘Yasuo Ohama’, “You’re such a dumb girl…Master Ohama is a murderous bastard and everyone knows it. And you still care about him.” Kirsten begins to whimper into sobs, “No…No!” Kirsten runs in terror and was in the corner. But she wasn’t the only one: Jakov could see a familiar figure in the reflection and turns to see his former master name Franco Larosa. Jakov was relieved however he was overcome with dread! Franco Larosa couldn’t be here, he was dead—He was burnt alive by Yasuo Ohama who betrayed him out of cold blood. “Jakov, it’s me. Master Larosa.” Franco stated. Jakov shook his head, “No.” He said. Franco seized him, “C’mere my boy.” He leered. “Get your hands off me!” Jakov exclaimed, pushing this so-called imposter that pretends to be Franco Larosa. He turns and runs when the imposter yelled in a falsetto-demonic tone: “You dare leave me to die?! Come back here, I’LL BURN WITHOUT YOU!!!!” Jakov dared not to turn around as he kept running his life. While taking a walk; Emmett stopped for a moment to see the figure clearly, it was his former master Inugami Mikado and Emmett was about to greet him when he realize that Inugami couldn’t be here. He had been deceased for awhile and Emmett could see him looking deranged and warped! Something was wrong, it didn’t feel right. In the darkest night; Cecelia was trying to sleep but she kept hearing footsteps approaching her. She looked over at her bed where she saw a dark shadowy figure approach at her bed. Cecelia was scared so she ducked under her covers. She peeked out when she saw a woman was in a white dress in an old-fashioned style of skirt, usually full length and bell-shaped, and plenty of trimmings such as pearls, flowers, lace, poofy sleeves, a large waist ribbon, and a large veil. However; as the woman got closer her appearance changes: the skirt was tattered and bell-shaped, there was ripped of the trimmings such as blood covered pearls, wilted flowers, torn lace, ripped up sleeves, cut up waist ribbon, and the veil became dirtied. Just then, the woman raised her hands up that was covered in blood and lets out a wail as she lunges at her. There was a scream as Theo and the others ran, they found Cecelia crying as she said over and over again: “Don’t let them in, don’t let them in!!!!” The next day; Cecelia gathers up the sheets, while she panics, with funny faces and arm movements, about having to clean the bed. For the time being; Dorothy, her siblings, and Gladys were being tortured by nightmares of their worst fears. They would wake up and find bloody scratch marks on their backs, arms and wrists! Words such as ‘Always watching’ and ‘Never leave me’ were all over the walls in blood-red. But Dorothy, her brother, her sister and Gladys were hearing noises of doors opening or creaks from above. One word would forever haunt them: “I see you, I know who you are.” Written in permanent marker, color was crimson. Also; Derek looked out the window where he saw four young girls dancing outside. Meanwhile; Noreen witnessed a young girl babbling to herself and try to talk to her so she got Mankuri to come help. By the time they got there, that little girl was gone. They search for her but they didn’t found her however they are shocked to find Pancho, Destin, Rinah, and Hiromi slaughtered in cold blood. Mankuri couldn’t believe it, Noreen gasped sharply while uttering out sobs when a voice exclaimed: “You guys, how did you guys did all this?” Mankuri and Noreen whirled around to find that Pancho, Destin, Rinah, and Hiromi were alive and OK. The two of them slowly turned back to see mutilated body parts of animals and the words written in blood which read: “Will you? Won’t you? Join in the game of death?” Around the next morning; Mannix was working as Jet was playing, when Mannix looked up and nearly jumped. He thought he saw a woman looming over Jet who was oblivious by her presence. At that night; Andrea was watching Aalisha sleep while Mora observed Cordelia in her slumber. And Kitty & Polly stared at Eleri while she slept. They don’t realize that they are being observed by each of Takeshi, Asano, Rishley, and Ken who are uneasy by the creepy nature of these girls. There are people who suffered from Abigail and her daughters: The first was Murasaki who nearly choked and struggled to swallow but he did. The second--Taron overslept after he couldn’t sleep from a nightmare he had about a woman sitting by the river. The third was Ronda which she stayed in her room, earlier she saw a group of girls staring at her before letting out a howl-like wail. There are others who experienced with dark and madness: Erika accidentally cut herself; she had been distracted by a woman and four girls sitting by the lake as they were singing softly and sadly. Kojiro was nearly stabbed after four girls try to kill him. Kouhai was running as he almost tripped over a bucket but he kept sprinting from a woman with her face covered in a veil, brandishing a knife in her hand. Hesper tumbled over something; she looked over and saw a horse in bloody pieces. She screamed in terror. Syaro was drunk and falling asleep however she saw something in the mirror. A girl waved at her before taking her own head off! Syaro let out a yelp, she managed to look back and saw just herself—her own reflection. Yuunagi has stitches in his neck from a flesh wound of a crazy lady that attack him while defenseless. And Kanda nearly became suicidal but he snaps out of it. In the interim; Dennis had a nightmare about himself pierced while organs are taken out of his corpse and being harvested. But he wasn’t the only one: Sean dreamt of being burnt alive and an ear to ear carved into his mouth. Lindsay had a nightmare where she was drowning and couldn’t get to the surface for air. Darren has a bad dream as well, which was him being tied up and burnt alive. Kenneth dreamt he was strangled to death. Chana has a nightmare where she was stabbed in the heart and her organs were being removed. Martel dreamt his left eye being gouged out through a stab wound. And John had a nightmare where his head was severed. 

Megan and her friends saw through the windows as they saw four girls on the swing set. Fingers through their untidy, long hair that reached their waists. They were grooming their tresses while wailing and howling. The four girls noticed Megan and the boys, locking eyes as they then let out a wail before disappearing. But it gets inferior from there and things get disturbing: Minato was rowing a boat to go across the river where he saw a force of wind crushing the trees. He looked around as he saw a girl swimming in the water; she was carrying what looks like to be a bundle so out of kindness Minato rowed over to help the girl, “Miss? Do you need any help?” He asked. The girl smiled, “Why yes, thank you!” She crooned in delight. She climbed into the boat, much to Minato’s surprise. The girl swept the wet hair out of her hair. She try to seduce him however Minato moved away and the girl was disappointed so she lean against his back, she then put a hand in between her thighs and moaned softly. Anita was using the bathroom when she heard someone opening and closing the doors. She peeked into the stalls where she found no one, Anita called out: “Hello? Is someone there?” The lights flickered out and the room in was dark, Anita backed away to the stalls when she felt a hand around her throat. A sultry voice said, “I am here.” Anita felt someone trying to drag her into the stalls. Anita struggled but she saw a glimpse of a girl with a pale face, red skirt, and a white top with dark hair. She thought she heard the girl moaning to herself so Anita managed to escape. For the moment; Menom and Jacey were talking and strolling like friends do when they saw monsters attacking people, biting their heads off and blood spraying everywhere. Menom and Jacey were scared, they looked around where they saw a girl sitting there, watching this and she was fidgeting around in her seat on the rock, one hand tucked and pushed down there bellow. Her mouth was ajar while she moaned softly as well as licking her lips. “What the hell is she doing?” Jacey asked. Menom’s eyes widened, he grabbed her hand and they ran away. In the afternoon; Kelly was approached by a girl in a hood and asked, “Do you think I’m pretty?” Kelly look at the girl, her top half of her face was covered. “Yes…?” Kelly said. The girl removed her hood as her eyes glowed! “Am I really?” She asked. Kelly felt a brightness of the glow. “You are above average.” She said but she was attacked by the girl who whimpers and inched the blades close to Kelly. But Kelly escaped from the maniacal girl, fearing for her life! The girl exclaimed loudly: “WHY?!” Temporarily; Arlow noticed a girl waltzing there late at night, he thought this girl was high or maybe even drunk so Arlow steered clear of her but noticed the girl was following him. To his horror, she chased him and Arlow ran away. He noticed a whimper-like sound that came from the girl however he did not want to turn around. After much sprinting; Arlow lost sight of the girl and called it a night! In the intervening time; Ryker saw a girl by the river, her back was to him and Ryker saw she was weaving some flowers. He approached her though she whimpers softly. Ryker peered at her, he gasped when he saw her hand stroking around her thighs…The girl looked up, her mouth splattered of blood where her mouth curled and puckered while moaning softly. Ryker almost puked, he gulped and the girl stood up and put her arms around Ryker. Ryker was too scared to do anything, the girl rested her head on his shoulders. Her small arms around him, “Come on, you know you want it.” She whispered. “Who are you?” Ryker asked, in a demanding tone and staring at the girl. “I’m not all there, my dear. I don’t know why but there’s something wrong with me.” The girl said, she begins to whimper and sob. She furiously clawed at Ryker, who pushed her and ran as the girl wailed: “WHY?!” Temporarily; Emily begins to have visions of Andrea and her sisters: In the center of the room; the four sisters bearing aloft a writhing and screaming figure of a man. The four sisters have their mouths close to their victim to devour his flesh and consumed his blood. 

Below in the basement where one man fell to the floor and covered his ears. A second guy tries to escape by concealing himself and a third guy was oblivious by the screams above. The next vision Emily saw Abigail was wearing a garland of flowers, surrounded by her four daughters in a moonlit barren landscape. Abigail’s flowery garland turned into withered flowers and oak leaves. Her dress became a scaly-designed outfit, claw resembling gloves that were long enough to reach her elbows and a cloak that looked like wired yet featherless wings. Kitty was holding an infant that resembled a Wendigo. Another Wendigo baby who was dead, while covered in plastic and cloth. The third visions shows Mora’s delicate face struggling while grasping onto an over-sized man’s muscular fist. Andrea, in the meantime, beheads the man as spurts of blood were flying. Emily heaves and felt shaken from the carnage! She heard Andrea call her name; it was as if she was aware of Emily ‘watching’. Then; that insane, wicked girl recites one thing that gives her chills: “If it’s in a name or in a vision, you can’t get rid of Mother’s retribution.” Emily woke up, scared, but saw something in her vision. She could see Lily was writing out about a place so she can remember while Emily could see a message there was written but it wasn’t Andrea—It was from Mora! The message read: “PROTECT PEYTON AND EVAN!!!” There was strange things happened where Peyton was cleaning the windows but while he was doing this, he could see in the reflection of Mora with her eyes bore into Peyton. Peyton gasped, he turned away and saw there was no one there. In the meantime; Evan was looking through photos of him and his sister, where he was anxious about her when he came across a piece of a broken glass of a mirror. He looks at it when he nearly jumped to see Mora in the reflection. Evan turned around and saw someone who left behind so he finds a picture where Andrea, Mora, Kitty, and Polly are smiling with Moya, who was smiling. Evan’s eyes bulged in terror as he nearly crumpled it but saw a message on the back of the picture that read: “It’s OK, my darling Evan. Your dearest sister is safe, we never even hurt her.” One day; Emily, Lily, Kamoku, Peyton, and Evan discovered Andrea and the sisters lead them into a huge screen room with cryptic messages where they say ‘protect’, ‘keep safe’, and other necessities. That’s when they came across an abandoned cinema where Emily, Lily, Kamoku, Peyton, and Evan looked up at the screen to the Moneta where the memories of Peyton and Evan being tortured while bound and gagged being played out over and over again. Emily and Kamoku both let out a sharp gasped, Peyton quivered in fear and Evan gritted his teeth. “See? There! That’s it! THAT’S IT!!! Lily exclaimed, she let out a feverish scream, her arms flailing and she couldn’t get the images out of her head. Emily try to calm Lily down when she listened to a dark, monotone voice: “Emmy! Kam! Teddy Bear! Tiger Blood!” Emily, Kamoku, Peyton, and Evan are shocked to recognize that voice—Andrea! 

Once Lily calmed down and the screen darkened where Lily gasped and fainted. Emily and the boys escorted her back to Dream State Agency! While she was on patrol for awhile around arched windows and glass blocks all around in the buildings; Jade heard a voice taunting her, “So ‘Princess’, how does it feel to be promoted? Hmm? By the all powerful Edom Hiroki? Can’t say I blame you since they favorite you.” Jade whirled around constantly, she was frantic and scared. “Now, now, Princess—No need to be afraid, I just want your skinny, little ass safe and away from bastard like Edom.” The young creepy and ethereal voice echoed towards Jade. “What are you?” Jade ask in a demanding tone. She heard a psychotic giggle. “But you should be protected by Emily Grynte, she can turn the world with her smile and her mind!” At the same time; Emily rushed into the room and was shocked to find Lily in a fetal position, she helped her up and comforted the distressed girl who was in a maniacal state. “DON’T LET THEM IN!!! DON’T LET THEM IN!!! DON’T LET THEM IN!!!!” Lily exclaimed, she then muttered to herself over and over again: “Looking at my little boots, looking at my little boots…” Soon; Lily was having panic attacks and ranting to herself incoherently: “Don’t let thy enemy in, Edom is evil! Michael Tanaka is evil! Wendigos are a threat; beware for enemies are hard to get in and out!” She also sits on a chair, on the left side with her knees up to her chest. She was crying, breathing heavily and whimpering. Emily and the others were scared yet worried for poor Lily and her inconsistent behavior! Hours later which seemed like weeks or days; Lily’s behavior got worse, she became more erratic and overwrought with emotions. That’s when Lily became deranged a bundle of nerves. She begins to weave a garland of flowers, blabbed on about how Edom Hiroki is a cruel man and should be put to death. The things Lily said were shocking: “There are different ways to kill this bastard, we shall chop off his legs and throw his body into the ocean, and let him drown! No, one chop to this throat could do it! No, I got it! Plastic wrapping around his aloof face!!!! Nada, nail his friggin’ coffin and bur him alive for all I care! Kill him in cold blood like what he did, body mutilated and sealed in meat package….it’s just like what Abby and her daughters suggested. We shall put a highly toxic chemical compound in Edom’s beverage. Slitting his throat open and make his tongue sticks out his jugular vein. Put his head in the fridge, leave Edom’s remains under a bridge. They will be washed ashore, or let his body be tangled in a vehicle’s wheels and dragged, maybe leave him alive while hitting him behind on the back with a sack full of doorknobs. Or sliced the ‘virus’ from spreading, no perhaps stomp on his corpse! Maybe beat him to death with ice picks, bare fists and heavy sticks! Or use brass-knuckles to his head. Sakiware should suffer too; he should be punched in the chest and stomach so hard while letting out his last breath. He should be decapitated, cut his fingers off so he won’t be identified! No, no, no! I got it; we shall destroy his body further of his worthless corpse and be unrecognizable! He’ll be polluted in trash, shot or blown away! The whole murder doesn’t sound too far-fetched.” Lily quivered in fear, Emily was shocked and marched over as she demanded: “Lily, what the hell are you saying?!” Lily was so startled that she whirled around, “Abigail wanted me to say that!” She protested. Emily was infuriated, “Do you think saying those things are funny?” She asked in a loud tone that sounded angry. Lily then got up and pulled out a contraption, Emily struggled to grab it while she commanded: “Oh no…No….Give it to me!!!!” Lily lets out a growl, shoving her away and she screamed: “DO YOU ALL WANT TO DIE?!” She then said in a calm tone, “I’m trying to save you all from the Carroll Family’s living hell.” Lily runs away while Emily watches her go. While lying in bed, Emily could see through her clairvoyant psyche of her friends being tormented by Andrea and her sisters. She wished people could look into her psyche, they would be petrified by how Andrea, her sisters, and their mother Abigail are the ones that are torturing everyone psychologically. The Carroll family has a major effect on their lives, knowing all their pasts and mostly people who suffer from the mental trauma. That trauma tends not to leave traces without burning bridges! The Carroll Family witnessed people with money and countless other problems. If people could see within Andrea and the sisters, they could see they are not well. She then had a vision in her head: “Do you think you can fix me? Fix yourself in this regret? Why fear me when I’m referred to as a freak? You have control of this world. Not any other fantasies, not your friends, your family or anyone else! You try to numb the madness, masks the hurt of your past and the guilt that you couldn’t save your twelve friends.” Emily try to cover her ears but Abigail tortures her further in her thoughts: “I have discovered everyone, you all try to hide the sins and the terrible regrets but I pull the bloodied skeletons from the dark, dark closets and control your greatest fears. When it’s all said and done, you will all be lead onto admit to your fears! You, the Seven Nation Army, and 21 Guns Navy are the addictions for my daughters. We are delightfully gained by your presence. The feeling cannot subsidize, nor replaced or maintained for long but you all will make us yearning more. We’ll be so addicted, better than doping on drugs. We can manipulate as well as objectified. Building up the tolerance, we need you and to satisfy our cravings of higher does from fears increasing. You can’t threaten us, we need you—every single soldier from 21 Guns and Seven Nation Army. The denial cannot control people, Seven Twenty One has caused addictive as well as catastrophic fury but no matter what society does to us; we keep on denying the fear to hide them from reality and we have you all in the palm of our hands, you suppress dissent and all your hopes & dreams shattered, causing all humanity of people to be paralyze and doing what they don’t want to do and it keeps them fettered.” Emily gritted her teeth in anguish, Abigail giggled: “Oh, I’m talking too much. Hope you keep this interesting. Pleasant dreams, Emmy.” She said tauntingly. Soon she fell asleep where Emily had a dream where she saw Andrea in a room of people being bound by nylon and rubber but there was blood in the most grisly way possible. Up on the walls and ceilings where Andrea announced at her victims that were tied up and blindfolded as well as gagged: “YOU ARE ALL MY SLAVES, YOU WILL DO WHAT YOU’RE TOLD!!!! UNDERSTAND ME?! YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO BE A GOOD SLAVE, AND BE PUNSIHED FOR WHAT YOU ALL DID!!!! YOU LAP UP THE BLOOD FROM MY WOUNDS IF I TELL YOU TO, GET DOWN ON YOUR KNEES BEFORE ME WHEN I TELL YOU!!!!” She paused to take a breath, “If you don’t perform quickly enough…I’LL PUNISH YOU FURTHER GOT IT?!” She heard muffled ‘Mmm hmm.’ Which Andrea smiled and muttered, “Garde a l’eau!”

She then turned to Arlow after Ryker walked from him. Emily looked at him, “Did you had to go and killed it? It was a baby you know.” She informed. “It could’ve jeopardized us but it was a big risk that I was willing to take.” Said Arlow. “Well, that’s a pretty big risk, Arley. You really have blossomed, haven’t you?” Emily noted. “I really don’t like to be called ‘Arley’ now. That’s also what my sister called me.” Arlow replied. Emily felt bad, “I’m sorry Arlow, but we were kids once however you can’t change the past. I know that would remind you of your sister….Nevertheless, you’ll always be Arley to me.” She said. “I’d expect more from you, thought you knew better than this.” Claimed Arlow. “Sorry to disappoint you.” Emily retorted. That’s when she begins to notice Ryker looking around towards a dark area that seemed to horrify him. “What is it?” asked Emily. “You can’t get rid of Abigail Carroll’s retribution.” Ryker said. He was knocked down, Emily and the others were confused when Ryker try to get up but were brought down and he felt something pinning him. “Oh no, oh no…Help me, Emily! EMILY!!! HELP ME!!!!” Ryker yelled, he was being pulled telekinetically as everyone is shocked. But Emily is more devastated as she runs over to him in a panic. Ryker managed to stand up but felt something beaten him without any physical contact. Emily helps him up and hold him in her arms when the objects begins to tremble as Emily and all her allies look around in shock. “What do you want?” Emily asked, the objects continue to vibrate and shake until she became irritated as she exclaims: “WHAT DO YOU WANT, ABIGAIL?!” The objects stopped moving, and then she heard a quieted howl-like wail! Just then; Emily could see Kamoku's death in the first of the hallucinations: He commits suicide because he didn’t want to put his friends and family in danger so he thought it was better if he killed himself off. Onorato tries to tell him to stop and that he’s out of his mind. Minako also tries ripping his weapon out of his hand and tries to get Evan and Tsubaki to help her. Evan grabs the arm that’s holding his sword and hold his arm in place, Tsubaki tries to pry the sword out of Kamoku’s hands. Peyton cries and tries to talk sense into him. Jade goes onto Peyton’s side and chooses to try to help talk some sense into him. She also could see in the hallucination of Minako's death: Edom slaughtered her. He said he had something to help Kamoku and had a surprise for him, of course he gave off a few hints which Minako took, but didn’t know she was going to be killed, so Edom stabbed Minako in the back and through the chest to her heart, by the time the squad got there Edom was still there, along with deceased Minako, lying on the ground bleeding. Kamoku shouts “YOU BASTARD!!!!!! I’LL KILL YOU DIE!” And tries to kill Edom for hurting his family with his sword but can’t go through with it. Peyton cries while lying next to Minako’s body. Evan picks up Minako’s body and tries to listen to her chest and he sheds five tears only fall knowing she died and carries her. Tsubaki tells Kamoku to get a grip and those deaths happen all the time. Onorato comforts Kamoku because he knows it’s hard, Onorato actually starts crying over Minako with him. Jade cries and wishes she got along with her in the beginning. Emily could see Jade's death in this hallucination as well. Jade's sister was forced to kill her and couldn’t do it, so Jade became willing to die or do anything she could to make her older sister proud of her. “Do it. If it’s what makes you happy big sis. I want you to be proud of me, that’s all.” She said standing still waiting while her sister killed her and cried. Kamoku cries feeling sorry for Jade and her older sister who he tries to comfort as well. Onorato doesn’t think he cares but he cries for some reason. Peyton holds Jade in his arms and hugs her and sobs his eyes out because his comrade died. Minako joins in with Peyton and they sob and hug Jade. Evan feels sorry for Jade's sister, and goes to comfort her since she was forced and said he knew what it was like having a little sister and had one he didn’t want to let go either. And Tsubaki silently cries. He rushed into a battle to save his little sister Moya, but him and his sister are both killed by Edom. Kamoku sobs wishing they had been nicer to each other then they had been. Peyton sobs and hugs Evan. Minako tries to calm everyone down while sobbing herself eventually hugging Evan and sobbing into his chest with Peyton. Jade tries to keep it together until seeing everyone down and cries but hugs Minako, Peyton, and the lifeless body of Evan at the same time as they cry. Onorato cries and says he should’ve done something about it. Tsubaki feels like an irresponsible comrade and that along with Onorato cries and felt like he could’ve done something to prevent Evan’s death. Tears streamed down her face as Emily could see more of the hallucinations of more deaths, like Peyton's death hallucination: The enemy grabbed him by the neck and tried choking him to death and stabbed him with his sword until Peyton finally gave out, “A-At least, I-I can, go visit my sister…” He said and died. Kamoku sobs and holds Peyton in his arms and says he’s sorry he wishes he would’ve done something. Onorato stares in disbelief actually feeling like Peyton was his friend and comrade and cries. Minako rubs Peyton’s hair and says she’s sorry and cries. Jade puts an arm around Peyton and sobs into her hand. Evan cries beside Kamoku and says he should’ve been doing something to prevent his death. Tsubaki cries because he had such faith in Peyton and he didn’t even try to stop it. There was Onorato's death hallucination; Kamoku sobs and hold on to Onorato and says “You’re gonna make it Onorato! Please hold on! Onorato!” And tries to make him speak to know he’s not dead. Minako weeps and hugs Onorato. She says she’s sorry and that she could’ve done something anything but she didn’t and sobs. Jade feels bad and cries with Minako & Kamoku and puts an arm around Onorato. Peyton sobs and hugs Onorato and says he’s a terrible friend and comrade for not saving him. Evan lets out two teardrops fall and tries to pull himself together and not sob, but it’s hard. Tsubaki cries a bit because he actually grew kind of fond of Onorato. She saw Tsubaki's death: He was defending Minako and her friends and was killed by the time they actually got there he was dead. Onorato cries because he thought he was one of the first humans to have faith in him. Kamoku says he’s sorry and that he should’ve given Tsubaki more respect than he had in the past during their first meetings. Minako sobs and wishes nothing was real. Jade does the same as Minako and says, “Rest in peace, Tsubaki Sanjuro, our friend…” and sobs. Evan says, “He was an excellent superior, we could learn a few things from him.” Peyton sobs and hugs Tsuabki's corpse. Kamoku and his friends were horrified by this as they could feel the fears and sobs uttering out, Emily was trying not to cry and she whispers: “No, I promised I’d protect them all…” 

The last straw came when Emily saw a hallucination of her twelve friends, who called out to her to get out and save herself before they got shot at. This caused Emily to break down, she begins to cry. She let out a guttural sob, saying the names of her friends. Everyone stares at Emily, feeling bad for her. Just then, there was giggling coming from Abigail and her daughters. This made Kamoku and Ryker upset, everyone else was shocked by the cruelty of their actions. In her emotional state; Emily recalls the visions she saw in her head, including the song that Andrea and Mora sang: “You can run, and you can hide. But like it or not, she’ll be at your side. Emily Grynte is full of dread, for Andrea and her family is putting evil thoughts in her head. Emily promises to protect her friends from danger – but will she protect them? I’m your follower in the light, yet I’m invisible in the night. She creeps, she crawls, and she’s in your walls. So close your eyes and count to ten, better hope you don’t wake up again. Only the brave will survive…” Emily knew that Andrea is trying to use fear against her and everyone else no matter who they hurt! Slowly, she rose up and wiped her tears away. “You are nothing.” Emily said softly. Abigail looked shocked and uses her powers, Andrea begins to stress as well as her sisters. Despite her fears, Emily suppressed them and kept on a brave face but she kept crying a little. Seven Nation Army and 21 Guns Navy looked around in concern. “You're nothing!” exclaimed Emily. Abigail’s powers shook the room, she was clawing at her own hair and growled like an animal. Emily bit her lips, more tears are falling on her face. “These are my friends!” shouted Emily. Ryker, Kamoku, and the others watch in pure amazement. “You’re trespassing amongst my friends!” She continued. Abigail moaned, Andrea and her sisters begin scratching furiously at their arms, like they had a terrible itch. They scratch and scratch at their skin until there was blood oozing out. Emily gritted her teeth, kept her mouth close. The others watch in terror. “If you touch my friends again, I'll frigging kill you!” yelled Emily. Abigail let out a scream, her powers caused the room to have cracks all over the walls as Ryker was nearly blown off but Kamoku seized him along with Evan and Arlow help drag Ryker away back to the others. The girls were screaming in terror while the boys were gasping in horror, Emily could hear a voice in her mind shouting: “You want to protect them, well do it now!!!” Emily complies as she scream out at Abigail, Andrea, Mora, Kitty and Polly who were also screaming too! This scared the Carroll Family into submission, they were terrified. “How…How are you doing this?! You managed to break through from our greatest control with your perseverance….What are you?!” Abigail shouted. “I’M AGENT EMILY GRYNTE, YOU BITCH!!! YOU THINK YOU CAN SCREW WITH ME AND MY FRIENDS?! Abigail, Andrea, Mora, Kitty, and Polly stared at all of them before turning towards Emily as they let out a howl-like wail. Then, they begin to moan as it increased louder and louder before it sounded painfully and vanished away from everyone else. Emily panted; she just fell to the floor and crying out of exhaustion. She felt someone picked her up as Emily looked over and saw it was Sylvia. “Nice job, Em. You did it.” Sylvia said. Emily begins to cry, she put her arms around her friend. “I…I feel so relieved. God, I can’t believe I saw those hallucinations, they seemed so real…Oh my god, I don’t want any of you good people to die on me…I love you all so much…I would die if anyone else here did, it would be like what happen to my friends.” Emily confessed, “I…We were supposed to graduate, but the grad bash was ruined by the fact that some guy came in and shot everyone else…Killing twelve of my friends…I hate it, everybody dies…Not me, I can heal fast but everyone around me dies…All the good ones, and I don’t like death. It’s so scary…I do believe there is a Heaven, sure. But there’s also a Hell, this isn’t a joke. I had nightmares about it and I pray to the Man Upstairs I do not want to end up there. It’s worse than abuse, jail, concentration camps, and other unimaginable things…” Emily blubbered harder, she just couldn’t stop crying. Emily managed to say while she calmed down, “You guys never went to school, look at you…You may have studies sure but graduating and having a normal life.” Minako laughed at that comment, “It doesn’t matter; no one has a normal life.” She assured Emily. “Yeah, but losing friends…The people you cared about….I would never wanted to lose anyone else again, the guilt I feel for not having to deal with that over and over again.” Emily said. “Don’t hate yourself for what happen, Em. What happen back there was not your fault, you did all you could. It’s just things kinds of things happen all the time.” Ryker stated. Emily looked at him and gently pulled away from Sylvia before looking at him and embracing her long time friend. Meanwhile; the constable the recalled when he return home when he called for his grandfather but there was no answer. Jacindo walked closer, there he discovered a horrifying sight! His grandfather’s corpse was discovered but his head was cut clean off with blood splatters all around. Standing there in the middle of the room, Young Jacindo was shocked to find a woman holding the head of his grandfather before Jacindo who screamed in terror! The woman was Abigail; she smiled wickedly at Jacindo, “See to it, this is the crimes of the family…Your family against mine.” She said. Jacindo was having a meltdown and managed to get away so no one can see his angry emotions. Later; Marvin Percy was working when he felt two shadows upon him and he felt his heart drop, he looked up but to his surprise it was simply, a man in a top hat and trench coat, the same with his partner. But the only difference is the first man, who looked stiffly no nonsense and the second guy was young looking as well as lenient than the other guy. “Can I help you?” Marvin asked in curiosity. “Is your master Gevrog available?” The man asked. “Who are you?” Marvin inquired. “Constable Jacindo Lazarro, my partner Mistral Blake. Is this ‘Master’ of yours available or not?” The constable asked. Just then a voice called out: “Gentlemen, can I help you?” Master Gevrog appeared as he seemed skeptical but try to look professional and polite. “I’d like to speak to Miss Emily Grynte.” The constable said to Gevrog. Gevrog sighs, he then turns to the intercom, presses the button: “Agent Grynte, come forth to the office please. Agent Grynte, come forth to the office.” He said. Moments later; Emily was seated before the constable and his partner. Ryker, the Seven Nation Army, 21 Guns Navy, Kanda and his friends were in the room as Emily did all the talking. “You see Constable, my squad and allies are investigating missions that surround Wendigos and magical things, you know we can’t share too much information, it’s classified.” Explained Emily. “I’m afraid you’re going to have to tell us, Miss Grynte. You see we too are investigating upon the departure of your former allies. Did a certain catastrophe caused a falling out? I’d like to hear a better explanation from you or by God; I’ll have no choice but to shut down the agency.” The constable stated. “Shut down the agency? Lazarro, I’m afraid you don’t have much evidence to show down the agency. We’re not people, per say, we’re trying to help people…Make good, if you will.” Emily said. “I beg to differ, Miss Grynte, you have troubled adolescence. Their bad influence is unhealthy for a young lady like yourself.” Jacindo debated. “Sure they’re rough around the edges but they are good people that want to help save New Americana.” Emily answered. “You daft woman, you think all of you can save New Americana? You can’t even save yourselves!” said the constable. Ryker, Kanda, Kamoku and the others look down with sadness. Emily spoke up again, “They never deserve this; they didn’t do anything to deserve this shit. I can hear their thoughts in my head, as if they were my own because I was like that too. I too had a troubled past.” The others stare at Emily in amazement and also remembered her past life. “Your troubled past doesn’t concern us, not even whatever friend that died of this…this girl…that girl doesn’t concern us.” The constable said rudely and heartlessly. “Her name…was Annabel!...A true friend just like the others were. Out of the twelve I had, and here I am as the sole survivor…Unlucky 13…the one who works at this agency so nobody doesn’t have to die again.” Claimed Emily in a choked up voice. The constable was impatient, “Miss Grynte, you need to cooperate with us.” He demanded. Emily ignored him as she continued to speak, “Through gnashing teeth and sufferable agony, I alone walk with others behind me and I succeed but I failed many times.” She was forlorn at this moment. “You are not succeeding by helping us with these questions.” Jacindo accused. “Well, what do you want from me?” Emily said with a smirk on her face. “The truth, Miss Grynte!” exclaimed Jacindo. Emily slammed a hand against the wall, starling everyone including the constable and his partner as Emily shouted: “I’ve been telling you the truth all this time!!!” It was quiet for a moment but it feel like forever. Emily calms down to compose herself, she then said: “If it helps you sleep at night, there was no catastrophe or no favoritism. I will tell you it was a family of banshee that scared them off. I’m sure you know who I mean, don’t you?” The constable gasped, “What?” He asked. “Not just a banshee but a mixture of that, harpy and a Fury. Abigail Carroll, Andrea Carroll, Mora Carroll, Kitty and Polly Carroll. Ring any bells?” Emily asked. Jacindo froze in fear, then he composed himself and stands up. “Well, the matter has been settled. Sorry for all the trouble, Miss Grynte.” He and his partner left, just like that! This confused Emily and the others; they had no idea what was that about. But at least he was gone, for now. He never said anything about coming back with a warrant. He looked dazed when he left and was trying to look professional but there was nothing more than just the expression of astonishment. Later, Minako was in a good mood tonight and things were quiet, just the way she liked it. Kamoku was pleased to see her contentment like this and how she looked rather cheery. “You seem happier.” Kamoku noted. Minako beamed at him, “Sure I am. What an astounding week, a miracle that Andrea, Mora, Kitty, and Polly aren’t here.” She said with confidence. “You’re not scared of Andrea and her family are you?” Kamoku asked. Minako laughed. “Me? No, she can try but I’m not too scared.” She bragged. But her smile faded when she saw someone standing there and approaching, it was none other than Andrea! “Aww what’s wrong? Did you miss me?” Andrea taunted, “I missed you. All of you.” Everyone was shocked as well as frightened. Andrea steps forward while saying, “Did you really think that we’d left you for good? We have another game to play!” The Nightmarchers came along while Emily and the others are fighting against them. During that time; Mora pulls out an electric cattle prod and knocks out Peyton & Evan. She carries them both with her psychic powers. She smirked in a sadistic way at the others. “Let them go, you witch!” exclaimed Emily. Minako tried to sneak attack however the Nightmarchers apprehend her as well as Jade! They knocked them out with their long nails in their skin, Andrea sneers as she stated: “We’re done here, so if you care to know where your friends are, come to the Travel Dime facility. Bye for now!” And she vanished as well as the others. Kamoku was worried for his friends as Emily and the agents managed to find the Travel Dime facility and eventually found it as they hurried over to the location. In the meantime; Peyton and Evan were strapped to a chair, wrists were restrained on arm rests and legs shackled to feet of a chair. Andrea smiled, “Isn’t it exciting? Seeing the terror upon Minako and Jade’s faces? Oh you two wait and see, I have just begun darlings.” She said. “You sick little bitch, you’re not getting away with this!” Evan protested. “Rude boy!” Mora exclaimed. She uses her powers to punch them both in the gut hard that they coughed up blood. Mora smiled, she licked the blood running from Evan’s mouth while her arms are around him. “You taste good, sweet boy. She moaned. Andrea agreed, “Yes sister but could our Human Teddy Bear taste good to?” She walked over to Peyton, who looks scared, as Andrea put a finger towards the blood and licks it. Peyton shudders, Andrea rubbed her leg over his thighs and moaned. She lean over and kissed Peyton’s top of his head. The Moneta turned on, Andrea squealed: “Oooh, the show’s about to start!” She put her thigh down and swung over to the Moneta as if she was waiting for the screen to turn on. Peyton and Evan were shocked by what they saw on the screen: Minako and Jade were strapped to a pair of beds, they were pinned down while their eyes are pried open by specula, which prevents them from closing their eyes. The two girls were forced to watch the Moneta playing the memory of Peyton and Evan who were bound and gagged while tortured by the instructions of Edom Hiroki. Minako and Jade screamed in pain by these footage images being played over and over again! Peyton and Evan were terrified to hear this; they were cringing at Andrea and Mora who laughed darkly. But they were even frozen in fear when Mora went behind Evan and places her arms around him as she rested her head on his shoulders. Andrea glanced at Peyton, “Aww! Is somebody a little scared? You know, just seeing you like this, I gotta say I’m just a sucker for pain. Don’t you like that? You know you do baby.” Andrea said. Peyton writhed in his bonds at her touch. “You know, I’m feeling a turn on here, I like to see you boys all tied up. Same with girls too, gosh what is about the bound and gag? Ugh! Such frustration!” She and Mora laughed together, Mora then shouts: “Come on, baby! Do it!” She gestured to her sister. But Andrea gasps softly as she saw a vision of Emily and the team as she glances over at her sister with a sneer, “We got company.” She stated. Mora sneered back as she chanted, “Kiddies, kiddies, kiddies.” There was a sound of something that broke! Mora growled, “Stupid kids, you're ruining our girls’ night!” She rushed out of the room! Andrea is about to leave but turns as she uses her telekinetic powers that punched the boys, they coughed up blood again and they were knocked unconscious. Andrea blew a kiss, “See you later boys.” She said. And ran off! Andrea and Mora approached Emily, who used her powers but the sisters taunts saying, “So…Did you see what we did to your friends? Your darling friends, Kammy boy?” Kamoku was shocked, he gets angry and tries to attack them! Just then, Andrea dodged it and laughs while running off. Tate and his squad managed to find Minako and Jade, who looked catatonic. The specula had been removed from the girls’ lids of their eyes; Minako saw Anita and Kamoku as she let out an emotional relief of a sigh and embraced them both. “Oh Kamoku…Anita…I….” Minako sobbed. Anita pats her back, “It’s OK, Minako.” She said. In the meantime, Jade had been released as she was hugging Kelly and crying. Kelly could only hug her back as she says to her gently, “Just cry, Jade…Just cry.” In the meantime; Menom and Jacey were releasing Peyton from the restraints, they carried him out. Arlow also released Evan from the binding harnesses, he helped him out. “Aw man, Andrea…That monster….that bitch…” muttered Evan under gritted teeth. “Snap out of it, Graham. Or Andrea and Mora will get their victory. Don’t give up now; think about your little sister Moya. Please don’t give in.” Arlow advised him. This caused Evan to snap out of his shock. Everyone gathered and headed to main area where Andrea was, the others caused their powers to create thunderous rackets! Mora and Andrea jumped at the sound of a loud noise. Kitty and Polly tipped over while yelping incoherently. “Oh my! Oh dear! Oh my! Oh dear! Oh my oh my oh my!” Mora exclaimed. Andrea checked the cameras while she said in a humorous crazy tone, “Check the cameras, what’s going on out there?” Mora looked too and said, “Uh oh sister! They’re loose!” Andrea growled in anger, “That’s not fair!” She and her sisters were about to flee when the doors burst open with a boom. Emily, her friends, Seven Nation Army, and 21 Guns Navy stood there glaring at them. “It’s over, Andrea!” Emily declared. With a hand clap; Andrea summoned the Nightmarchers and smiles, “It hasn’t begun Emmy!” She said while spreading her arms out. With that, she and her sisters turned and ran out! Leaving Emily and the others to fend off against the Nightmarchers. The gang overpowered the beasts before fleeing from sight. After she recovered and now Emily & the boys decide to go find Andrea; an emotional Minako looked up solemnly at everyone as she said in a chilling, demanding tone: “Bring me the Carroll Family back here! I want them here, and I want them brought at my feet!” Kamoku and the others nodded. However to make her point clear, Minako exclaimed: “You hear me?! At! My! Feet!!!”  Emily nodded, “You got it.” She confirmed. And so they head to an abandoned building where Andrea resided this. Once Emily, Kamoku, Onorato, Peyton, Evan and Tsubaki headed inside the building; Andrea twirled around while singing softly, lost in her own world. Then, she noticed that she has company and smiles in dark delight. “Hiya boys, Emily. How else did you find me?” Andrea asked with mock surprise. Emily walked over however she shrugged. “Just follow the blood stained yellow brick road, down the nightmarish white rabbit hole and into the sick twisted wonderland.” She stated. “Oooh, that’s a nice haiku. I’ll have to remember to write it down.” Andrea said, “And now for my next trick…Stay there, Emily Grynte.” Emily kept walking, and she did not smirk. Kamoku smirked. “Errrgh, shit!” cursed Andrea. She then said, “OK, OK, you know what? Fine, I won’t let you. You will renounce your powers, give them up and never use them! But your powers aren’t the work of the devil nor are they witchcraft.” Emily stopped dead in her tracks, those words reminded her of the confrontation with her father from earlier. “You heard all of that?” She asked. Andrea pretends to look sad but a smile crept upon her face. “I loved it! Surprise, Daddy-kins had it coming.” She exclaimed. That’s when Andrea snapped her fingers and she called: “Darling? Would you come in the room please?” Evita approach beside Andrea, which she giggles as she said, “Allow me to introduce you to my lovely assistant.” Emily and the gang were shocked, “Who are you?” Tsubaki inquired. “Evita Hemmings. I serve my master for my purpose is his desires to bring life out of death.” Emily looked at her, “Life out of death? Who is your master? Victor Frankenstein? Herbert West?”  She asked. “That is none of your concern, my goal is to protect him.” Evita answered. “Look, I don’t think neither of us cares who you are or what you do. Or what your master is and what he does for a living…We’re only here to take down Andrea and her family.” Emily stated. Andrea laughed, “Oh yes! Kidnap us? Yeah, right.” Then she sounds diverse as she watched the reactions of the others. “What an astounding week, a miracle that Minako and Jade aren’t here. She can try but I’m not too scared.” She said in a different sound of voice. Emily’s eyes widened in horror. Just then; Evita chuckled, “Mistress Andrea, I’m sorry but that was a horrible impersonation.” She said. Andrea scowled, “It’s not my fault she’s stuck in my head!” She protested. Emily looked at Andrea in amazement. Peyton, Evan, Tsuabki and Onorato gaped in disbelief. Kamoku threw his hands up in disbelief, “She’s imitating Minako!” He exclaimed. “Heh, almost Kam.” Peyton declared meekly. Andrea glares at the others, she turned to Evita and commanded: “Evita? Would you do the honors?” 

As if on cue; Evita strips off her blue pinstripe dress to reveal a white mini gown with short sleeves and the length of the dress reached her knees almost. Evita crouch down into a squat, she let out a shaky gasp as she felt her body shuddered. Her spine protruded from her back, her fingers become claws and feet got sharper. Her sclera turns black while her pupils were amber. She bared her jagged teeth and snarled gently but furiously. Emily and the others gasped. “Oh my god! She’s a---a—Wendigo!” The guys back away in terror and prepared to transformed if necessary to battle. “My master has made me a servant, a protector and I will remove all obstacles in my path.” Evita glanced over at Andrea, “Andromeda?” She asked. Andrea nodded, “Go get ‘em, girl.” She declared. Evita nodded as she pounced Peyton, who looked terrified, she then cut a gash across his cheek and licked the bleeding wound. Peyton whimpered in fear however Andrea growled and kicked at Evita in a fit of rage. She came beside Emily and the others while she said, “They’re all my toys, my playmates. In the meantime; Abigail attempted suicide by jumping into the lake since she felt helpless, despite having supernatural powers, until she was visited by a dark shadow who revived her as she became all three female creatures—a banshee, a harpy and a Fury! Andrea and Mora failed at finding happiness, they are lost yet confused as they will not let it go. It was too much repetition of the past so Andrea knows, she understands what life really is—a cruel world with no mercy or kindness. It was a real bitch, a crappy yet evil life! Silence begins to smirked and giggled quietly. Emily flew back to where Andrea had fallen out from and placed her on the ground where the others were. Emily and the others were shaken as they returned to Dream State Agency.
