Shatter Me 2: Song of the Caged Bird

My darlings! I decided to make a sequel of the story same title as the of Lindsey Stirling which is from the same titled album, Shatter Me. People--My viewers--I present to you.....Shatter Me 2: Song of the Caged Bird is here! Enjoy! Song of the Caged Bird came is referenced from Lindsey Stirling as well. I hope she's reading this.  --KatDon

When they were kids; Heyoka, Kali, and Lleu were taking a walk one day when Jack begins to wince at a throbbing headache, which was cause by the vision of a girl. He couldn't see the girl clearly in his head. But he saw a glimpse of the vision of her flowing dark hair, the curve of her lip, and her pink parasol. The throbbing pain stopped when the three friends saw a girl their age was skipping with a pink parasol and smiling heartrendingly at them. She wore a white shirt dress long enough to reach her knees and wearing no shoes. Her name is Justine Storm. She is tragic, tortured and misunderstood. As a 15 year old girl; Justine  was lonely, shy and timid around others as she had no confidence. A fractured young soul, in need of support and love. But when she was abused and tortured; she became a cold-blooded killer to the wicked. She turned homicidal, sadistic, and destructive nature to those that hurt her. When Justine  was a child; she lost her father when she was a child and her cruel mother Theresa remarried to a depraved, dominant, and oppressive man that became her stepfather name Joseph Vasilis. Theresa change her name from Theresa Storm to Theresa Vasilis. Joseph used to chain her up, as instructed by Theresa who was fanatically pious, she speaks with religious overtones but her motives were malevolent and believed everything in the world was considered 'unclean'. She wore a dark grey ceremonial dress and headdress with white roses, crucifixes, and wore no shoes but rather slippers.

Joseph was a presumed as a fanatic pious man that was a ruse to her in order not to be abused by her. He is a malicious, and aggressive man with overtones of conniving, cruel, and verbally abuses Justine and tormenting her. Theresa was aware of the abuse however she didn't do anything as she wanted her daughter to be 'cleansed of sin'. Joseph was hungry for admiration, power, obedience and chivalric honor. When Joseph was told to chain up Justine, he seemed to have a sadistic side as he was delighted to be alone with her. "You think you can hurt me, I don't think you can escape with those chains Little Lady." said Joseph. Justine glares up at her stepfather, "Chains are nothing, I've been abused before. It's no big." She insisted. Joseph pulled out a syringe and smiled in a sinister way as he said, "That's nothing, compared what I'm going to do to you." Justine looked horrified as her screams were the only thing that echoed in the house. Justine was now a 'monster', a Sigbin, where she was shunned by her mother sometimes when she became this way but Justine learn to control her power. She made friends in elementary name Lear Swann and his younger sister Eva. Even their mother Eliza who treated Justine very kindly. Lear, Eva, and Eliza were shocked to learn what had happened with her life and her new life as a Sigbin hybrid but they want to report Theresa and Joseph for the abuse and trouble. Joseph found out as he told Theresa, which they both plan to kill her. But while Justine was at school; she and her friends are given a shocking message that something was wrong at home.

They hurried back home, Justine enters the house but is stunt to find their mother struggling against Theresa. She looks to see her children, “Everything’s going to be OK. Just don’t look.” “Mom!” Eva cried but their mother shake her head, “Kids, listen to me....Remember that grenade--Just pull the top and throw it at the wall!” She said. Tears welled in their eyes, Justine cried out, “Eliza! Don't do this, please!”  "Listen to me, Justine, Just go, RUN!” screamed Eliza. Theresa stabbed a knife into Eva and Lear's mother, who gasped while Theresa panted as she looked content at the deed had been done. Eva and Lear was motionless, frozen, their mother was lifeless now as she bled to death. They were pulled away by Justine, who took the grenade, pulled the pin, and threw it at the wall. Justine felt so guilty for not saving their mother, which was the most unsettling mental wound. She would do anything to pay them back one day. However in a few years when they were young teens; Eva and Lear offered to go after Theresa and Joseph, Justine refused however Eva begs so Justine decided to trust her to go. That was a tragedy she'd never forget. She reached over where Theresa and Joseph, they were gone but a body was among them. It was Lear as well as Eva, who died earlier before Lear. They were on the ground, bleed profusely. Justine couldn't believe it, "Lear! Eva!" She cried, rushing over to them. She grasped onto Lear's hand, "Come on. Stay with me, you guys will be fine....I'l get you a doctor soon enough." Justine said. Lear opened his eyes, he smiled. "I'm sorry. I thought...I thought I was doing you a favor." He said. Justine trembled, "Yes. You were." She said. "That's good. We love you, you are our best friend." whispered Lear. He closed his eyes, and with that, he died. Justine couldn't believe it, she bowed her head. He was gone, they both were, her best friends were dead.

Upset, Justine confronted Joseph. They fought off against each other. But Justine got the best of him, Joseph was pinned to the ground. "This is the end for you." said Justine. "Oh really? You weren't so sure of yourself? Well, it won't be peaceful for you for long." taunted Joseph, "You are nothing, you couldn't be strong enough to save your peers in that massacre. You couldn't save your dearest friends, nor their sweet mother when your mother killed her!" Justine shuttered, she couldn't believe it and she lost control of herself. She begin to turn into a Sigbin and killed him violently while screaming hysterically. When she snapped out of it, Justine was shocked as she saw that her hands were dripping with blood. She begins to cry uncontrollably, she thought she lose consciousness. About a few years later; Justine was in school but she hated it; she was always bullied there every day. From her childhood to her young teens. In elementary; Justine saw a bunch of kids playing and she approaches them, saying: "Hi guys." The kids stare at her before bursting out laughing and walking away. Justine was hurt by the harsh rejection as she bowed her head. Another time she was playing an innocent game of tag when three bullies throw tennis balls at him hard and one of them grabbed his wrists but a teacher caught them and rescues Young Justine. The bullies are punished for what they done. Middle school wasn't any better, she was bullied for her perfect writing skills and one of the friends she trusted spread a rumor that Justine was writing about the 'hottest boys' when the actually truth was Justine was writing only about other matters but it was too painful to admit.

Justine tried to get help from her teachers, only one help but another ignored her as he had cotton balls in his bushy ears. But he  explained that the staff wasn't trained to do things like that. There's no love for her. Everybody had hurt her, hated her, resented her, destroyed her almost, and try to make her fade away in obscurity. However one of the former bullies name Juliette 'Julie' Masos takes pity on Justine and turned to her nice friends she now hangs out with to befriend Justine. It worked as Justine became very close to the four friends she made. At a festival; Justine, who was having a blast with friends:  Connor Lohengrin, Fiachra Helias, Aiden Gareth, and Nuala Elijah. Just then, unexpected visitors crashed the party with loaded guns and started a massacre. They shot at other people who fell to the floor. Panic filled everyone else, they try to flee but some were shot in the process. "Connor! Fiachra! Aiden! Nuala!" called Justine. "Justine!" Fiachra called. "Justine, where are you?!" hollered Connor. She went over but looked on in horror as her friends were wounded, almost dead. She noticed that Aiden was panting of the wound bleeding from there as he cries out, "Ohhh, the pain." He noticed Justine there and calls out, "Get away from here!" "Save yourself Justine!" Nuala called out, "Get away from here!" However they were all shot at as Justine screamed with terror. She was shot too, in her thigh, and it took awhile for her to recover. While resting up for awhile, Justine's sanity begin to slip like crazy over the tragedy as she thought about the people that she lost. As she was recovering; Nella Hale and Cloud Hagel came by to check on Justine but instead they taunt her, explaining the awful truth: They admitted that they were the ones that killed her four best friends.

Justine felt foolish, she was heaved with sadness and anger that she turned into her Sigbin form, screaming: "WHY?! WHY IS EVERYONE I LOVE IS KILLED?! WHY?!" Nella and Cloud tried to flee from her but it was no use, they were already killed. Later, Justine sat as she looked at Nella and Cloud's bodies. Justine confronted Abigail Sturmaz and Squall Tormenta as she pulled out a gun and begin to shoot at different objects in the room they were in. Justine begin to shriek with tears pooling out of her eyelids, "EVERYTHING YOU TOLD ME WAS A LIE!!!!" Abigail and Squall  were scared, they never seen her this way and they were so frightened of not knowing what might happen. Justine pointed at the couple with her gun, "You--all of you! You killed them! My best friends! Nella and Cloud told me everything! EVERYTHING!!!!! Well, those bastards got what was coming for them!" claimed Justine. Abigail stared at her with fear, "What did you do them, you freak?" She demanded. "I GOT RID OF THEM!!!!!!" Justine screamed, she dropped her gun and turned into a Sigbin as she slaughtered them both. In her rage; she went back to home where her mother was not back yet. However, she went to the forbidden box that her mother told her not to open. But Justine lifted the lid nearly upright and looked inside. It seemed as if a sudden swarm of inhuman creatures brushed past her, taking flight out of the box, while at the same instant she heard her mother calling in pain. "Ohhhhh, it's them!' Theresa cried, "You naughty girl! Why have you opened the box?" Justine let fall the lid and looked about her to see what was happening to her mother. The thundercloud had so darkened the room that she could not very clearly see what was in it.

But she heard a growl of monstrosity. Then, there was the slashing and the ripping. It was a squeamish noise. Justine dared not to look but she flung herself upon the floor and rested her head there. She was sobbing as if her heart would break. Suddenly there was a gentle tap on her skin. "What can that be?" thought Justine, lifting her head. "Who are you?" asked Justine. "Why are you, poking me?" A sweet voice spoke to her: "Wake up, it's me. Julie." said the voice. "No, no," answered Justine, again beginning to sob, "I have had enough of you people! You are horrible creatures and you should stay away from me!" "I'm not like my friends. Come on, Pretty Justine! I am sure you will let me in." Julie said gently. So Justine got back up as Julie healed her wound which stung her, and immediately the pain was gone. Then she kissed Justine on the forehead, and her hurt was also cured. "Will you stay with me," asked Justine, "forever and ever?" "As long as you need me," said Julie with a smile, "I promise I'll never leave you. There may be times now and then when you will think that I have left you. But again, and again, and again, when perhaps you least dream of my being with you, you shall see the glimmer on you for I am your only hope, the only hope that was left in the box." In the present; Justine may have attributes of kindness towards Julie, who became her caretaker, but Justine somehow became a different person.

She was hardheaded, passionate and impulsive however she possesses great amounts of selflessness, perseverance, fortitude, and a vigorous determination. Justine has traits of a clever, intelligent and quick-witted young lady with a sharp tongue. She is shown to be ruthless, cynical however her inner feelings show she is depressed, traumatized, tortured, mentally unstable and constantly haunted by the memories of her past. Her skeptical nature is where she is abrasive and unapproachable but always delivered in deadpan. She speaks in brash and insulting manner, to those that irritate her or try to provoke her. As a Sigbin, like Heyoka, Justine is savage, bloodthirsty, and all-round uncontrollable. She even shows a more sadistic and vindictive side to her to want to kill the ones that enjoy tormenting the innocence, similar to her past. But has a softer side of care greatly for those that are innocent and does not killed the guiltless, kind, and good nature people. She doesn't want to be like her mother or stepfather, or any of the tormentors in her life. Later; Justine was carrying flowers of lilies, carnations, and poppies to visit the memorial sites of Lear, Eva, Eliza, Fiachra, Conner, Aiden, and Nuala. She placed them there, then he brushed the leaves away and starts to speak: "Hi guys. I came to see you, I'm sorry I was busy for awhile. I know, it's crazy." She paused.

She thought about the day where she failed to save them. Then, she felt like crying. "I...I should've listened, I just thought I was doing the right thing. I didn't.....I can't blame Abigail or her friends, it's my fault too. I wish I could go back and change it, save all of you. But I know I can't." said Justine. She bowed her head as she wrapped her arms around herself, shivered in the cold wind. "I miss you so much....Conner, I miss the way that you were neutral whenever we argued. Fiachra, your leadership really was the heart everything since they don't call you third in command for nothing. You were a true friend too.....Aiden, you and your big mouth--Heh.....But you had a big heart. You may not care but I do.....You were always aloof, talking like you knew everything." said Justine, chuckling a little but he softens up, ".....But you were like a guide, helping me. The same with Nuala, thank you for welcoming me into the squad for the first day. And...To all of you, I--I really appreciate it, Nuala." A tear rolled down her cheek, she wiped it away and covered her eyes with one hand but more tears were cascading down more and more. "I don't know, should I say I'm sorry? Should I?" She said sobbingly. Justine bent to the ground, sniffing and crying so nobody can hear it. Justine was haunted by memories of Eliza, Eva, Lear, Conner, Fiachra, Nuala, and Aiden as she wept bitterly until sh found a girl sketching and leaning her back on a tree.

Justine spies on her behind a tree, but her breath was soft and heavy which startled the girl. She turned around but Justine already ran. She ran and hid behind a tall tree however someone sneaking and startled her, "Ah-Ha!" Justine gasped, tripped backwards and fell. There was a laugh, saying: "Works every time!" The young man looked down at her, "Well. You're the stalker, are you besotted with the fair lady?" He joked. Justine shook her head, she duck down so no one can't tell if she's crying. That reminded her of what her best friend Lear. "I'm sorry, I was interested in her drawing...That's all!" sniffled Justine. "Down Shango, chill out!" The young lady scolded, she approached Justine with a smile. "Don't mind him, he's just being...." She stopped to notice Justine was crying as she looked concern, "Hey, are you OK?" The girl asked. Justine sniffed, wiping her tears and composing herself. "It's nothing--really!" She blubbered insistently. "Nice one, Shango!" A voice called out. Justine didn't hear the banter, she was focused on the four. They looked very familiar. Conner. Fiachra. Aiden. And Nuala. "It can't be, can it? They look like them!" Justine thought, tears clouding her vision. The four of them she met were strangers to her but they look like Conner, Fiachra, Aiden, and Nuala. The one who looked alike of Conner is name Saruta Aer, the one who looked like Fiachra is Namtose Terra, the third is Triath Ignis who looked like Aiden, and the one who looked like Nuala is Adelaide Aquam. Adelaide and the others escorted the emotionally disturbed Justine back to the cottage and she decided to help them out. While cleaning a sharp knife, she had cut her wrist by accident and begin screaming when she bleeds. "HELP ME!!!" She yelled hysterically, "I'M DYING!!!! I'M DYING!!!!" She was waving her bleeding wrist, Namtose heard her and called for help. No more than two seconds later, Justine was being treated for her wounds as Adelaide had some pretty good medical skills. During the process; Adelaide managed to heal the wounds but Justine was squealing from the stinging pain so Saruta had to hold her while Adelaide soothing comforts her and heals her wounds.

In the meantime; Eris, Heyoka, Kali, Lleu, Janus, Etain, Tyr, Ramses, Esther, Nancy, and Commander Ruiter were patrolling in Hy-Brasil. Slaying Sigbins, left and right--the whole battlefield was crazy! "There's too many of them, sir!" Eris called. "Keep pushing a little more, only three percent remain." Commander Ruiter instructed. "Roger that, we're almost there!" hollered Lleu. He turned to Eris and said, "Hang in there, Eris. We're almost there." Eris nodded, She can't give up now--fighting to survive, push and push. No matter what, never surrender. Run, fight, for the sake of survival here and now! Never stopping, panting out of breath but she did not ceased until the Sigbins are all slaughtered. Once it was over, victory came about for Morgenstern Order, the name of Commander Ruiter's military unit. Eris was out of breath as the others, she was tired as she almost passed out but Heyoka caught her along with Kali and Lleu, they escorted her back to the base of the Order. Commander Ruiter praised everyone for their hard work today but some noticed Eris was not present however the commander, Ramses, and Nancy knew where. In one of the cabins; Eris was asleep as Heyoka, Kali, and Lleu watched her. While Heyoka and Kali talk; Lleu looked around and gasped at the sight of a girl Heyoka's age. She has a white dress and dark brown hair. But the girl went away quickly, Heyoka and Kali heard their friend gasp. "What's wrong, Lleu?" Kali asked. Lleu looked at his friends who are concern for him. But Lleu laughed nervously, "Nothing, just thought I saw something. Must be my imagination getting the best of me." He assured them but he wonders what it might be. In the meantime at night; Tyr and Janus looked up at the dark sky with diamond like stars twinkling about up there. "Man, look at the stars. I wonder how many there are." said Janus. "Who knows." guessed Tyr with a shrug, "A million, maybe a billion." "Wow, that's amazing." replied Janus. Tyr seems different since he lost Varuna and he was doing hid best to do better, to be a better man that is. Janus was shocked over what he saw in Eris and wonders if she's going to do better.

But they were both tired as they decided to get some rest but they stop in their tracks to hear singing. It sounded like that song Eris played about three hundred and fifteen times, "Somebody shine a light, I'm frozen by the fear in me. Somebody make me feel alive, And shatter me! So cut me from the line. Dizzy, spinning endlessly. Somebody make me feel alive, And shatter me!" repeated over and over again. Tyr and Janus were dizzy by the singing as they decide to get some sleep in their cabins tonight. While everyone slept; The person that was singing, it was a girl with dark brown hair and wearing white. It was a strapless, flowing dress and wears no shoes on her feet. This girl was known as Pandora. She looks over at Heyoka who slept so peacefully. She walked over and wrapped her arms around him. Caressing his hair as she whispered, "So, the beast sleeps tonight. In the army, this mighty army....Is where these warriors have traits of swift, force, strength, and mysteriousness about themselves." The girl watched as Heyoka's chest rise slowly up and down as he slept. "He may sleep like a human but I know he has a burning red fury within that body of his." rasped the girl softly. Then, she leaves Heyoka for a moment to look over at Eris and said, "And you...Once I destroy you....Once you are out of the picture, Heyoka is mine! All mine, he won't be a pet of you anymore." The girl muttered quietly. But she hits the sides of her temples as she said in a soft groan, "Urrrgggh!" She calms down by telling herself in a soothing voice, "OK, OK. I'm fine, I'm all right."

Pandora left as she turned out to be Kresnik just like Heyoka but there's something more unstable in the head about her. A vengeful girl with desire of revenge. Hatred. All in her system. She wore a one shoulder dress made out mangled flesh and blood at elbow length while blood seeping among her bare feet. Her irises were red of an inflamed rage and her hair was white as snow as well as her skin complexion. She used her bloody, wraithlike disembodied hands to take out the other Sigbins without remorse. She is chased by Heyoka, Kali, Lleu, Tyr, and Ramses as they sprung a trap on her; kidnapping Pandora. Later, Pandora's wrists were bound over her head as Morgenstern kept watch over her. Ramses glared down at her, "Well hello Pandora. Anybody there? I know you can hear my voice. Tell us who you are and maybe we can spare you mercy--If you are willing to cooperate." He said. Pandora glared back at him but didn't reply. Ramses looked over at the girl, she was so innocent with blood splattered among her. Red and white contrast with one another, red for impurity and white for vestal, this girl was among rage and pure at the same time. She looked so angry and also hiding her emotions so much. Captain Ramses was misunderstood over the purpose about pawing the other soldiers' minds as well as fondling with their emotions. "Why the hell would she do that? What was the meaning into that?" wondered Siegfried. Pandora turned away from him but Ramses seized her jaw, squeezed her cheeks so hard and forced her to look at him. "Don't you dare look away from me, look at me right in the eyes and tell us who you are." demanded Ramses, "You think any of us don't know who are. By the time their done with you, I can't wait to see you burn like a witch tied to a stake. Now, I'm going to ask you this one more time--Who. Are. You?" Pandora was quiet and responded in a creepy yet ethereal voice so inhuman and so beautiful that it was chilling too. "I can't explain myself, Captain. You see, I'm not myself. But who cares for you anyway, you are nothing but a deck of cards."

Then she opened her mouth as it looked unhinged and let out a diabolic cry from her maw and Sigbins came as they free the creature lady while trying to ambush the Morgenstern Order, who overpower them. Pandora was gliding away but she stumbled upon Lleu and smiled with delight, "Hello Fair-haired mutton." She said with a purr. Lleu jumped but then he realized that Pandora looked familiar, "You're that girl who spied on me." He said. Pandora looked surprised as the others looked curious as they tried to trap her again but Pandora slipped passed them and escaped so fast that the rest of the squad lost sight of her. Suddenly, there was a lost soul that needed to be saved and the commander managed to find Adelaide and the others. "Can I help you sir?" Adelaide asked. Commander Ruiter smiled sadly as he said, "You may please. I am Commander Ruiter, a young lady name Leda Nettle is in a deep depression over the lost of her lover Conner and I need someone to help her. If any of you agree, you can save her." He looked around when Saruta and replied, "I'll do it." Commander Ruiter  smiled happily, "Thank you." He said. Saruta smiled nodding. Later, he head towards the house by the lake. He knocked on the door and waited. In a few seconds, a woman with blonde hair and blue eyes answered. She looked so pretty that Saruta lost focused. But he remembered what he was here for. "Hello? Are you Leda?" asked Saruta. The woman, Leda, looked at him suspiciously. "Who are you?" She asked. Saruta introduced himself, "I'm Saruta, Commander Ruiter sent me here to help you." He explained but Leda refused as she begin to resent him and did not want to talk to him. "I don't care where you came from, I didn't ask for a so-called doppelgänger." She said and that was that. But during his time to try to help Leda; Saruta can see her hurting heart and about her deceased lover, Conner. Curious; Saruta went to talk to Leda, "Who was Conner? What was he like?" He asked. Leda was hesitant for a moment and then she finally spoke, "He was my lover, we loved each other and one day...The day he was leaving; he told me that he didn't know when he was coming back. We argued about it, I was so mad that I said, 'I wouldn't wait for a liar I was in bed with.' Now I wish I could take it back."

While she spoke; tears spring out of her eyes; she was so upset while speaking of him that Saruta embraced her. "I'm sorry, it must've been hard on you to lose the love of your life." He said. Leda was stunt by his kindness as Saruta begin to pull away gently to look at the pretty woman. Leda smiled watery, "Thank you for comforting me, I appreciated that for a reason." She said. Saruta looked at her confused, "What?" He asked. Leda giggled, "Sorry but...You remind me of Conner." She said. Saruta was un-surprised as he laughed, "That's not the first time I heard that." He admitted. He and Leda laughed but Leda burst into tears however Saruta comfort her. While the two of them spent time together; Saruta was overcome with Leda's beauty. When he came beside her that night; Leda seem to question his interactions. "You're beautiful, Leda." muttered Saruta, leaning over at her. "Saruta..." Leda gasped, the two of them kissed softly. Leda pulled away, that liplock was familiar and wrapped her arms around his neck so tight with love. "Could you stay with me? And never leave me?" She asked softly. "I swear, I'll never leave you--Ever." whispered Saruta. He couldn't deny it, he was in love with Leda. The next morning, Leda was wrapped in sheets. But Saruta was clothed but he watched her sleep. He gently shook her shoulder as he said quietly, "Wake up, beautiful." "Hhhmmmgggg..." groaned Leda. She turned over but Saruta shook her tenderly again, "Rise and shine, angel." He said. Leda turned again and open her eyes as she stretched and yawned. "Good morning." Saruta said. Leda looked at him tiredly but she remembered something. "Oh!" She gasped, covering herself with the sheets. She is not wearing anything other than those and looked down from the bed as she saw her clothes are on the floor. Blushing like a petunia, "We didn't, did we?" Leda breathed. Saruta chuckled a little, "But we did. A little too fast right? I mean, 'us'? Last night? It was pretty crazy and too quick." He said. Leda sighed as she fell back on the pillow. "Yeah, crazy. It's been awhile since I felt so lively like that." She said, thoughtfully.

Saruta grinned at her with amatory, "Was I good?" He asked. Leda blushed a dark pink, "In a way, yes..." She said. Saruta and Leda both laugh but Leda looked at him with tearful eyes. "Conn, it is you." thought Leda. Justine appeared timidly as she walked on. Lleu's eyes widened in horror as he rasped, "It's you!" Kali glanced at him, "What?" She asked. "Excuse me, sir?" Justine said, acting all innocent. "You're the girl that was spying on me and my friends!" insisted Lleu, confronting her. Justine was scared but masked it to look reserved and jumped away from him a little, "I don't know you, sorry." She said innocently, "You got me confused with someone else." But it seemed Lleu was no fool as he continued to jab out a finger at her, "No, I know what you look like--Raven hair, sallow complexion. You're not completely human now are you?" He said. "Lieutenant?" The commander asked. "Get this madman away from me!" Justine begged. "What's wrong Lleu?" Kali asked. "Justine?" Sedna asked, confused by what's going on. Justine looked at her pleadingly, "Help me...!" She whimpered. "I. Know. You!" Lleu persisted. Justine glared at him, "You. Don't." She said and turned to walk away. Lleu looked viscious as the then called out, "What makes you so odd?" "Shut. Up." Justine muttered. "Lleu, take it easy!" Kali said. "What's gotten into you?" Heyoka demanded. "You're so creepy, always stalking us. And trying to fondle our emotions and memories, you're such a freak!" shouted Lleu. That made Justine angry as she revealed her Kresnik form as she cried, "WHO ARE YOU CALLING A FREAK?!" But seeing everyone's shocked faces; she was horrified over what she'd done. "It's Pandora, Bellerophon was right." thought the commander. Heyoka couldn't believe it, "A Kresnik, just like me..." He said. "You're Pandora. I knew it, I knew you were familiar to me." Lleu said. Adelaide couldn't believe it, "Justine..." She gasped. Justine didn't want to look at her reaction, "I'm sorry." She said, and then she ran! Heyoka, Kali, Lleu, Tyr, Janus, Etain, and Eris chased after her however Justine glanced at Heyoka, Kali, and Lleu before smiling at them.

The three friends haulted for a moment as they thought it looked so familiar to them. After running for so long; Justine was so exhausted that she passed out in the fields. She didn't know how long she had been out there but the next thing she knew she found herself in a room of a cottage. Just then, a figure pops out and exclaimed out: "YOU'RE ALIVE!!!" It was a girl with brown hair in pigtails however Justine looked at the girl who looked familiar to her. She looked like Justine's deceased friend Eva, the girl wrapped her arms around Justine and hugged her tightly. "I thought you were dead, I told Hjúki you weren't dead, did he listened? Nooo...." The girl ranted. Justine was dazed by this when someone came in and scolded at the girl, "Bilwis, let go of her! You're crushing the wind out of her!" Justine looked at the boy with shock, that boy somehow resembled her other deceased friend Lear for a moment. "Kids, stop with the arguing up there! What is going on?" asked a woman's voice. The girl, Bilwis, let go as she jumped from the bed and rushed downstairs, "Mom! Momma, she woke up! She's awake, she's alive...!" She shouted with joy. Hjúki sighed, shaking his head and turned to Justine to smile apologetically, he then held out her hand. Justine shyly took it and was escorted down the stairs carefully. If Justine tripped, Hjúki would catch her. As Justine made her way downstairs, she meets Hjúki and Bilwis's mother Rose McLeod. For some reason, Rose reminded her of Eliza. "Is something wrong, dear?" Rose asked. Justine made herself at home with the McLeods. However during that time, Justine feels a deja-vu moment like she's with Eva, Lear, and Eliza all over again. Persephone almost started crying but she stops and wants to savor the moment. With no tears. Meanwhile; Justine was upstairs with Hjúki and Bilwis when Rose heard a knock and answered it but found Saruta, Namtome, Triath, and Adelaide at the door.

"Can I help you?" Rose asked. "Do you know someone by the name 'Justine'?" Adelaide asked. Rose turned and called out, "Justine! You have guests!" Just then, Justine came to the upstairs to peer over the balcony, "Oh, that's--Hi." She said as she saw the four standing there. Adelaide smiled, "Justine, you're all right. We're so happy to see you're safe." She said. Justine was relieved to as she made her way slowly down the stairs to greet the others. "Sorry about before." Namtose said. "No, it's fine. Fine--Hey Rose? Can you give us a moment?" Justine asked, looking at her pleadingly. Rose nodded, "Sure, I'll make some tea and check on the kids." She said and she went away so Justine and the others can have some alone time. "You know, you can't be here." said Justine. "Because you're a Kresnik? We don't care." Namtose replied. Justine looked at him with surprise and looked at the others who agreed with him. "Yeah, I mean it was creepy but in a good way."  Triath remarked. "And your past was tragic, I mean your father--" added Saruta. "Stepfather." corrected Adelaide. Saruta looked annoyed, "Whatever, your stepfather and mother did to you--They made you into a Kresnik and then shunned you while tormenting you and killing the people you cared about. Then you killed them and your tormentors in a roaring rampage of revenge." He explained. Justine looked shocked at all four of them, "How did you--?" She started to say but Namtose answered: "Commander Minos Ruiter was told by an ally and he told us what we knew." Justine seemed relaxed and looked at them with a curious expression on her face. "Oh, you mean you're not scared? Of me?" She asked.

"No." said Saruta, Namtose and Adelaide. "Well, I'm pretty spooked." remarked Triath. Adelaide elbowed him in the ribs, "Ow...!" Triath said, wincing. "He means, 'amazed'." Adelaide said brightly while glaring at him. Justine smiled, "Thanks." She said. Suddenly, they could hear commotion from upstairs. "Mom! Mom! MOM!" Hjúki screamed. Bilwis called out, "Momma, help!" "Kids!!!" Rose cried. There was grunting noises as Rose shouted, "Justine!" Justine, Saruta, Namtose, Triath, and Adelaide were shocked to hear this. "A Sigbin?" Saruta asked. Namtose nodded, "Yes, let's go!" He said, and the four of them raced after to rescue the McLeods. Just then, there was a scream as Heyoka, Kali, and Lleu rushed over to where it was coming from. As they got there, they found four burnt bodies. Justine was crying out, "NOOOOOO!" she sank to the ground. Justine bowed her head and cried. The trio was saddened by this discovery, while Heyoka comforted her. "I'm sorry, Justine." He said. Justine managed to say, "I never told them thank you, Heyoka. I never did..." She didn't noticed something underneath until it was too late as the earth flipped her backwards by itself somehow. She landed on the ground with surprise as she heard sniggering and turned in amazement to see Saruta, Namtose, Triath, and Adelaide were alive. The four burnt bodies turned out to be Sigbins! Justine was shocked to see the McLeods were alive too. "I thought you were dead!" Justine claimed. "We're still kicking, Lady Justine." Triath said.

It turned out that Saruta, Namtose, Triath, and Adelaide have elemental powers: Saruta has the powers of intervention air, Namtose has the ability of Mother earth, Triath has the gift of feeling fire, and Adelaide has the power over intuition water. When Commander Ruiter saw this; He went to the four and asked them to join Morgenstern Order. And the four accept, much horror and wary of Justine. Justine was shocked by the McLeodss. They too have them elemental powers. Hjúki has the power to control shadows, Bilwis has the ability to control light, and Rose had the ability to control ice and crystalize water. Justine can see them all happy. She felt so emotional as she suddenly burst into tears as she rushed over to them as she embraced a surprised Saruta. "Hey, hey, what's with the crying? Easy now, no more. Cone on. It's OK." Saruta said in a comfort manner. For some reason; Justine found herself screaming bloody murder as she convulsed on the floor or against the wall as her Kresnik was starting to lose it as she babbles like a maniac to things like, "Chaos Reigns No More...!" Then she screamed again but she screeched while almost losing it: "CHAOS REIGNS NO MORE!!!" So now; Saruta, Namtose, Triath, and Adelaide are her garroters--the ones who will eliminate her if her sanity slips.  Justine is now being careful. Namtose is like a mentor to Justine, Triath is quite the aloof and arrogant type but he is almost kind to her--He was both jerkoff and nice guy. Adelaide was a mentor type to her as well. Like an older sister type. Though she is pretty humorous while bantering about with Triath, they were so much like an old married couple. And Saruta was like a father figure to Justine, he cares deeply for her.

Rose was like a mother figure to Justine as her kids, Hjúki and Bilwis, were like brother-sister type figures to her. Although she is being careful of her sanity; Justine vowed that she was going to protect them no matter what. Justine is twirling in her bedchambers as she begin to sing: "If I break the glass, then I'll have to fly, There's nobody to catch me if I take a dive. I'm scared of changing, the days stay the same, The world is spinning but only in gray. If I break the glass, then I'll have to fly, There's nobody to catch me if I take a dive. I'm scared of changing, the days stay the same, The world is spinning but only in gray." She stopped when she walked over and glance out to see Leda sitting alone on the porch bench, she pities her; waiting like this. So she decided to join her by sitting next to her. "Ahhh..." sighed Leda, wiping away a few tears, "Feels like deja-vu for me. I haven't done something like this since Conner." Justine nodded, "You must really love him." She said, it sounded halfly like a question. "Yes, Saruta reminds me so much of him....Ugh, I try not to fall, I try...." Leda said softly but she wept again. "It's like my darling Conner has been reborn again." She admitted, "But with a different name." "Does he know?" Justine asked. "Um, yes. He didn't mind but he laughed and said, 'It's not the first time anyone said that.' I laughed with him too...And cried....He embraced me...." Leda said. She was silent for a moment, "Did you know? On the day that they told me Conner was dead but before that....I kept waiting for him, for the day he'd come back for me." said Leda. "I didn't know that." Justine replied. "Yes, he told me before he left that one day he and I would wed soon....But it never did."

Leda said, she sniffled and her eyes were red. "Ugh, I'm telling you something so melancholy. I must've looked like a fool." Leda moaned. "Don't say that, I'm glad. You never told anyone about this, haven't you?" asked Justine. "No, not since his death. I kept all the feelings in...." Leda admitted. She rather not talk about however they both were happy to see Saruta return. That night, Saruta had Justine in his lap where she rested there like a daughter does to a father. Leda watched them with comfort but noticed what time it is. "It's getting late. Justine, you should get some sleep dear." Leda said. Saruta glanced at Justine, "Hey Justine, you heard Leda right?" He asked. Justine nodded, "Yes, I wish I could stay. Here." She admitted. Saruta helped her up, "Come on, you need some rest." He chided gently. Justine nodded. "OK, Good night." She said, kissing his cheek before going off to bed. "'Night." Saruta said. He watched her go as Justine says goodnight to Leda, who replies it back to her. Once Justine was gone; Saruta gestured Leda, "Come." He said. Leda giggles, snuggling him next to him. "You sure are being romantic." She noted. "Well, you looked pretty sad." Saruta remarked. Leda's sad smile faded, "Yeah, I mean, I know this isn't a good time to say but if you leave...I'll wait for you until you return--Just like....Just like I did with--Him....." She begin to blubber and weep. Saruta looked at her with sympathy, "Leda..." He breathed. Leda try to leave as she continued to cry, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't cry--Like this!" She spluttered. Saruta pulled her gently back and kissed her, he pulled away as he breathed against her skin, "Shh, Leda. I got you, it's all right my love."

His lips brushed against her nape which made Leda tingly. It was moderately yet lightly to her as she could hear him breathing out the words, "Poor soul...poor thing...." Unknown to them; Justine was leaning against the wall as she can hear them with concern, she couldn't help but feel a little bit desirous because of Leda. She felt her heart beating. It wasn't so strong, but it felt like something was smooth and small but it felt comfort with a hint of lovesick tone. While taking a walk the next day; Justine was wiping her eyes and sniffling. "Dammit, Poor Leda, Poor thing..." She thought. She stumbles across a field of tall grass strands and flowers. There was a tree nearby in the meadows and Justine went underneath it. The tall grass made her want to hide in there just in case. As she sat under the tree to rest; Justine begin to hear rustling coming from the fields and sat up alert. And then, a Sigbin came out from the meadows and tried to attack but Justine went into her Kresnik form as she fought back. The Sigbin ran away while Kresnik Justine chased after it, she lost sight of it during the pursuit and heard a scream. Kresnik Justine to see Leda struggled against the Sigbin so Justine lunged at the monster and tackled it as Leda watched with wide eyed horror. Kresnik Justine bite into the creature's neck and ripped a bit of flesh from its throat. The Sigbin's nape oozed of red plasma from it. Then with one last drop; it died and Justine scampered away. Leda was dazed as she wondered what just happened. Saruta came to her, "Are you OK? I heard you scream." He said. "I'm fine." replied Leda, "I was attacked by a Sigbin when a female Sigbin creature came and saved me." Saruta looked at her with shock, "Wha--Did you say 'Female Sigbin'?" He asked.

Down beneath an oak tree; Justine was hugging her knees, which were crouched in a ball. She rocked a little as her face hidden in her arms. "Hey, are you OK?" Someone called out, Justine looked up startled. "Who's there?" She called out. Leda appeared, smiling at her. "It's me, Leda. Remember?" She asked. Justine squinted in the darkness, "Leda?" She said. Leda grinned with joy, "Yes, thank you for saving me back there. I was sent here by the Morgenstern Order to find out where you have gone." She explained. Justine begin to cry again, "Oh, Leda. I feel so bad for you that all the suffering you were put through." She spluttered. "Really? Can you tell me?" Leda asked gently. "He--Conner--was the love of your life and when you met Saruta, you thought he was a replacement goldfish for Conner and you missed him so much." stuttered Justine through her tears. "Oh, sweet thing. You shouldn't be sad for me. I miss him but memories trigger and I can't help but cry. In the end, I'm OK. He was the love of my life and it killed me he was gone." Leda said. Justine looked at her, "You think Saruta reminds you of...'him'?" "Yes." Leda said. Justine sniffed, "I see, I'm very happy. I think Saruta reminds me of someone I once knew" She said. Leda smiled, "I think it's something we both have in common." She remarked. The two girls came out of the hole from underneath the tree. "Justine?" Someone called out to her, Justine turn around and gasped, "Saruta...!" Saruta rushed over and embraced her, "You're alive!" He sighed with relief. He could smell the scent of sweetness that was coming off her skin. "My God, it's you." breathed Saruta. Justine wept, "Saruta...." She said. "It's OK, you're safe now." soothed Saruta.

That night; Justine was lying in bed. She suddenly heard someone knock on her door. "Lady Justine!" Triath called, "You OK fella?" Justine didn't turn around but she nodded. Adelaide noticed something was wrong, she walked over and sat beside her. "Justine, you still awake?" Adelaide asked softly. Justine nodded, "Yes." She said. "Hey, um, listen...This may not be a good time  but now we're part of the Morgenstern Order." She said. Justine turned to her and smiled sadly. "Congrats, that's great." But she didn't feel so happy for them. "You want to eat dinner?" Adelaide asked gently. "You mean your last meal before you leave me?" Justine inquired miserably. Saruta, Namtose, Triath, and Adelaide looked shocked at her. "No, we couldn't possibly...Do that." Namtose said. Justine turned away from them, "You don't need me anymore, no more.....You don't." She said. The four of them left, hurt by what she said. After they left; Justine slumped on the floor and begin to cry, while the other four are hurt by her anguish. The next day; it was time to bid Saruta, Namtose, Triath, and Adelaide farewell until they can come back next month. During this time; they were looking out for Justine--They didn't want to leave her without saying goodbye. In the meantime, Justine was finishing the touches to the quilt she made for her four friends--It was of the four elements: Air, earth, fire, and water. She wonders if she can make it there in time before they leave so she can give this to them. However she sensed that a vehicle was leaving and she rushed after it. However she learns she was too late: "Good luck!" Lleu hollered. "Farewell!" replied Kali. "Take care! Bye!" said Heyoka.

Just then, Justine was running past them as she cried out, "Saruta! Namtose! Triath! Adelaide! Don't go, wait!" Heyoka looked at her with surprise, "Justine?" He gasped. Justine broke down as she called out, "I'm sorry! I am an awful person to all of you, but it's because I was hiding my deepest depression  for that Rose, Hjúki, Bilwis, and all of you remind me of people from my past! The ones that I lost dear! The McLeods remind me of Eliza and her children who were my best friends, Lear and Eva. But you four--You remind me of those that became my friends....Conner, Fiachra, Aiden, and Nuala. Those four out of the seven were so nice to me since I was in my coming of age days! I was rejected and alone back then, I was so distant and reserved, cold hearted...Because I didn't want to lose you again. Please! Don't go away...." She was too late, she couldn't get there fast enough. Tearful at this; Justine let the quilt she made float away in the breeze and walked away sadly. She sniffed as she wiped a few tears away, she breathed heavily as she would cry there for good. Just then, she looked down to see the quilt she made was there! She looked surprised at this. Justine heard laughter behind her as her tears became glee, she turned around and was embraced by a familiar foursome members! "Saruta! Namtose! Triath! Adelaide!" Justine said, she was crying so much that she could hardly talk. "Did you really think we would leave without saying goodbye?" Triath asked. Justine shrugged, it was hard to talk when she was crying so much. "We'll be back, one month." Adelaide promised. Justine nodded, she embraced the four of them. She was still crying, but they were tears of happiness.

At sunset; Hjúki, Bilwis, and Rose are playing the tall grass and flowers meadow as Julie and Leda watched this with smiles but they looked over at the sleeping Justine who was holding a picture frame of her, Saruta, Namtose, Triath, Adelaide, and Heyoka were in the frame. One fine day, they'll be back. Safe and sound. At the break of dawn, Justine is dancing in the fields as she sings, "If I break the glass, then I'll have to fly, There's nobody to catch me if I take a dive. I'm scared of changing, the days stay the same, The world is spinning but only in gray. If I break the glass, then I'll have to fly, There's nobody to catch me if I take a dive. I'm scared of changing, the days stay the same, The world is spinning but only in gray.....Somebody shine a light, I'm frozen by the fear in me. Somebody make me feel alive, And shatter me! So cut me from the line. Dizzy, spinning endlessly. Somebody make me feel alive, And shatter me!" Tyr and Janus turn around from their work with caring the storage. They turn to see Justine dancing at dawn as they know who she is. "Shatter me!" Justine sang, she twirled as she saw the sun coming up and the light from the blazing orb shined down on her. Tyr smiled at this, grinning to see that this girl is free from her pain and hears her sing: "Somebody make me feel alive, And shatter me!"

Once she had finished singing; Justine looked over at the morning sun coming up and can see a new day has come upon her....

Uranometria: Deep Horror--Chapter 3

This is the third chapter of Deep Horror; Damon and Heidi have returned from the last one. Hope you guys like it! It's shocking and sad a little, this novel arc is really dark and depressing. I didn't know I had it in me. Anyway, this is short, but sadly I have no more ideas at the moment. Don't fret, I got another one of Uranometria coming soon. Thanks for your views and support! --KatDon

Chapter 3: Rise in Madness

The rise in madness has started, allies all have departed.....

There was a diary with an empty page and someone took out a pen and wrote two entries that each talk about something that sounded sick and weird: "Her lips taste like fruit punch, she says. She puts lip balm flavored on them, I can tell. I understate my love for her, I don't reveal my true feelings for Carmen and my desire to get in bed with her. I have a reputation for hitting off with women but I have changed. I am quite fond of spontaneous romance, I want passions with my Carmen and so infatuated for Little Carmen. All I wanted was a romantic night with her my way. Heidi, my Carmen. She has no shame in her game. She lies about her promiscuity for she lives in a luxurious lifestyle, a smooth talker to the boys--Including me. People who don't know Little Heidi are fooled by her demeanor as everyone falls in love with her looks. Yet nobody knows what she's like, I can't understand how persuasive she is. Carmen can talk her way out of any situation, how? Because she's beautiful! Watching women like her eat ice cream is sensuous...Carmen...." The second one said, "Heidi is a party girl at heart, she gets dressed up and hopes to find a crowd. Always depending on the kindness of strangers, everything you want is impossible. She's playing around and breaking my black heart. Looks being drained due to stress. She doesn't care for the abuse she gets for loving me. She seeks only happiness and doesn't see the problem. Even if it's an older man--Me." Then he puts down the pen and sings, "My love, I know you love me too. You need me, you need me in your life. You can't live without me, and I'd died without you--I'd kill for you."

Long ago....A man photographs outside of a church when he is about to snap another picture when he can see a young girl in the lenses. He looks up to see this little, beautiful girl who is wearing a short sleeved white and blue dress with Mary Jane blacks. She has white blonde hair that stands out from the average Sunday clothes she wore. "Beautiful." muttered the man. The girl glance at the man and smiles brightly. The man photographing the church is Helleg, he has been closed to the family ever since but mostly desires the ashen blonde girl who is Young Heidi. Young Heidi spends time with him where she is fascinated with stories about Carmen. The 'fruitful' Carmen, however it is a metaphor story about Heidi and how he feels about her. Heidi had no clue as she likes to tease him about the pretty women walking about in the park or anywhere they went. But Helleg pretended to be interested however he couldn't stop staring at little Heidi who was about 7 years old and two years from being 9. The way she skipped in the fields of daises with bare feet. Wearing vestal white. Having daisies all a scattered and she writes and sings to herself while Helleg watches her and listens, feeling aroused by her young beauty. When she turned 9 and her friendship with Helleg started to grow but grow more for Helleg as his obsession for her made him blush; Heidi's family, including Heidi's sister Clara, became suspicious of Helleg's intentions towards Heidi. When Heidi was 12; there was a tragedy came upon her family. Clara and her parents died in the fire, Heidi was traumatized with burnt marks on her skin. She survived as she fears Helleg, who started the fire upon her beloved family.

Heidi's suspicions were right. She found Helleg's diary and was horrified to read the entries in there: "Her lips taste like fruit punch, she says. Watching women like her eat ice cream is sensuous...Carmen...." Heidi was horrified and read the next entry: "Heidi is a party girl at heart, she gets dressed up and hopes to find a crowd. Always depending on the kindness of strangers, everything you want is impossible. She's playing around and breaking my black heart. Looks being drained due to stress. She doesn't care for the abuse she gets for loving me. She seeks only happiness and doesn't see the problem. Even if it's an older man--Me." She didn't not know to trust to tell someone about him.

Heidi ran away as she sang in the street of Sunde Stadt which caught the attention of a ravenous producer that offered Heidi a record deal. In her life as a singer-songwriter; Heidi had a a sense of eccentric but interesting style and won't be a product or be boxed in by what people want her to be. With Alice in Wonderland inspired outfits, dreamy lyrics about angels and fantasy; Heidi became 'the next big thing'. In interviews, music videos, and concerts; Heidi disguised her white blonde locks with wash out hair dyes. But little did she know that Helleg was watching her and plans to make her his. Years later in the present....Heidi was suspended by her wrists, her mouth had a gag in her mouth and she muffled in fear. Her eyes widened while a creepy monotone voice was almost sing-song, "My love, I know you love me too. You need me, you need me in your life. You can't live without me, and I'd died without you--I'd kill for you." In the meantime; Damon was looking for Heidi when all of a sudden, he found a note that reads: "I have Heidi, kill all of the Tiefsee Psaria and bring me their carcasses in exchange for the girl. I would never deflower my Carmen but try anything, there will be pain inflicted and you might receive something in the mail of her. So, DON'T TRY ANYTHING!!!!!" While looking about on a mission in some strange activity in the museum; Cassandra tripped over blue gel that she didn't see but after she slipped and fell. Cassandra heard a high pitch giggle that turned menacingly and saw a Tiefsee Psaria, coming at her, she couldn't move her legs. Her eyes bulged in her terror and begin to realize her fate was sealed. That's when, a voice shouted, "Move!" She snapped out of her despair and dodged the monster.

Once she moved out of the way; Cassandra was shocked by the familiar voice. "No, it can't be--can it?" thought Cassandra. Cassandra turn around as she can see Antrocles, Hijiro, Yvain, and Maud. "You?!" She gasped. "'Sup!" greeted Antrocles, "Need some help purging the beasts?" That reminded her of expelling the possessing demons she purged out of him. Cass smirks, "Yeah! Three minds against monsters." She said. "Perfect." said Yvain. They fought the Tiefsee Psaria, but they learn their supernatural powers won't kill most for they have bony bodies. There was no stopping the monsters and there wasn't anything to do except run. But Cassandra, Antrocles, Hijiro, Yvain, and Maud were suddenly rescued from a figure who had swooped down and save them before the fish creatures could take them. Cassandra was about to thank the guy but she was shocked to see who it was, even the rescuer looked very surprised to see her too. "You--Damon!" Cassandra cried. "It's you!" Damon gasped, he smiled and said, "How are you doing?" "I can't believe working for him!" Cassandra said, turning to glare at them. Hijiro defended Damon, "He saved us!" He exclaimed. "He turn one of my friends into a doll!" exclaimed Cassandra. Antrocles, Hijiro, Yvain, and Maud looked at Damon in disbelief. "What now?!" Damon demanded, losing respect towards their so-called rescuer. Hijiro and Maud gritted their teeth. "Miserable lying..." Yvain said with malice. Damon looked so guilty, "I apologized , my lust got the best of me....Is she OK?" He asked. "She's fine, what do you you want?" demanded Cassandra. "My ally, Heidi, she is kidnapped. I need your help." Damon explained. Once Cassandra and her new allies learn what had happened; they agree to help him.

But they were surprised to find out that the only way to take down the bony kinds was to use sharp cleavers that cut them clean. They were also told of the different kinds: Apate was the first bony fish like creature that had a toothy mouth. It's two fangs were like vipers as one of the fangs are curved near its eye and has a hinged skull. Geras is the second fish monster who had poisonous spikes as he can regenerate so easily. The third was Moros who was another bony creature with a large mouth, shiny teeth, and looked like a combination of a snakehead fish, barracuda, and a marine iguana. Keres is the fourth with a fleshy bony body and a hairy fiber on its skill that glows to lure its prey, it also has a large leg span. It was a body horror combination of an angler fish and a Japanese spider crab. Letum is the predator that is known for powerful, pointy jaws. It was a mixture of piranha, an eel, and a black sea devil. The sixth is Tenebrae who had an extended yet flattened snout and a highly protrusible mouth. Nail-like teeth in its maw. Oizys was a shark like being with a greatly enormous mouth, organic fillters on the inside of her mouth that had arterial and ventricular pipes pulsing out. Oizys is known to consume blood. There is also another blood sucker, Senectus who has a jelly like substance appearance to it and levitates in the air. Using the cleavers given by Damon; they sliced at the monsters and killed them while still retaining the corpses they collected for Heidi's kidnapper. They brought them back and Damon placed them in zip up bags just as people use them for body bags when a person dies. Damon managed to get the address on where to meet Heidi's kidnapper.

Damon walked in with fishes corpses as he entered a manor. He is greeted by Helleg, he wore a top hat and a suit which looked colorful and wild. He wore gloves and nice shoes as well as a neck tie. "Ah, you came! I knew you came, and your brought the fishes. How delightfu--Huurkkk!" He said, but was seized by the throat. "Where is she?!" demanded Damon. Helleg choked as he managed to gasp out, "Who?" "Heidi, your Carmen." Damon remarked. Helleg smiled in a depraved manner, "Ah, her." He said. Then, he said, "I'll tell you where but one thing--HAVE SOME POWDER!!!" As he hit Damon with a powdered puff but this powder was strong and knocked him out. When Damon woke up, he saw paintings in a crude inspired way. There was Helleg slitting a man's throat and flayed off all his skin and he strung the chair. Then, a second man who was tied naked to a column, and flayed alive. The man's quartered body was then distributed as a war trophy among the army, and his skin was stuffed with straw and sewn, reinvested with his military insignia, and exhibited riding an ox in a mocking procession along the streets. There was a crude vision of Helleg with an army of skeletons wreaking havoc across a blackened, desolate landscape. Fires burn in the distance, and the sea is littered with shipwrecks. A few leafless trees stud hills otherwise bare of vegetation; fish lie rotting on the shores of a corpse-choked pond. In the foreground, skeletons haul a wagon full of skulls; in the upper left corner, others ring the bell that signifies the death knell of the world. A fool plays the lute while a skeleton behind him plays along; a starving dog nibbles at the face of a child; a cross sits in the center of the painting. People are herded into a trap decorated with crosses, while a skeleton on horseback kills people with a scythe. A third vision where Helleg feasting upon a child. The child's head and part of the left arm has already been consumed. The right arm has probably been eaten too. Helleg is on the point of taking another bite from the left arm; as he looms from the darkness, his mouth gapes and his eyes bulge whitely.

Damon could hear haunted singing: "O my Carmen...My Carmen. My little Carmen, how I remember those sultry nights, the stars, the cars, and the bar..." Damon running as he searched but he is sidetracked by the horrifying paintings that were almost copies of infamous, nightmarish artwork. There a vision where Helleg seems to whisper in Heidi's ear. His right arm reaches under hers so that he can grasp her head. Her right hand touches his and looks horrified. "Ah, Heidi....You are the light of my life. The fire in my loins--My sin and soul. Love at first sigh, last sight, ever sight." He said in a creepy monotone. "STAY AWAY FROM ME!!!!" Heidi cried. Damon gasped at the screaming, "Heidi!" The vision didn't come to life but Damon can hear the echoing voices. "Please my Carmen, I need you to imagine us--" Helleg begged but Heidi cried out, "Stop. Calling Me. Carmen! I'M NOT YOUR FRIGGIN' CARMEN!!!!" However she was grunting and screaming which turn out to be tearful. Helleg comforts her, "Don't cry, I'm sorry to deceive you but that's how life is." He said. Damon looked around but he jumped at the sight of a visionary picture of a man sitting there with his eyes boring into an oblivion, like looking into someone's soul. He backs away and found a portrait version of the scream but it was of Heidi with an agonized expression against a landscape with a tumultuous orange sky. Damon then heard voices and got ready, he found the white door as he barged it open. Helleg had an arm around Heidi's nape tightly and in his other hand was a steak knife, "Don't come and closer--Or she dies, she knows that she belongs to me." Helleg threatened. "Damon, help me!" Heidi begged tearfully. Just then, bottle corks popped and objects lifting 15 feet in the air. Helleg was horrified by this, "What the--What is this sorcery?" He demanded, "What's going on? Are you doing this?" Damon was standing there calmly but a smirk appeared on his face, "Maybe I am." More objects were still levitated in the air but then the ceilings were crumbling and  things were falling apart. "I don't believe it!" gasped Helleg.

"Damon!" Heidi cried, reaching towards him. "Heidi!" Damon called, he successfully caught her and pulled her close to him. "C'mon, we gotta get away!" He said. Just before they left; Helleg emerged from the rubble as he cried out, "No, please! Don't leave me here, Carmen!" Heidi glared at him, "I told you, I'm not Carmen--It's Heidi....You killed my family in Kvenland." She claimed and turned away. Helleg tried reaching as he screamed hysterically, "CAR--MEN!!!" Heidi turned and screamed as loud as she could, "I'M NOT YOUR FRIGGIN' CARMEN, YOU BASTARD!!!!" Then with all of her might; Heidi kicked Helleg in the head, his neck snapped and he fell lifeless in the rubble however Damon pulled her as they got to safer ground. Once they got away; Damon looked at how much damage the manor is but looked over at Heidi who was quiet for a moment. "Are you OK?" Damon asked. Heidi nodded, "I will be." She admitted. Damon walked over to her and put an arm around her to say, "It's over." Heidi smiled at him, "Yes." She said. They walked away as Heidi fantasized that Helleg was burning in a twisted version of Alice in Wonderland and grinning in a creepy manner. Heidi had an unsettled look on her face while she put that out of her head. She was happy that it was over. No more stalkers as she was going to be careful with that. Later on, Damon is greeted by Cassandra and smiled saying: "Thank you." Cassandra smiled in a clever manner as she said, "You still owe me for that incident with Ophelia." Damon sighed, he knew she was right. "Fine, I will. It's a fair deal." He admitted. On the news, there is talks about Zaire. Zaire virus disease is a hemorrhagic fever, is a severe, often fatal illness in humans. The virus is transmitted to people from wild animals and spreads in the human population through human-to-human transmission. The average  case fatality rate is around 50%. Case fatality rates have varied from 25% to 90% in past outbreaks. The first outbreaks occurred in remote villages, near tropical rain forests, but the most recent outbreak in west has involved major urban as well as rural areas.

Luckily it was far on land and Silver Branch was nowhere near it. In the meantime, there are a bunch of people who claimed to help the poor. Later, it's reported that they use the money and gets a gift of a watch that cost a million dollars or a thousand. This disgusts Ophelia's mother as she and her daughter talk about ways to do something and so they work together as they write something and made changes before Ophelia could go as herself on camera and her voiceover says as she is shown smiling: "Hello, my name is Ophelia and I have something I want to say...." It shows images of her pointing at the camera and how she has different cards. "I challenge you...Celebrities and Athletes--We are challenging everybody. To give a piece of something you have that you get at events, something you don't need and take the money and give it to a cause. There are so many people who are suffering, and are trying hard but can't get jobs. The people who are trying to take care of their families. There are causes, so many that are deadly or different syndromes. Some people have more cars while others have none, some people have more than one house, and others have none. Some have more food and others have less. Let's try to even things out the best we can." Then she said, with no voice-over, "Every night I prayed on where I am lucky for the house I live in, the food I have, and in the bed I sleep in. But I can't help but feel bad for those who dig out of trash or steal for food, or sleep in an alley or in the rain--it's not right and they deserve better."

Earlier before....While kidnapped; Ophelia was asleep while Damon research on her and discovers her memories on the touch screen Moneta. Ophelia was the first subjected to Febris combined with her highly functioned self when she was a child. She could not control it as she was only a little girl as she caused havoc to others. She caused a great deal of violence: Stabbing teachers with pencils, throwing chairs around, etc. If she got in trouble; her punishment was either a spank from her father or her father takes her things away. Ophelia tried her best to be good but when something doesn't go her way, she gets very violent. It had continued from her childhood to her late teens--earlier young adult years. Ophelia was soughed out by people who helped her and her mother finally understood what was going on as she became more understanding. Learning what he already knows; Damon decided to use her for an experiment. Ophelia, who woke up hearing this, was frightened and she runs away with fear. Heidi catches her to bring her back. While looking for the girl; Heidi didn't know Ophelia was hiding in the columns from above. But Heidi she was here somehow. Heidi called, "I know you're here--Come on out!" "I'm not going back to where I used to be! I was like that before, I've improved so much!" Ophelia cried. "He just needs you for something!" Heidi said. "NO, I know what he's going to do and I don't like it!!!" Ophelia shouted. She had to get away, but she also need a way to distract Heidi. Ophelia may be fast but these guys were faster than her. Ophelia can see there was a chandelier hanging from above. So she shot at it with a gun and Heidi was distracted as Ophelia managed to call Cassandra to come and save her. But never got the chance to explain more for she was kidnapped again.

Cassandra knew she was in trouble and decided to head over to Ophelia's location to save her. But she was confronted by Damon, who was dressed in a green coat, a scarf, a white t-shirt, black pants, and a chain. Heidi is wearing a red leotard with the middle mostly cut out, red-orange spoilers with flowers on the side and high red gloves. They welcomed Cassandra as they introduced to the newest creation of Ophelia. When a figure appeared; Cassandra was shocked to see that it was hardly Ophelia. The girl had reddish pink hair, wore a short Sweet Lolita dress that exposed her shoulders and she had a stitch heart on the apples of her cheeks. And an ax in her hands. Damon commanded his 'doll' to slash at Cassandra, but the girl shrieked and slash at a Wendigo that was prowling in. Doll Ophelia escaped as she attacked more Wendigos coming. Cassandra glared at Damon, "You insensitivity prick, you flirt...How could you?!" She exclaimed but Damon felt guilt in his heart for what he had done. Cassandra called Roland on his cellphone to tell him that 'his girl' was in trouble. As soon as Roland heard this; He, Ace, Janus, and Astrild ran to see the crazed Wendigo-killing Ophelia was slashing at the monsters while chanting: "Lizzie Borden took and ax, And gave her mother forty wacks. And when she saw what she had done, She gave her father forty-one!" She laughed and laughed but when she stopped to see Roland; her heart softens as she backs away towards a cliff and the cliff underneath her rumbled and collapse as she fell. Roland tried to catch her but it was too late. Lucky for Ophelia; she landed in the lake. She was alive but opened her eyes in the water and stretched out her hands towards the sky. She was recovering in the hospital. Cassandra was so angry with Damon and vowed to take him out one day.

In the present; There was a funeral for the fallen: The murdered members of Silver Branch are honored. Arturus, Findabair, Llwch, Hector, Emrys, Nudd, Marcus, Maponos, Drustan, and Bernard were found dead as well as three other bodies--Kephas, Demetri, and Alexis. As it turned out; the three of them had betrayed Melisande. They had given the experimental chemicals to Damon and Heidi to experiment on Ophelia. When Melisande found out, she was so upset that she broke down and murdered them with her psychic powers and Tristan found her shrieking and her hands covered with blood. Tristan managed to coax her down as Melisande blubbered, "I TRUSTED THEM!!!! I TRUSTED THEM!!!!" over and over again. This also took a toll on the other members. Brynhilde, Naveen, Sparrow, Damocles, Hansel, Barka, Stavr, Orvor, Pyramus, Thisbe, Knutine, Patroklos, his friends and brother, Tobit, Sarah, Vanahgn, his pals, Elric, his comrades, Ligeia, Tannhauser, their allies, Melusine and her squad departed from Silver Branch to go back to the worlds they came from but give Cassandra and the others a heart a gratitude and will see them soon one day. Cassandra is sad but she understands as she and the other agents said goodbye. Luckily, Brother 10 and Jack stayed as well as the others. Even the Abendstern Squad and Cassandra's friends decided to stay for they are now like family. It was the best thing in the world. Ophelia was visited by her friends and allies as they wish for her to get better very soon. Melisande was recovering too but it was going to take awhile for she suffers nightmares and hallucinations from the betrayal that she felt from such close friends like Kephas, Demetri, and Alexis. She was going to try and be more careful of who she trusts next time. And she felt bad for losing control but she is comforted by Tristan. She fell into a depression and she wasn't sure if she would resurface or not.

In the meantime; Heidi heard someone say, "Why does she stay with him? He's a creep anyway." She thought about it and she came across this to herself: Heidi caters to his desires. It's if Damon wants it to be nighttime everyday, so she paints the sky black in order to make him happy. She sacrifices what she loves, for what Damon loves. She is doing everything he wants, in order for him to feel content. Damon feels that the darkness matches his mood, his soul, his outlook. Heidi does not know what to do to change his mind. She admits she can do nothing in order to change his view. Damon has no idea how beautiful the world is around him, he has a dark perspective on life and she doesn’t know how she could change his mind. Heidi cannot help him, even though she finds him beautiful. She feels helpless. The sun and the ocean, the simple beauties of the world are so vibrantly stunning to her, however, he doesn’t view these simple things as beautiful. He is numb to the beauty around him. Heidi has adapted to his dark lifestyle and changed everything about her life in order to appease him. She is so in love and infatuated within him, that the things she used to love are lost within the relationship they share. Even though Damon keeps everything dark and sad, she keeps her lips a beautiful, bright red full of life, color and happiness. How can Heidi convince him that the world is beautiful, and not a dark place? although he is an intensely dark person, she also finds him to be a beautiful person. Sometimes the darkest souls are the sweetest and most loving, they just cannot find love for themselves. She sees the beauty in Damon's darkness. He sees the world as a dark place, he has no faith in it anymore. But she thinks he’s beautiful no matter what because she sees the good in all his bad.

There were four promiscuous women. They were known as Mahalath, Agrath, Eisheth, and Ishara. They took an interest at Bellerophon but it was more of a depraved interest than a mere flirtatious greeting. The women tried to exposed themselves, Bellerophon was mortified and Eulalie glared at them for being floozy. Then, the women got wild and tried to bite Bellerophon's neck to give him a love bite, however she looked vampiric when she attempt to do this. Eulalie pushed her away and she fell to the ground before getting Bellerophon away from these women. One afternoon; Bellerophon came across one of the women, name Eisheth, as she tried to get him to come to bed with her. "Come and have some fun with me." purred Eisheth. Bellerophon was uncomfortable with that. "I can't, I don't--I'm sorry." He said nervously, Eisheth placed her hands around him and begged, "Please, come to bed with me--Don't let me sleep alone." Bellerophon was overcome with such terror, "No, stop it!" He cried as he pushed her away. Eisheth looked at him with shock, Bellerophon felt guilty and he said: "I apologized but I can't..." He then went away. Heartbroken by this; Eisheth went into a rage and she begin to cry while calling out, "Sisters! Sisters!" The others see her distress and comfort her, "What's wrong, Eisheth?" "That boy! He was trying to get me in bed with me, I refused and he pulled me and he--He hurt me!" spluttered Eisheth, continuing to cry. Ishara had a look of indifference in her eyes. "Come sisters, it's time he is taught a lesson." said Ishara. In the meantime at night; Bellerophon was collecting some sort of storage and was returning back when he heard footsteps and giggling of women. Bellerophon turned around to hear or see nothing. "Hello, anyone there?" Bellerophon called. He peered into the blackness, to his horror he saw glowing red eyes and started to run. "Stay back! Stay away!" He cried but he tripped and fell but felt hands on him. He turned around and screamed with terror.

A moment later at dawn; Eulalie noticed Bellerophon did not come back home and decided to find him. "Bellerophon, hey Bell! Bellerophon! Where are you?" She called. She searched for him but couldn't find out where he was until she found an alley and someone crouch in the corner, "Bell, Bell, is that you?" called Eulalie. The figure turned and it was Bellerophon. He was covered in scars and bruises. His left eye was black, he was bleeding from his head and also his shoulders and from the legs. He was fidgetting as he hugged his knees. Eulalie was horrified, "Oh--! Oh no, Bellerophon, what happened?" She asked. Bellerophon begin to cry as his hands were in between his legs as he cringed and cried out, "It hurts, it hurts...." Eulalie managed to comfort him. "Who did this to you?" Bellerophon did not say but Eulalie looks on the Moneta and learns that the women who did this were not human and told Bellerophon what she found out. "Succubi, she tried to seduce you and you refused, didn't you?" Eulalie asked. Bellerophon nodded, "Yes..." He said. "She lied to her sisters about that and that's why they came after you." replied Eulalie. Bellerophon was shaken with a bundle of nerves and he stutters out, "They--They did things...Unspeakable things....I can't forget, Oh Eulalie it was awful....!" He clutched his head while Eulalie embraced him, "It's OK, it's OK Bell." She said but her face was angry. She will find out where those seductive, evil monsters are and she's going to take them down! She got holy water and an ax. She also had a arrows with the blood of a lamb after she slaughtered it. The cult really taught her this but she never used them again until she had to face 'demons'. Luckily; she came prepare to face the women that wronged her friend and she was about to take them all. When Bellerophon learn what she was going to do; he offered to come and Eulalie could not refuse because he knew he had to get through this mess.

Eulalie found the succubi as she identifies them that assaulted Bellerophon! Eulalie took down one of the female demons---Mahalath--as she tortures her before butchering her. After that; she went over to fight the other suucubi however she is confronted by Ishara. Ishara tries to stab Eulalie but is somehow sprayed with holy water and erupts into ashes. Finally; Eulalie confront Agrath as she plays a game of chase with her while she strikes at it with her weapon. Finally; Eulalie tortures her in a violent manner. She also finds Eisheth, who reveals that she plan that penetrate move on Bellerophon. Hearing this; Bellerophon slays Eisheth out of rage as they skinned her. Later; Tears were streaming down Bellerophon's face because he was going through a rough patch of suffering from some sort of emotional trauma, echoed by all those shadows almost killed his light. So Eulalie was holding him out of comfort, to try to keep hope alive within them so they don’t fall into despair.  The shadows almost destroyed the their hope, what makes them, what gives them purpose. He didn’t want her to leave. "It’s all forgotten and left alone tonight. Relax, sleep...." said Eulalie, she assures Bellerophon that he will be all right but she knows that come morning that nothing will not be safe and sound however she is helping him to get it through. Eulalie is shielding the person she is with in this song from all the ghastliness that is taking place outside. However, she insists on keeping him calm and to hold onto the peace. Trying to protect Bellerophon from the destruction occurring, tries to shield him from what is happening outside by keeping them away from the window. The  horrors of war are the ignition of the war, the resistance and such other bad leaders' crappy leading skills.

When music, happiness, and even life is all said and gone, hold on to this to bring you joy. The music will continue, even if you do not. She wants to continually comfort him. Bellerophon doesn’t truly believe the words any more but with the hope that the companion truly feels safe and sound with Eulalie at his side. There was teacher name Mr. Corvetto who was taking some troubled students to stay at a manor in order to recover from problems and a more re-habitation lifestyle while also gaining a new life. The troubled teens were wearing color coded shirts, assigned by Mr. Corvetto: Korbes was seen wearing purple, Doris was seen wearing blue, Caglioso is wearing green, Bernarda is wearing red, Ferdinand is wearing yellow, and Isolina wears white. The man who brought them here is Mr. Corvetto, who was dressed in a plain color shirt. Mr. Corvetto was horrified to find Senior Sagittaria was murdered but none of the teenagers seem to care and they take a fond to relax at the mansion. Mr. Corvetto looked for a phone however he was suddenly gagged and strangled to death. Nobody cared where he was and decided to have some fun. Bernarda was smoking on a hookah pipe but then someone poured a deadly substance as she begin to choke on the pipe and her body removed from sight. But a note on the table said on there: "Bernarda in the kitchen with the pipe." Nobody knew that Bernarda was missing for they were too consumed with being in the mansion. While the others were getting rowdy; Ferdinand was in the conservatory and was looking for a wrench to fix the sink in the kitchen however he couldn't find it. He searched for it, however little did he know that someone else had it. The person with the wrench begin to repeatedly beat him to death with the wrench over and over again until he wasn't moving. A note in the room, as his body was being taken away, read: "Ferdinand in the conservatory with the wrench." Isolina, who wasn't so rowdy like the others, decide to find a book around here. She found the library in the house and found a book to read.

While reading; someone from behind had a rope and begin choking her. Isolina tried to fight back but the person was too strong and Isolina was choking so much that she gasped for breath but was already hanged. Her lifeless body was being lead away and a note was left in the library, "Isolina in the library with the rope." The three of them were getting nervous, they noticed that nobody was around and begin to stay together. There was a loud sound so Caglioso decides to find out and took a revolver gun. Caglioso walked down the hall as he held the revolver but then the revolver was snatched out of his hand and the revolver is held by someone else in the dark. Caglioso was horrified, then there was a gun shot fired. The sound shocked Korbes and Doris. And they found the note that said, "Caglioso in the hall with the revolver." Doris noticed Caglioso was gone for awhile and took a candlestick while lightening up and proceeds to the dining room. While looking around, she felt her hand being twisted as the candle flame struck her and she screamed as she was burnt alive. A note was left as it said: "Doris in the dining room with the candlestick." Korbes was scared as he brandished a knife in hand and he stumbled into the billiard room as he looked for the killer. The killer confronted him as Korbes used the knife but the killer wrestles for it and made Korbes loosen it around him. The killer took the knife as Korbes wimpered in fear as he begged, "Mercy....?" But there wasn't as the killer said, "Your deeds won't go unpunished." And Korbes screamed as he was impaled with the knife and his body has been taken away while a note was in the chamber as it said, "Korbes in the billiard room with the knife."

Ophelia was in the recovery room at the hospital; she had a strange dream that didn't make sense to her: There was a casino-like arcade room where Ophelia is greeted by her father who is a nicer man and is more considerate than he was before. Ophelia is unsure about her father's intentions and goes upstairs to see the sight but is helped by a man that works at the hotel-casino by offering to show her parts of the place but Ophelia leaves for her skepticism was making her anxious however her father gives her a bag of peanut butter chocolate candies. Ophelia takes it as a gift before leaving. In the next day, Ophelia was in the upstairs room and looks out to see a swampy green moss field where an alligator, that looked menacing, was over-weighted and sluggish. It could hardly move but still hiss at anyone who passed. Ophelia woke up as she realized something: Time is only moving forward and life is too precious to be wasted on people worrying about the past and not being able to overcome challenges. Furthermore, people cannot go back in time to correct their mistakes; all they can do is recover from their mistakes, learn from them, and move on so that they can enjoy their lives. On the news speak for itself: Matthias Maximus, who was 16 at the time of the murder, killed Ritta Domma in the bedroom of his home this year.

Having stabbed her in the head and back, he went on to dismember her legs and an arm, wrapped the limbs in clingfilm and placed them in bin bags, before covering her body in a green plastic garden sheet. Matthias, now 17, has been jailed for 25 years. The teenage politics student used saws and tools from his father's tree surgeon business to cut up Ritta's body. The boy, who had been diagnosed as having an autistic syndrome, told his family that he had an alter ego called Hedvin who had instructed him to kill someone. When the defendant's sister returned home to the flat about an hour after the murder, Matthias told her: "Hedvin made me do something bad." At the start of the hearing, the judge warned the court that the case involved details that "are extremely unpleasant and may cause considerable distress to anyone listening", and advised anyone of a nervous disposition to leave. He said that the killing was predetermined and he would have given a whole life term if the defendant had been an adult but as a child he was not allowed to pass that sentence. He said eminent psychiatrists had agreed that Matthias was not schizophrenic and therefore did not have a defense of diminished responsibility. Matthias was wearing a white shirt and black tie, stared straight ahead during the hearing and showed no emotion as the sentence was passed. The judge said: "It's hard for this court to remain unemotional."Their lives have been changed forever, it's difficult to find the right words to describe the enormity of what you did to an innocent girl of 17-and-a-half." He continued: "You decided at the age of 16 you had to kill somebody, you chose Ritta Domma who tragically befriended you and who had stood up for you when people described you as different."

There once were two brothers, their names were Litill and Tritill. Litill was a boy that didn't do things right or always caused trouble while Tritill was another boy but did things correct or be respectful and nice. For Litill; he always say that he wish for better food and a better home. He would complains such as, "Why should I be thankful food when I hate this kind?" Litill also is not caring for others, "I'm thankful for my dog and my brother, I don't love anybody else!" What also was the trouble for Litill is that he was demanding: "Here, Mom, sew this button on." He wouldn't ask for permission, he would force it from someone, such as his mother for the comics in the newspaper. "I want to read the comics!" He said, trying to rip it away from the paper that his mother was reading. Litill would also force his way to see something without asking, "Let me see!" He said, snatching something from his mother. Litill was always misplacing his stuff, he would beg his busy mother for help and every time his mother claims she couldn't at the moment; Litill would say, "If you don't help me look for my stuff, I'll be late!" He wouldn't wait for anybody else to finish dinner and leave to go out & play. Litill was mean to wildlife and has no respect for them. He throws stones at birds, scare the squirrels, and stomps on the ants. Litill would do hazardous things like stand up in a canoe, which can cause to tip over, or stands on a chair to get something from above. He would also drink water from the faucet--without using a cup! But that's not all, Litill is very bad in school: He is loud and distracts other people around him. He also complains about other things, "You gotta be kidding! I can't float that long!" when he is told to do some tasks like float in the pool.

He is also very mean too, like taking the last two desserts and taunted the others: "You didn't get a dessert? Too bad, these are mine now." And he laughs. And he leaves his bicycle in the way. Tritill, on the other hand, is quite different from his brother. Tritill would say that he wish other people had great food just as his family did. "Everytime I eat, I am thankful for all of my food. It tastes so good." He said. And he is caring for others: "I am thankful for all of my friends, so many I can't keep count. And also for my family." He said. What is so great about Tritill is that he ask politely, "Will you please sew on this button, please?" He would also ask if they are done reading the comics, "Are you finished with the comics?" And also ask if he could see something, "May I see?" Tritill was also responsible and patient, unlike his brother. He puts his things where he could find them, his patient part is where he remains at the table until everyone is finished eating. Unlike Litill; Tritill has respect for wildlife: He scatters food for birds, squirrels feed from his hand, and Habil watches the ants in a straight line. He doesn't do hazard things: He sits in the canoe so it won't tipped over and he uses a ladder to get to high places. Tritill drinks water from a glass cup. Tritill is not so disruptive, he whispers or saves his conversations for later. Tritill does the best he can when it comes to tasks that seemed impossible. Tritill is very considerate of others, "Thanks but I have one dessert already, the others didn't get a chance to get one yet and I feel bad." And he moves his bicycle out of the way. Their parents, Frederick and Catherine, favorited Tritill for his good nature, his kindness, and sweetness. But they are ashamed of Litill for his bad behavior, his insensitivity, and his selfishness.

One day, Tritill was told to make a dish of cake to serve to others. He agree, as he was going out; he asked his brother, "Brother, will you come to the store with me?" He asked. "No way." said Litill. "All right, I will go." replied Tritill. And he went to get the eggs, flour, cake mix, and others. When he returned, he calls for his brother again, "Litill! Would you like to help me make this cake?" "No, I'm busy!" Litill hollered. "Fine, I'll make the cake." Tritill said, he put the flour and eggs as well as the other ingredients in all mixed up. Once again; Tritill called, "Brother! Will help me put the cake in the oven?" "Do it yourself!" Litill called back, almost rude. "Then, I'll put in myself." said Tritill, he did so and set the timer. When it was done, Tritill took it out carefully and set it on the table. "Litill! Will you help me decorate this cake?" Tritill asked. "Find someone else to do it!" hollered Litill. "Fine then, suit yourself." Tritill said, he decorated the cake with frosting and it was all done. Once its finished; he presented to his parents as they gladly accepted a piece. When Litill saw this, he said: "Brother, may I have a piece of cake?" Tritill said to him, "Litill, I had asked you to come to the store, to help make the cake, put it in the oven, and decorate it? You said no to all of these that I asked. And now, you come down to ask if you want a slice of cake? I'm sorry but no. You know what they say, 'if any would not work, neither should he eat.'" And so; Tritill and his parents enjoyed cake while Litill had none. After writing this story; Ophelia couldn't help but feel tedious from the every day life. "If only there were new worlds out there, ugh. It's so boring, if only there was something we could do...Gah, how I wish we had something to do--Mostly me too!" All she could do was to sit! She did not like it, not one little bit.

Uranometria: Deep Horror--Chapter 2

I got the second chapter, sorry it took so long guys but I had writer's block and it was pretty excruciating for me. There had been a lot of inspirations for this chapter but let me warn you that this one is a tearjerker chapter. So get out your tissues, be prepare if you start crying. This is the most tear-jerking chapter I've ever written, reminds me of the time I wrote a sad fanfic on a different media. I'm not kidding, I never I had it in me so much. Still, I hope you guys like it. Thank you so much for your views of reading other chapters I wrote. --KatDon

Chapter 2: Reborn Elements

How Persephone was found by Sedna, Svafar, Helgi, and Shango is quite a long story. Persephone was haunted by memories of Gingira, Penthesilea, Abinadi, Kleobis, Biton, Svafa, and Osiris as she wept bitterly until sh found a girl sketching and leaning her back on a tree. Persephone spies on her behind a tree, but her breath was soft and heavy which startled the girl. She turned around but Persephone already ran. She ran and hid behind a tall tree however someone sneaking and startled her, "Ah-Ha!" Persephone gasped, tripped backwards and fell. There was a laugh, saying: "Works every time!" The young man looked down at her, "Well. You're the stalker, are you besotted with the fair lady?" He joked. Persephone shook her head, she duck down so no one can't tell if she's crying. That reminded her of what her best friend Abinadi. "I'm sorry, I was interested in her drawing...That's all!" sniffled Persephone. "Down Shango, chill out!" Sedna scolded, she approached Persephone with a smile. "Don't mind him, he's just being...." Sedna stopped to notice Persephone was crying as she looked concern, "Hey, are you OK?" She asked. Persephone sniffed, wiping her tears and composing herself. "It's nothing--really!" She blubbered insistently. "Nice one, Shango!" A voice called out. Persephone didn't hear the banter, she was focused on the four. They looked very familiar. Kleobis. Biton. Svafa. And Osiris. "It can't be, can it? They look like them!" Persephone thought, tears clouding her vision.

Later...

Persephone was alone in a bed chamber as she sang, "My mother--She abused me. My stepfather--He tortured me. My best friend--My Only Hope--She gathered me in her arms and embraced, telling me that love is the medicine to broken people....La-la, love is all I need." She outstretch her palm to the ceiling and said, "My friends--I love you and you are dead..." Persephone's eyes were very bloodshot. Tears dried from weeping and she looked stress. "I feel trapped.....From my past." whispered Persephone. "Stop that!" A voice hissed in her mind, "It's not them!" "No, it's them. Just--different names, but it's them!" said Persephone to the voice in her head. She curled up in a ball and moaned in agony, "Uuuuoooohhhhhhh! My mind is shattered, I'm a living dead girl that had tripped into a strange land, is this a dream or am I losing it?" Persephone couldn't stand this anguish at all. However, thinking of the people in her past turned to her Revenant form and panicked like crazy, "What's going on? I'M LOSING MYSELF!!!!" She thought. Thoughts of Jack, his Revenant form, and his past made her curled up deeper into herself, moaning and her hands became a rosy color. Throbbing her monster self. "Can't lose control, must not reveal. Mask it--Don't let them see within!" She chanted softly. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door and Persephone stops to face the door. "Who is it?" She stuttered. "It's Svafar." said a muffled voice, "Are you OK? You were moaning in pain." "I'm fine, I--I just had a bad dream." lied Persephone brightly. "OK, we'll be going. Don't let anybody in here until we get back, all right?" Sedna called. "Wait!" Persephone almost shouted. "What?" Shango called, sounding irritated. Persephone said, "Be careful." "We will." Sedna said, "See you tonight." The front door opened and then, it closed. Persephone was saddened that they left, "Don't go." She whispered tearfully. Meanwhile; Jack was pacing he floor. "I haven't seen them since the day before. I wonder if they changed their minds." He thought. Yesterday, Jack had waited for them and the four of them didn't come. Before that day, he went to Captain Krieger and Commander Rustung of four people desiring to join the Abendstern Squad. Familiar with this, Krieger takes an interest in this as he said that he would like to see them--If they're available, that is. Seeing they were taking so long; Jack decides to leave however he heard footsteps and turned around to see it was Svafar, Helgi, Shango, and Sedna. Jack smiled widely, he looked like a child in a toy factory. "Happy to see us, huh." called Shango. Jack realized this and glares at them, "Oh, you finally show up huh. Where were you guys?" He hollered back. Sedna ran to him, "Sorry. We had a sick girl to care for yesterday." She explained a little briefly. It was true, Sedna and the others escorted the emotionally disturbed Persephone back to the cottage and she decided to help them out. While cleaning a sharp knife, she had cut her wrist by accident and begin screaming when she bleeds. "HELP ME!!!" She yelled hysterically, "I'M DYING!!!! I'M DYING!!!!" She was waving her bleeding wrist, Helgi heard her and called for help.

No more than two seconds later, Persephone was being treated for her wounds as Sedna had some pretty good medical skills. During the process; Sedna managed to heal the wounds but Persephone was squealing from the stinging pain so Svafar had to hold her while Sedna soothing comforts her and heals her wounds. Persephone wasn't screaming so much but winced and wept a little. Jack looked concern, "Is she OK?" He asked. "Yeah, y'know how some people are--Their crazy enough to go bloody in the wrists." Shango joked. Sedna elbowed him in the wrist, she looked irritated. "Ignore him, he just doesn't understand the mentally insane people are lost, lonely, and misunderstood as they need some lovely companionship." She said with clenched teeth. "Oh, come on. You saw what we--" Shango started to protest. "Enough! Nobody needs to know the details of personal matters!" Svafar commanded. Jack was startled, there was something familiar about that. Reminds him of Evander. Jack realized what he was thinking of, he couldn't let his emotions get the best of him. Not now. "You all right?" Sedna asked, she looked concern as she noticed he was trembling. "You're not going to cry, are you?" Helgi inquired nervously. Jack saw his face and looked at him with shock, "No, no, no! I'm OK. I'm all right, really." He said. Helgi breathed a sigh of relief, he laughed while saying: "OK, Good. That's good, I had enough crazy--" But caught himself when he saw Sedna's face, "I mean, lost, lonely, and misunderstood mentally insane people for one day." Jack scoffs a little, but inside he felt strange. He knew he had to protect them. Jack was not going to lose them again, never again! That night; Jack was by the memorial site. He suddenly heard footsteps. "Jackie Boy!" Shango called, "You OK fella?" Jack didn't turn around but he nodded. Sedna noticed something was wrong, she walked over and genuflected beside him. "Hey, um, listen...This may not be a good time  but now we're part of the Abendstern Squad." She said. Jack turned to her with enthusiasm. "Congrats, that's great." He said but something was bugging him. "Sedna? Guys? I want you to promise me something...Promise me, no matter what happens, you're not going to die on me." said Jack, "I mean, I want save all of you...." Sedna, Shango, Svafar, and Helgi looked confused. "We're not sure if we understand." Sedna said gently. Jack seized her shoulders and shouted desperately, "Please, just promise me you won't die on me!" Sedna looked worried, "OK, OK. Easy, we promise." She said. The other three promised as well. Jack looked relieved, he embraced Sedna. But nobody knew that Persephone was hidden and watching this from afar. Her eerily pale face and upper length hair was tangled and untidy. Her off the shoulder dress flowed in the breeze but her green eyes looked animal-like and envious while also having desperation. "Kleobis. Biton. Osiris. Svafa...Please don't leave me...." Persephone whispered. But she hurried back to the cottage; she hurried back to the cottage. While back in her room, Persephone managed to remove evidence of sneaking out to stalk the four of them. She heard the front door and hides her shoes and fake sleep. "Hello?" called Sedna. Persephone lift her head, "Hi." She called. Her bedchamber door opened and Sedna smiled at her, "Guess what? We passed." She announced. Persephone squealed and embraced her. "Congrats, Sedna dear." She said. She glance at her and smiled with joy, "I'm grateful for you." "Oh, before we forget, we want you to come and volunteer for the next mission." Shango said. Persephone looked up in surprise, then in horror. "The Abendstern Squad....Jack!" She thought. "You sure looked surprised." Sedna said with a laugh. "Oh yeah, I'm amazed." lied Persephone cleverly. The next day, the members of Abendstern Squad as they planned their next attack but they need to be sneaky in order to attack the Revenant. He explains that they need someone that can spy on them without being seen. That's when Sedna proposed an idea.

"Commander Rustung, I know someone who knows their way into the shadows." Sedna said. The commander glanced at her with cursioity, even Siegfried looked susipicous. "Who?" asked Adam. "Her name is Persephone. Persephone Johannes." Sedna replied. Commander Rustung looked pleased but Captain Krieger asked, "She can help, can she?" "'Course." said Shango. "Yes." Svafar replied. "Absolutely." Helgi said with a nod. "She's pretty helpful. More like loyal to whatever needs to be done." Sedna added. "So, where is she?" Siegfried asked. "Waiting outside." Sedna said. The captain looked at the commander, who nodded and said, "All right then, bring her in." Sedna went to the doorway and beckoned someone to come. For a few seconds; Persephone appeared timidly as she walked on. Bellerophon's eyes widened in horror as he rasped, "It's you!" Minerva glanced at him, "What?" She asked. "Excuse me, sir?" Persephone said, acting all innocent. "You're the girl that was spying on me and my friends!" insisted Bellrophon, confronting her. Persephone was scared but masked it to look reserved and jumped away from him a little, "I don't know you, sorry." She said innocently, "You got me confused with someone else." But it seemed Bellrophon was no fool as he continued to jab out a finger at her, "No, I know what you look like--Raven hair, sallow complexion. You're not completely human now are you?" He said. "Lieutenant?" Rustung asked. "Get this madman away from me!" Persephone begged. "What's wrong Bellerophon?" Minerva asked. "Persephone?" Sedna asked, confused by what's goign on. Persephone looked at her pleadingly, "Help me...!" She whimpered. "I. Know. You!" Bellerophon persisted. Persephone glared at him, "You. Don't." She said and turned to walk away. Bellerophon looked viscious as the then called out, "What makes you so odd?" "Shut. Up." Persephone muttered. "Bellerophon, take it easy!" Minerva said. "What's gotten into you?" Jack demanded.

"You're so creepy, always stalking us. And trying to fondle our emotions and memories, you're such a freak!" shouted Bellerophon. That made Persephone angry as she revealed her Revenant form as she cried, "WHO ARE YOU CALLING A FREAK?!" But seeing everyone's shocked faces; she was horrified over what she'd done. "The Revenant Girl, Bellerophon was right." thought Adam Rustung. Jack couldn't believe it, "A Revenant, just like me..." He said. "You're a Revenant. I knew it, I knew you were familiar to me." Bellerophon said. Sedna couldn't believe it, "Persephone..." She gasped. Persephone didn't want to look at her reaction, "I'm sorry." She said, and then she ran! Jack, Minerva, Bellerophon, Tristan, George, Margaret, and Henrietta chased after her however Persephone glanced at Jack, Minerva, and Bellerophon before smiling at them. The three friends haulted for a moment as they thought it looked so familiar to them. After running for so long; Persephone was so exhausted that she passed out in the fields. She didn't know how long she had been out there but the next thing she knew she found herself in a room of a cottage. Just then, a figure pops out and exclaimed out: "YOU'RE ALIVE!!!" It was a girl with brown hair in pigtails however Persephone looked at the girl who looked familiar to her. She looked like Persephone's deceased friend Penthesilea, the girl wrapped her arms around Persephone and hugged her tightly. "I thought you were dead, I told Thiavli you weren't dead, did he listened? Nooo...." The girl ranted. Persephone was dazed by this when someone came in and scolded at the girl, "Roskva, let go of her! You're crushing the wind out of her!" Persephone looked at the boy with shock, that boy somehow resembled her other deceased friend Abinadi for a moment. "Kids, stop with the arguing up there! What is going on?" asked a woman's voice. The girl, Roskva, let go as she jumped from the bed and rushed downstairs, "Mom! Momma, she woke up! She's awake, she's alive...!" She shouted with joy. Thiavli sighed, shaking his head and turned to Persephone to smile apologetically, he then held out her hand. Persephone shyly took it and was escorted down the stairs carefully. If Persephone tripped, Thiavli would catch her. As Persephone made her way downstairs, she meets Thiavli and Roskva's mother Sharon Ivashka. For some reason, Sharon reminded her of Gingira. "Is something wrong, dear?" Sharon asked. Persephone snaps out of her reverie, shaking her head. "No, it's nothing really." She claimed. And she made herself at home with the Ivashkas.

However during that time, Persephone feels a deja-vu moment like she's with Penthesilea, Abinadi, and Gingira all over again. Persephone almost started crying but she stops and wants to savor the moment. With no tears. Meanwhile; Svafar, Helgi, Shango, and Sedna were searching for Persephone as they didn't care what she was but they wanted to talk to her. They came across the Ivashka's house. During that time, Persephone was upstairs with Thiavli and Roskva when Sharon heard a knock and answered it but found Svafar, Helgi, Shango, and Sedna at the door. "Can I help you?" Sharon asked. "Do you know someone by the name 'Persephone'?" Sedna asked. Sharon turned and called out, "Persephone! You have guests!" Just then, Persephone came to the upstairs to peer over the balcony, "Oh, that's--Hi." She said as she saw the four standing there. Sedna smiled, "Persephone, you're all right. We're so happy to see you're safe." She said. Persephone was relieved to as she made her way slowly down the stairs to greet the others. "Sorry about before." Helgi said. "No, it's fine. Fine--Hey Sharon? Can you give us a moment?" Persephone asked, looking at her pleadingly. Sharon nodded, "Sure, I'll make some tea and check on the kids." She said and she went away so Persephone and the others can have some alone time.

"You know, you can't be here." said Persephone. "Because you're a Revenant? We don't care." Helgi replied. Persephone looked at him with surprise and looked at the others who agreed with him. "Yeah, I mean it was creepy but in a good way."  Shango remarked. "And your past was tragic, I mean your father--" added Svafar. "Stepfather." corrected Sedna. Svafar looked annoyed, "Whatever, your stepfather and mother did to you--They made you into a Revenant and then shunned you while tormenting you and killing the people you cared about. Then you killed them and your tormentors in a roaring rampage of revenge." He explained. Persephone looked shocked at all four of them, "How did you--?" She started to say but Helgi answered: "Commander Adam Rustung was told by an ally and he told us what we knew." Persephone seemed relaxed and looked at them with a curious expression on her face. "Oh, you mean you're not scared? Of me?" She asked. "No." said Svafar, Helgi and Sedna. "Well, I'm pretty spooked." remarked Shango. Sedna elbowed him in the ribs, "Ow...!" Shango said, wincing. "He means, 'amazed'." Sedna said brightly while glaring at him. Persephone smiled, "Thanks." She said. Suddenly, they could hear commotion from upstairs. "Mom! Mom! MOM!" Thiavli screamed. Roskva called out, "Momma, help!" "Kids!!!" Sharon cried. There was grunting noises as Sharon shouted, "Persephone!" Persephone, Svafar, Helgi, Sedna, and Shango were shocked to hear this. "A Revenant?" Svafar asked. Persephone nodded, "Yes, let's go!" She said, and the five of them raced after to rescue the Ivashkas.

In the meantime; Bellerophon was talking to Jack and Minerva about Persephone aka The Revenant Girl. The Moneta gave them information about her past and shocking mementos. Just then, there was one memory that the trio forgotten about. When they were kids; Jack, Minerva, and Bellerophon were taking a walk one day when Jack begins to wince at a throbbing headache, which was cause by the vision of a girl. Once the memory was over; Jack, Minerva, and Bellerophon were shocked by the memory. Bellerophon was right, he recalled this mysterious girl from a place he had forgotten before. That jet hair and eerie complexion was a mystery to him. He thought when he saw that ghastly girl, that his mind was playing tricks on him as he didn't know if she was a mirage or not. That gave him the benefit of a doubt. Jack and his friends didn't realize this young, beautiful girl was lost, didn't know which path to take. There was nothing they could do for her, Persephone was broken and stranded as she was trying her way back to her sanity. However, she's keeping her feelings on the inside. Not letting the pain show. To conceal it and not feel it.
Just then, there was a scream as Jack, Minerva, and Bellrophon rushed over to where it was coming from. As they got there, they found four burnt bodies. "NOOOOOO!" cried Jack as he sank to the ground. He bowed his head and cried. Minerva was saddened by this discovery, while Bellerophon comforted him. "I'm sorry, Jack." He said. Jack managed to say, "I never told them thank you, Bellerophon. I never did..." He didn't noticed something underneath until it was too late as the earth flipped him backwards by itself somehow. He landed on the ground with surprise as he heard sniggering and turned in amazement to see Svafar, Helgi, Shango, and Sedna were alive. The four burnt bodies turned out to be Revenants! Jack embraced them with emotional happiness. "I thought you were dead!" He said. "We're still kicking, Jackie Boy." Shango said. It turned out that Svafar, Helgi, Shango, and Sedna have elemental powers: Svafar has the powers of intervention air, Helgi has the ability of Mother earth, Shango has the gift of feeling fire, and Sedna has the power over intuition water. Jack suddenly remembered Sedna telling him that they passed, "So that's why...You passed because of your powers." Jack said. "Well, it's not like we cheated." remarked Shango. He, Svafar, Helgi, Sedna, and Jack laughed. Minerva and Bellerophon were relief by this but they were shocked to see Persephone emerged with the Ivashka family. The mother, daughter, and son were still alive. Persephone was shocked by the Ivashkas. Earlier, she had saw them as they had elemental powers. Thiavli has the power to control shadows, Roskva has the ability to control light, and Sharon had the ability to control ice and crystalize water. Persephone can see the four of them, including Jack happy, as well as the Ivashka clan. She felt so emotional as she suddenly burst into tears as she rushed over to them as she embraced a surprised Svafar. "Hey, hey, what's with the crying? Easy now, no more. Cone on. It's OK." Svafar said in a comfort manner. Later, Jack was pleased to hear that they were alive but he had a convention to make to the four of them:

"I lost four people during my time with the Abendstern Squad. I could've save them but I failed...It's all my fault." Jack said with regret. Sedna and the others looked at him, "What were their names?" Sedna asked. Jack didn't looked at them but he said, "Evander Fidel, Jesse Agapito, Isadore Sophos, and Gwendolyn Wite." "Why are you telling us this?" Helgi asked. Jack turned to them and he said, "Because you remind me so much of them." Sedna was surprised and wrapped her arms around him, "I'm sorry." She said softly and tearfully. So far Persephone is now part of the Abendstern Squad but under close restrictions to not lose control. Her psychological demons had been ripped from emotional self. For some reason; Persephone found herself screaming bloody murder as she convulsed on the floor or against the wall as her Revenant was starting to lose it as she babbles like a maniac to things like, "Chaos is almost over and I'll be free...!" Then she screamed again but she screeched while almost losing it: "CHAOS REGINS NO MORE!!!" So now; Svafar, Helgi, Shango, and Sedna are her garroters--the ones who will eliminate her if her sanity slips. So, Persephone is being careful. Helgi is like a mentor to Persephone, Shango is quite the aloof and arrogant type but he is almost kind to her--He was both jerkoff and nice guy. Sedna was a mentor type to her as well. Like an older sister type. Though she is pretty humorous while bantering about with Shango, they were so much like an old married couple. And Svafar was like a father figure to Persephone, he cares deeply for her. Sharon was like a mother figure to Persephone as her kids, Thiavli and Roskva, were like brother-sister type figures to her. Although she is being careful of her sanity; Persephone vowed that she was going to protect them no matter what. One day, something unexpected happens. While working, a man came as he looked like a businessman. He looked quite frantic. Rustung and Krieger weren't around because they had an assignment to take care of. Sedna decided to handle this and she approached the man.

"Can I help you sir?" Sedna asked. The man smiled sadly as he said, "You may please. I am Chancellor Signar, my daughter Clytie is in a deep depression over the lost of her lover Evander and I need someone to help her. If any of you agree, you can save my dearest daughter." He looked around when Svafar and replied, "I'll do it." Chancellor Signar smiled happily, "Thank you." He said. Svafar smiled nodding. Later, he head towards the house by the lake. He knocked on the door and waited. In a few seconds, a woman with blonde hair and blue eyes answered. She looked so pretty that Svafar lost focused. But he remembered what he was here for. "Hello? Are you Clytie?" asked Svafar. The woman, Clytie, looked at him suspiciously. "Who are you?" She asked. Svafar introduced himself, "I'm Svafar, your father sent me here to help you." He explained but Clytie refused as she begin to resent him and did not want to talk to him. "I don't care where you came from, I didn't ask for a so-called replacement goldfish." She said and that was that. But during his time to try to help Clytie; Svafar can see her hurting heart and about her deceased lover, Evander. Curious; Svafar went to talk to Clytie, "Who was Evander? What was he like?" He asked. Clytie was hesistant for a moment and then she finally spoke, "He was my lover, we loved each other and one day...The day he was leaving; he told me that he didn't know when he was coming back. We argued about it, I was so mad that I said, 'I wouldn't wait for a liar I was in bed with.' Now I wish I could take it back." While she spoke; tears spring out of her eyes; she was so upset while speaking of him that Svafar embraced her. "I'm sorry, it must've been hard on you to lose the love of your life." He said. Clytie was stunt by his kindness as Svafar begin to pull away gently to look at the pretty woman.

Clytie smiled watery, "Thank you for comforting me, I appreciated that for a reason." She said. Svafar looked at her confused, "What?" He asked. Clytie giggled, "Sorry but...You remind me of Evander." She said. Svafar was unsurprised as he laughed, "That's not the first time I heard that." He admitted. He and Clytie laughed but Clytie burst into tears however Svafar comfort her. While the two of them spent time together; Svafar was overcome with Clytie's beauty. When he came beside her that night; Clytie seem to question his interactions. "You're beautiful, Clytie." muttered Svafar, leaning over at her. "Svafar..." Clytie gasped, the two of them kissed softly. Clytie pulled away, that liplock was familiar and wrapped her arms around his neck so tight with love. "Could you stay with me? And never leave me?" She asked softly. "I swear, I'll never leave you--Ever." whispered Svafar. He couldn't deny it, he was in love with Clytie. The next morning, Clytie was wrapped in sheets. But Svafar was clothed but he watched her sleep. He gently shook her shoulder as he said quietly, "Wake up, beautiful." "Hhhmmmgggg..." groaned Clytie. She turned over but Svafar shook her tenderly again, "Rise and shine, angel." He said. Clytie turned again and open her eyes as she stretched and yawned. "Good morning." Svafar said. Clytie looked at him tiredly but she remembered something. "Oh!" She gasped, covering herself with the sheets. She is not wearing anything other than those and looked down from the bed as she saw her clothes are on the floor. Blushing like a petunia, "We didn't, did we?" Clytie breathed. Svafar chuckled a little, "But we did. A little too fast right? I mean, 'us'? Last night? It was pretty crazy and too quick." He said. Clytie sighed as she fell back on the pillow. "Yeah, crazy. It's been awhile since I felt so lively like that." She said, thoughtfully. Svafar grinned at her with amatory, "Was I good?" He asked. Clytie blushed a dark pink, "In a way, yes..." She said. Svafar and Clytie both laugh but Clytie looked at him with tearful eyes.

"Ev, it is you." thought Clytie. Later, Persephone is seen twirling in her bedchambers as she begin to sing: "If you broke the glass than I fly. You don't have anyone to catch me when I take a dive, I remain the same, afraid of change. World I have to rotate, only in rain. If you broke the glass than I fly. You don't have anyone to catch me when I take a dive, I remain the same, afraid of change. World I have to rotate, only in rain...." She stopped when she walked over and glance out to see Clytie sitting alone on the porch bench, she pities her; waiting like this. So she decided to join her by sitting next to her. "Ahhh..." sighed Clytie, wiping away a few tears, "Feels like deja-vu for me. I haven't done something like this since Evander." Persephone nodded, "You must really love him." She said, it sounded halfly like a question. "Yes, Svafar reminds me so much of him....Ugh, I try not to fall, I try...." Clytie said softly but she wept again. "It's like my darling Evander has been reborn again." She admitted, "But with a different name." "Does he know?" Persephone asked. "Um, yes. He didn't mind but he laughed and said, 'It's not the first time anyone said that.' I laughed with him too...And cried....He embraced me...." Clytie said. She was silent for a moment, "Did you know? On the day that they told me Evander was dead but before that....I kept waiting for him, for the day he'd come back for me." said Clytie. "I didn't know that." Persephone replied. "Yes, he told me before he left that one day he and I would wed soon....But it never did." Clytie said, she sniffled and her eyes were red. "Ugh, I'm telling you something so melancholy. I must've looked like a fool." Clytie moaned. "Don't say that, I'm glad. You never told anyone about this, haven't you?" asked Persephone. "No, not since his death. I kept all the feelings in...." Clytie admitted. She rather not talk about however they both were happy to see Svafar return. That night, Svafar had Persephone in his lap where she rested there like a daughter does to a father. Clytie watched them with comfort but noticed what time it is.

"It's getting late. Persephone, you should get some sleep dear." Clytie said. Svafar glanced at Persephone, "Hey Persephone, you heard Clytie right?" He asked. Persephone nodded, "Yes, I wish I could stay. Here." She admitted. Svafar helped her up, "Come on, you need some rest." He chided gently. Persephone nodded. "OK, Good night." She said, kissing his cheek before going off to bed. "'Night." Svafar said. He watched her go as Persephone says goodnight to Clytie, who replies it back to her. Once Persephone was gone; Svafar gestured Clytie, "Come." He said. Clytie giggles, snuggling him next to him. "You sure are being romantic." She noted. "Well, you looked pretty sad." Svafar remarked. Clytie's sad smile faded, "Yeah, I mean, I know this isn't a good time to say but if you leave...I'll wait for you until you return--Just like....Just like I did with--Him....." She begin to blubber and weep. Svafar looked at her with sympathy, "Clytie..." He breathed. Clytie try to leave as she continued to cry, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't cry--Like this!" She spluttered. Svafar pulled her gently back and kissed her, he pulled away as he breathed against her skin, "Shh, Clytie. I got you, it's all right my love." His lips brushed against her nape which made Clytie tingly. It was moderately yet lightly to her as she could hear him breathing out the words, "Poor soul...poor thing...." Unknown to them; Persephone was leaning against the wall as she can hear them with concern, she couldn't help but feel a little bit desirous because of Clytie. She felt her heart beating. It wasn't so strong, but it felt like something was smooth and small but it felt comfort with a hint of lovesick tone. In the morning; Persephone was bathing in the pond with some sort of scented soap against her skin. After she got herself washed in the pond and dressed in her room; she went out to see someone was coming. She knew who it was, "Jack!" cried Persephone, she rushed outside in her racer back tank top and charcoal heather pants as she cried out, "Hello Jack!"  But stopped when she saw Jack with somebody! "Oh, Hi Persephone." Jack greeted, "Have you two met? Persephone, this is my friend Cassandra Endymion." Cassandra waved, "Hi." She said. Persephone smiled but she felt envious again because Jack has a girl with her! Someone she was all too familiar with. Persephone saw Svafar and greeted him with an embrace but Svafar can smell something beautiful coming off her skin.

"You smell nice." Svafar said. "Thanks, it's raspberry champagne & gardenia petals with crystallized amber. I made it myself." Persephone said. "It's a nice scent, it suits you." replied Svafar. Persephone beamed, "Thanks, I just want to be average and maybe not so different." She answered. "C'mon, it's not your fault that you're a green horn." Shango said with lightheartedness in his voice. Those words struck a chord in Persephone, a memory that made her bitter. "Yeah, at least I'm not a snarker." She snapped. Shango wasn't offended by this, "Oh ho ho. Snarker, well me think you're exaggerating." He said. "Oh please, you telling me I'm a damn greenhorn--I'm more than that." Persephone chastised harshly. "How different are you? You look more the same except less freaky." Shango joked. Persephone could hear giggling, she wanted to laugh along but she would be riding down memory lane. "Very funny, 'freak'? You could insult me so much better. You're not so much mundane. All I can see is a sore loser that eats shit." berated Persephone. Now the giggling faded but Shango didn't mind, "Wow, I'm offended." He said. Persephone then upbraided him with something she would regret, "You should be for being an orphaned screwball probably with no life or childhood!" She exclaimed. Now Shango was surprised and offended. He was no longer joking. Helgi glared at her, "Persephone!" He scolded. "You gonna cry, cry you little baby!" Persephone screamed and she runs away, slamming the door. The rest of the four were shocked by this. In her room; Persephone was in her room, her crying was muffled as memories as the four friends who befriended her. "It's not your fault that you're different." said Osiris with a laugh in her memories. Her gagged weeping continues, she thought more memories about them. "They remind me so much of them." thought Persephone tearfully, "Kleobis. Biton. Osiris. Svafa." She felt so guilty of what she said earlier that she could not bare herself to go out there. She was so ashamed. Persephone begin crying in the pillow all over again, "Shango, I'm so sorry. I'm an awful person." She wept in the pillow so hard and made sure no one will hear her cry. She got up, wrote a note, and put it on the bedside as she went out the window to get some air. Unknown to her that danger lies ahead.

While taking a walk; Persephone was wiping her eyes and sniffling. "Dammit, I hurt--What have I done?" She wondered. She stumbles across a field of tall grass strands and flowers. There was a tree nearby in the meadows and Persephone went underneath it. The tall grass made her want to hide in there just in case. As she sat under the tree to rest; Persephone begin to hear rustling coming from the fields and sat up alert. And then, a Revenant came out from the meadows and tried to attack but Persephone went into her Revenant form as she fought back. The Revenant ran away while Revenant Persephone chased after it, she lost sight of it during the pursuit and heard a scream. Revenant Persephone to see Clytie struggled against the Revenant so Persephone lunged at the monster and tackled it as Clytie watched with wide eyed horror. Revenant Persephone bite into the creature's neck and ripped a bit of flesh from its throat. The Revenant's nape oozed of red plasma from it. Then with one last drop; it died and Persephone scampered away. Clytie was dazed as she wondered what just happened. Svafar came to her, "Are you OK? I heard you scream." He said. "I'm fine." replied Clytie, "I was attacked by a Revenant when a female Revenant came and saved me." Svafar looked at her with shock, "Wha--Did you say 'Female Revenant'?" He asked. In the meantime; Persephone hunts down Cassandra as she tries to fight her but Cassandra recognized her and tries to talk some sense into her. But she was surprised to hear Persephone's thoughts and discovered something that completely shocked her.

"Persephone, do you have a crush on Jack?" Cassandra asked suspiciously. Persephone laughed at her, "That's absurd. A crazy allegation." She said. Cassandra looked at her. "Is that why you hate me?" She asked, "Because I was hanging out with him? Listen, I have a confession to make. I'm only 22 and he's now 16. One year ago, I kissed him before but then it was so weird that we decided to be better off as friends. He's all yours if you want him. He's a close friend of mine, really. No romance, no sparks--Nothing." Persephone stopped as she then admitted her confession: "Yes, I do....I am in love with Jack." Cassandra smiled at her, "It's OK, thank you. I don't hate you, I forgive you." She said. Persephone nodded and smiled back, "You sure are a nice girl, Cassandra Endymion." replied Persephone. Down beneath an oak tree; Persephone was hugging her knees, which were crouched in a ball. She rocked a little as her face hidden in her arms. "Hey, are you OK?" Someone called out, Persephone looked up startled. "Who's there?" She called out. Clytie appeared, smiling at her. "It's me, Clytie. Remember?" She asked. Persephone squinted in the darkness, "Clytie....Signar?" She said. Clytie grinned with joy, "Yes, thank you for saving me back there. I was sent here by the Abendstern Squad to find out where you have gone." She explained. "I can't go back there." Persephone said. Clytie looked at her, "Why?" She asked. Persephone begin to cry again, "I did something hurtful to one of the members." She spluttered. "Really? Can you tell me what it is?" Clytie asked gently. "He--Shango--called me a greenhorn as a joke but I took it seriously to heart for a reason and said things that I didn't mean. I felt so bad--Felt so--I cared about them so much, I want to appease the whole situation more than just apologizing, I'm the one that's been doing wrong." stuttered Persephone through her tears.

"You can still make it right." Clytie urged. Persephone looked at her, "I can?" "Yes." Clytie said. Persephone sniffed, "What if it's too late?" She said. Clytie shook her head, "You're just in time. Besides someone is waiting for you." She remarked. "Who?" Clytie smiled and pointed to the light, "See for yourself, come with me." She said. The two girls came out of the hole from underneath the tree. "Persephone?" Someone called out to her, Persephone turn around and gasped, "Svafar...!" Svafar rushed over and embraced her, "You're alive!" He sighed with relief. He could smell the scent of raspberry champagne, gardenia petals, and crystallized amber that was coming off her skin. "My God, it's you." breathed Svafar. Persephone wept, "Svafar...." She said. "It's OK, you're safe now." soothed Svafar. Afterwards, Persephone and Svafar were lying side by side clothed but Persephone begin to mutter to herself quietly. "Svafar..." Persephone muttered. "Are you asleep, Persephone?" asked Svafar. Perephone turned to him, looking at him in the eyes, "No, I--Are you OK Svafar?" Svafar smiled at her, "Yes, thanks for asking." He said. He looked down to think and then he replied. "Did I ever told you that I knew Shango, Helgi, and Sedna since we were little? In a orphanage?" Svafar said. Persephone was horrified as she remembered her words. "Oh, I'm so sorry." She said in a broken voice. "It's fine, you didn't know." Svafar assured her. Persephone was guilty, "I'll never be able to forgive myself." She said. Then she looked at him and said, "Hold me, I'm cold...." Svafar held her tight like a paternal guardian would to his daughter, "I'm here." He said softly. In the morning; Persephone learns that Svafar, Helgi, Shango, and Sedna are going to their monthly squadron and will be back the next month after. Persephone is distressed however she is horrified to find out that this is something they have to do and it's what they wanted. She sunk into a depression, staying in her room all day. That night before the day they leave. Her door opens, Persephone jumped.

"Persephone, you still awake?" Sedna asked softly. Perephone nodded, "Yes." She said. "You want to eat dinner?" Sedna asked gently. "You mean your last meal before you leave me?" Persephone inquired miserably. Sedna, Helgi, Svafar, and Shango looked shocked at her. "No, we couldn't possibly...Do that." Helgi said. Persephone turned away from them, "You don't need me anymore, no more.....You don't." She said. The four of them left, hurt by what she said. After they left; Persephone slumped on the floor and begin to cry, while the other four are hurt by her anguish. The next day; it was time to bid Svafar, Helgi, Shango, and Sedna farewell until they can come back next month. Cassandra, Jack, Minerva, and Bellerophon came to say goodbye. While saying goodbye; Shango said to Jack, "Hey Jack, you gonna be all right?" Jack looked at him, "Sure, why?" He asked. Shango grinned, "Well don't you cry on us--We'll be back soon." He said. Jack smiled but a tear shedded. "Ugh! Promised myself I wasn't going to cry, such an idiot." He groaned. Svafar laughed, "It's only for one month, we'll be back soon." He said.  Jack pulled it together and smiled. "Got it." He said. During this time; Svafar, Helgi, Shango, and Sedna were looking out for Persephone--They didn't want to leave her without saying goodbye. In the meantime, Persephone was finishing the touches to the quilt she made for her four friends--It was of the four elements: Air, earth, fire, and water. She wonders if she can make it there in time before they leave so she can give this to them. However she sensed that a vehicle was leaving and she rushed after it. However she learns she was too late: "See ya!" Cassandra called. "Good luck!" Bellerophon hollered. "Farewell!" replied Minerva. "Take care! Bye!" said Jack. Just then, Persephone was running past them as she cried out, "Svafar! Helgi! Shango! Sedna! Don't go, wait!" Cassandra looked at her with surprise, "Persephone?" She gasped. Persephone broke down as she called out, "I'm sorry! I am an awful person to all of you, but it's because I was hiding my deepest depression  for that Sharon, Thiavli, Roskva, and all of you remind me of people from my past! The ones that I lost dear! The Ivashkas remind me of Gingira and her children who were my best friends, Abinadi and Penthesilea. But you four--You remind me of those that became my friends....Kleobis. Biton. Osiris. Svafa. Those four out of the seven were so nice to me since I was in my coming of age days! I was rejected and alone back then, I was so distant and reserved, cold hearted...Because I didn't want to lose you again. I made this for you--Please! Don't go away...." She was too late, she couldn't get there fast enough.

Tearful at this; Persephone let the Element Quilt she made float away in the breeze and walked away sadly. She sniffed as she wiped a few tears away, she breathed heavily as she would cry there for good. Just then, she looked down to see the quilt she made was there! She looked surprised at this. Persephone heard laughter behind her as her tears became glee, she turned around and was embraced by a familiar foursome members! "Svafar! Helgi! Shango! Sedna!" Persephone said, she was crying so much that she could hardly talk. "Did you really think we would leave without saying goodbye?" Shango asked. Persephone shrugged, it was hard to talk when she was crying so much. "We'll be back, one month." Sedna promised. Persephone nodded, she embraced the four of them. She was still crying, but they were tears of happiness. Watching this, Cassandra wiped her own tears away while seeing this. Later, Cassandra was telling this heart-rending story to Ophelia, who was crying over this story; "That's the most touching story ever. I wonder if Persephone will ever get better." blubbered Ophelia. "She will." assured Cassandra, "It takes practice. Day by day." "Hey Cass, do you think Persephone was reminded her deceased loved ones, is that why she was what she was?" asked Ophelia. "You know, Ophelia, people bottle up their feelings to try and hide them but when memories become more painful, they have to open their hearts and let the emotions go." explained Cassandra. "Really?" Ophelia asked, "You think we should tell Persephone?" "Nah." said Cassandra with a smile, "I think she already knows."

At sunset; Thiavli, Roskva, and Sharon are playing the tall grass and flowers meadow as Elpis and Clytie watched this with smiles but they looked over at the sleeping Persephone who was holding a picture frame of her, Svafar, Helgi, Shango, Sedna, and Jack were in the frame. One fine day, they'll be back. Safe and sound.
