Katherine: (working on anime crossover) "OK, and...hmmm....mmmhmm....Done. Phew!"
Rin: "Whatcha doing Kat?"
Katherine: (surprised) "RIN?! Wha--what are you doing here?"
Rin: "What? I can't come....GASP! YOU DIDN'T TELL ANYONE YOU WERE DOING A NOVEL ON US!!!!"
Katherine: "Rin! It's a working process!"
Rin: "Bro! She's doing a novel on everyone, even us!"
Yukio: "Rin, don't spoil it...."
Natsu: "A crossover novel?!"
Lucy: "No way!"
Ichigo: "That's great!"
Rukia: "Sounds impressive."
Shiemi: "A novel huh."
Gray: "You're kidding? That's awesome!"
Erza: "A remarkable masterpiece, is it?"
Katherine: "No way, no one is supposed to see it!"
A commotion goes on that irritated Katherine, who finally lost her patience and let out a meltdown.
Katherine: "ENOUGH!!!! NO ONE IS SUPPOSED TO SEE THE NOVEL YET!!!!"
Everyone: "Awwww!"
Katherine: (feeling guilty) "...Unless, I get permission confirmation from Shonen Jump and Kodasha Comics."
Rin: "Awww, no fair! WHY ARE THOSE BASTARDS TAKING SO LONG?!"
Yukio: "Rin give them some credit, they're busy people!"
Rin: "Yeah but this is an awesome idea and it's gonna rock!"
Happy: "Aye sir! It'll be exciting!"
Yuu: "You're gonna do great!"
Eren: "You will, it'll take some time."
Later....
Katherine looks sad.
Yuu: "Hey, it's our amazing writer, things must be looking great in your....Kat? What's wrong?"
Natsu: "You look upset."
Katherine: "Shonen Jump said 'no' to my permission."
Everyone: "WHAT?!"
Katherine: "I sent them a letter and then yesterday, they replied back and they said 'no'. Here's the letter." (She gives them the letter from herself and from Shonen Jump)

Yuu: "WHAT? YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!!!!"
Rin: "Aww damn! That's so unfair!"
Ichigo: (scratching his head) "Kat, maybe you shouldn't say 'publish' in that text there. I mean, they'll think you're making money off it."
Katherine: "Ichigo! I wasn't gonna take all the credit, I wanted them to get paid too. Maybe I should've mentioned that in there!"
Nai: "Yeah, but they'll think you'll get the most part of it in money. But it's OK, you didn't know."
Katherine: "Maybe I could've wrote it better or maybe they could've asked to see a sample of it but still hurts. At least they were nice about it."
Eren: "Don't worry, you got rejected once but maybe next time when you become a writer, you might get something in return. They took you as a fan, like a face in the crowd."
Natsu: "He's right, when you get recognized as a writer, maybe they'll use you for later when you become well recognized."
Happy: "Aye, you will get your chance one day."
Katherine: (smiles and nods) "You're right. Thanks guys!"
One day later; Katherine looked pretty much better from the ordeal, everyone notices.
Yuu: "Kat?"
Eren: "You look happier, so what's with the smile?"
Katherine: (showed everyone the Tumblr reply from kharons-end) "Check this out..."
Everyone looks at what the reply says: "If you asked the American branch for permission, then you may be asking the wrong person. You'd have to contact the publishers in Japan, which, for Seraph of the End, is Shueisha from Jump SQ. You'd probably have to ask permission from each publisher of every series in your novel to be green-lit, which maaay be a little hard. A lot of those publishers consider themselves rivals with each other, and it's a HUGE occasion if even two of them get together to collaborate."
Rin: (beamed) "Wow! That was so nice of her to respond back!"
Ichigo: "So it's the Japanese branch you have to ask for their permission."
Katherine: "Already done."
Eren: "Geez! That was fast."
Katherine: "Guys, this is me. I think ahead."
Natsu: "Yeah, you're pretty smart."
Happy: "Aye! You did good, anything from them yet?"
Katherine: (shakes her head) "Nope."
Eren: "How about Kodansha Comics? Anything from them?"
Katherine: "Not them either. Maybe I sent the wrong address. Oh well!"
All looked disappointed as she did.
